It is very fun, lots of arcade game, it has a soft play area for toddlers, and one for the bigger kids. Only problem that if your little goes in the bigger soft area, you cannot go in with them.

The kidz had a blast. Saturdays are very busy. They host a lot of parties. It is not cool you can't bromg your cake in if you don't have a reserved party. Also, the food wait if you are not a reserved party is ridiculous

Still I rise

Third time here in about 3 years. Nope, no charm. No real changes. They still charge $10 per child, free for adults and free for child if you bring the child back within 30 days. Entry is final for children so don't forget anything in your car and try to come back or try to grab some DECENT, reasonably priced food from the burger King downstairs and try to come back unless you have someone to watch your kid(s). Hold off on that cigarette break for you smokers. The food isn't great here. A few of the games didn't work. Many are outdated and worn. The place is small and gets crowded quickly. Staff stands around doing nothing except frowning up their faces and being annoyed when you tell them that a machine is broken or out of tickets. How about a class in customer service etiquette? My kids and I didn't appreciate the dirty looks when telling staff about broken machines. So sorry to disturb you... Bathrooms are filthy. There were clogged and un flushed toilets and tissue strewn all over the floor. Overall, this is a good place for the kids to burn energy for a few hours as long as you don't have a problem with overpriced entry for children (should be free entry for all), a few broken machines, dirty bathrooms, small play area, horrible overpriced food, and a big exit is final sign upon departure, you just might like it here smh. FYI : You have to pay extra for laser tag and some of the additional game rooms. Why isn't that included with admission? At least it's conveniently located inside of a shopping mall so you don't have to pay for parking right? Sheesh.

It was ok. Not advisable to go later in the pm on a Sunday. You are not allowed to use the restroom after they say 10 min. To closing. Or they say last 5 minute to redeem tickets. What they say is last chance for water. Fill thw kids up and no restroom. Just imagine having a party of 20 kids and 5 need to use the bathroom. Never again

Its an okay space for kids to burn off energy. The admission fee is $10 and includes a free return visit within 30 days. Admission gives you access to the jungle gyms. Accompanying adults are free. They have two jungle gyms one for toddlers & preschoolers and a larger one for older kids. The toddler play area has a outdated jungle gym and 4 smaller play structures which all have slides. The arcade is slightly outdated. To play the arcade games or use the rides you have to buy tokens. Buying tokens is were you will spend a lot of money. The food is pricey and not very tasty. It is best if you eat before or after. With 88 tokens which is posted as the best deal we won 1600 tickets. I posted the prizes in the photo. All prizes can be obtained at your local discount store. Funtopia plans on making updates at the end of the year. Over all its not a bad experience and parking is free.

This place says that it has 3 floors when it only has 1, what it has is different sections. and the toddlers section is small for children from 1 year to 3 or maybe 4. The other section where the slides are is very dark and older kids with young children and they are not careful if they hit the little ones. The most dangerous thing was when the children leave the slide, the floor is very slippery and many children fell.

The children had a wonderful time. There's a wide variety of games for adults to participate in with their child. The major problem is the bathroom, it's dirty and very unsanitary. Management needs to address this especially when the facility caterers to children.

They had updated the place there's more games there's a section for toddlers And there's a section for older kids as well adult friendly games there's food and beverages you can throw a party there my two year old son he loves to go to funtopia and so does my seven and 12 year old as well.... it's an expensive it's about 7 to $10 and the good thing is you can return one time for free.

Not as great as what it used to be. As a kid i used to come here a lot with tokens and tickets. Now they've switched to an all card system, no physical no tickets and no tokens. It used to be if you had 97 tickets they would let you redeem a 100 ticket item, but now they're strict on that. You used to get 100 tokens for $20 but now it's only 80 credits on and on card. And each machine costs more to play!! NOT LIking the new way!

