I hate this place. But my son loves it. #momproblems it’s great and there is so much to do but it’s a madhouse. It attracts kids of all ages which is stressful when your watching your 7yo bounce next to kids who are twice his size. If you must do a birthday party here, do the first party of the day. You’ll be headed out as the madness begins. Also, be super careful about the exit. Unlike many other play spaces there is no security in place to ensure that adults leave with their own child.

It was fun for my daughter but everything cost a pretty penny and there is no water fountain for sweaty jumping kids only bottled water. Staff was friendly and helpful as an adult I had fun with my child too! But take money or your own snacks!

I had a blast!!!! I don't usually enjoy such things but Urban Air changed that. Everything was so much fun and I felt so good afterwards. If you want fun, Urban Air is the two words I would say.

Would recommend. Very Fun. Loads of energy lost but regained, I had fun and the attractions are not bad. It’s a trouble getting out of the ball-pit though. But 10/10 would comeback. The only bad things were that the water fountain is in the back, along with the bathroom. Overall a great experience.

Great place and is packed with fun, but there was this one kid... one kid who kept bothering me with the group of my friends (including my best friend who had his birthday there) who kept bullying us, in the dodgeball arena he hit my friend so hard in the face so he did the same so that kid just pushed my friend.

For the first time I had a party there and I liked it. Melanie was the host for my daughters and brothers birthday party and she was really nice and helped me a lot. The place was beautiful and nice. It had a lot of different types of games. I'm not giving them the 5 stars because they forgot to give me the children favors. Other than that, it was a really nice experience.

I had my sons 5th birthday here yesterday and it was absolutely amazing the kids as well as the adults had a blast. Our host for our party was Christian and he was great. He helped us with everything and made sure to answer any questions we had. This place is huge and there are so many different activities to do. All the parents that came to the party had a blast. We will definitely be coming back next week and so will the kids and parents that came to my sons party. Everyone was extremely nice. Thank you so much for making my sons day perfect. See you soon

It smelled like BO which made you so dizzy. I almost fainted. I could not enjoy my time there. It was so cramped. The ropes course was closed and they would only let 2people at a time in a huge foam pit. There was way to little staff. They had 2 many rules, but also not enough. The one rule was waiting line for everything. Then the rest was a huge free for all. The kids there were really annoying. I found my brother crying at the side of a dodgeball pit saying a kid came up to him and punched him in the face and in the neck. Then he went to the basketball court area and kids started pushing him. The parents were blaming him for it which made him cry again. Never going back. I give it two stars cuz they had a decent parkour area.

A lot of fun with my 3 year old daughter and 11 year old sister. I even enjoyed jumping as a grown adult. However I've only been here twice and on weekends and for birthday parties and it's super crowded inside, hard to get space for jumping. Outside it translates to hard time finding parking so get there early and be prepared to circle around a few times to find a spot. Food is mediocre. Plenty of activities inside beyond jumping for all ages, however be prepared to pay extra for additional activities.

Very fun place for all ages. Brought my high school basketball team here for a team event and they had a blast. Loved the basketball hoops and the Warrior Course because they like American Ninja Warrior. Will come back again.

So I call the same day and asked if I could book a party they said no problem I got there a few minutes early they said at the front desk go to room 2 we did the room was not set up so I waiting til 1 when the party started went back to the front desk the girl doing my party was running around trying to get what she needed!! It was downhill from there ! She brought water for the kids but still the room was not ready! A few times one of the kids needed a napkin I had to go to the party room next to mine to get that ! So the pizza came out only half the order was ready pepperoni pizza came out 15 min late and the girl didn’t have cups for the drinks or napkins so she went back at two separate times to get them so the kids had to wait for drinks ! While I had to pass out the pizza then help with the drinks ! The kids had a good time so I didn’t press the issue however it’s been bothering me since the party ended !! I thought maybe the girl might be knew so I was giving her a break ! The more I think about it maybe if she was knew she should have had someone showing her what needed to be done! It wasn’t cheap and I tipped the girl $50.00 bc again this was the first time I had a party here I’m just very disappointed it was very poorly run !! It’s really not hard to have a table set up with napkins folks cups plates & tablecloth ! I would have like to book more parties in the future bc it is a very convenient location unfortunately I don’t know if I will do that!!

I so far came here twice, and I loved both experiences! not crowded, can't get bored of just jumping because there's many things to do. The birthday parties don't take up any of the other guests space. The prices are reasonable, the food station is perfect. We usually just always get our own water because YOU NEED it!

