Went in for a first time flight with a buddy and his son and all three of us enjoyed it. I had been wanting to try this for a while and the timing was right while we were in OK City. Diego was our instructor and he was awesome! You could tell he has a deep passion for this sport. And Yes, it is a Sport as Diego made clear ;) Maybe not so much for us beginners but it is amazing at the stunts and tricks these guys and gals can do in the tunnel. Not scary at all so don't be afraid. Just jump in there and try it. You will leave with a smile on your face!

What a great experience!! Diego, our instructor....FANTASTIC. My boyfriend and I are in our 30s, we brought our parents who are in their 60s and EVERYONE had a blast!! Seriously, everyone should go at least once (or 100 times)!

Very expensive but very cool. I got an uncomfortable feeling the whole time I was there because the slot we paid for was also with 4 other people that had been there before. It felt like my son and I were in the way which was not a good feeling. But the experience was neat. I definitely want to go skydiving now for sure!

I wish I had taken down the names of everyone i spoke with. Instead I will focus on Zachary. He took time to answer all my questions and address my fears. Not making me feel rushed or as if I was a burden. Extremely patient and professional. Definitely look forward for a great experience with IFLY. We need more high quality customer service like everyone I spoke to in IFLY today. In addition, an instructor put an an aerial show for me and her student, and it was AMAZING!!!....She did show off a bit...lol... All in all I really enjoyed the show.... For teachers out there...This is a great outdoors event for children. For businesses, this a great employee empowering moment...A win win for all!!!!

I just had my birthday party here it was my first time BEST PARTY EVER. I never once felt insecure or unsettled, only really exhilarated and exited. It was overall an AMAZING experience. We did them STEM experience at ifly and it was amazing! Such a fun learning experience. Hank and Alex were our instructors and they were experienced and knowledgeable flyers. The way they interacted with with all of the kids was phenomenal. They truly encouraged a love for learning and gave each child (no matter what level) a wonderful experience.

Be prepared for them to constantly upsale you. You are only in the air for one minute. Pretty overpriced for the price. Upon leaving they tried to charge me for 'high flights'. That was ridiculous, we are not in control of how high you go once inside the tunnel, that is completely up to staff . So, I will not be recommending this experience.

We did two 1 minute flights and had a great experience. They take pictures and videos of you, which you get for free. Definitely a plus that they don't make you pay for those. Be sure to let them know if you have a bad shoulder/leg so they can help avoid further injury.

While each flight lasts only a few mins, the staff spends more time showing off doing spins and maneuvers than allowing customers spending more time “flying”, time that they could give to customers to actually enjoy the product. I believe its too much money for doing two 2 minute flights. 90$ for being in the air tunnel for a couple of minutes its not worth it. I would recommend doing something else for that same amount of money. The experience was nice but way way to short.

I went here on a school trip. SO MUCH FUN!! I sometimes wish it wasn't so expensive so I could come more often, but I understand the pricing. It is a fair price for the management of the equipment and the instructors' time. No hard feeling and I still hope to save enough to come back with my family soon enough.

Fun and worth the experience however I do think that customer care plan, ethos, sales tactics and leadership needs restoration. Past the first experience and on to membership plans is where they totally lost me as a customer. I am extremely excited for this industry to gain competition. I do believe the root of all their problems are do to the fact that they currently have a monopoly on the supply of in door wind. Enjoy it while it lasts ifly because the winds of change are going to blow competition right up your tunnel. Your staff blows

It was everything I hoped for & more. The front desk people seemed annoyed with life but our instructor Austin was AMAZING. We went for my hubby's Bday & Austin made sure we had fun. He was VERY nice and welcoming. My shoe flew off and got stuck in the ceiling so he had to go get it. (Sorry lol) I would recommend that everyone ask for Austin. After our flight he showed his moves and he looked so cool. It made me want to go back and learn so I can do all that too!!

I had a lot of fun when I went and he staff on hand were great. The prices do feel a little high, but after having gone I been receiving multiple discount offers via email. The wind tunnel is quiet loud, but the helmet you need to wear and the ear plugs they offer reduce the noise enough to be comfortable. I would recommend going with friends as it definitely added to the experience. It's also nice as they can tell you in between flights what your were doing wrong. The instructors try, but communication is limited and prevents them from giving you good tips and advice in between flights.

