Great fun! The walk in is a pain, have to walk through funplex, should have a separate entrance.

I would suggest going earlier in the morning - around 10:30am for the best experience. The water was clean and lines minimal for the slides. This is certainly not a large facility, but more than enough for the kids. It can kind of get repetitive after around 3 hrs. The staff was really friendly and just that is a reason to come back. In one instance, the line for the slides wasn't moving and I reached out to a staff member to check if there was an issue. He went up all the way and came back down to give an update. The lazy river tends to be too lazy as in it hardly moves. Wish it flowed a little more.. with a few currents in between.

Pretty nice place. Enough parking, seating, safety and clean restrooms. Overall had a great time and am going to purchase seasonal passes for all my grandbabies.

Waterpark is modest but decent with plenty of chairs and opportunity for shade, however, the staff is clearly not engaged. The lines to get in were poorly managed. 2 people attended to 20 people while no less than 5 other employees just stood around doing nothing. The food line outside took a half-hour because the 2 hard-working employees couldn't meet the demand and were poorly organized. It was a Sunday in August! Splashplex should know how to plan appropriate coverage for high-peak season. There should be a manager on-duty reprioritizing and making others pitch in. P.S. The policy about not bringing in outside food is ludicrous. The park is expensive and buying expensive food is prohibitive for some families...plus forcing people to use the poorly run food service outside is insult to injury.

Bad costumer service. My kids ended up looking at everyone else eat as our food was not served as promised. Very disappointed.

I saw some of the staff members smoking on the job and they never clean the water, is know that cause I got the season pass and got there first thing in the morning and one of the workers was yelling at my kid

Place is nice for bringing the kids and have a blast day. Water park is ok but lacks of a weaves pool or pools for adults like hot tubs or so. Beside those details I highly recommend this place.
