Love the Water Park here! The private Cabana is awesome! The kids also enjoyed free rides for a birthday party I attended. Very fun place, I love that they have mini pool areas in case your interested in relaxing vs getting on water rides. Great place to have Party! I think it’s a perfect place for older kids ranging from like 4-12. There are arcade games and bowling. I prefer to go later in the day when it’s not as packed. It’s also a good idea to purchase an annual pass because it’s cheaper in the long run.

This place is so fun!! There are so many fun activities to do including bumper cars, go-karting, rides, virtual reality, and all of the arcade games. The food is also enjoyable. It's the perfect place for kids and teens.

They have a super huge arcade and a outdoor water park and they have a bowling alley during the time that we went the water park was closed due to the fact that several days we had a storm but the arcade was very fun they have a area where you can make reservation for birthday parties. I recommend parents to bring their kids there it's very fun for kids

Great place for the kids.....but I feel at some point they need to have a cutoff for admittance. Quite frankly it gets too crowded. Additionally, some parents need to be reminded that this is a kiddie water park when selecting swimwear.

Horrible I went to a birthday party there it was so un organized half 5he people left because they didnt know what was happening next. I felt bad for the mom throwing the party she was upset I would never recommend that place to anyone.

I used to come here as a kid all the time, back when they still gave out physical tickets. I went for my birthday for the first time in years, and it was almost completely different. The cards and credits were confusing at first, but it was easy to get the hang of. I will miss the thrill of feeding hundreds of tickets to the counter machine, but I cant complain all too much. It was clean, the lines were short, and I had a great experience. Especially the new VR thing. I did that twice with my brothers and it was so fun! Highly recommend.

The Funplex has a lot of activites for your kids to enjoy however in order for your kids to have an awesome time enjoying "everything" your wallet will need to be padded for all the small charges you didn't plan for. First off if you want to watch your kids swim and not actually go in to the water you will be charged $15 and if your child is not tall enough you will have to buy a full priced wristband to accompany them in the rides such as go-karts and bumper cars. As stated on their website no food allowed in the water park so you will end up paying to keep your kids hydrated and fed on a hot day (maybe eat in your car to save money). Bring lots of sunscreen btw because you only get 30mins in the shaded picnic areas.The arcade is not included in the wristbands so you will have to pay for credits because your kids will definitely want to play on the hundreds of games flashing at them as soon as you walk in. The warrior challenge game requires socks($1ea) and credits. A few of the maybe 10 arcade games were broken so plan to tell your child to wait their turn especially for bowling because there is a waitlist. Also if a birthday party has booked a time slot for go karts your child will have to wait again after waiting for 1/2 hr in the long lines. Other than these unexpected setbacks your kids will love splashing and sliding in the waterpark and will enjoy themselves playing the games especially the VR ones

Although I want to give it less stars, the kids really love it. Price is high for me. But you can spend entire day there. Just like casinos no Windows or clocks so you forget how long you are there. Bring extra money on the game machines. You can purchase food there too. There is a pool and small water park which costs extra

All the rides are free! (Including "some" games) up until you leave. That is, unless you buy a card that you use to swipe for said rides and games. Very enjoyable for people of all ages. There are 3 different "roller coasters" that children can enjoy, accompanied by a go-cart and a bumper cars track. In the outside, there are plenty of slides fit for a water park, but that's all the information I have.

My niece's birthday party was held here. The employees know how to throw a kids party and keep their attention. There wasn't a moment that they weren't entertaining the kids. As for the cupcakes let's just say what cup cakes...total destruction! The games are fine for kids. They have a bowling alley...also to my surprise a small water park. Even though my sons are teenagers they still had a great time playing lazer tag...and figuring their way out of the jungle gym with their 8 year old cousin.

I used to love coming here. Had two bday parties for my son and every summer it’s our annual place to visit for some fun. But TODAY was the worst experience I’ve ever had in the last 5 years of attending. The staff has completely changed to very unpleasant, unprofessional and unenthusiastic teens who were more concerned to laugh & gossip in groups than to attend to the needs of guests. No one explained how wristbands worked for video-games & when I stopped a worker to ask I got major attitude from her like I was bothering her. The indoor cafe didn’t have a sandwich which is posted on menu and when I asked why wasn’t it available (thinking maybe we just had to wait a lil longer for it to cook) was told “it’s just not - order something else”! The entire cafe staff was rude. Outdoor water park hasn’t changed much it’s time for something new. A Staff member outside thought it was tasteful to yell out to me in the pool that water shoes weren’t allowed. In all the years of me attending this has never been an issue, I even checked for signs & the website with park rules no where is this stated! The team used to be so friendly and willing to help today was a disappointment. It’s time for some closer supervision and team training on proper customer service cause that was not displayed at all.

