You will see all the feddbacks of people like you who are using the products and services of Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5 (Park) in the area close to New York.
At the present the business has a rating of 4.8 stars out of 5 and that rating has been calculated on 1083 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings is nearly the top, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may say that the evaluation is very reliable. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Park is included in the category of Park.
Clean large and great views
Beautiful spot.
Awesome place for kids...so many cool parks.
One of my favourite spots in the city. Soccer fields on the river with an amazing view. Can't beat that.
The Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5 is a really good field to play soccer. Usually lot of people pay for permit in order secure space but you can get lucky if you analyze who is playing and when. Anyway this is definitely one of the best artificial pitch with a wonderful view over FiDi and the skyline.
Great view of Manhattan and the water.
Lots of family area.. picnic board walks and games.. bike area.. waterfront
Very beautiful at night quite and private. There is something in the water though lol
Beautiful! Parking is a disaster.... Lol
Firework was more than I imagined.
Loved it this place has such amazing views and the atmosphere is soo alive so comfortable very clean and vibrant I love love this place
Love this place and the view, good for a cycle!
I'm there every day next yr wit Gods good will
amazing view on the skyline at night. Nevertheless, pretty difficult to play as there is always organized league on the week (visit pier 40 for pickup game and more free space)
Pier 5 is a part of Brooklyn Bridge Park. Pier 5's main feature is it's huge field where I saw a large number of kids engaged in a sporting event. Thanks to the authority's brilliant vision in transforming an abandoned piece of valuable real estate in Brooklyn into a park badly needed in Metro NYC. You can also come here to enjoy the tranquil surroundings along the waterfront overlooking Manhattan's skyline. Thank you, Mr. Mayor.
Great view and lots to do
It was great
QT with Bae
Great park, really cool use of land, and my kids had a great time.
Great park in a great location
For a park, it's gorgeous. There are great views of the water and Manhattan. You can pretty much find any sort of court here (turf, wall ball etc). There is plenty of room to run or grill. Need exist to keep soccer balls in the field.
The place is wonderful. It is missing access to cheaper/ more diverse food. But the View! A great place when you need to breathe a little and see the sky.
Great place to hangout with your friends
Nice park. But some people wants to close the park.
Park offers bathrooms...playgrounds soccer and food option. Parking is rough but available within walking distance.
Nice place for BBQ
Great park with alot of activities like basketball, soccer etc they have a beach, a grilling section, food court. I'm sure there's more because I didn't explore the whole park. I'm pretty impressed with the park.
One of my favorite parks in the city.
Great environment, people, and fields.
Great view marina one 15
Good stuff great park etc.
So much to do, great for family or dates. Ample hills ice cream, shake shack, pop up pool, basketball, handball, soccer, sand volleyball, BBQ picnic area, and more. All with as good of a view as you can find or NYC skyline, BK & Manhattan bridge. Take the ferry for $2.75 for full experience.
Love this place. Great for kids and adults. The scenery is awesome
Nice oark....great view of downtown Manhattan
I love it down in dunno. I wish we lived closer, that is how much I love it.the activities for the kids, the playground, grilling options, the pop up pool, the waterplay area is nice and big. I love DUMBO! There is also a newly opened part of the pier you can just sit and relax also the open grassy area just opened up it is just so breathtaking and amazing. I love it so much. I am so grateful to those who contributed to making this area beautiful and possible. Thank you, thank you for making a space so beautiful for all to enjoy. Perhaps they can do some concerts on the open space of that pier sometimes unless they have other upcoming plans.
Nice at night
Nice viw
What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. All the amenities are close by. The tables and grills are conveniently located right next to the water so you can enjoy the astonishing view while preparing your meal!
One of the best parks in Brooklyn! Can't beat the views. Each pier adds to the charm. You have basketball, soccer, an amazing tucked away open field. Great food and snacks all around.
Great place for a first date. It's extremely clean although the New York rats do find their way out and about at night lol. It's very functional. U can go out there for a date, a stroll, workout or eat, all while enjoying the amazing view
Brooklyn Bridge Park is a summer favorite for our family. It’s a beautiful park right on the water with plenty of space and activities for families. Absolutely love it!!
Took the ferry to Governors Island. Wish they had better signs to direct to the ferry. Walked back and forth until we found it. Had a great time on Governors island.
Very nice park! Recommended not only to exercise but also to visit.
Nice place to have a child's party. Scenery is great for pictures if you walk around. Restrooms are there. They have built in grills.
The view, the fresh air, and the space you have is amazing. The place is well maintained.
Fresh air and great view. I love it!
Beautiful park to take kids there there is so many things to do and the park is really clean I take my kids there every summer they have a such a good time
One of my favorites places to come and enjoy the sunset.
Beautiful place for many activities.
Loved it at night time... Gorgeous view of the city
Nice view of Manhattan
I love Brooklyn Bridge Park. Great location, lots to see and do. Cops and park security are always in sight which makes me feel safe, well maintained. Each year there are more places to dine in and near the park.
