Kids have a blast at Frankie's. Everything is pay as you go. The kiddie go carts/race track is a favorite, 48" and up can drive their own. Water bumper boats cool them off on hot summer days, and the climbing coarse outside was cool. Of course they loved all of the arcade games. Adds up fast and can definitely be pricey, but it's expected with this kind of place. I do wish they had some kind of all inclusive pass.

I have been going here since I was a kid. I have always loved this place! I went recently and had a great time. Some parts need a little bit of resurfacing, but overall it is still a great place for go-karts, mini golf and all of the other attractions!

Although this place is extremely popular in the Triangle area, this was my first time going. I played through two courses on the putt putt courses. It had been a long time since I've played putt putt and it showed. The course was fun with plenty of hole in one opportunities. With a few courses it never felt too busy.

It was very enjoyable going to Frankies. For a Sunday it wasn't too busy. We played arcade games and putt- putt, and the arcade games have been updated, which was nice to see and have. A little humid, but all around a great Sunday Funday!

My wife 'n I took our two youngest grandchildren to FRANKIES FUN PARK today. They enjoyed playing the variety of games. Newer games have been added for the more technology minded. Some of those may addicting. Don't mind me, I'm "old-school", and happy with the old ATARI 2600 machine. Kids are way more technology instilled than I will ever be. Go enjoy yourself and shoot the electronic rifles, play the piano, blast the asteroids, shoot basket-ball, plus a whole slew of other games. GO HAVE SOME FUN. A restaurant is in the same building to fulfill your hungar and thirst needs. (05/05/18)

Hours posted on internet are wrong or they chose to close early. Disappointing. Wouldn't let us use minigolf because they said we didnt have enough time. Go-carts had to wait on an employee to staff ride as the were working another section. Between all the waiting and ride, we could have played minigolf. Management was unavailable to discuss. Made for a lousy evening after driving there, and we intentionally checked posted hours. I dont frequently give my opinion on a review unless I really like something so this is a rare but deserved bad review.

Its nice. The best part is the air conditioning after walking a boiling hot putting course. Too many stairs. But those are all personal problems. Just saying, lots of stairs on the putting course. The icees cost less here than at the movie theater, usually. We did not play any games so I can't attest to quality but hand a nice time. Everyone was super friendly, theres plenty of space to sit should you need to.

Pros were there were lots of staff, lots of variety of food, drinks, attractions. Cons outwighed though. Very expensive. Staff stood around talking to each other not customers. Filthy tables, floors, chairs in both dining areas.

Let me start by saying we had tons of fun with my granddaughter. Would have given 5 stars if the staff would have controlled the teenagers a bit more. I just don't think a public place is where we should be making out and getting to 3rd base. Also, the machines aren't mine, but I found it rude and disrespectful for the teenagers to be crawling up on them for photo shoots while children are trying to play (in eye shot of staff). Overall, the food was pretty decent (the tenders are real chicken btw), great flavor selections of Icees, great variety of rides and activities for all ages, and clean bathrooms. I will definitely be back... just probably earlier in the day.

This place used to be something I would love. Unfortunately they got rid of one of my faviorte things to do (the spider web) and also they always close down the wind glider. The food on the other hand is expensive but it was very good! Recommended. I don't on the other hand recommend you wasting your time on the claw machines they are legit rigged, I picked serveal things up but it kept dropping it Go carts are super fun!! This place is decent and I think you can have a good time here

The new games were great I wish we had more time than closing at 10pm. They shut down food too early. They have one type of diet drink available and it's a soda, not very diabetic friendly. Some of the machines were inoperable, laser tag was closed, golf was closed the dark game was closed and I really wanted to know what that was. In addition my husband is pretty darn good at winning the claw machine. That's ANY claw machine so it wasn't rightly fair to us since we spent close to $50 getting three of the four 5Nights at Freddy's dolls just for a group of others to make a complaint that they couldn't win then accused my husband of cheating. This was our daughter's Sweet 16 birthday- we also had to bury her ggrandfather- and how in the hell do you cheat at a claw machine? That's a rhetorical question. The bottom line is they didn't deserve free dolls. People like that need to get a life and stay out of other people's business. I wanted to give you two stars but you got three only because the event took my daughters mind off her ggrandfathers funeral for three hours on her 16Th birthday. To me that's priceless.

