REVIEWS OF Bismarck KOA Journey IN North Dakota

Steph DeForrest

Nice staff, good campground. It was pretty busy. Even the tent sites didn't seem to have an unfilled spot the night we were there. The pool was so crowded we decided to skip it. We saw two play areas. Once had like 3 tiny things that kept my son busy for about 5 minutes; this was by the office. The other was near our tent site and had a lot of old metal equipment that made me thankful my son was up-to-date on his tetanus shots just in case.. But overall it was an ok stay.

Sus H

Sites were level and offered some privacy. The shrubs and trees hid our neighbors' connections which made the view from our picnic table more pleasant. The staff was helpful. We were able to walk to Einstein bagels/Caribou Coffee shop for breakfast and Dan's supermarket. We received coupons for 8 cents off per gallon of gas or diesel for two nearby gas stations.

Deborah Pehkonen

Nice clean park and pool. Friendly staff. Close to town.

Catherine Hutchinson

Great for an overnight stop.

John Scheidt

What a great place to stay. We were passing through and couldn't have been more pleased. They were open late, extremely pleasant and helpful. I found myself whispering at night because it was so quiet. I don't recall any problem with road noise. This campground is not in the middle of nowhere so I wouldn't have expected complete silence.

Judy Andrade

Wonderful hosts & beautiful campground!! Emaculate facilities & great spot to spend a few days. Highly recommend!

Weston Beal

Helpful staff. Need to upgrade more sites with sewer.

Michal Werk

Not only is this a lovely park (lilacs all over in the spring too), very clean and has a nice dog run, but when I was there just recently I was having tow vehicle problems, and owner Mark went out of his way to get me help and get me on my way again. I was concerned I might have to stay longer than my two reserved nights, and though they were busy, Mark was able to find a nice site for me in case I needed it. (It turned out I didn't need it). He also called the Ford dealerships in the area and got me an immediate appointment with one of them. He offered to give me rides to and from as needed but the dealership had a shuttle and I was able to use that. He also offered to make sure my dogs were taken care of if I needed to be away for very long! All this, with a smile. Thank you Mark. Help like that is just so appreciated when there are emergencies.

David Chasteen

Lovely RV park with all the amenities located far enough from the Interstate to avoid the noise, but close enough that it is easy to access. Large spaces, mature trees and hedges between some spaces. Quiet even though there is quite a bit of turnover with one nighters. Great base to explore Bismarck and the surrounding area.

Vickie Olsen

Very clean stuff very help

Dennis Smith

Really Nice KOA, short walk into the town.

Sonja Blakeman

Nice quiet campground, some people complained of road noise but where we were at it was very quiet. Large heated pool and spotless new bathrooms. Easy pull in sites. The reason I gave it one less star is because it's a little run down and it's a little expensive for a rv site.

Jennifer Moon

When life hands you lemons, you spend your 40th birthday night at the Bismarck KOA and I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. After a loss in the family I found myself traveling 1000 miles each way alone to make it to be with family. Bismarck KOA was my mid point stop for the night. Any nerves I had about spending my first night alone in a campground quickly dissapeared. The staff went so far above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I can tell they love what they do and are genuinely good people with big hearts. It was just what I needed. A beautiful, relaxing, peaceful night watching the sun set. I felt very safe and had a nice hot shower to kick off the rest of my journey. Thank you so so much for a pleasant experience. It was much appreciated from the bottom of my heart♡

Charlie Pace

Nice park but road is a bit nosy

Nat W

Very mosquito-y but a great place. This is where we stay every time we go through North Dakota

Don Schill

Great place to stay! Great amenities! Owners are very friendly.

Dana Heavner

Very clean verryy verryy clean bathrooms! Friendly people! Brought us a firepit, and was super nice. Busy place, book early!

Taylor Callahan

If you like to remain inside your RV/camper in the evening and go to bed before 10pm this is the place for you! The campsite is well kept and there are a ton of friendly people around! Most of the staff is super polite too. That being said, If you want to be yelled at by the owner, Mark, before quiet hours to "shut up", guests told to leave (even though we had none), told "next time, there won't be a next time because the cops will be involved and you will all get arrested," have the owners stare out their window at you for the remainder of the night, and the next morning get yelled at again for no apparent reason, this is also the place for you! (To be clear, we were never politely told to be quiet, no one came and complained to us, in fact someone from that night next to our camper said they didn't even hear us. We are a younger crowd (25-30's) but we are responsible and respectful, however we were NOT treated with respect).

