Good place for last minute birthday party. Limited buffet with games that rip off kids of their tickets. The buffet is fairly cheap but you get what you pay for. The machines steal tickets from the kids. The automatic ticket counter is not accurate. It was a good time for a good price.

It's a great place to bring your children to burn energy off and just hang and have a blast. And they have a amazing selection of prizes and the tickets are paperless they loaded directly onto your card which is reusable.

The Oklahoma City Indian clinic is the best of the Indian clinics that I have been too. The people are helpful and friendly, not just doing a job to get a paycheck. And other Indian clinic staff has been just doing a job. Here they really seem interested in you and your health. The doctors are very good, and the service is excellent. If you have a choice, this would be the place to go.

Incredible Pizza was so much fun! My daughter and I loved it! I was happy the buffet had more than just pizza and the salad bar was had lots of options for a low carb dieter. I think we got a great deal with the eat and play package. My daughter lover the bumper cars and roller coaster. We will definitely return.

Staff was great! Food was not so great! We got there at 7, buddy closes at 9, there were only 5 different pizzas to choose from, which weren't very good choices! The macaroni looked and tasted like it was heated up from days ago and most items were barely warm. Usually they have an amazing buffet, this visit was extremely disappointing!

Horrible experience. Games and activities were over priced (example $6.50 for go carts, laser tag etc) and the cards did not accurately record the points. Prizes were also excessively over priced 100 points earned them two tiny candies and a sticker. I brought my son here for his birthday because it used to be cheaper. Next time I will go to Main Event. I was very disappointed in my experience today.

A little disappointed with our visit there today. I understand it's a holiday and you probably knew you wouldn't be very busy but if you are not going to have things available that usually are like the bouncy houses that is my daughters favorite and the buffet not having as much selection then maybe you should give a discounted rate for these kind of days. Also most employees today were pretty rude. Sorry to complain but when our family goes out for fun and spend well over $100 I kinda expected better.

Wow this place was Incredible, we gave my 11 year old the option to have a birthday party or we could just spend the cash here and have a day of fun. well we ended up spending 9 hours in this place playing video games and ridding rides. It was the best $160 I have spent on having fun like that. My kids could care less about having a birth party ever again.

Food was not good at all when you could even get to it. Very few pizzas out the whole time we were there. Games are cool when they work. Bathrooms were terrible the place was a mess and floors were filthy. People complained everywhere about everything. The employees look miserable. Not a good experience at all.

This place is AMAZING for kiddos! I took 3 boys 5,8,10 at 1pm on a Saturday durring Spring Break and it was crowded but not nearly as bad as I expected. The boys had the time of their lives and got to eat all of their favorite foods, play all the games and do all of the activities.Oh and this place has more than pizza! There were hotdogs and a taco bar, mac and cheese etc. We spent a good 5 hours there. As a family we had a great time. The mini bowling and bumper cars were a favorite. Pro Tip, you can get one game card and share it with multiple kids, it will save some $$

I was hesitant to eat here, because last year, didnt care at all for the buffet...decided to have a meal, and boy, was I surprised! Quite a upgrade from 2018, and I raved about the selections to everyone at the party! I'll be happy to come back and to recommend Incredible Pizza to family and friends.

Completely disgusting. I went there with my family and the food was dry and wasn’t well prepared at all. I figured spending 170 for a family of 5 would be worth it and the games were even ridiculous. I just left the hospital and we all have food poisoning. I’ve been trying to call management so I can get a refund and no one seems to know how to answer a phone. Sooooooooooooo disappointing, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

It was a lot of fun for the kids in the gaming area. There were a couple of games that didn't work properly. We wasted about $5 total on various broken games and the staff didn't seem to care when we told them. The food was decent. It would have been better if they didn't shut down the soda machines and start putting the chairs up around you while you were trying to eat even though the buffet didn't close for another 15 minutes.