Absolutely great place
Great view on downtown Manhattan. Water ferry port is near.
Very Nice
Love this pier plenty to do and if being by the water isn't your thing you still have the rest of this awesome park to see
Very nice if you go early in the morning, peaceful. Enjoy it and keep it clean.
The view is amazing and the turf is better than most. The only problem this place may have is the easy ability to lose your ball as the nets aren't enough to stop a skied ball from taking a swim in the Hudson River. Other than that, Pier 5 is absolutely stunning.
You can’t bring your own grill - but it’s a cute spot to grill and chill
☀Great place on nice sunny day☀
Love the view of the skyline and the people enjoying the area, ambience is cool
Awesome place to visit
Park has many activities, an amazing view, and a few food trucks during the day
It was a very nice park. Great to have something so beautiful in a busy city.
Beautiful place!!
This park is for everyone . If you want time alone to relax and reflect or family time, maybe you want to bbq a little lunch or dinner this is the place. Lovely neighborhood and nice people.
It was a beautiful experience with my family. The view of the NYC skyline is priceless and the atmosphere was relaxed and happy
Very cool space
Beautiful views
Had alot of fun
Lay on the lawn, sit by the water, play basketball, volley ball, go skating, and or swimming and much more. Bring the family. You won't be disappointed.
What's not to like. Beautiful
Great soccer field where you can play without having a field reserved
Nice beach for the pier
It is so beautiful, you would never think that place was in Brooklyn NYC. Kid friendly family friendly. And a place to grill while looking at the NY Skyline and at night just Beautiful
Great view of NYC down town.
Very busy but super cool. Highly recommend. Walk around Brookyln when you get across. Go to Juliana's Pizza, awesome !!!
Beautiful field. However, unfortunately the turf is not of a high quality, it's rough to fall on and also rough on the ankles/feet. Also, be prepared to lose your ball in the water.
Been there several times and the views are outright gorgeous, I'm a city type of guy (aside from the noise) I love tall structures and hailing from New York is the best, and being in the pier is fire af
Must See!! A+++
Gorgeous location on the water. Not regulation size fields, but perfect for smaller sides 7v7 and 9v9 Soccer. Would need the whole pier for a full sided match. Gorgeous sunsets and well managed. There are water fountains, that are typically working. Good for filling up water bottles. Not 5 stars because there’s no public bathrooms for the evening activities. So you need to find a porta John, or walk to the volleyball court area, a couple piers down.
I always have a nice time here.
Beautiful space but event given was the pits
Pay for your parking ahead of time!
Amazing stunning there is no words to describe this place
Excellent waterfront park with views of Manhattan. Very windy in winter but you will have it to yourself
This is such a fun place to come to. So many really nice grass areas to bring a picnic blanket and lay down and relax. Great views of Manhattan. Great area to sit on the beach. They have an inside "mall" with a great high end restaurant all in a famous area called Dumbo. Such a great place to bring your family.
Come during the day you will have place to play
Excellent park, there's all types of sports activities , for all ages . The views into lower Manhattan are great from the piers . Many sitting, laying, picnic areas and there's a barbecue area also .
Excellent sports park.
I Love Brooklyn Bridge Park! Its close to home, and it has loads of interesting fun things to do...such as fishing (free), canoeing (free), skating (#supercheap), etc.
Beautiful scenic views!
A great place for family fun and to throw a party !
Just in case you're going there for the first time, personal grill are not allowed in the park since they are already provided. It is also advisable to go early so as to get a good spot for you and whatever company you're going with. The views are very nice over here and the park is kept clean at all times.
Time of Day: Midday Parking: There's parking?! lol We walked from the subway. Establishment & Experience: I love it! Partially because Brooklyn is home and mainly because it is nice to see all the different families and friends there for birthdays and other celebratory get-togethers. It was truly relaxing.
Water fountains don't open until May but the view is wonderful.
Great views of NYC
Not Bad at all.
Best place to spend time with your family.
This is a beautiful new park in Brooklyn with great views of Manhattan. In the summer they open a popup pool to cool the kids down. There are nature trails through the woods, barbeque pits to use. All kinds of sports here like basketball, handball, soccer fields and bike paths. There are concessions for food and snacks. The NYC ferry stops at 2 piers in the park and the A C trains are nearby to the entrance
I love this park! There is so many hidden spots to explore specially for kids to wonder.
Gentrification nation. Holy mother of all nannies. This park is cool. It has volleyball courts and soccer fields. But I think you have to reserve your spot. So if your trying to come here as a normal day to walk around, all local brooklynite avoid it. Not worth it, just a bunch of gentrifiers and fake yuppies abusing something new the city offered. The kid park is full of un-vaccinated kids with nannies barely watching the kids. So if you want to avoid having annoying kids get uncomfortably close to ur kids. Swing by and see if I'm lying. I dare you.
