Most of the arcade games were shut down. The ones that werent would take your points and the game would not start and it would keeping taking your points, making you buy more and spend more money. So most games were broken, employees wouldnt help

Family bathroom out of order. No place to change baby. Asked an employee about where I could change him. The employee was rude and condescending. The rest of the staff was friendly and had a good mix of activities for kids.

Great place for kids (and adults) of all ages! Yeah sometimes the tickets don't come out but the staff is very helpful and will get the tickets for you. Food is reasonable and tasty! Fed me, my 4 and 5 year old daughters for $7.

Way better the Chuck E Cheese. The games are better and its more spaced out. Its a lot cleaner and the prices are very good. The food isn't the best but your at the mall so you can just go grab something from the food court. There's actual prizes to win and there's games that distribute more then just 4 tickets.

This place really deserves 0/5 stars. I was just on the phone with my friend talking about this place and she reminded how bad of a place this is. Customer service is the worst and so is their food. Ordered nachos and cheese and the chips are kept in the front under the counter in some dirty container. The cheese machine looked like it hasn’t been wiped down in forever and when I tasted the cheese it was the most disgusting thing ever. I ALSO SAW A MOUSE run from the eating area to the kitchen where the ice cream machine is (no wonder the food tastes so horrible). The games NEVER work. I spent money and didn’t even get to play anything. You ask for help and the people are so rude like it’s your fault the games not working. As you’re leaving you’re now being terrorized by a group of 10-15 teenagers on bikes. They’re riding around you swearing and saying stuff your children should NOT be hearing. For the sake of your children and your sanity NEVER come here.. The mall is a ghost town and has nothing to offer you anyway.

This place is horrible, nasty and ran down. Worst 55 bucks I ever spent in my life. The games were mostly broken and none of the rides worked. The employees didnt even care about their jobs. When u came to them about a broken game they already knew it was broken an wasnt surprised. Yesterday was our first and LAST TIME EVER going there. The pictures will fool you like it's a great place. Chucky cheese is better then this. I wasted my time ,gas and money goin there. This place needs a upgrade ASAP! I was soooo mad. And there is no ball pit . Smh never again .. I give this place a -5 star rating.

We were very disappointed. Thought it would be a fun place for our grandchildren Many activities were out of order. Swiped our card for games that would not work. Had to get assistance constantly. The children enjoyed the few things that did work. Not enough staff. At one point one staff person was working concessions and the front area. We bought two Jr play cards,one didn't work. Bought a third because we had a child in tears. Will not return and do not recommend.

Fair attraction and comparable to Dave and Busters. Almost the only thing left in the Vorhees Town Center. There's mini golf, a small bowling alley, and laser tag. Lots of video games. There are deals for certain days and there are party packages available for kids and teens birthdays.

Great for kids of all ages. Tons of games to play with friends, a safe and entertaining ball arena and a smorgasbord of ticket spewing games to choose from. The only thing they're missing was classic pinball. Maybe next time.

I went here today, it is the best arcade I've ever been to! My brother got a TMNT plush, Donkey Kong plush, a pair of sunglasses, and an alien ball. I got a Stay Puft plush and "Tilt" necklace. Hopefully will come again soon. I love the games so much!

It's fun for all ages. I take my 15,13 and two 7 year olds there and we all enjoy ourselves. The prizes aren't that great for the amount of tickets but playing the games together is more than enough to balance it out.

Very interesting and fun setup...It's Just a complete ghost town. Nobody is really ever there...which is surprising because there are so many awesome games and things to do. There is mini golf and laser tag!

"VERY NICE STAFF" WE played for about 4 hours and it was only $15 per person. Amazing fun center with indoor miniature golf and 3/4 size bowling which were perfect for the kids. We had pizza, boneless hot wings that were Texas Hot so we were very impressed and we had a family size order of French fries that were fabulous. We will definitely come back!

Most games did not work. They brought our pizza to our table without us being there and then came to get us like 5 minutes later. When we came to our table there was pizza sauce all over the chairs and tables. Pizza tastes like carboard. The prices are outrageous. Barely any video games and most things are attracttions and the cards just have video games and not attractions. Not going there again.

The good... 9 hole mini-golf. A game card that gives you unlimited games for an hour or whatever duration you pay for. The bad... Dated games, many of which don't work. Can't play games that give you tickets on the unlimited game card. It would be nice if it let you play games like ski-ball or basketball but just didn't earn the tickets. And like a lot of places that have games where you earn tickets, the prizes are junk. Can be fun for younger kids, decent for parties. Food was better than expected.

Just recently stopped by at Tilt Studio. I didn't play the games, but I did look around to see if any arcade games have been replaced with newer arcade games. So far, only 3 machines for the Batman arcade have arrived. There should be 1 or 2 more machines that should be replaced with newer games. Like for example, you could replace the Cruis'n World arcade machines with the original Fast & Furious arcade. It's just an idea, you don't have to do it. But so far, this place looks cool.

They charged me two times for a play card. The first time the cashier put it through and the machine was not responding so instead of canceling the transaction she just moved me to another register and ran my card again. Also alot of the games were not working properly and it's dirty AF.

This place is the absolute most amazing place in the entire world. They have so many games and they also have mini bowling, black light mini golf and laser frenzy( that is the coolest one because it makes me feel like a spy trying to get past all the lasers). The food is delicious. Best pizza I've ever had in my life. They also have house made French fries which I would have to say are the best I've ever had as well. There food is fantastic. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. Any questions and problems I had were dealt with the up most professionalism I've ever encountered. The entire place is clean and organized. The prize counter is unbelievable. They have so much to choose from. They even have amazing prizes in all of their games. This is the place to be I guarantee it.