If you are looking to get better at hitting the ball in baseball they have great baseball cages to practice- other than that as stated this is geared towards children and teenagers- not adults.

Frankie's Fun Park was "the spot" throughout my childhood. I've made memories there because it is well suited for everything that comes its way. Frankies Fun Park is not only great for family/friend amusement but also parties and even dates. No matter what happens... people can always have fun at this park. Sadly, the prices have risen since I was kid and it can be pricy but the memories made there can be priceless... ps. Dont take your foot off the gas if you want to win... The cart can always take you to 1st place!

Very fun place for kids and adults alike but wish they would come up with some sort of deals like Galaxy fun park and Adventure Landing because we go those places often but since Frankie's is so expensive it's gonna be more like an annual thing...we spent less money taking the 3 kids to Kings Dominion for 12 hrs of fun than being at Frankie's for 3 hours

Worst experience & definitely not worth the money. I should have known the night wouldn't go well when we were greeted by a slithering snake when we first entered ... One that nearly missed my son's foot. My daughter was visiting from Texas & we took her there to enjoy a place we once enjoyed. We were lied to by an employee regarding a particular ride so we asked for a refund. Was told they couldn't refund which was another lie since we have been refunded before when there were issues with their rides/games. Unfortunately, my daughter's first & only trip was ruined. For this reason, we will take all further business elsewhere.

Go carts are great but if your a couple per one of the go cart operationers it is 16.00 to ride . therefore your paying 8.00 just to sit down in the double carts if you are over 54 inches tall. "He stated it was posted inside the building as policy" even though its not posted out at the go cart station".

It isn't a bad way to burn some time but it is over priced. The games are good but there is no reason for them to cost so much. $10 will be gone in about 10 minutes. I sure the fact it was cold outside added to the typical amount of people inside but this place was crowded. The machine to check and add credit to your card was broken when we went, that made it even more unpleasant as you were getting ran over by all of the people that couldn't be bothered to watch what they were doing. I would encourage you to go there and play put put golf but nothing else.

Pretty chill place. Tons of stuff to do butttttt its all a la cart, meaning you've got to pay for each individual thing. Decent food selection. Go carts were decently fast but they were spitting something black out the exhaust or it was rubber coming off the wheels, covered people and got into your eyes. They have a mini golf course, go karts, batting cage and an arcade. It can get very expensive very fast. The mini golf is $8 per person for every time you do it and the go karts are $7 per person each time you go on them. I'm not sure the proce for the batting cage. The arcade prices are about average per game but as we all know that money goes by fast. It is fun to go here with friends and hang out but be mindful of the money unless you have a lot to spend!

Lots of fun. We went for mini golf and we're surprised that they had two 18 hole courses. We played the west (staff said it was the "hard" one) and it was tough, but fun. The landscaping was nice. Not too crowded on a Thursday night and the breeze helped keep us from getting too sweaty. Staff was friendly. Looks like they had a lot of cool stuff to do.

In the area where we live there is nothing like Frankie's. We live in our local bubble most of the time and rarely go to that side of town. We've definitely missed something. Frankie's arcade area is impressive! Variety is the word. Outside there are amusement style rides and three eighteen hole mini-golf courses. We had plans for dinner so we didn't eat there but will another time. Frankie's works on a card system. You choose how much credit you want on a card to use the games and entertainment. I wish we had something that all ages can enjoy closer to where we live. But now that we've been to Frankie's, we are planning our next trip.

Some places like this have games that are fun for adults or some of the holes are a little more challenging but all the holes were a par 2 and the games all seemed slightly shrunk. I'm sure it's wonderful for kids and it wasn't bad for a casual afternoon.