Nice spot fresh and updated
Loved it. Beautiful all around. Clean
Wonderful view. Wish their were public toilets and good parking somewhere here. I left with a bursting bladder.
Beautiful sights
best patk spot in NYC
Really fun place to go that's mostly free. Really scenic and other stuff. go here
Nice place for family and friends
Lost of actives and good photo takong spots
Great setting for soccer. Fields are maintained relatively well (given the rate of use). If you arrive early in the morning on weekends, you can even play pickup without a permit.
Great view of the city
A great sense of what New York City is and how its people are all one.
Amazing views
Great place to escape to and relax in Brooklyn.
Today was hot but we played lot soccer
The park is very nice.there is something there for everyone no matter your age you can grill food there or bring your food and eat at the picnic tables.there is such a nice view of the water and the Manhattan skyline it is so nice there go and see for yourself.
Lots of space to run around, but not a lot of refreshments available close by.
As summer comes they have tons of events to enjoy. There's pick up soccer, movie nights, roller skating, and even art exhibits. They also have educational activities explaining park and the Hudson River ecology.
Love the park and the views and the activities. Down side: too crowded, way too many speed bumps on the bike path, people ignoring that there is indeed a bike path.
Great views of downtown Manhattan from here
An amazing view :)
Amazing park to enjoy with friends, family or by yourself. The view is beautiful and they're plenty of playgrounds and things to do around (soccer field, grills, ice cream shop)
Niceeee
Turf soccer fields look8ng at lower Manhattan and Brooklyn skyline
Great place to go with the whole family, yourself or a loved one.
Now that the meter parking lot next to Pier 1/2 has been closed, Pier 5 at Brooklyn Bridge Park is the place that offers the best view of downtown Manhattan that is easily accessible by car. You will have to leave your car at the parking lot just off of Bridge Park Drive on your way into Pier 5, but it's a relatively close walk given that you will have to trek all the way to the end of the pier anyways.
i love it here there are somany things you can do from just having an intimate walk with your spouse, from jogging to playing basketball, roller skating and the list goes on.... i love this place its even better in the summer time
Great place for kids to play
It was Great and enjoy every moment..
Beautiful just beautiful
Get a kick out of the sports fields, playgrounds and bike paths that make Pier 5 the ultimate hub for active park goers. After working up an appetite, visit Picnic Peninsula for a barbecue with family and friends. Pier 5 is dedicated to active recreation and features playing fields capable of configurations for soccer, lacrosse, rugby, flag football and ultimate Frisbee. Players and spectators can watch the game from the bleachers and benches situated along the sidelines.
Looked like a cool park passing by in a doubledecker bus
Amazing Beautiful Especially For The 4th Macy Show Was Wonderful
Great place to just kick back and relax. The views are amazing.
Awsome times 100
Love the view of the city from there
Had a great time on my Monday off. Pass this place on the BQE all the time and never took the time to appreciate it. Grabbed an ice cream float at the vendor stand and took in a game of pick up soccer. Good times!
There is alot to explore, walking down green pathways, restaurants etc.
Great place to relax and enjoy the views
One of the best places to capture Manhattan skyline by night.
Always fun!
Beautiful waterfront facility facing Manhattan.
Always clean, great to come for pickup games, highly recommended!!!
Nice
Beautiful park with nice sunset views on the water.
Wonderful Place For a Family Reunion!
Looks like a cool park passing by the park on A bus
They did a really great job on these parks it is a great place to take in the scenery or exercise. Excellent views of lower Manhattan and of the Statue of Liberty. Also in the summer there are seasonal restaurants and ice cream and other attractions which make it a really great place to spend a nice sunny day!
Old, but my kids loved the place to play after so much time exploring the city.
So crowded. I miss the days when it first opened and it was empty. Don't get me wrong I love it...Brooklyn is my home and it is amazing what had been done w the space but too many people
I love the picnic Peninsula at Brooklyn Bridge Park. I try to have a barbecue there at least once a year. I wrote a blog post on my website Jackie gordon. Com on how to have a successful BBQ there. I love just walking past and seeing all the diverse groups of people cooking and eating and enjoying their time with their families and friends. It's the best spot in New York City for a barbecue. If you don't feel like bringing dessert you can get ample Hills ice cream right there. There's a playground for small children right there. The park has all sorts of wonderful spaces to wander in after or before you eaten. You do have to be careful of the yellow jackets that are attracted to food. I recommend bringing a fly swatter.
Amazing, one of the most beautiful places in Brooklyn. A must see when visiting NYC
One of my favorite places in the city. I was amazed by this park, I would walk around the whole day and won’t regret it
Palpable NYC/Brooklyn history at its best
Amazing view and great for families to enjoy a bbq
The view is beautiful
The view was beautiful. The security was targeting minority visitors making us feel uncomfortable otherwise I enjoyed the stay. I am 75 yrs. Old thank you for this park.
