Great place to take the kiddos to entertain themselves. The prices are fair and you can really get great value if you're there for awhile. The pizza was surprisingly delicious and I absolutely recommend it. They occasionally have specials on the large swing and it's a lot of fun if you have the extra money.

I want to first comment on the Fun Park. My daughter had her unicorn themed birthday party there everything went smoothly they went above and beyond for her. They let us bring in a wireless speaker and play music to dance to in the party room. The host was great. Then 1wk later we had her a mermaid themed birthday party at Andy Alligator Water Park. Same experience overall was a good place to celebrate.

I would like to start off this review by saying we had a great time at Andy Alligator all summer until 8/14/19 when my son broke his foot exiting the Blow up Sling Shot slide. I personally purchased six season passes, rented a cabana and bought a full pizza every time we visited. On our first visit my son tried the Sling Shot but his foot twisted when exiting so didn’t get back on the slide again until last Wednesday. When exited this time his foot slipped between the slide and the makeshift step. Please see the attached photos to understand how dangerous this set up is. After he was injured, the lead brought out a wheelchair and took him to the office and gave him an ice pack. While in the office, at least five employees were present and they all agreed that most of the injury’s that happened over the summer were from the two Blow up rides. They wheeled my son out to the car, and nobody wrote up an incident report. I took my son directly to his Dr office and after xrays confirmed his foot was broke, I called Andy Alligator to speak with a manager. He said nobody told him about this accident and that his staff did not follow protocol, because they should write up an incident report for anything that requires a band aid. I explained that a large group of his staff said most injuries that happened this summer were from the two blow up bounce house like rides. He said that was out if context because most were small injuries only one break so far this summer before my son broke his foot. He took my incident report over the phone and said he would send to the GM and someone would contact me. It’s been a week today,and I’ve heard NOTHING... my husband and I went to the waterpark last Friday to see if they had added a sign or changed the setup to prevent more accidents from happening, but Nothing had changed. My son was supposed to start his 7th grade year at his new junior high last Thursday. Instead, we had to start two days late, and now with the inconvenience of a broken foot and hauling around a scooter. I’m disappointed in how Andy Alligator has handled this situation and I hope nobody else gets hurt before they close down the water park for the year!

Just went for my daughters birthday and they kicked her off the go karts for the whole day because she accidentally ran into the wall. REALLY she's only 6 and she drives like a grandma. They said it was there rule. Won't be going back. Definitely am finding a new birthday spot. Update to response...there was several other kids wrecking before and after she was kick.and didnt get kicked off after they just kicked off my daughter. My mother watched the track and was informed she couldn't video she watched a wreck happen and they didn't kick either kid off the track and claimed it didn't happen. After my daughter was kicked off for hitting the side rail. She drives slow. She couldn't have done much damage if any at all

We have been numerous times, but yesterday it was my son, my mom, and I. My son LOVES laser tag and couldn’t wait to play, we were there early in the day so there werent many people there yet. My mom is unable to play laser tag so it was just me and my son. He is 5 years old. Being the only two in the laser tag, he got scared, so the attendant Morgan helped him through the game and was on his “team” to make sure he wasn’t scared. Thank you Morgan for making his day.

We went there for my grandsons birthday. They are all so rude. They didnt even let us know what was going. I had some guests that only had 3 hour braclets. They started at 4 when the party started by the time we got done eating and doing cake and presents it was about 5. So by 7 the wrist bands were done. Then I was playing a game and it froze. I had coins on there and by the time they got done doing whatever they did they walked away they came back 2 more times then the third time they started getting snooty. I never got moved to a different machine and lost my coins and when it froze up the last time I didnt even care at that point. We cashed out and went home. Never ever ever would I go there again. Or recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I dropped in on a date night to race some gocarts and hit some balls at the batting cages. We waited in line for the go cart, then when we got to the front of the line some kids walked up and they said they had to do a special race for just the kids and we had to wait again. By then, 15 minutes had gone by so we decided to go to the cages instead. We went over to the cages, but the card they gave us didn't work. At this point, we'd had enough and decided to get a refund and leave. I've heard nothing but terrible things about Andy's, and my experiences here have been awful every time. Needless to say, we won't be back again.