This was a great experience. My 11 y.o. son went as part of a STEM class with his EPIC teacher. He is very timid and has several learning and motor differences so we were not sure if he would fly. He did! He loved it and wants to go again! His instructor was young and helpful. The hand signals were easy for him follow. He even did a high fly! Much of this was due to his incredible teacher's encouragement but also the clear presentation by the staff. It was a great experience for all the kids on the field trip!

ifly OKC is most defenatly a place to stop if you like new adventures..Just a heads up wear your lace up tennis shoes if your going in for a visit. And pay attention during the videos they show you other wise you might have a bumpy ride. The price is a bit high bit worth the price for trying something out of this world. The people who work here super helpful group. And enjoy doing what they do.

Lots of fun. I can definitely see how this can become a great hobby if you can afford to do it regularly. I haven't been skydiving but I imagine this is at least half as fun as the real thing, but much easier for a beginner to learn.

This is one of the BEST experiences in OKC! My son had an AMAZING time. The staff is thoughtful, courteous and professional. They provide awesome instruction and the highest safety for all their clients. If you haven't checked this out, make time to do so. Priced moderately this unique activity is fun for people of all ages. Frequent flyer promotions really get you into the sport and train you to have more athletic abilities. I would give zero if i could. We paid a few hundren bucks for 5 of us to experience this as a family and instead when we showed and were ready to go at out BOOKED time we were waiting for three other people to finish getting ready then apparently they were joining our group. Additionaly they purposely and conviently leave out how long you are flying.... not impressed.. rather save and actually tadeum sky dive for the money..

The experience was a ton of fun! Start to finish, it took us about an hour and a half for 2 minutes of flight time. Those two minutes definitely left you wanting more, in the best possible way. The company knows that as well and tries to monetize your excitement, which comes off a little ham-handed. Watch out for those upsales! Our flight instructor, Diego, was fun and was attentive to all 10 people in his class.

My grandson (10 years old) was initially terrified. The instructor helped him relax and understand they would not fall into the wind tunnel fan blade. He had a great time. Once his time was up, he immediately wanted to do it again. This is expensive, BUT WORTH THE COST.

A very unique albeit pricey experience, but I would still go back again at some point. Lead instructor Dillon was awesome and quite helpful. The guy in the booth manning the fan speed was also quite helpful at telling me I needed to do more of a plank to not fold in half backwards which was also so helpful. 10/10 experience, would fly again properly to avoid folding in half backwards

My son joined a boy scout group at iFLY for a STEM class and had a blast. The instructors are professional and entertaining (they do some aerial acrobatics between groups). He had so much fun, we purchased additional flying time so that we can return with the whole family. Everyone in our group, and the other guests, were clearly enjoying themselves...so you can be comfortable that it is safe and fun for young (as young as 3 yo) and old. Spend the extra $$$ and get the high-fly.

I've visited iFly twice lately, and both experiences were superb. First, I took my students on a field trip where we were provided with a STEM class in addition to the flight class and flying. The kids LOVED it, and the pricing was very reasonable. Then, I went back to fly again and was able to take advantage for the lower rate since I'd flown previously. Hank was my flight instructor, and he was fantastic! This is a super fun activity for anyone at any age.

Be prepared to spend money, cool experience for skydivers and woofoes. Worth it when its all said and done, its pretty easy to lose yourself while flying around in there. I'd call it another playground.

When we arrived, we were greeted, helped with our reservations and that went smoothly. They were great at the front desk. Chris was our instructor and he was awesome. He took the time to explain everything, interacted with us before, during, and after the flight. He was an awesome instructor. Ryan helped when we did the fly high portion and he was great too! I cannot be more impressed with the customer interactions and they made us feel special. You want a great experience, head out there band cause it is well worth it! We will be back!

We are trying to schedule a birthday party there. The staff is incredibly unhelpful. Every time we speak with one we get a different answer. We spoke to someone claiming to be a manager and everything she said contradicted everything anyone else had said. The sales people were all rude and just cared about getting money. I assume they are on commission. My family will be avoiding iFLY in the future.