Fun place and the kids enjoyed it, but the day after I get fraudulent charges on my credit card by some kid for Venmo. Can't prove it but I believe that one of the workers there lifted the numbers off my credit card and tried to scam us. Would not go back there and I wouldn't recommend to others to go there either. Shady place.

I was awaiting my uber for over an hour in the lobby with my 2 small children after an event we had there. They had a private event beginning around the time ours ended & asked us to go wait outside myself , my 3 year old daughter & 6 year old son watched the jewish man complain about us sitting in the lobby waiting while not disturbing anyone. his excuse was there’s a rush coming in (there was no rush, the majority of their clients were inside already) and we were in no ones way at all. again because we were black we were asked to leave. We were the only black people there & it made them uncomfortable. Never to return to this place nor spend money here again. There are plenty of other attractions for children in NEW JERSEY.

This place used to be good, now is under staffed no control over anything! Kids running everywhere I’m not sure what is the limit capacity of this place I didn’t see it no where but it was to many people around inside the waiting area too many birthday parties the climbing hill was without staff supervision the entire time I spend there and if you $26 per 1.5 hrs and is to expect a better quality not even have a cleaning person around and not only that but the smell is horrible firs you crossed the door you feel dizzy with the bad odor the floor is dirty I hope this company sanitize the place regularly because they also need to clean the carpet and the ventilation is very poor I haven’t been there since they opened but I will not going back to this place! Hope they get sanitation to inspect the areas.

We just celebrated my daughter's 8th Birthday at Urban Air in one of their private rooms. Our host, Stephen was fabulous. He helped with every detail of the party and went above and beyond our expectations from beginning to the end of the party. We never felt rushed, every guest in the room felt comfortable. The kids enjoyed the park especially the wall climbing, trampolines, dodgeball and much more. The 'Glow in the Dark' added a nice touch to the party atmosphere. Thank you to James, the assistant manager who stopped by the room to ask if we needed anything and a special thank you to Stephen who made our daughter's Birthday party a success!

So I would give 5 stars because the play space is amazing. It’s big, clean and enough fun for 2/3 hours of fun for all ages. After a great play we wanted to order some food. The woman in the food corner was really rude and told us some food from the menu couldn’t be ordered because of the birthday parties going on. Like they haven’t have enough fries, pizza, cheese? You work in a kids place and I don’t think it’s appropriate to have a negative attitude like she had. It’s too bad because we talked about celebrating our sons birthday party over here but after this we are looking for a place with nicer people who love to work with kids.

My 7&9 year olds love this place and have a blast every time but a couple of things: - the food is shamelessly bad. It’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of five. Eat before or after or you will regret it. - this is not a very safe place for toddlers. So if you have young kids, you need to be extra careful. Other then that. The place is awesome for grade school kids.

Today was the second time I’ve taken my 3 year old there, he really enjoys it. My son is definitely behind socially and because he’s an only child he really doesn’t know how to interact with other kids. Often he’s on the fringe of kids playing and today was no different until the young man (high school age) working the dodge ball court named Nurbeck was beyond awesome with my kiddo!!! My son was playing alone like he always does and Nurbeck started to slowly interact with my son by giving him the dodge balls. Then before you know it they were rolling the balls like bowling balls and playing soccer together. He played many different games with him for over 30 minutes. He was super patient and incredibly sweet. I see many reviews on here saying negative things about the high school kids working there. My experience was very different, I’m so impressed by the interaction. I hope my son is that tender when he’s in high school

My experience is a lot of fun for the family. It's a bit pricey but just affordable to the point that is enjoyable. The place is big and even has rock climbing. What I don't really agree is that the price doubles up if you want standard vs ultimate which allows you to enjoy different activities like rock climbing, but... Then there are other activities a la carte so why would we pay so much and then $7/person in the VR court? Other activities follow a similar pattern. There was a concern a kid was misbehaving at the Dodge ball court and was aggressive towards another kid. More supervision is needed to keep order.

Love this place! The atmosphere is great for children! My party went fantastic with our party host Marisol! She was great to the kids and even better at making my sons party the best one he's ever had! The Warrior Course was my son's favorite attraction he could not get enough of it. If you live in the area I would definitely recommend you come and try this place out. I guarantee your child will have the time of their lives. Very clean when we went during the day. To buy food we had to wait about 6 minutes for someone to come to take our order. Then the pizza is disgusting!!!!! It’s so bad!! In the basketball area my husband told an employee that that he slipped on the springs and instead of her doing something or getting a supervisor she called another employee that was jumping instead of watching the kids and they both just started laughing. We were also charged $14.99 for our 1 year old to just walk around because seriously how much can a 1 year old try to jump. It was our first time going because we wanted to see how it was before booking our sons birthday party.