The pizza had a different taste.. not a good different taste but a nasty tast. Chili was nasty the lettuce for salad bar was dry. Great environment, safe and fun. Seems they close rather early, with buffet and even the drink station shutting down an our before close at 8. Would have been nice to be able to grab a drink for myself and family before leaving, but alas... But tons to do, lots of fun games. Kid coaster, laser tag, and other rides available also!

Lots of games to choose from and you can add things like rides, bowling, laser tag, etc. Buffet isn't bad at all, kids will definitely love it. Can get pricey with the extras if you have a lot of kids. I spent $75 for me and my boy, including the ultimate package for him. Prizes for tickets are okay. The best cost way more tickets than we were able to earn on $35 in game play. But the video games were really enjoyable.

Love the staff and cleanliness of the location. The cashier was able to direct me to a very affordable package that allowed 4 hours of endless fun. The buffet remained full and fresh the duration of my visit. I noticed they added new games, attractions, and food items to the buffet. I came here for the first time to redeem my Rewards of Honor free buffet and it was excellent! I requested a mushroom and spinach pizza with Alfredo sauce and it was made fresh and was delicious. They play great music (they are playing golden oldies now) and the atmosphere is relaxed with themed rooms. It looks like a really fun place to bring kids. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Incredible Pizza and Rewards of Honor for the awesome treat!

I have never eaten pizza like what we had there. Along with a hot dog bar, salad bar, Tacos, and a host of other foods. They have different places inside this building where you can sit down to eat. These include a movie theater back drop, a high school gym, a Family room, 50's type Sock hop! They also have rooms for birthday party's. When you get done eatting you can go to their mini arcade play different types of video games or rife in go carts, ride a roller coaster, check out the tilt-a-wirll. Lots of fun with something for everyone.

Fun for kids birthdays, but prices of games and rides is pretty steep for what you get. Food is very low quality, and questionable. Its going to give you the runs and your going to get whatever illness is around the area since kids unsupervised constantly stick their hands in it all. But kids enjoy it here, just dont eat the food and carry sanitizer.

My wife and I went to the Incredible Pizza in War Acres this afternoon (New Years Eve). We are senior citizens, so thought we would celebrate early. Since the last time we were there, a few weeks ago, the price went up 25% and the quality of the food was not nearly as good. This put their pricing equal to or higher than the other buffets in the area which have a much better selection and better quality. We probably will not be returning.

The place itself is great. We have fun every time. I do have a complaint for today. Over in the bouncy house area, the lady running it at the time we were there went to open the gate to Let a man through, my son had his fingers on it and wasn’t aware what was going on (he’s 6). The lady didn’t even check or make sure no fingers were in there and just started to open it. It started crushing my sons fingers, as he crying and yelling my husband was telling her and she continued to open it not even paying attention. Finally we got his fingers out and they are bruised under the nail and was bleeding and she didn’t even ask if he was okay or even say sorry. I was livid. I had to ask if he could at least get a band aid since she was the one who squished them and made him bleed. Not once did she show any concern. I was really shocked at her not even caring she just hurt my child. Other than that everything was great but it took everything in me not to say worse than what I did.

Decent food at a good price. They have way more than just pizza. And it's probably the best place to take smaller kids. They've got a bouncy castle area that's fenced off, so you can keep track of the kids without standing right next to them. But of course they have go karts, bumper cars, and an arcade for the bigger kids, too. Try out the mini bowling with the little kids, too.

Loved this place. Something for everyone here. The food selection was subpar at best, though. Too many carbs and not enough vegetable choices. I do love the discounted prices for bundling and there is literally enough for you to do for hours if you time it right. One staff member in the prize shop was very rude and didn't seem like she cared too much about her job. All I wanted was to check my balance because their machines were not working properly and she rolled her eyes at me and scanned my pass.. crumpled up the paper and tossed it to me as if I was pestering her. Don't work customer service if you don't like your job. Don't come to work if you don't love what you do; because then what you do isn't worth doing.