Great instructors make your first time flying in a wind tunnel exhilarating and fun. Prices aren't cheap, but it is definitely worth a trip. Make sure to arrive before your scheduled flight time, but don't worry about getting bored, you'll have plenty of people top watch while you wait for your turn. Happy soaring!

I thought it would be "neat" but not amazing... I was wrong. Takes way more skill and practice than I thought. Finding your center of gravity and learning to move around that point was tricky. Glad I went with the four flights on my first time there. The extra time in let's you learn more things and unfortunately... get hooked. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and entertaining.

Exciting while you're there, but feels like an assembly line and you are inundated by the volume of noise the entire time you are there, not just from the wind tunnel, but from the loud music they also pump in forcing everyone to yell for the two hours you are there. I took my father, whose experience was ruined by an unsecured helmet strap making his flights painful rather than fun and forming a huge welt on his neck. And my experience downgraded after trying to download videos turned into a nightmare. The website is a joke. I was unable to make reservations or download our videos online. Sure, while you are there it is exciting, but much of that is caused by your own fears of failing at something new while being videotaped and with dozens of strangers watching. You are there for two hours, but only get two, 60-second flights, so for $150 for two, I can't say it is worth it, especially when you factor in the potential for injury, embarrassment, or aggravation. And if you don't spend an additional fee per person for the "high fly", you'll likely walk away even more disappointed. While I understand that our experience may not have been the norm, unless the company fixes its website and figures out a way to make the experience more personal, they are unlikely to net many return customers. If you have any doubts about doing this, then skip it. If you still want to give it a go, make sure your chin straps won't flap in the wind, don't expect the website to function properly, and know that you won't be in the tunnel long enough to apply anything you learn. (Keep your legs further apart for more stability.)

You. Have. To. Do. This! What an amazing experience, for kids and adults. We went in the middle of the day on a weekday and were the only ones there, and it was incredible. Of course, it costs a lot, and you are only in the air for a few minutes, but it is def one of those experiences you need to have if you can swing it.

Something like this isn't usually my thing, but I knew my 9-year old son would love it and thought it would be a fun and unique activity to do together. It ended up being a great experience from start to finish! A special thanks to Josh & Jacob who guided us along and made the whole thing so much fun. They were friendly, reassuring, and added some nice touches during our 3 flights to make it extra special for us both. Although we're in Richmond, we're already planning to go back and will bring the rest of our family. Now that I know what it's like, I'm looking forward to getting more practice and hopefully learn at least some of the tricks Jacob was doing. The wife & I went there. IT WAS AWESOME. I wish the time in the wind tunnel was longer but they try to give you the experience of a real sky dive. So each turn you purchase in the tunnel goes for 1min. You can purchase the option to go to the top of the tunnel. It's worth it. I wish it was closer to my home because I would attempt to get the training and start working up the different levels they have posted in there. The staff all have a sense of humor and just have fun. They are all smiles and take care of your needs in a timely manor. I would totally recommend this to anyone or family interested.

A lot of fun, the staff was very professional. A super unique experience you don't get a lot of chances to experience, and if you don't feel like jumping out of a plane, this is as close as you can get. Our group was mixed, from small children to teens, young adults, and parents. The staff was able to get everyone accommodated and give them the full experience of "flying," within their comfort and skill levels of course. It was very busy when we went (a few large parties) so it was a little hectic at times but the staff handled it well. The ONLY reason it isn't five stars is that it is VERY pricey. Yeah, I get that there isn't really any way to make it cheaper - this is just expensive, massive technology. But just know that you're going to be dropping a bit of money for only a few minutes, if that, of "flying" time. Maybe a good once-in-a lifetime sort of thing unless you've just won the lotto. I expect that the best value is to have a large group and just go for the full party package. Not cheap, but it isn't going to be so you might as well just splurge instead of trying to make it more affordable and then being underwhelmed.

It was fun but the price was a little steep. I took my son and it was $152 for the beginner package with the high fly as an extra. The entire experience lasts about an hour. Price for amount of time you get is pretty steep. It was fun, but won't go again. The instructor we had did not give good directions/was not clear. He was not a good leader. Whenever we asked him to clarify something or just a general question he would seem annoyed. I had to ask him several times on how to do something because he did not follow through with instructions. He spent most of his time goofing off and showing off, not being professional. In the end, he was just plain rude to me when I was leaving. This made what should have been a fun experience, not the greatest. If I ever go back, maybe it would be better because I would have a different instructor, but you just don't get enough time in the space. I also don't feel like I had a proper experience in the space because of the lack of communication with the instructor.