I decided to have my daughters surprise birthday party here. The Park was large enough for the kids to explore and take part in the different areas such as rock climbing, trampolines, obstacle course, dodgeball courts, basketball courts, hill with slide, etc. I was however disappointed as I had a private party host and realized at the end of the party I wasn’t given some of the items that were listed on my invoice. I than had to walk around the park to locate my party host to request the items. I was supposed to get the powder straws in which I didn’t I also asked him about the shirt for the birthday girl and he told me I would have to go up front to receive it. I didn’t bring balloons because it was listed on my invoice however we didn’t receive any balloons. I was disappointed I paid for a private room and party host and didn’t get items that were supposed to be included.

If you get hurt, you can still sue them, no matter what you signed. By law, any business MUST provide a safe place to play. So, if it's INHERENTLY unsafe, you can sue for any damages that you incur. Also, if your kid sprains his ankle after 1 minute, of course, by law, you can get a refund. It's called lack of contract due to impossibility.

After reading the reviews here I thought maybe is not that bad. Boy was I wrong the staff here can car less what's going around them or the kids safety. Sad part of it there are older kids picking on younger kids. I keep an eye on my son this place is big. I notice 2 older girls push my niece and then follow nice and son constantly then I see the one girl wanting to hit my son. I go to them and want to speck to parent. For what I did that I swear people that come here don't have any respect rachete people here. NEVER AGAIN!

Great for kids...reading some reviews about things getting stolen from cubbys cant believe people are stupid enough to leave valuables unsecured, theres a sign that clearly says they are not responsible, how would they know if something is being stolen? for all they know the person taking the item is the owner so blame yourself...FOOD on the other hand is over priced and not good quality pizza is dried out and food is in warmer for who knows how long...lots of things to do though

I visited Urban Air again and one of the highlights of my son and I’s trip was the friendliness of James and Jaquan at the cafe! Everytime we visit they are always friendly and remember our faces! We ordered our food and within 10 minutes we had everything and it was great! They are definitely two of the most hardworking young adults i’ve ever seen Urban Air got lucky with those 2! My son had a great time again and we will be coming back!

Great place for the kids to jump around for a few hours

Cool & clean place for young kids , i asked for a discount for my child who has special needs & they gave us $8.00 off yet it was still a bit expensive. The staff is very nice there & the bathroom was clean. We have been there a few times would reccomend for kids Bday parties .

This is a fun place for kids to go, but there were some issues that make it not so fun for people to enjoy. First of all, my friend’s phone got stolen. We put it in a cubby and even hid it under our belongings, but it still got stolen and no one was watching! We went to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. All they asked for was our phone number to call us just in case it turns up, but they never ended up calling. They couldn’t even check the security cameras to see who took it! They were no help at all during this inconvenience. Secondly, the pricing for food and drinks is too high. I’m a young adult and i have to use my own money for things such as this. I came here to have fun but ended up wasting all my money on food and drinks! I think you should lower the pricing. Thanks for reading my feedback and I hope you take it into consideration to make things better.

Me and my freind lost our shoes there about $300 combined and the staff didn’t even want to help they tried to get us to leave they said we aren’t going to get them back so go outside.The place isn’t that good and the food is way overpriced. Get Air is way better they have super nice staff and a great facility. Go to Get Air

The place is nice but the food is horrendous waiting. Yesterday I was there with my kids and I watched like 10 kids working behind the kitchen just doing nothing and eating and drinking just like they were at home. One guy started eating and picking from the tray just like he was there to eat. He dropped the tray with pizza and just put everything from the floor back on the tray. I waited over 30 minutes for fries and nobody told me once, can I help you. The place is beautiful but is run with kids and is no control at all

Really nice place with lots of jumping activities for a number of age groups. They recently opened so they are still trying to figure out how to manage the business. They also need more staff, specially more adults to supervise the younger staff. Also they should have an area for kids 2-5 only that is strictly enforce and supervised to ensure the safety of small children. Overall a good experience with no injuries!

When I came to Urban Air for my little cousins birthday party she and my family had a great time. The staff members were great, the party host did a great job the place was clean, and the pizza was amazing and a great family place . I would definitely come back for another birthday party and I would recommend this place to everyone and their families.

The reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because even though my kids had fun, I had to change my baby on the floor basically because they don’t have changing table in any bathroom, which is crazy considering is a kids place..

I love taking all my kids to this place. The prices are great for me and my family to enjoy a great weekend. My oldest son said he had the greatest birthday party ever thanks to Angel Sosa who was our party host. He made sure everything went smoothly. All the kids loved the food. I will definitely be back.