My husband and I love to drive go karts. I have been driving go karts myself since I was 4, so I know what i'm doing. We usually go other places but wanted to try the ones at Andy Alligators so maybe we can take the kids back sometime. We got ultimate wristbands for unlimited go karts, frog hopper, mini golf, rock wall climb, bumper cars, and 1 game of laser tag. I tried the rock wall outside and didn't care for it. The laser tag game was fun. the bumper cars were squeaky but fun. We didn't try the frog hopper or play mini golf. Now to our main reason for going, the go karts. They were fun to drive until everyone had to stop every lap or so, so that a car or cars could be righted on the track by the 1 attendant. The first 2 times we drove, there really weren't any issues and the older attendant didn't say anything about me swerving around corners. We went to try out other stuff for an hour or so before going back to go karts. By then there was a young attendant there running the go karts. Now while I will acknowledge that the pre recorded rules do say don't swerve, I wasn't really swerving around corners on purpose. If you don't want people swerving, maybe the tires shouldn't be slick racing tires (but then it wouldn't be go kart racing) and the steering shouldn't be so sensitive. I was not hitting any other cars, nor was I hitting any rails, yet I was the only one the young attendant told to "stop swerving around corners or i'd be kicked off without a refund". Young man, you should have been policing the children who were horseplaying and purposely crashing into folks rather than trying to police adults who have been driving for decades. If you were policing the kids instead of me, perhaps the young lady wouldn't have gotten hurt so badly that she was crying when the little rammer boy crashed into her and 3 other cars. If I were a child, I would have hit them too. However I am an adult, and I hit my brakes and avoided it! The cars at Andy Alligators may be fast, but I have more fun and freedom with the go karts in Branson!

Decent place for what it is. If you need something to do and are close by. Not big at all but good enough. Doesnt seem like they have enough people running the place. Has mini golf. Go karts. Climbing wall. Some climbing stuff for small kids inside. Small waterpark.

I would not recommend their party package. I rsvp for both adults and kids. The gave about 10 adults risk bans for the unlimited package and 13 kids. Mind you they only provided two pizza pies and two refills which only went to the kids. I asked before I booked to package to ensure that I was getting what I wanted and was told that everyone would get two slices of pizza. No one got two, not even the kids. All this for almost $800 my guests had to buy food after the party. I paid the amount because I did not want to make a scene at my child's party. I tried to get an explanation from management but it is a story that does not add up. If you go on their website to book a package for of the same nature, the total is a little over $400. I even sent an email which no one bothered to respond to. Take you child to Chuck e cheese or somewhere else. This place is not worth it!

Great place I got a platinum season pass tryed getting ahold of them because we were rained out on Wednesday after I used my friend passes and didn't really get to do much everything got closed trying to see about getting the passes back so we can bring them and try again on a day that doesn't rain seeing we were rained out so didn't get to stay as long as planned and there's nothing to do with pass in the fun park and friends you bring don't even get to do what little you do...seeing their children making her friend not do something she gets to do is unfair ... So left instead I feel pass could be fixed to where if you bring a friend they should get to do everything you do...

My 4 year old son loves this place. Both the Fun Park and Water Park. Some of the things he's still too young for but there is still plenty to keep him busy. It's usually not so crowded and easy to park and the staff is friendly and the place is clean which we like.

Honestly, it's just not my kind of place. It appears this water park is more geared for families that like to let their young kids run around unsupervised while the adults kick back under a hut or float in the river drinking alcohol. Our five year old enjoyed the play area, but there isn't even a pool to swim in. It gets very boring, very quickly.

Quite a variety of activities for ages including a beer selection for grown ups to enjoy themselves. Laser Tag, plenty of ticket redemption games both physical or video with a wide selection to play. They even have go-carts miniture golf and water slides and aqua attractions to boot.

We had a wonderful time at Andy Alligators today! We found some chairs in the shade and the lines for rides weren't too long. The bathrooms were clean and the lifeguards were friendly. We took a 3, 4, 7 & 10 year olds and they had a blast! We will definately be going back! Way better that White Water Bay!!!

Okay, lets talk about the minimum requirements of a mini golf course. A green, boundaries, and a hole. The issue? Each 'hole' had multiple holes. We are unsure whether or not of their original purpose but it was disorienting to try to figure out which hole you were supposed to use. The main redeeming factor is the price. Also, hole 9 eats golf balls, so we were a little salty about that as well.

My kids enjoyed playing the arcade style games for tickets and toys. It was a nice place to visit on a hot Oklahoma afternoon. There are other adventures to try and a dining facility. We didn't purchase the other activities but maybe something to try later. This is a fun place for families to be.