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is completely disorganized. When i called about our booking the guy who answered had no idea how to answer any of my questions like, how much will this cost. They overbooked and just left us waiting and wondering what was going on. If my kid had not been so excited I would have walked out. Never going again. Poor customer service.

Group experience was good for some, not others. A group of 14 of us went in late December 2018. Our experience was good for some, but not so good for others. At least 3 members of our party were given helmets that did not fit well, and their experience was awful. The glass part covering the eyes either pushed back in some cases, or rattled terribly in other cases. My sister-in-law and another woman both immediately tried to leave the flying cage once they realized there was a problem, and the instructor (Jacob) handled it extremely poorly. My poor sister-in-law kept pointing to the door (feeling a nosebleed beginning), but the instructor refused to let her return, and eventually manhandled her to the webbed floor. Eventually, they turned off the air and let her out, but it was an extremely scary situation for us (and all the other waiting guests) to watch, and scary and humiliating for her to experience. The instructor then got her a helmet that was better fitting (the kind the instructors themselves use). Then the same thing happened with another woman in our group, though this time the instructor had learned his lesson and let her stop immediately. (And then got her another of the full helmets). Then it was my 7-year-old's turn. His experience was also painful, with the eye piece rattling against his face as the wind buffeted him, but they did not get him a replacement helmet (maybe they didn't have a child size of the good ones). He did his second flight, but did not enjoy that one either, and does not wish to return. (Unfortunately, he hurt the feelings of his aunt who had arranged and paid for this family event when he told her he didn't like it.) On the subject of our instructor, I do not think he was among the better ones. I saw the instructor for the group after us having their party practice putting up their arms in the appropriate position, and reviewing the hand signals with them a few times (you can't hear anything while in the wind tunnel). Jacob didn't do either of those things, and I think consequently, our group seemed not to be as successful flying as other groups seemed to be. A few other things marred our experience -- they gave us some coupons for a free photo or video, but only one of the coupon codes actually worked. And then we discovered that in addition to charging us for my husband's $9.95 "upflight", they had also charged him another $59.95. When we called to dispute that charge, the first person who answered the phone at iFly Loudoun said that it probably should have been charged to someone else in our party, and that we should call around and find out who it was and get the money back from them. We said no, the charge was not authorized by us and you need to reverse it. She declined, and so we asked to speak to the supervisor, who eventually came on and reversed the charge. On the positive side, my husband did enjoy his two, one-minute flights,, and so did several of the other people. But we will not be going back.

Experience flying at iFly. They provide all the gear you need, training, and expert coaches to help you learn to fly in a column of rushing air. It's like skydiving only without the sudden stop at the end. Coaches guide you through every step of the process from getting your gear on, training on how to fly, and while in flight. I've been there twice and the staff is always kind and helpful. My daughter has flown several times and is always excited for the opportunity. Great experience that I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After visiting a few other tunnels, this is kept up well and not too busy even during peak times. There is ample parking and easy to spot from the road. Highly recommended!

I recently booked a 2-flight package for my boyfriend on his birthday. From the customer service guy who answered all of my questions before hand to the flight instructor, the experience was amazing. THOMAS, his flight instructor, had contagious enthusiasm and energy! He got both the kid and adult flyers pumped up and ready. Although I didn’t fly that day, I was pumped up too and when it is my turn to fly, I hope to have him as my flight instructor too! Thank you Thomas and iFly for making my guys birthday surprise a success!

went on event day with autistic child and event was not very organized. The was very nice though just wish more information was given about exactly how everything was going to happen as to first you try on suit then class and such my appointment was for a certain time and we had to wait much longer. Being with a child with Autism you have to explain in detail whats going to happen. Atleast my child does better knowing what the schedule is going to be. But over all we had a great time.

This place is the coolest place ever. It's not very expensive and there wasn't a long wait. They also train you first before you fly it is super fun for children and adults.