This was the second time in 2 years being at this location in OKC, only went because it was my granddaughters birthday. I have to say nothing changed from the first visit a year before, the food was still awful, the floors, buffet, drink and game areas all needing to be cleaned desperately. The staff is not very friendly, no one smiles or seems happy to be working there. The food selection and quality for the price is not good at all, the Mac and cheese was watery, the cheese sauce for nachos was watery, fried chicken was mushy not crispy at all, pizza left little to be desired. Of the 7 of us there this visit 4 woke up sick with high fevers and diarrhea during the night and for 2 days after. Needs deep sanitizing throughout.

I was here for a family member's birthday party. It was an amazing experience except for the ride on the roller coaster. I'm a coaster enthusiast, so naturally, I had to ride it. The problem I have with it is that the ride operator didn't really check the restraints. I rode twice. The first time around was a full load and she just looked at the restraints, there were some that should have been pushed down further on some of the kids riding. The second time riding it (about an hour later) was just my sister-in-law and I, and she didn't even check the restraints. I really think that they need better training. Safety restraints are there for a reason, and they need to be properly checked, especially on children.

I contacted the management after their comments below. I received one email and no reply from them since then. My grandson loves coming here but the last few experiences were so bad I didn't want to come back. But it was his 13th birthday and whatever he chose. We won tons of tickets only to be told because of the most expensive package we bought that we don't get any tickets. After I won 500 to tickets. Hugely disappointed. Food is still bad. Some games don't work. Still need to clean. rude employees.

Had a great time. Took my daughter there for her 5th birthday. Food was good and rides and games were inexpensive. I did buy a all included package and didn't really get the full understanding of what it included but we had a good time overall. Even had a toddler are for my 3yr old to have some fun without all the bigger kids running him over.

Are host wasn't the best! She was new but definitely needed more training. All the other party rooms played games and did cheers we could hear from the hall ours didn't... But eveything else was great! The buffet has a variety of options not just pizza, salad and pasta. Our Kids enjoyed it. We will visit again!

seriously sad buffet that i had to ask if there was even pizza going to be put out. drinks left in the salad bar as employees fix their own plates and still nothing in the buffet. I've now been here for 30 min and still ghee buffet is only barely filled. 6 pizzas and some cheese bread and NOT a buffet

Excellent fun place for kids, most definitely. The young lady at the Check-in counter fantastic. The gentleman working the dining room not so much. I was not able to put a table together for my family to eat together, he took me the ‘gym’, all the tables were either full or reserved, then he told me to go somewhere by the tower, well we couldn’t go there either for one reason or other. We finally went back to the initial dining room and ate separate tables. It was an aggravating experience to find a place to sit and eat as a family, that’s why 2 stars.

Got there right when they opened and all the food was ice cold and or frozen.. The pizza was hot but esp. Being Veterans Day and expecting a large crowd the food Gould have been freshly cooked not left overs from Friday and Saturday.. Also installed them pull turkey off the line put it in another pan and poured sauce on it and labor it sweet n sour chicken.

Fun for kids and adults. Not much activity in the toddler area, but it's big enough for my little to play around and run off energy. Food is basically what you expect from a pizza buffet. Non-food things are overpriced. Husband and I only went for the arcade, all the games we played were $1 per play and up! On par with other similar entertainment venues, and though we'll be back, we definitely won't be frequent flyers.

Make sure you know What you want to do. Video games are not the same as prize games. These are different from the attractions. The bounce town has height limitations and you MUST keep your wrist band on to reenter. There is so much for the kids to do! My biggest complaint would be the lack of options on the buffet for those on special or restricted diets (Vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, paleo, etc.). Great place for birthdays or family lunch dates.