Frankie's Fun Park was amazing! It was like Dave and Buster's but much better. I went with family ranging in ages between 15 to 32. We did laser tag, virtual shooting, go carts, and an air obstacle course. They had other things to do as well including arcade games and a thrill ride. We all enjoyed ourselves. The only downside is it can get pricey if you want to do multiple attractions. I wish they offered some sort attraction pass instead of paying for each attraction individually. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to have fun.

My family had so much fun here. I'm not sure how the crowd normally is, but we went on a Monday about 1pm. When you enter, you walk through the arcade to a deal with food and drink options on the left and your amusement options on the right. We didn't have to wait in line and there was no one immediately in front of us on the putt putt course. We were able to play both courses in about 3 hours with a break for slushies in between rounds. As for the course itself, it was fun and challenging. All of the holes are intended to be 2 par with max of 5 to keep things moving along. The landscaping and waterfall we're beautiful with turtles swimming and dragonflies flying all around. It seemed like they could do a little grounds keeping, but nothing major. All in all, we had a great time and the pricing wasn't the worst I've seen either.

I love frankies fun park. Its a fun place to calm down, take a breather and get some fresh air. Or compete with your friends or family to see who can get the most tickets with the given money. They have a good there as well, the food is a little pricey but not as bad as some restaurants. There food is pretty good, I usually go for the cheesy fries, they're so good, and a cherry slushie. They also have some fun with racing, and water. They also have this virtual reality game, shooting, it looked pretty interesting, but I didn't play it. I think it was like $7.00 but I didn't have enough money left because I was too busy playing their selection of arcade games. That's where you'll find me most of the time. Then after you'll find me at food then at the go carts.

Putt-putt golf was fun, along with the batting cages. There's an eatery on site and the pizza looked and smelled great, just didn't get a chance to try it. Maybe next time. Great place for a family outing.

This place is very nice for children to play games, golf, go carts, batting cages, and laser tag. The food isn't the most healthiest but it's still great for a cheat day. I had a situation where I swiped my card three times at the fast pitch batting cage and once I realized everything I was doing was wrong I informed an employee and the manager put the money back or my card. I'll return soon, but hopefully they can get healthier food. Pizza fries and burgers are so fattening and greasy. Not good for the cholesterol at all.

Lots of fun. We went for mini golf and we're surprised that they had two 18 hole courses. We played the west (staff said it was the "hard" one) and it was tough, but fun. The landscaping was nice. Not too crowded on a Thursday night and the breeze helped keep us from getting too sweaty. Staff was friendly. Looks like they had a lot of cool stuff to do.

The mini golf is super fun. The course is well made and clean. Its 9$ per person which is extremely cheap for a fun filled afternoon. They also have batting cages my husband tried it and found it good too. The batting cage are 2$ per round.

Its not disliking, more like disappointing. The games, mini golf, go carts all are fun. The lack of discipline, is what set it off. A fight breaks out and young dumb punk thugs running around and into my wife. Our 12 yr old daughter was with us. This is a family establishment and allowing this to happen, is not putting anyones safety and fun first. Money comes first to these people. I wasnt getting involved with the fight, but to allow it to go on for several minutes before the police to break it up, yes there are police stationed inside, but busy talking, not walking around, is ridiculous. Wont go back.

In the area where we live there is nothing like Frankie's. We live in our local bubble most of the time and rarely go to that side of town. We've definitely missed something. Frankie's arcade area is impressive! Variety is the word. Outside there are amusement style rides and three eighteen hole mini-golf courses. We had plans for dinner so we didn't eat there but will another time. Frankie's works on a card system. You choose how much credit you want on a card to use the games and entertainment. I wish we had something that all ages can enjoy closer to where we live. But now that we've been to Frankie's, we are planning our next trip.

Came here for the go karts and was disappointed. Tracks are interesting and could have enjoyed the big track but it's downfall is the karts themselves. Engine sounds as though their either underpowered, governed or not tuned right. Batting cages needs better equipment for the bats and helmets. Bats were as lite as a wiffle bat and yet they had a fast pitch and very fast pitch cage. This is definitely catered for the kiddos. Funny enough they have a full service bar so it's a bit confusing. If your in the neighborhood with kids this is the place but don't go out of your way for it.