Super upset. I just found out today that the summer passes I signed up for aren't a summer pass. It's a 12 month subscription. And of course no way to get out of it. My kids are too small for the bumper cars and rock wall. The fun park side does me no good. I love the water park and have been going there for years but I'm furious about this. And dont "small print" me. They could have explained that when I signed up. That's shady and just wrong.

Tried out the putt putt and batting cages. Seemed to be a little understaffed because there weren't any balls available to golf with. The putting greens are a little beat up and torn in a few spots. Tried the batting cage last, it's a nice setup and in theory you can adjust the height and speed of the balls, however out of two rounds/tickets worth of pitches we ended up with maybe a handful of balls that didn't bounce way in front of the plate or scream over my head.

We seem to had a great day for my son birthday, it was our first time visiting....only problem we had was, The Go Car attendant (guy) yelling at my son and friend son, told them they had to get out of the cars....He said they wasn't wearing their seat belt, which they where, it was snapped by their waist not over their shoulders, all he had to do was explain that to them, instead of hollering at them!

Wonderful water park, especially for smaller kids! Very clean and smaller than white water but that can actually be a good thing. It's easier to keep an eye on my son because of the layout. We really enjoy coming here. The staff has always been helpful and kind to us! While I don't know from experience, the cabanas look like they would be a fun rental for a large family day or a few friends getting together. Definitely want to rent one next year!

Not only did they have a blast, the crew was totally accommodating, the employees were wonderful, the food was fantastic and there’s something for every age group. I had a job interview here a few years back. I was hired for the position on the spot. After spending money I didn't have on proper work attire I waited a week for them to tell me when my first day was. After no one called or emailed I called myself and was promptly placed on hold and after 20 minutes the call was disconnected. I drove up to the location 2x over the next week to speak with a manager about my employment. Both times I was told to wait for extended amounts of time for the hiring manager to speak with me, but after waiting I was given the company line of she went home or she is not here. I finally came to my senses and decided this job was not worth it.

My kids 9 and 7 always ask to come here, I’m not typically a fan of places with arcade type games like Chuck e Cheese, but Andy’s is so much more. We bought the unlimited wristbands for our kids, and upgraded to unlimited laser tag for $5. They rode go-carts, climbed the rock wall, rode bumper cars, played in the playscape, mini-golf and lots of laser tag. We literally spent 6 hours here, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation.

It’s a dirty shame when they kick a 6 year old off the kiddie go kart track for bumping the wall!! Mean while I stand and watch several other wrecks happen and no one else gets kicked off the track. When we requested the manager he informed us that it’s the rules which , I guess it’s only applied selectively. I told him I was going I was going to video and show him how many other wrecked happen that didn’t result in kids being banned and he informed me I wasn’t allowed to video tape anything. Hmmm.... there have been several people all around the park videoing all day. This was my granddaughters birthday and now some control freak has ruined her fun I hope he’s happy and that karma will show him how he made my granddaughter and our whole family feel. This is the 4th birthday party we’ve had here spending over $500 and never ever have we ever had this issue. So irritating!!! Guess there was no way to reply to the company's reply! **********UPDATE********* As you can see they replied but it was with the same response as the manager on duty during the incident so I'm wondering now if it was from him. Its funny that they did this for the safety of my Granddaughter (not daughter as they stated in their reply) and others but then why was she the only one that got band from the track for the rest of the days? There we several other children wrecking repeatedly and other than the 2 children that he (the manager) kicked off while I was standing there no others were band. The other 2 children left the track only to return later and was allowed to ride again, even though the same ride attendant was still operating the track. These children are 3 yrs. and up, they are not adult licensed drivers and it is to be expected that they'll wreck. These rule should just apply to the adult track. Way to go letting a control freak ruin a child's birthday and make her cry. Shame on your company!!!!

Employees were very nice, including the manager. We visited the fun park and they have a pretty good variety of games. Their mini golf course is nice and they have go-karts and a sky swing of some kind that we were too chicken to try. They have batting cages as well and inside they have mini bowling and bumper cars in addition to their games. We didn't try the snack bar/ restaurant but they do have one. It appears to serve hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs, etc. I was surprised and pleased at how clean everything was. There was even a young man cleaning the metal FLOORS of the sit-down games! You can drop a lot of cash here in a relatively short time, but no more so than other places of this type I don't think. It's just kind of part of the deal. All the kids we saw seemed to be having a ball.