1 issue..The price for a 6 & 4 year olds are the same as is for adults. If I'm paying $39 for my children's wristbands, I shouldn't have to pay more credits at each ride they don't reach the height requirements.. With that being said, I would like to thank the manager Adam for crediting our money back to my card. He righted their wrong.

We are currently booking a party for my son he is special need I'm very happy so far with the service from the staff. All the staff are young and very professional when it come to working with customers setting up a party for the big day. There are some small issues I wish the owner of the company would change for the customers. My number one thing is if your customers are booking a place we should be allowed to bring a dish of food in for our guests. My guest that are coming to son party knows I can cook well but you are not giving me a opition and forcing me to use your company is not fair. Me and my wife is paying a good amount of money so my son can have a good time but I think maybe in the future you should give customers be more options than just using your company for a food choice.

Funplex offers different wrist bands for unlimited Indoor rides. So many video games are available. Bowling is there $25/ Hr during weekdays and $35 during weekends ( Sat and Sun). No entry fee. Cafeteria is there to have some coffee, Pizza, Pop corn etc., Kids will enjoy all the rides. Sunday Early Bird Band (Between 10 am and12 pm - Unlimited Indoor rides at $ 27) is price worthy.

Took my summer camp children for a day of fun. They had a good time however, the food was an issue everything that was ordered was over cooked. When I brought it to the attention of the “the person in charge” all I was basically given was the run around.. The only staff member that was very professional and was in control of things was Tiffany she deserves a raise.. 5 stars for her.

It was an amzing place for kids and adults alike. The place is kept very clean and is a rigorous chore throughout their work day. This is not an easy task considering some patrons do not reciprocate the same actions. This is a young establishment and this is sometimes is taken into consideration, which can hold true in some cases. It is their employees that seems to be continuous in meeting those expectations of management. These young kids actually take pride in their jobs. I personally witnessed employees showing compassion and patience with children. This is a virtue that tends to be highly unusual today in most young adults. Great job! Best kept secret!

Funplex is always a good time. New bowling alley was a hit, free game with wrist band. Go garts always a favorite. A little bit of fun in the sun, change clothes, then go inside and play till your tired. Extreme wrist band also includes laser tag and carnival rides. It only included a small group of video games, about 6, which my son wasn't too happy about. But we all had a great time.

I had my son's birthday party there yesterday the place was clean and beautiful most of the workers are very friendly but for some reason that hostess they gave me for my son's birthday party she had no idea what she was doing the food was terrible I don't know what kind of cheese they put on that pizza but it was awful and we had nothing to drink doing the whole meal when I finally asked her what happened to the drinks she said well let's finish your cupcakes then we will find out what a drinks went none of us understood what she was saying I mean it was just a nightmare I don't even want to say what happened next it was just a terrible experience for my son and his friends

Our kids had a great time! Tons of things to do. We never ran out of options. Kids were exhausted by the end of the night. We never made it to the waterpark because the kids were so occupied indoors, but the pools looked like a blast! We will definitely go earlier next time so we can experience the entire facility. A MUST GO for family a with kids!

This plase is flipping amazing! The only issue is that it's really pricey. But definitely worth it! I recommend getting the extreme band allowing you infinite access to the rides and water park, plus a free hour of bowling. It's cheaper if you order online. Also, not many know this (yet) but in laser tag, if there are very few people (like in my experience, 3) then they make you play free-for-all. Almost 5 stars but again, the price.

My kids love this place! We’ve visited for birthday parties and hosted our own here- they have a great variety and the party host makes it really fun for the kids. My kids love the laser tag, virtual reality rides, ballpit/ course, bumper cars, go karts, and the arcade games! Wristbands are the best price if you will be there for a while or visit on an off day/ time while when they discount to save some green

Wrist band is not worth it. They don’t cover the all the games and you end up paying $35 for a couple lame arcade games and an hour of bowling. Sorry no refunds when you find out what you actually get.