We had to wait nearly an hour for the outdoor amusements to open because they were short-staffed. The go-kart track was not well supervised, so my son ended up getting rammed and yelled at repeatedly by one rude child without anyone doing anything about it. It ruined his first go-kart experience. No compensations were offered to us for the fact that we waited around so long before the go karts were open.

The pros: lots (and lots. And even more) of game options- from giant spinning wheels to basketball and bowling. The games my kiddos played have a decent amount of tickets (in the 30-75 range). If you don’t like the arcade, there is still a ton to do- go karts, mini golf, laser tag... The cons- you can really blow through fifty bucks in about thirty minutes if you aren’t careful. The employees seem so miserable. Like, we were there two hours and I’m not sure a single one of them smiled. If this doesn’t bother you, it’s no big deal. It didn’t ruin our night or keep our kids fe having fun. I’m commenting on this more in case management checks review: ASK YOUR EMPLOYEES TO SMILE!!!

There is much to do for small and large gr1oups. Putt putt and gasoline powered go-carts on several progressively difficult tracks are featured draws. Almost every activity has a cost but that also makes it easy to plan the outing. There are multiple outdoor activities and rides as well as a large indoor space.

Sorry, but what a poorly conceived and implemented project. The indoor climbing section was about 20x30 and 4 floors up squeezed in a corner with very little light. Each slide is maybe 6 max 8 feet long? And the price to play on it? Absurd! The arcade was grossly over priced with many of the games involving winning prizes (pickers, etc). Good way to get kids into gambling young! We decided to just lay mini golf. All the holes were almost the same, incredibly repetitive and boring, clearly done on the cheap with no imagination (which would cost little). 9 buck each? Incredibly disappointing and overpriced place.

Why wouldn't you want to visit Frankie's Fun park is my question. Relatively good pricing on all of their attractions and plenty of games as well as a VR Station. My one slight criticism is that the putt putt courses are pretty unimaginative, but the themes around them are fantastic. I'd do all three just for the themes, but I wouldn't do the same putt putt course twice. The batting cages are awesome and the go cart track was pretty cool too. They have a restaurant in there, but it's mostly greasy food which is great if you're there to just have fun and not care about healthy options, but if you're doing a date night there, I'd probably consider eating somewhere else.

With so little greenery and so much heat absorbing concrete, the outdoor areas of Frankie’s Fun Park can get uncomfortably hot on sunny afternoons. We found welcome relief with the bumper boat rides, especially by dousing each other with the onboard water cannons. My granddaughter enjoyed the experience so much that she went back for more. I think she liked the bumper boats pool experience even more than the Kart track, which also got rave reviews. As for the mini golf, well, not so much. It’s challenging, and neophytes might consider it downright intimidating. Since it soaks up heat and offers little shade, the course is best enjoyed in the cooler hours

Inside it was nice but it was very crowded. Also some of the employees seemed like they were down and gave out bad vibes. Overall it was good but could be improved.

Frankie's Fun Park was amazing! It was like Dave and Buster's but much better. I went with family ranging in ages between 15 to 32. We did laser tag, virtual shooting, go carts, and an air obstacle course. They had other things to do as well including arcade games and a thrill ride. We all enjoyed ourselves. The only downside is it can get pricey if you want to do multiple attractions. I wish they offered some sort attraction pass instead of paying for each attraction individually. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to have fun.

My family had so much fun here. I'm not sure how the crowd normally is, but we went on a Monday about 1pm. When you enter, you walk through the arcade to a deal with food and drink options on the left and your amusement options on the right. We didn't have to wait in line and there was no one immediately in front of us on the putt putt course. We were able to play both courses in about 3 hours with a break for slushies in between rounds. As for the course itself, it was fun and challenging. All of the holes are intended to be 2 par with max of 5 to keep things moving along. The landscaping and waterfall we're beautiful with turtles swimming and dragonflies flying all around. It seemed like they could do a little grounds keeping, but nothing major. All in all, we had a great time and the pricing wasn't the worst I've seen either.