Tonia Roddick

Nice well graveled sites with lots of trees. They charged $5 per kid and the playground is sad and rusty with not even a slide.

Jason Nault

The evening manager needs to pull his head out. Rude, no respect. Other than that, the campground itself was fine for a night while on the road, would never use it as a stay longer than a day, too busy, overcrowded and expensive. KOA is overrated

Michael Scott

It's KOA great! But in the way back to my site the golf cart guy changed my site to a more crappy one than I was assigned. That's what we call bait, and switch. Too tired to fight over it. The golf cart guy comes first. Not the customer. The last he could have done was let me pick the second site, forced on one. The nice food trailer closed on Monday. Shower water too soft, hard to rinse off. I'm sure you'll have a better go at it.

Brenda Grothier

Very nice campground. Well maintained. Great shopping for everything within 5 miles. The only blimp....noise from the road.

Linda Lipscomb

Very nice

Jack Long

Might be the best campground I have ever stayed in. Why? Because the people running it are fantastic.

Nancy Prudhomme

Nice established park. Lots of shade. Friendly staff.

Daelan Burgess

People are friendly, the pool is nice. It's right on the edge of Bismarck.

BANGKOKBANKS

Nice KOA as KOAs go. Clean safe and convenient off the interstate. Near the main hwy so a tad noisy if your site is near. All sites and interior roads are gravel. No satellite at our site in the trees but okay in summer; I'll take the cool over TV any day.

joan regan

Very well maintained. Staff helped us park our rig. Large long sites available. We were close to the truck rout by-pass, but frankly I was to tired to hear any noise!. We stayed only 1 night. Quiet neighbours. I enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

Beth Schmitt

Nice facilities... no cable but still a great time

Linda Engelman

This is a lovely campground, just north of Bismarck. It's convenient, comfortable, has a great pool, laundry, showers etc.

Caitlin Statkus

Typical "journey" style koa. Easy access from highway 94 and was a perfect stop on my way through North Dakota

Lady and Carpenter

While traveling across country. Had tent reserved and called to see if storm was going to hit there since we were driving through it. He said not to worry. We came to the campground in evening and the very intense storm was going on (thunder, lightening, strong winds, heavy rain). Had reserved a tent site. No leeway for any kind of compassion or understanding. Guy said they would NOT refund the cost and insisted that setting up a tent was manageable and that it would end in about 30 minutes if we just waited. The storm lasted till 1am... Don't expect them to control the weather but for them to expect someone to deal with that at a tent site, not give any kind of refund so someone could use their money for a hotel AND wouldn't even offer some sort of discount for later stay is not a good way to run a business. Talked to the manager, she didn't care bout our situation and was about the money. They were all about the money and don't care about people. Also no fire pits and the tent sites had to share one grill. On way back through we stayed at Jamestown Campground in Jamestown, ND. Nice privately owned campground. Got the same cabin for $24 less than the KOA was charging for theirs.

Alberta Bratland

Nice place and full service. Even nice when rain no mud mess. Nice park spaces

Karen Maineri

Welcoming staff, clean washrooms and showers, nice pool. Strong secure wifi. We spent one night here on our way east to Minnesota. Park itself is quiet but right near a busy express way. Did not bother us though. Would recommend.

Josh Binstock

Awesome campground, right on the edge of town, so it's an easy commute to town. They have a pool for kids and playgrounds around the campground. The staff are nice and very helpful. Lot of people like to stay there and the traffic all contribute to the noise. It's right on highway 83, that's the traffic noise I'm talking about.

Bob Richardson

Well managed.

Raymond Richard

Stayed here in 16 nice and clean. But the best part was they were full, the owner made a space for me THX

Anita Forde

Lots of trees and shade, clean, happy office people.

Mark Jackson

Always good here not to shabby. There are better KOAs but there really isn't any better places than this KOA for camping that we could find.