I've seen the sign on Rt 10 and never really thought about it as being much more than some kinda video arcade inside a metal warehouse. Was I wrong!!! This spot is incredible! Discreetly it is a massive space that houses video games, go carts, rides, obstacle courses and sponge bowl play area for kids, bowling and a great private event room that has 8 bowling lanes! The staff not only was hospitable to adults but were also positive and engaging with the youth. I'll be back ... and let you know if this experience was a fluke!

Really nice. Small and fun . Definitely recommend it for kids up to 14 y/o. The waterpark very secure meaning adults can chill while kids have fun and the games inside fun as well. One of the excellent points is how affordable is and the food is good. For good price. Definitely coming back with my kids

What a joke, the remodel won’t even save this review. The staff is not tentative nor does have a smile or have a customer service attitude. It’s more like your bothering them and they just wanna stand around and get paid. The manager Tom is not manager material and has a nasty attitude. He should be relieved of his duties since this position is not for him. Literally waited 30 mins to get a cake knife and waited 35 mins for a pitcher of water. The only nice thing about the place is having a Cop on standby in the pool area. The cabana girl came once and never showed back up for us to order our food. Seems like she just bailed. People just cut in line and the staff don’t seem to care either.

I had a lotta fun here as a kid but one day I went with my dad at the end of the school year and had an incident with a ride that had malfunctioned. I forget the name of the ride and its a little hard to explain but basically I was stuck upside down for several minutes. I was a small child on a hot summer day and it felt like if I loosened my grip on the safety bars for a single second I might slip out of the ride and fall to my death. Maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit but as a second grader, it was terrifying. After a few minutes of watching high above funplex as people watch the event in fear and my tears roll up my forehead instead of down my face, my dad and the management team was eventually able to get me down. Now here's the thing that got rid of the fear in me and replaced it with anger. As an apology, I was offered ice cream and small prizes. I nearly died and you wanna give me ice cream. Then, I found out from my dad later that day that apparently, the week prior the same thing happened to another girl on the same ride! Its unbelievable and ever since then I have refused to come back to this place. I give it two stars because I still have a few good memories with family and friends before the incident.

Came for my daughter's birthday and I was blown away. My hosts, Kayla and Jenny, did an amazing job with the influx of kids and family members who were coming in and ensured that there wasn'ta dull moment. We got to do everything that she wanted (go karts, later tag, etc) and the whole staff made sure that we were being taken care of. I would definitely recommend it for the older kids (11-15) as well. Thank you fun plex for such a great experience.

Honestly it's a okay place but waste of money honestly they let you buy the wristband for $30 and tell you it's unlimited rides when really you can only ride like three to four rides for $30 then you have to put points on a card which is going to come up to like 50 can't do much I just think it's a waste of money you better off going to Chuck-E-Cheese. I just think it's unfair to let you purchase the wristband when they can just tell you to just purchase the credit so you can just play games and you can use those same credit to play on the arcade games. They claim the wristband is unlimited sure to only four rides Dont waste your time!

I have never been a water park so small, they need to make bigger for the prices there charging. I drove 1 1/2 hours for such a disapointment for my grandddaughters. The workers are so serious scolding kids for every movement they made in the 3 ft pool or whatever they called it. No decent toddler area. Water rides were like for children only and not enough of the rides. The Extreme band is a rip off cause you can't use on all the games or at least more of the them, 7 games that are included which was crowded and you had to wait so long to play and never did. Had to buy credits which I paid $60.00 on top of the $120.00 spent on bands and games go so fast. The prizes that my granddaughters got weren't even worth a penny. Landed up with 3 lil toys. This is such a rip off place and will never go there again!!

This place seems like a great place to take your children but it’s not. The place is always packed wall to wall. I had Adults running into my children. The staff are so young and have no sense of costumer service. I came here twice on my own and tried to give it the Benefit of the doubt but this last time was for a birthday party and will never return again.

It was fun. The inside arcade was pretty awesome. The water park was a bit underwhelming. It has about 4 slides. A wading pool, a lazy river that is as big as a go cart track, and a 3 to 3.5 foot pool in the middle of the lazy river. It's amazing they were able to do this in the middle of a busy are on rt in East Hanover. I can't speak for the Mt. Laurel park.

Great for business gatherings and fun, packages with pizza and appetizers and soda. Alcohol you can bring in but need proof of insurance. Laser tag. Arcade and carnival games, go karts and bowling all inside.

Great place for a family filled fun day. However, the customer service associates are all young with absolutely NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I honestly would rather make the 2 hour trip to Sesame Place before coming here again. @funplex Please address your customer service associates.