Took my wife out for date night and played some Miniature Golf. We had a blast, it was so much fun and we smiled and laughed the whole time. The theme of the course was nicely layed out and designed to be fun and challenging too. The price was reasonable at 9 dollars per person. There's lots more to do here and we plan on returning for another date night soon.

Visited from out of state and saw this on a “things to do in Columbia” list and it was definitely worth it. My daughter as well as me and my boyfriend had lots of fun! When did the mini golf, laser tag, a few games, and the fun house. It does get very pricey however so be prepared to spend at least $50-$100. There is a food court there if you get hungry.

Customer service was horrible!! This was our first time going to Frankie’s and not one staff member greeted us. We go in line to pay for put putting and nobody spoke to us just each other. Same for getting the balls and putts. When my husband spoke to them it was quick comments, not caring about their customers at all! Then back to speaking to each other. And the same with the concession area. He stood in no line for five minutes while waiting for them to stop talking to each other and ask what he needed. We are not stuck up people at all! However I know how customer service works, and I know how employees are supposed to act towards their customers no matter what and they had NONE!!! I will not be spending our money there again!!

This place has some cool games. Lost 2 stars because of the bumper boat operator. He was not friendly and charged us for 2 boats even though we used one. He's reasoning was that Colton was tall enough for his own boat even tho he was too scared to drive his own. He then cut our time short when there was no one waiting for the ride.

We just went to go play a round of mini golf. This place is not very kept. They should have the employees check the grounds first before they open. The golf greens were a mess and full of goose dung. We might come back for golf as this is the closest place but that's about it.

We have been looking for a place to take the kids since moving down from NY Frankie’s is great. The arcade has a great mix of ticket challenge games and traditional arcade cabinets. Compared to the Frankie's in Charleston, this one is bigger so they have more selection with the video games and have more non-arcade activities including laser tag, larger putt putt course, and a fun house. It's located in Harbison so there's a lot of shopping and good restaurants nearby.

Great place for a few hours of fun. We played a round of mini golf and it was fun but there are very few obstacles and the same hole setup is just repeated over and over on all three 18 hole courses. There are 3 types of go carts and tracks each with their own rules for riders (some kids can ride alone, others must have a licensed driver). There are batting cages with multiple baseball and softball pitching speeds. The arcade is like most nowadays that runs on a card basis and tickets are won and can be redeemed for "prizes" (mostly dollar store stuff). The bumper boat pool was closed and was being repainted when we were there in mid March. There is laser tag and a 3D theater game and a snack bar with a pretty good variety of foods to choose from but we didn't eat there so I can't attest to the quality. The young lady at the outside counter for the mini golf was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff is made up of teenagers so they range from surly and indifferent to cheerful and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall there is something for everybody and though most things are priced reasonably, you can spend quite a bit in a relatively short amount of time without realizing it. Definitely worth a visit but set a spending limit!

I have very little expections for places like this. No one parents their children, nor do the staff speak to the parents to adhere to the rules, noise is deafening and the snack bar told us the reason it too 30 minutes to produce two soft pretzels and one corn dog was because the printer in the back stopped working. This cook was three feet from the employee that rang us up. Plus they're having a rush ( which was one person waiting 45 minutes for an order of fries). I suggested calling back orders until the printer worked. They said that wasn't how's things we're done and refused to apologize for the wait, didn't offer a "we're sorry" complimentary anything. In fact we received more attitude from the staff. You better believe that we will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

Lots of fun stuff to do here. Every one is nice, but not super informative. It was my friend's first time, and it has been about 6 years since my last visit. The customer service was friendly, but lacked details. After taking our card the worker walked off. They didn't tell you to select your own club and ball for putt putt, or even where to go once you had. We figured it out, but a little more attention wouldn't have hurt. With a slight improvement in customer service this could truly be a gem of a place to go :)

Side note...I get that it's not fun for the young staff to deal with a ton of kids and parents, but management should work on customer service starting with attitude adjustments. If you don't like children or dealing with large crowds you probably shouldn't work there.