deric jones

Denise Pattison

I made a reservation for two spots. Said we would arrive in April/May but I didn't have a definite date yet. The manager says no problem. Park would not have water until May. $1500 down at the end of January. Nice, huh? Apparently, I was lending them money. I called him in April and told him we weren't starting the job in Bismarck. However, we would be there in August. Could we move the date back? The answer was no, after multiple phone calls and mounting anger on my part. Here are some of the many statements he made to me--No, we could not leave our motorhome at the park and take a weekend to explore if we had the time to do it. We had to move our motorhome to a storage area so he could rent our spot to someone else but we still had to pay our rent. He also wanted the other couple to share our site with us but we both had to pay the full cost of the site. $750 each. Hmm, that didn't work for me either. He told me he couldn't hold our site all summer while waiting for us to show up. Umm, dude, I'm trying to be nice but there was no reason you couldn't rent that site out until we arrived. No, we wouldn't force anyone out and I do keep in touch with the RV/campground places where we stay. I realize how hard it is when you have workers and vacationers wanting to stay in the same places. I was very willing to work with him. He, on the other hand, got more belligerent every time I talked to him. According to the KOA rules, I have a certain length of time to cancel my reservations. I gave him information as I got it and it was always 2-6 weeks in advance. I paid him $1500 the last week of January. He refunded $750 of it while telling me he didn't have to refund any of my deposit. And calling KOA, don't bother. We didn't mean crap to them because they refuse to do anything about long term stays. So, in other words, this manager can do whatever he wants under the KOA brand and KOA doesn't care. I called the KOA 3 times and each time the KOA blew me off. It did look like a very nice park as we drove past one day as we explored the area.

Pat Buckmier

Nice mature trees, great pool, awesome fenced dog park and the nicest staff ever. Super easy to get to off the interstate and close to everything. Loved it!!!!!

kyle vincent

A nice place for a one night stop if heading back up to Canada

Paul Ruegemer

Nice place. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Kathryn Reed

Nice pool and basketball court. Very clean park.

Steve Gascho

Lots of shade and lots of stuff to do... I mean how many campgrounds have tennis courts? Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely make it a stop on any trip through ND. Clean and friendly.

Judie Miller

Great campground, good price, trees, nice lot spaces.

William Weber

I'm sorry I have never stayed at this campground

Tony Warner

Clean facilities. Quiet. Cool dog park. No place to have a camp fire.

Kim Wassenaar

This is an awesome place we have enjoyed our stay here. Our dogs love the dog park if we come back this way again we will definitely stay here the people here are great.

kathleen berggren

The owner and staff were wonderful. As a retired couple, with a tiny camper, they made our stay as easy as possible, always with a big smile. Free coffee and popcorn. Much appreciated. Thanks to all

Bob McKee

Great place. Good management and Friendly will come again

Lisa Lagasse

Love this place. Beautiful sites. May I suggest adult only swim times? Otherwise just can't wait to see you again.

Debbie Turney

Customer service & clean, very good.

Jacob Leno

Got to love to camp

Andrea Schoeny

A little pricier of the campgrounds we have stayed in. On the phone, staff was super friendly and just said to come on in when we got to town, that he'd have a tent space for us. Perfect! A different man helped us when we arrived; he was confused, and interrupted the helpful man (who was helping another customer) to ask about our "reservation." (I felt badly and it was an awkward exchange all around.) Very little privacy at each of the tent spaces (no trees or bushes or dividers). Bathrooms were clean, though dark. Overall, the stay was okay for a night. Best part was the coupon for 8 cents off each gallon of gas at the gas station up the road.

Scott

Convient to hwy, nice sites, excellent staff.

Jeff Garner

Great stop. Clean, convenient place to stay. Also A-B pizza delivered there. It was outstanding also.

arlette rivera

Good place

Greg Cossette

Clean, shaded, with all amenities available and convenient. A top-notch facility with friendly, helpful staff.

Vicki Schmidt

We stayed eight days and enjoyed it very much. The people were very friendly and the price was good. Plan on staying there next year.

PVD

Clean, good location, fuel discounts, helpful staff, works for a 1 night stay

Dion Giesbrecht

Clean. Camping cabin did not have a/c but did have a fan.

Bernard Balling

Excellent as always, very nice people, very accommodating, we hold our family reunion there every 3 years

Echoplexic al

Ehh your usual koa one bathroom area but the tent side has a beautiful view overlooking the city

J Go

Was very pleased with our stay and other than being along a busy road we had no complaints. Well maintained and good size spots with bushes and trees make it nice so im not looking into my neighbors kitchen. AT&T service is great as well at the camp WiFi.

David Furrow

Excellent customer service. Great owners.

Steve Cole

The people there are EXTREMELY helpful. We enjoyed our visit a lot.

Pat Downs

Not real busy during our stay

Ratt

The bad parts are that the garbage is full during most of our visit, it closed at 5 o'clock, lots of traffic noise, and no grill. But the good bits are that there is plenty of green trees and bushes to ponder at, there is a pool (although it was closed during our visit), amazing dog park, sites are level, and a not bad park for the kids.