A complete rip off. Only things to do inside that don't require tickets or extra money is the tunnel playhouse and the toddler area (tiny space!). I mean are they effing kidding me? Taking advantage of parents on rainy days. I now know why this place was SO empty on a rainy Saturday afternoon! $5 per child for the "extra" rooms/games? After already paying $10 just to get in? COME ON! Don't waste your time coming here. It was super depressing and your kids will be SUPER bored in 20 minutes and begging to play dumb games that cost $1 per game or more (INFLATION MUCH). Skip it.

This is a really great place for kids of all ages. What I like about this place is not only do they have a toddler play area but they have a jungle gym for older kids as well. They also have plenty of arcade games in addition to the bumper cars. Overall the facility is maintained and is clean. The only reason they don't get five-stars is because about 1/4 of the arcade games were not working. Another good thing is that if you get hungry, they serve food such as pizza so forth and so on.

Went here for a 1yr old bday party. Cute place for kids to play, good food, great party room. Would have gotten more stars, however a good portion of the baby rides were closed and the lighting seems very dim for a childrens play place. Better patrolling of the bigger kids in the baby areas are needed. I had to yell at several big kids running into the baby area and almost knocking down the little ones we had. There should have been an employee there enforcing the rules.

Great for kids, but for parents not so much. While It’s a bit expensive but as long as my kids are happy and are having fun and that’s all that matters... The down side is, the phone reception, it’s pretty bad and they don’t even offer complimentary WiFi Access. One of the Employees mentioned that the boss doesn’t want to allow it is because he’s concerned the employees will be in their phones.

Decent place. They advertise 3 levels but it’s only 1. I guess it’s default for 5 stars because there’s little competition but being objective, 3 for average. Nothing spectacular but a good way to kill 2 hours.

Cheaper alternative to New Roc City. Little sister (8) enjoyed the playground. We forgot socks, but they had some in a vending machine for $1.50. They had a variety of games in the arcade. Most were $1 to play (4 tokens/ person). Bumper cars was $3/person. We didn't try laser tag or the other big games. We also didn't try the food. My little sisters (8 and 13) enjoyed themselves and that's what counts.

My son enjoyed his birthday here and it is quite clean for a child amusement center. Also there is not much of a crowd, which is always a plus anywhere in NYC(the boroughs). The food is a bit pricey but not out of the ordinary of what you would expect in the area. I will definitely come here again with my children.

Counter staff is excellent great with the kids. Floor staff needs better customer service training basically tells you figure it out yourself. I work in customer service over 15 years you can't please everyone all the time but try to make an effort.

Only bad things was that the games were kinda over priced to be honest, a lot needed like 4 or 5 tokens just to play which was a shame cause I love the games and they had some real cool ones.... This was my first time here with my daughter. I enjoyed the scenery. The cost is $10.00 for adults children are free. It's a big place to bring the family and the kiddies. You're aloud to have a party here. The only downfall is having to spend money on games and not know how much credit is it worth. You find yourself having to add more funds to the card. When youth won a game the points go to the cards that's good for getting prizes., that's all but otherwise it is a good place especially for the kids. One thing you should know is that you get a 30 day free ticket from the day you go.

I attend a private party here and noticed how unprofessional this place is. Why let more people come inside when it’s already crowded. Also they had a cart for the private party so we could put our coats and bags why take it out of the private room when the guests went to play the games into the arcade room where there is no one taking care of the cart. The next day the birthday girl told us how someone stole her presents.

Laser tag was fun w. My daughter, parents against kids. Many different food options, had the shrimp, fries, and spring rolls tasty and fresh. Maze is small but fun for kids. Toddler area and party area with cute dance area and gaming area available. Bathroom really clean as well as play area. Very affordable at $10 entry no time limit. And each visit gives a free visit for next time!

Went on a Saturday with my very friendly 21 month old son. It was crowded and the atmosphere was just ok. None of the parents read the rules and had their children take off their shoes. It was difficult to watch my son try to play because many parent's was in the toddler area with their bags and played with their children instead of encouraging them to pay with other children. The pizza was not so great. Overall, it gave my son a place to burn his energy but I will not visit again.