First time visiting the North Charleston location and I’m sad to say I am disappointed. The inside of the building is not cooled very well. It’s just as humid inside as it is outside which has us all flushed and sweating profusely indoors. The location is severely missing major highlights and enjoyable entertainment that the Columbia location has. Overall, this location needs a major update and expansion to make visiting enjoyable and worthwhile. Until then, I will not be returning.

There's nothing really missing from here entertainment-wise. I do wish there was a little more space but I guess that's because it seems to be crowded on the weekends. The bumper boats accommodate 450lbs and allow 3 people1 adult and 2 kids possibly)to be on it... The go carts are fast... What a poor place to call "family friendly". First, I thought I heard shots and then sreams I was with my husband and 12 year old daughter; I look around the corner to see what is going on and a huge group of thugs are fighting with a young girl standing there crying. I grab the young girl and tell her everything is going to be okay! My husband is calling for the police which are there but do nothing but stand behind a counter and talk! They finally come after several minutes of this big fight and do little to nothing to break it up! Simply sad; we use to love this place but it has gone down hill and fast!

My first time there was great! Its a fun place to go with an arcade, batting cages, go carts, put put golf course and even a bumper boat pool. The bumper boats appear to open seasonally however. The batting cages were a little rough, but low cost and still fun. But the pinnacle of my night was using their 4 player headset VR shooter arena. It's an immersive experience and was really fun to use. Turning my head to see that a zombie had snuck up on me is surreal!

However, there are a lot of gimmicks to take your money in the arcade area and the putt putt golf course was really boring and homogeneous. Check out the Chill Bar if you're here and overwhelmed by the intensity of the arcade. The atmosphere there was dark, calm, and relaxing, which served as a great relief from the noise and buzz elsewhere.

One young lady didn't even check behind the desk or assist my daughter to see had someone turned it in until I stepped in. We always have fun when we go here. However, it is expensive. There are machines setup on the inside so you can easily add money to their money cards. You use these for the different games and activities. Inside they have lots of different arcade type games as well as the laser tag area. They have an area where you can buy food and drinks, but we've never gotten anything from there. Outside, they have two different go kart tracks, a batting cage, putt putt, and a few other things. It's a fun place to go, but definitely not an inexpensive outing.

My staff and I took about 20 special needs students this past Thursday to Frankie’s a great time was had by everyone one. I can’t say enough about the two young men who was operating the road course race track that morning they both really took the time to show our people how buckle up and how to operate the go kart. Because none of my staff had the fun card we had a who really wanted to ride but due to his disability could not operate one the young white male after he talked to his fellow co worker about it took our student and rode him around. These young men truly care and understand the value of people and customer service. If I ever had my own business theses guys are the kind of managers I would kill for to run my business. We stopped for mini-golf. Not the kind with windmills, secret passageways, detours, multiple levels and obstacles. This was little more than 18 putting greens with a few bumps. A very family friendly and fun arcade and small theme park. We have visited multiple times but not ventured to the theme park yet, however there are always queues of families to get out there so I assume it must be as entertaining as the inside the arcade itself. They have modern arcade machines like the new halo machine and star wars fighter game. They also have laser tag, 2 vr games/rides and laser tag as well as bowling. Nothing is particularly over priced as well, which is good in today's world with how expensive some arcades can be. Overall we really enjoy ourselves when we're here and we're adults so it's a lot of fun for the entire family, would strongly recommend visiting.

They also have a great indoor playground type area where he ran around in there for a good hour while we sat and watched TV in the parent area. There's also food, mini golf, and laser tag. We didn't play those but they looked fun. Great place for everyone!

Frankie’s was a lot of fun! We went on a hot day to cool down and play some arcade games and had a blast. My daughter even won a plushie from the claw machine and got enough tickets to get a little trinket. She was happy! We got out under $40 so I was happy! All in all a pretty good time!

Great place for family & friends! Lots of games to play from carnival like to adventure rides! Besides just in door games there's plenty of outdoor games like batting cages, go-carts, boats & miniature golf. There's also a good variety of food from a concession to sit-down restaurant. Go & have some fun! Word to the wise, set a budget because more games means more money!