Roger Engelbart

Nice people running the place. Good dog park.

Reiner Welz

We love this family friendly and professional owners and staff on there clean, well maintained campground... Thanks for the days!

Deb Heen

Arrived yesterday, staying several. Really nicely run park.

Jon Keller

A nice place to stay. Would go again.

Staff really went above & beyond expectations to help us out last night. Nice park, would definitely stay again.

Connie VanGrinsven

We had a little trouble with our camper and managment stepped in and saved the day! Very nice people and place!

Dani Molinaro

Best inter city camper spot in Bismarck.

Trish Gehl

What a great place!!! Staff was extremely friendly, showers and restrooms were clean and the whole park was very clean!! Recommend to everyone!

Barb Smith

Very nice Clean. Pool was great.

Lucas Petrich

Fun, clean, friendly atmosphere! This is a great example of a well run KOA! There is plenty of space between the campers, the sites are nice and well maintained, the staff are attentive and very friendly, the map book with the coupons are a great touch! Overall it felt like home and we had a really nice time here. We'll be coming back to the KOA in Bismarck, ND!

Mark Henke

Campground had nice features, but insufficient bathroom facilities for the number of sites. There is only one bathroom with 2 toilets for the entire campground to share. The staff were somewhat rude, but not the manager. All in all, the pool and playground were nice for the kids, the campground was easy to maneuver, and the sites were shady and level.

RICH RICH

Excellent experience. We didn't arrive until 11pm. They were closed for the night but on the brochure they have an after hours emergency number to call. We called, first ring a pleasant voice answered instructing us on the wifi password and which sites he felt were still open for our 37'7" RV. It was simple and so easy to pull into and out of their large sites. The next morning the two ladies at the front desk were very helpful, cheery, smiling as they directed us to their bathroom/shower facilities which were brand new state of the art. We highly recommend and would go back again.

Jan Austin

Very nice people and RV camping.

BOB OREN

Great place . Large lot . Book early they fill up fast

karen smith

Klean Komfortable, Kamping at an affordable price! ;-)

Tom Weissgerber

For tent campers. This is a great spot! Level sites, clean bathrooms, few bugs, water close by and good wifi. Also note as a tent camper you are furthest from the road :-)

Dennis Woods

Friendly and helpful staff, nice shady and quiet camping spot would highly recommend.

Katherine Woznek

Nice suburban grounds but what?!? No breakfast?!?!?!

Kristyn Lohoff

Stayed for two nights on our way home from Yellowstone. The staff was nice, the pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed our time there. Compared to other RV parks we have recently stayed in, the sites were more price with trees and shrubs between every site. The internet, as in every RV park we stayed at, was terrible. We kept getting kicked off and having to reconnect, and it was always slow. Not the kind of camping we typically do, but it was nice for a rest from travelling.

David Schmaltz

Very nice campground easy access great place to stay

DY Gunvalberry

Excellent place: clean, well-run and super helpful, friendly staff.

The Adventures of Dan&Stella

A RV trailer park and large tent community! Just what I want in camping--NOT! If you're just passing through or you like this type of "roughing" it, all the facilities are nice. We checked it out for tenting even with the large signs saying that "you'd better not come in here without checking in" and shaking its fingers. Okay, yeah, I'm not going to go into any campground blind, let alone a KOA. The tent sites are large enough, but not great for the price. Reminds me of a football field with a few half-grown trees staked throughout. You WILL have neighbors and they WILL be able to watch you in your full camping glory. There is also a large road that runs near the campground, yes it is is easily accessible but not peaceful one bit!

Clay Reichert

Friendly, clean, nice sites. Booked for our return trip.....

Nikesh V

Convenient location, has all the facilities(wifi, washroom and swimming pool) and the people at the help center are very friendly.

Ervin Zinnel

Very good so far. Will be here for a month and a half.

Krista Vannette DeWeerd

I have not been impressed lately with the campgrounds/RV parks but this one has been the best in years. The staff went above and beyond helping us when the nearby mechanics wouldnt come out. Overall nice campground and amazing staff. Thank you all!!!

Drew Lockwood

Nice campground with all the amenities. Pool and several playgrounds for the kids, C-store and laundry for the adults. Our tent site had water and electricity and we could park right up to the tent for a little extra protection during the storm that night. Even with the rain, the site drained well over night... No mud puddles in the morning. Beautiful trees throughout the campground for shade. I would definitely recommend.