My son and I just left the Voorhees location and I am beyond grossed out! For starters after purchasing our game card my son asked for a pretzel. After looking at the rock hard, wrinkled, dry pretzels that were hanging in the machine, for his health I told him no. Next we go to play basketball and the machine only has 2 balls. Two flat balls to be exact! So we’re playing a timed shooting games and half the basketballs are missing??? Moving right along... so next we chose ski ball which was missing the balls from the game! The only highlight of all this disappointment and the fact that I gave this place any stars is the EXTREMELY helpful staff that works there. It’s almost as if they know they place is gross and falling apart and they are just trying to stay positive. Then the ticket counter machine breaks down and it’s counting my tickets for my son to chose a prize... AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST is the baby mouse that was running up and down the aisles where the tables are by the prizes. I thought I saw one earlier but I thought to myself.. hmm no way! But when I saw it clear as day the second time and then saw it hop underneath a table I knewwww well that’s why that pretzel looked like that!! This location is disgusting!! It used to be beautiful when it first opened and I loved bringing my son here. But this random night out to show him a good time resulted in $22 dollars I wish I never spent here! We got up went outside in the cold to come here and have a good time. Instead we had to pass on snacks and wave to a mouse on the way out... nasty!

I booked my daughters 11th birthday party here after finding Tilt Studio while looking on the web for a place that had a variety of activities for my daughters age group. upon arrival our party host met with us and was great the whole time we were there. there are a great many videogames, 2 oversized crane machines, a 9 hole golf that features glowing courses and golf balls, an area with foam balls shooting skyward, a bowling area and even a spinning carnival ride. I ordered food for the adults which arrived on what can best be described as oversized turkey serving plates. all the food was really good quality, generous in portion size and really tasty. If there was anything negative to say it would be that there were several games not functioning and for some of the attractions there were times were an attendant never showed up after pressing a paging button on the attraction. But as a whole everyone had good things to say about the experience. My daughter and her friends all said they really, really had a fun time. And it showed throughout the whole evening while there!

It's a loud arcade with a varied assortment of late 90's and 2000's shooting and racing arcade games as well as some usual carnival games like skee ball and the like. Some of the screens are fading but I can't imagine there's much to be done about this.

Customer service stunk in here and this wasn't the first time I ran into a problem. I spent $20 in here on tickets and another $20 on the spin off deal-that I waited until 8pm to get. (You can play unlimited rides from 8-10) so $40 all together! When it came time to leave I needed change for the bus and the manager told me he couldn't open the register for change????????!!!!!!!! REALLY?? ALL the money I spent and you can't give me change (4 quarters) for the bus? Me and my 5 year old ended up missing our bus at 10 o'clock at night and having to wait for a ride home. I was devastated having to be outside with a baby that late in the dark. We didnt get home until 11:45p. Just puts s bad taste in my mouth about the business! The sad part is my son loves it here. A very unhappy parent!

So disappointed!! Took my kids for a little afternoon fun and half the machines were out of order, a HUGE school group was there-about 30 kids- 3 staff and one ticket machine barely working. Paid $36 for a lot of frustration and not a lot of playing. Couldn't even redeem the kids tickets.

If I could write 0 I would. It was a great place and I used to go here all the time but I’ve been busy and I finally had a night off so I brought my children there one night and the management is so rude. There was a very sweet new employee I figured, trying to learn how to do something and just simply asked how to fix a machine and in front of me the “new manager” gentalmen had yelled at her in front of me and my children saying “ you don’t know how to fix it? How do you not know by now really”. I left immediately after that incident. I came back a few days later and I saw a sign that said free icee so my children of course wanted a “free icee” and the same new manager had told me you have to go onto any social media and give us a 5 star review. So that’s how they have all the 5 star reviews haha. The employees are great and the games are fun for my children and I but I will not be returning after seeing multiple incidence’s that occurred that night.

Came down here over Christmas time for a company party for my Corporation. Had many games do choose from ticket games to fighting games to racing games even had a little Merry-Go-Round ride in the front entrance. Even had a miniature bowling which was fun. Also seems most of the games that give tickets are set at a certain amount of tickets to anybody who plays no matter how good you do, which was lame. The pizza tasted like cardboard was not very good and soda was very diluted with water. Had a laser tag room, which wasn't shooting guns it was dodging lasers coming out of the wall. It was pretty fun but all in all this is definitely for kids 13 or under good for a one-time check out. Was fun

Took the entire family to Tilt on Sunday for Captain America and the boys had a great time seeing their favorite super hero! While it was very busy and alot of people were there it went pretty well "the staff were very friendly and kept law and order with the crowd" We tested a 16" pizza after we were given a half off coupon by a manager. After all who would turn down 1/2 price food? The pizza was very good and we would definitely pay full price in the future. It was nice and hot and not greasy like at Chuck e Cheese. We ended up staying for about 3 hours and played games, dug for gemstones bowled and had a blast!

My friend and I took our boys here over spring break. We waited in the line for about 5 minutes because no one was at the register. I ordered a family meal and a water. The girl who waited on me said they had no water and no pizza. She says I'm sorry but we are really busy. At that time it was no big deal we went to the food court fed our boys and then we came back. So im waiting in line for a second time and there is a new person at the register and he is holding an ice cold bottle of water. When it's my turn he goes can you wait a second while I get the pizza out of the oven. So when he gets back I said did you just get a delivery, he looks confused. I said the girl who was here earlier said there no pizza or water. He goes we ran out of one size pizza but the girl never have us an option. He goes on don't know why she said that. So I asked to speak to the manager and he says I am the manager. He could care less about the situation he just waited on the next customer. I emailed Custer service right away. I got a response back immediately to ask me the location and that was it. There Custer service stinks! I will never spend my money in this place again.