The games, food and drinks are great but I think there should be definitely some training on the customer service there. If you have any questions they are very short, and you get ignored a lot. I understand that there are teens working there but I’d say the my need customer service training like chick-fila.

This place has been awesome since I was a kid, they're adding new games and things to do all the time, as well as keeping the older ones running in tip top shape. I've only ever had one or two issues with something before so no complaints here... other than it can be fairly dirty sometimes, but what can you expect from a kids event place

My family visited and we had a great time, skip the arcade games they are pricey and ticket payouts were a joke! Also avoid visiting the kids play area the big jungle gym thing. The TV's play nothing but QVC and they employees treat it as a hideout, so your forced to listen to teenage/work drama. Some of the subjects were not subtle for children. The outside stuff was awesome and the employees more attentive and professional. Big plus cheap bottled water! Overall I would recommend and would like to visit again.

I had a Blast here!!! I'm Glad I accidently wound up here!!! It's the Frankies to go to in SC!!! Far larger and nicer establishment than our west Ashley establishment. Very friendly staff!!! And I found no issues with games or loading my fun pass!!! My food was prepared in a timely fashion and brought to me!!! I'd suggest this location to everyone!!!!

Do not go here, On Sunday night the 28th of July, 2019 my sister and one of my friends kept on getting touched by the teenage guys who worked there, they would not leave my sister and friend alone, they even would follow them and would keep asking for their numbers, my sister who is 14 along with my friend who was 16 would ask them to stop and leave them alone, but the workes kept on insisting... They were being absolutely disgraceful to those young girls!!! I want them fired. Parents, do not bring your girls there!!!!

My grandson, 3 years old, goes to pre school across of Frankie’s. I take him to Frankie’s at least once a week. Today we went there along with my niece, 9 years old and my husband. We took several rides and ate there, the amount of money we spent was close to two hundred dollars. Normally we play some games that we win tickets for but today we were mostly out door and did not play the games that would give us tickets. As we were leaving my grandson said he wants a lollipop, I went to counter and asked them if I can buy two lollipops and they said no, they are not for sale. In meanwhile my grandson is anxiously looking at them and don’t understand why he can’t have lollipops. The girl behind counter refused to give him a lollipops, remember he is 3 years old and we have so far spent $200 in this place. I go to manager who was a young guy and he refused me too, I was stunned. With all the money I spend in this place through out the year. We left and my little boy was crying. I will definitely try to stay away from this place, they don’t deserve my business. Very poor , cruel and insulting customer service.

The prices of the acarade games are over priced.Some $2.00 and some were $3.00 spent $40.00 on games and won small prizes. Staff looked clueless! Not going back again my first visit was a disaster

The staff was not friendly at all. You pay to do something and they don't even tell you which way to go. They just walk off. The putt putt and fun house were both fun and that's about all. The food was expensive and burnt. Not worth the money.

Great Family Amusement Park fun for everyone. 2 Adults 3 Children spent about 100.00 we did 3 attractions together all 5 of us and played countless games. Games range from 1.00-2.00 everything is card operated. My children enjoyed themselves and so did I.

Will not be back. Frankie's use to be a decent place games started at a $1.00 now everything has jumped to 1.50 seems greedy a lot of these games are short 1-3 mins . Places like BoxCar offer more games and some start at 0.25 and up. I used to give this place 4 stars now that they are getting greedy and BoxCar has opened more locations I just can't recommended this place anymore.