Just finished our first visit and I was very pleased. First and foremost the staff was kind and attentive. The facilities were in good shape. I think it is ideal for children 42" tall through about 11-12 years of age. Yes, smaller kiddos will enjoy but just not be able to do everything. It sits on a small door print so easy to watch the kiddos.

Worst experience ever. My son had a birthday party here the host did not interact what so ever and employees were rude and even mad that no one was helping them. It's not our fault so I don't understand why she had to act like that. Our host also didn't even give my son his 500 tickets and messed up our wrist bands. I will never do a birthday party here again and I don't think I'd even come back here just for fun. I don't recommend this place at all.

Great fun, prices are reasonable compared to other places. The wristbands offer the best value especially when certain games (laser tag, mini golf or go carts) are played multiple times. Not all games are unlimited on all bands so pick the one that best suits your needs.

The batting cages were not working properly and did not refund any money. The customer service was terrible and not helpful. If you are looking for fun, go somewhere else like HeyDay right across the street.

Andy serves it purpose but it is geared more towrds the younger crowd like 10 and under... mini golf course needs some love and attention. They do have a few things geared towrds the older kids the huge human swing, rockwall, laser tag, go karts

Over priced for anyone over '42 inches. I feel this is a place for todlers. They only had two slides my 7yr old enjoyed. The "lazy river" was VERY SMALL. Just very disappointed for how much we paid. Food was $8 for a hamburger. Also there was a woman there that was dressed very inappropriately in a thong. After approaching them about it they asked her to put shorts on which she did eventually, but it wasnt long before she had removed them again. After approaching them about it a second time they approached her again and she eventually left, however i dont feel we should have had to approach them about it so many times, i feel such an inappropriateness should have been realized and handled much sooner.

Literally the worst place I have taken yhe kids to this summer. Over priced, old equipment that is always broken. Little girl got hurt in the first 10 minutes and they refused to give a refund.

The laser tag part is fun but rest of it is not worth the cost. Paid for the "unlimited" fun pass but The lazy workers don't want to open half the stuff to be able to enjoy. Also, everything isn't included in the unlimited. Laser tag, giant swing, batting cages all extra/separate. A more accurate description is "limited pass" = to whatever the employees feel like opening for you today.

Took our kids here today while visiting OKC and they had a blast! Yes it is pricey but about the same as other amusement places! The go carts were very fun and they had a nice little mini golf course! The video games we’re great and my little guy loved the play area (which I think should be free or maybe $1, not $5$. )The mini bowling was fun also! Great family fun time!!

I had an amazing experience today at Andy Alligator's Fun Park! There were about 50 kids there from Norman YMCA daycare running around with little supervision, however, a manager named Jonathan, despite the chaos and lack of supervision from the daycare leaders, remained patient and helpful! I certainly wish everyone working with customers could be trained by him! Excellent experience! We will be back! Often!

It's fun for the whole family but a bit pricey. For 4 adults and 2 kids one was free it was 289.00 for online tickets to save a little. Then 5.00 water bottles and everything inside you have to pay for. Ridiculous

I had my daughters party here two days ago... Issue #1 the frog hopper was down but didn’t know until we were walking over to it to let all the kids go in it, they were looking forward to it. Issue #2 - I called multiple times the week of the party to confirm date/time and nobody answered the phones until the day before the party finally a guy answered... He took my name & # down and said he would check with the birthday coordinator and get back with me... never called me back. ISsue #3 - I called again the morning of the party , again no answer... So, I arrived with my party supplies 15 min before the party so I would have enough time to set up before guests arrived (I wasn’t sure what was included and what wasn’t for the $300 - Issue #4 - FRUSTRATING). Anyways, so my husband, kids and I arrived and waited about 20 min. before anyone could help us & direct us to our party room - Issue #5... btw, pretty sure high school students run this place, Issue #6. We finally got direction to our party room 10 min. after party was supposed to start & were told to set up quickly... most of her guests had already arrived for the party ( hey embarrassing). The high school student helping us was so overwhelmed and had nothing ready, i felt bad for her - Issue #7. she had another party she had to cash out and it took her forever to do so (we waited for a knife to cut cake, ended up getting a spatula and kids were waiting & waiting on more to drink) Issue #8. I was overcharged at the end for guests that didn't show - Issue #9... I informed the manager how disappointing this whole process was and how poorly this place operates... I’m just thankful after spending $300 the parents were patient and my 5 year old had fun with her friends... I’ll be hosting my bday parties at my house from now on for more than 1/2 the cost and frustration... so disappointed!