Christy Gibson

Easy access from the Interstate! They had a small pool that was to be heated. Not sure if it was heated or kept at a lower temperature. There were two different playgrounds for the kids. They delivered a fire pit to our site for free. They also had the option of free firewood delivery. There was a small gift shop. It was within 2 miles from the town center, restaurants and Walmart. Overall it was quiet and cozy!

Jim sondrol

Very friendly and helpful person who operates the campground. I'm sure it is a beautiful campground in the summer with all the trees and lilac bushes and hedges. Real nice.

Jeff W

Great location on the edge of town. Sites are on the smaller side, but with plenty of trees for shade. Heated pool. Quality bathrooms. Right off interstate with large open gas stations and grocery store for the interstate traveler.

Suzanne R.

We enjoyed our stay here.

Nick Abraham

Whole place smells like rotting hay. Antique facilities.

Nate Pringle

The guy that checked on us multiple times was EXTREMELY nice and I was very impressed by this park! The bathrooms are clean, although they could do with an air freshener or something like that. The office is open for a while and they have a little pool if you want to swim there. There's also two playgrounds, and a dog playground for the pets. It's right next to town but also very quiet (unless you have noisy neighbors).

Dennis Adams

What's not to Like

Ben Rosenau

Nice, clean, well maintained campground. The only downside was the road noise but that's the price you pay for being close to amenities. We would gladly come again.

Jamie Heil

Friendly owners and clean quiet campground

Ethan Brand

Stopped by for one night during Yellowstone. trip. Excellent, clean, quiet, great management. Very easy to get to.

Merle Kunz

Awesome that's the only thing I can say. Stayed in our fifth wheel. Great shade and very peaceful.

Natalya Jenney

This KOA had wonderful amenities and good prices. The showers and bathrooms were in good condition. Several occupants in a cabin nearby were blasting music after 12 AM. We called the phone line recommended for noise distrubances. A KOA staff member drove by and asked them to turn down their music -- which they did. Around 1 AM, the cabin began to blast music from their car with all doors open. Once again, the KOA worker drove by and asked them to reduce the volume. Around 2 AM, the same campsite blasted their music at which point a police car showed up and talked to the cabin folks. It was quiet for the rest of the night. Overall, pretty impressed with the KOA staff for addressing the situation and not letting it rest. This KOA staff handled noise distrbuances promplty. I would definitely recommend staying at this KOA.

Anna Baldwin

The team was friendly and very helpful. The facility was spotless and had everything we needed to refresh on our trip

linda b

Very nice, friendly staff. They credited us back since it was just my hubby and I, no dogs or kids. Very big shade trees, and shrubs between spots for privacy. The dog park looks great, has see saws and other things. Would stay here again.

Brian Oliver

Comfortable and quiet ....great host

Michelle Keller

Quiet nice cabins

Dakota S

Very nice folks

Carrie Hopewell

I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars. Did not sleep here due to loud traffic all night long. Absolutely terrible location, it seems that many KOA's are placed in spots too close to roads. I thought this was supposed to be camping... which should be peaceful... not hearing a ton of traffic all night. I can't stand not knowing this through google reviews.

Jeremy Rosenbrock

Very friendly staff. It isn't our style of camping but it worked well for a stop over on our long trip. We'll maintained. Kids liked the pool.

Randy M

Well run campground! Great location. Staff very accommodating.

Georgetta Marlow

Very nice campground people went out of there way for us we were in overflow with no grill so they brought us something to grill with very nice people

Bruce Anderson

Facilities are old but clean

Larry Picicci

Nice and shaded spots with privacy bushes clean pool some traffic noise but not too bad, especially for a KOA

capt. ron H

Mark was awesome. Taught us sub freezing camping in the great plains and helped us through 14 inches. If there were 6 stars I'd still want a 7th. New friendship aquored for life. Thanls Mark, captain ron and crew from wso. We shall retun.

Cordell Royer

Hot showers, clean bathrooms, campground looks very fresh!

Alexis Whitehead

Great place to stay. Only problem, our site was beside the highway!

Coddington Family

Great campground with lots of large trees and bushes between sites. Loved the “Dan’s Supermarket” nearby.