We had an issue with one of our cards. We spent $171+ and that included the $29.99 unlimited play (4 of them) one of cards wasn't working. I took the card up to the girl that rang us up and she had no clue what to do and then sent me over the the manager Natalie. Please keep in mind at this time 3 out of my 4 kids were able to use their card and one kid was left waiting when she should have been playing because we showed the cashier the coupon and said we wanted 4 of the same for the four kids. This was also our third time to be up there with card issues and I also let Natalie know that as she wasn't the first Manager I was sent to with the prior visits. When I got to Natalie she wanted to give me a lecture and argue about how that's not what I paid for and she would give it to me even though it's not what I paid for and she told some other guy to go and do something to correct it, which that guy had no clue what he was doing and still my 12 year old kid still didn't have a card for however long. So here's my thing, Natalie made it seem like I was an inconvenience and I was asking for something I didn't pay for per her comment I didn't pay for it. Here's my response to that.... I did pay for it regardless of the cashier hitting 3 of the same $29.99 deals and for some odd reason charging us for some other random $29.99 deal that was not unlimited. I had to call my husband over because I couldn't deal with lack of common sense nor the lack of customer service Natalie did not posses. We were there for our 11 year old daughter's birthday and she wanted to ride go karts. The sad thing is when we thought of go karts we thought of a different place in okc, Incredible Pizza did not come to mind. We hadn't been there in years and all though the food is much better than it used to be and the games are better, unfortunately the customer service is awful! I never received an apology for their mistake and that's what Natalie was missing it was their mistake! I didn't need a lecture I needed an apology and a quick fix to the problem and her lack of diconcern and awareness of the issue should be very alarming for Incredible Pizza. Thanks for an awful experience not only for me but for my kid as well. Long story short after spending so much money and having such an awful experience Incredible Pizza will still not be on our radar for places to take the kids.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! My whole family went. We were able to eat and play for roughly $40. We got there around lunch and sisnt leave til around 9 ish. The food is good and has a nice variety, and the games were awesome. My kids LOVED it! They even had a free area for my 10 month old to play. By the time we left bellys where still full and they whole family was worn out. We all slept well that night! I recomend going.

Even though I work here I could not make it to my niece's birthday party due to health reasons, I heard from my family who went she had a great time! The only thing my mom didn't like was one of the people were rude to her. She didn't tell me a name but she's okay with it I guess. My niece had a ton of fun though so I wanna thank everyone there who saw my niece and helped her have an incredible time!

My family had lots if fun with the games and attractions! However we were there for a party and the Host wasnt very helpful at all felt more like a mean babysitter rather than helping or hosting . Also the chicken we had was raw in the middle and noone ever got a manager. Plus they do shut the drinks down before they close and the rest if the place would have been nice for our large group to have a drink before we left.

Do NOT waste your money on the party packages. Had my son's birthday party here thinking it would be well worth the money since we have such a good time going there for fun. We couldn't have been more wrong. Guests were charged that shouldn't have been charged with in our minimum limit BY THE SAME PERSON we checked in with not even ten minutes prior. We specifically told them adults were to be included in the minimum plus any guests that arrived after that (including adults) were to be paid for BY US. We ended up having to have three refunds issued. The pizzas that were available have definitly gone down in quality and even the kids ended up eating other stuff INSTEAD of pizza. We didn't have the personal party helper we were supposed to until toward the end of the party when it was time to usher us out of the party room due to "...being understaffed...". We were asked if we needed any boxes for cake to go since we had so much left over. We told them we would after the games since we had no place to put it safely and they told us just to let someone know we were one of the parties and we could get them as we needed. What a laugh! We ended up having to get nasty with them just to get only TWO boxes for guests for cake to take. Once we did get them in hand, we were met with less than friendliness. If you are going just for something to do then its as over priced as any other place, but save your money, time and patience and look into other places for your parties. Definitely not worth $300.

For adults it's a bit on the dull side but for children and teens its alot of fun the buffet is large and a wide range of food which is nice if you dont particularly just want pizza. Great place for childrens birthday parties if large groups.