I celebrated my daughters 8th birthday there I did a party package for 11 kids the cost to have a party is RIDICULOUS i paid 600$ I felt the party was rushed everything was rushed from when we entered to when we sat down to laser tag to singing happy birthday just to get to the other side where half the machines was broken or out of order the people that own this place need to re-evaluate their prices because this ain’t it my daughter and her cousins had fun but 600$ ain’t it

Needs more new machines and cards instead of cash and tokens. I took my nephew and the bathroom was disgusting and unsanitary. No one cleans it. Most of the employees are standing around. Someone should be assigned to the bathroom like other places.

Even though this indoor place has some acceptable children entertainment such as bumper cars, arcade games, a 3-level playground and kiddie rides, it looks like it hasn't been updated for a while. I would recommend wearing latex gloves at the arcades if you want to avoid diseases, and if one can withstand the smell, be my guest. Bring hand sanitizer, especially if you are going to have a bite there. There are tables, though not the cleanest place, and I suspect mold here and there. I was wearing ear plugs. Generally children don't mind or are not conscious of hygiene.

Funtopia is great for children especially for toddlers.there is a little play area for them.there is excellent service food and games. From laser tag to bumper cars it is awesome. I am 17 now and i still enjoy going there especially for laser tag. it it also great for birthday parties. I think even if your a little tall you get some free coins. Yay! I recommended going to Funtopia for any event. Does not matter your age just have fun .

Went in with my 7th month old, was not a good place for him. There is nothing for my son to play with. No toys. Suits better for older kids, who are walking. Otherwise, with infants you just have to carry them around. Would prefer going elsewhere for my infant. Very crowded. Does not seem safe to infants in view of the increased chances of infection.

It's a cute and fun place especially for a rainy day. Lots of games and a jungle gym, but expect to spend more than the $10 entry fee. What makes it worth it that with one purchase you're getting two tickets as long as you come back within thirty days.

Nice little arcade, play area (jungle gym, slide, etc.), bumper cars, laser tag, etc. Admission is $10 per child; adults are free. And free admission granted with the receipt for the second visit within 30 days. Most games range from 2-8 tokens; 4 tokens for $1.00 (best value is 80 tokens for $20.00). There was a note that they will soon have cards instead of tokens. We spent about 2 hours and the kiddo had fun, that is all that matters! Very clean friendly staff. Prizes are typical for an arcade.

Great concept however this location needs to put a limit on how many people are allowed in. It was extremely over populated in the space allocated for children, there were no seats available, birthday partygoers seemed confused as was I in regards to a designated area for them to stay and keep their belongings. I will say despite the disorganization, smells, and confusion I believe overall the kids had fun however they were happy to leave and go home and bathe.

Hello there, If you are going to rent a private room for a party, you should be aware that the party schedule + planning + host + management needs a lot of improvement. Having to organize the party when the party starts does not work. I was running like crazy while my guests were left unattended at the disco party. The disco party starts at the same time as the party starts and happens during the first 20 minutes of the party. I had to either organie the room or play with my LO at the disco party. My guests saw me running back and forth into the party room. Funtopia USA manager Lisa did not allow me to get into the room before my party time started to organize the room. When I tried to explain to her over the phone that it would not work, she talked over me and said that she has been doing for many years and that she never had an issue with it. FYI: there were no other parties before mine. It feels like Funtopia USA management don’t care about what their clients have to say. They want easy and quick for them. I was not allowed to bring cotton candy or to add confetti to the table because that would give them too much work to clean. Disco party. I was lied to by the manager. I was told that there would be a host and a different person running the disco party, but that was not true. The host had to either organize the party room with me during the first few minutes or to be at the disco party attending my guests. My guests were literally left alone during the first few minutes of the party. The prizes given at the disco party were NOT age appropriate. Giving out skull