I traveled home to NC for a family reunion and afterwards 13 of us from age 6 to 42 came to frankie to enjoy the remaing of rhe night. We then decided to ride the slick track go carts. After waiting 4 rounds we had our first incidnet when my cousin who is 19 tried to get the MANAGER and ask him if they had 2 extra go carts so we can ride together and he verbally ignored him as serval people found that to be dis respectful as well. So we continued to enjoy each other company's we sat there and watched 3 different group of people riding go carts jus slammimg and bumping each other eveeytime. Thats when i stated these people a little aggressive and not ONCE did the MANAGER say anything to them or stop them. Therefore when the family of 13 with family reunion shirts get on we didnt get to experience 2 rounds normally when its like 5 he stopped us all and made us exit because we kept bumping each other which was a lie. Because of the design of the go carts there is no stability or traction so acourse there is uncontrollable driving. Lastly spoke to a higher manager names wes all he could do was make excuses for them no im sorry lets get u guys money worth and ride or a refund he jus sat there making excuses for Ryan the guy who made ua leave. I jjust think its sad that a conpany would put up with this type of behavior this is my first and last time wasting money ot time at a place where racism exist I am just disgusted. I work in crimal law where i see this behavior almost daily but to experience this with my family is unacceptable espically when kids 8 and 9 asking why he make yall get off so quickly. But Ill post this daily until its resolved because i fight for whats right!!!!

Rip off big time. Not even in International Drive Florida (which is super expensive) is as expensive as this place. Is ridiculous. Everything is new, clean and it looks awesome but I think this place is for super rich people because Franky just ripped me off and we couldn't even enjoy much. I went to Adventure Landing is old and not so impressive but it is affordable and you have more fun because you get more for the money. I would skip this place unless you got loads of money to have fun. The food is as expensive as Disney theme parks but is really tasty, that was the only positive thing. I wouldn't recommend this place for toodlers because they dont have much. It is great for adults, teens and the playground maze is great for school aged children. It did have a few good things but for a toodler not so great.

Awesome place for families and groups. Arcade with many games, fun house for kids 12 and below, mini golf, laser tag, a drop ride, and gocarts! My fiance and I played laser tag 1v1. I suggest doing in a group. The go carting was lots of fun! Careful on the slick course, or you'll get stuck! Thank you to the sweet and amazing staff!

Such a cool place for family fun!! Go karts, indoor jungle gym and arcade, bumper boats, virtual reality games, a few carnival style rides, mini golf course, concession food plus a restaurant lounge with full bar. They had something for each member of our family to enjoy from 2 years old to 45 years old. There is no admission fee, you pay to play using a fun card. Prices seem steep, but I’m not sure if there are other comparable options in the area. Super close to the hotel we are staying in. We’d love to come back again next time we visit this area

Our visit was disappointing. The staff tried their best to avoid the customers. On several occasions we asked for help and the staff seemed to scatter and go out of their way to not help us. It wasn't any one or two people it was EVERY person we interacted with. They seemed to all want to be someplace else. Even someone who said they were a manager. I don't think we'll go back. To many other places that value customers to spend our money at.

Lots to do. It’s like a huge Dave & busters/chuck e cheese for all ages. But way better and cheaper prices. The go kart racing was fun and wasn’t short. Food was cheap. Only thing is there was a ton of people. Some lines were long but to be expected. I will definitely visit the charlotte location next.

Great place to have fun and kill time. Golf and racing car was too much fun. The arcade has variety of games and all are worth giving a try. The place is very neat and clean as well. I must very very well maintained. I had great time playing golf specifically. Kids can have fun too. Worth giving a try when you are free in the town. The prices for the adventures are between 7$-9$ for one time. I had an amazing time and will surely visit again.

This is a great place to take the kids! We took our 7 year old grandsons here and they had a really fun day. We played miniature golf and then they went in the boats. The boats were a great learning experience for them. And finally they had fun in the arcade.

We've been to our share of these type places being that we have small children (and live in Florida, home of theme parks), but this place is exceptional. All games were functional, environment felt very clean and lively. The kids had tons of fun and although we were momentarily escaping hurricane Irma, we were able to have fun and not worry during our time here.

Inside was Fun!! Go Carts they petty on with the height my son was like Half inch off and went let him ride by himself and that’s understandable. Great place to distract the kids for a while. It can get a little expensive. Go-Karts are safe. But the games need more variety. Most of the prizes costing 100+ tickets are flimsy toys. Getting 100 tickets requires a lot of tokens and that means more money. So if your child wants that PlayStation 4 that needs 10,000 tickets, be ready to spend money.