P.trainman1957 Smith

A very nice campground. Nice and quite

Jen Jorge

We stayed here one night on our way home a couple weeks ago. We had initially planned to stay at the State park nearby but needed electricity this particular night and the park only had primitive sites remaining. An example of why reservations can be helpful! Well we travel with little ones and never know how far we might get each day. We rolled in to this park late, with pretty low expectations. Kosa fill up pretty quickly on weekends and this one looked full. As we were leaving, we stopped to check our map. The owner had been checking areas of the park and had spotted us. He found us a place to park near a building, got us hooked up with electricity too. The staff we interacted with were so incredibly nice and down to earth. They also saved our bacon that night because baby was getting sick of the truck! The park itself is in great condition. Trees, clean, playground is in great shape. And the staff was really efficient with their business as well. Great place to stay. But I do suggest reservations. I was told they fill up almost every night.

Jane Haddad

Nice sites, but satellite doesn't work; lovely trees do provide shade.

Tom Tribby

Very nice, pleasant staff and close to amenities

John Peters

Always nice to stay here

Kamille Breuer

We have stayed here twice in the last year and both have been great stays. Easy in and out. Peaceful, clean spots, maintained gravel roads and very nice people. Awesome playgrounds. (We have a 41ft Class A and 3 kiddos. We are a full time RV family.)

Tim Braley

Freindly staff, roomy camp sites l, pool and not far from shopping, dinning, and food.

Garret Odle

We were very impressed overall with our stay. The campsites were spacious, yet secluded enough from neighboring ones. The grounds were kept real well. The bathrooms were the cleanest we've ever seen at any place like this. The swimming area was sufficient in size and extremely clean. We were most impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Elizabeth Wilson

This KOA was in an easily accessible location, I liked how the bushes between each RV spot gave an extra feeling of privacy, the bathrooms were very clean and in great condition, but what made our experience really great was the time and advice Mark gave us with regard to some issues we were having with our RV set-up. As relatively new RVers, “Mark from Bismarck,” as we called him was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very generous with his time. This kind of attention and friendliness is what makes the Bismarck KOA a campground we’ll return to any time we have the opportunity and one we’ll highly recommend to others!

Anne Quackenbush

The staff was very nice. The sites were a bit close but they usually are at KOA's.

Sue king

This KOA is wonderful! Mark the owner is so nice!! We booked and thought we had full hookups. Our mistake. But he made sure to help us manage this issue. We will be back. Do not hesitate.

Jennifer K

Loved how the sites has shrubs and trees in between for added privacy! Friendly staff, maintained and clean!

Rafel Campoamor

Marc was a very usefull host.

Jeffrey Batchelor

This campground is run by friendly, experienced and accommodating staff. It is among the cleanest C.G’s anywhere. My wife and I have a large motor coach and travel the entire country with 4 dogs. Great place to bring your pups, hassle free! It is priced right and deserves all 5 stars!! I highly recommend this C.G for long or short stays. Jeff & Maureen B.

Roxanne Betesh

Really nice campground with lots of trees for shade & also privacy & cozy feeling. We didn't use the facilities but the pool was clean & refreshing. Mark & his family/staff are warm & gracious hosts. Thank you!

Brandon m

Beverly Oderkirk

Eric Janson

Nice park with super nice stuff

Cheryl Fladager

Very clean KOA! Friendly staff, great dog park!

Richard Denno

The folks here are great hosts and helpfull The sites at divided by hedges for privacy quiet

Lynn Carlson

Very well run campground, the owner is very accommodating and helpful. Campground is very clean, covered with gravel, so no mud if it rains. Had trouble getting satellite signal, allowed me to move to a different site so I could get it, that takes work on the owners end, switching the sites around in his computer, appreciated that very much, not every campground would do that. Will go back, took good care of us, staff was very friendly.

Ernest Ells

Nice campground well taken care of

Theresa Streifel

Awesome! Nice grounds, clean baths, great people and warm pool!

Lynn Ray

Nice park, but not friendly and too noisy.

Andrew Auten

Like all KOAs, it is overpriced to the point of absurdity. However, I'd still highly recommend this park for several reasons. #1 is the people who run the park are fantastic. #2 is the location - it is easy to get to and the entrance is well-marked. #3 is the park itself is well-maintained and beautiful. Bonus #4 - They have a propane refill station that's easy to get to even in out large Class A. Other than price the only negative is park is tight. If it wasn't for the fact that the site directly across from us was empty, we would have had to ask two neighbors to move their cars in order to exit our space. Perhaps they could ask people to park their toads more carefully or leave them in the parking lot?

John Weir

Great place to camp