This place has everything. From laser tag, bumper cars, bowling, go-karts, arcade games, carnival rides, a virtual reality experience, an obstacle course and a water park, you're bound to have a great time. My family and I spent six hours here and we wish we could've spent more time playing. I highly suggest getting the bands so that you can play all day. Pay for the higher cost one it's well worth it. We've been looking for a fun place to spend our time and I know we will be back to have more fun.

We came on early bird which I really recommend it to avoid all the line! Do the most popular like go cart, bumping card, 3d ride and then head to outdoor activities and relax in the sun andg a nice tan. Everything is great clean and fun. Minus a star because the swimming vest are old and dull some of the buckle are either missing or broken which almost my finger bleed. Also outdoor water are so cold.

Honestly it's not worth getting the extreme wristband. NONE of the arcade games were included. I called in advance to make sure what was included.. the lady on the phone said any game that doesnt give tickets ur prizes. So I asked is there a decent amount of games to play.. she said yes.. she LIED. The most arcade games you can play is like 4 and they're all racing games. All the games there are super pricey and theres maybe 4 "rides". Spent a bunch of money on Absolutely nothing. I say just come for the waterpark but even that is pricey for what they offer. Please dont waste your money here. We were told that if the waterpark closed because of the rain they would upgrade our wristbands. THEY FAILED TO MENTION WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY A DIFFERENCE. They say ANYTHING to get you to spend money. It's all a scam. The games there are super pricey. You're better off at dave and buster's.

Workers there are helpful and would be better id they smiled a lot... its $25 per person and go cart, bowling, bumper car and laser shooting (it'slike two teams with laser gun shoot each other like in a small generic army base)is unlimited .... for other stuff you have to pay... water park opened only 2 months.

Perfect for group activities that builds gross motor skills. My daycare kids had lot of fun and they learnt at the same time.

Tonight the Funplex was only open to kids with special needs. I think that was an incredible thing to offer. We all had a great time. Their new bowling and racetrack section are amazing!!

WE LOVE FUNPLEX! This staff are super nice, Nice fun clean environment both inside and out ,inside lots of cool Arcade games and rides my 7yr old loves it from the bumper carts to the Ball pit, and outside lots of Lifeguards watching over the pools and slides I would definitely recommend this place from a Family Day or Night out.

My kids love this place. To me it's just so overly crowded I'm glad they added the splashplex side and the bowling etc just wish parents didn't have to pay for entry to splashplex just to enter with smaller children not to get on anything

Funplex is always fun.. I usually do the waterpark (Splashplex) first.. it's a great time.. not too pricey. And theres Water for everyone. Your kids will love it. They also have Go karts and bowling.. Just bring some cash.. .. Enjoy

Great place! The water park was so much fun, the kids loved it! Then the indoor rides and games kept them entertained after the water park area closed. We spent 10 hours at Funplex having FUN!

In the modern world, trying to find an arcade is like trying to find a photo booth to have your pictures printed. and while this location may not have the dozens of video games of old arcades, it does have a good selection to play. Add to the video games, the fact that they have an outdoor water park, a giant ball pit, a climbing room, laser tag, go-carts and indoor climbing and what a place for a party you have!

My nine year old daughter's summer camp went here for their field trip on 7/18/19. when she came home she told me that she liked the activities, but the staff working with the go karts in the morning got mad at her when she made a mistake. i hope they dont keep staying negative like they were to my daughter. hopefully they improve this issue.

One of my main reasons for going was for the water park and it was closed early for a private event so I was dissatisfied considering it was a hot day. Also, the unlimited band is only for 8 games in which some were doubles, appears to be more for younger children not teens.

I've had 2 parties at funplex for my son and each party has been effortless from beginning to end. We had a party for my son yesterday and our host Kwazi was amazing! He kept the kids hype and made sure everyone including the adults had a great experience. I was told that our host would only be with us for the first 3 hours but it felt like he was with us for the entire party making sure everything went well. He went above and beyond!

Lots of fun activities for the kids with indoor rides, arcade, Bowling area and VIP private party suite! Getting to the location is super easy and with ample parking space. Also Funplex was not crowded during our visit. We'll definitely be visiting again

This was my first time going to this place. It was my cousin's sons birthday. This place is big. There is so much fun to do for the kids between the bumper car to the laser tag. They have a food area where you and you family can have a good meal. Its just like most fun place but with more of a carnival feel to it. It is a bit far away if you live in the bronx, you would need to have a car to drink out to the place but it is a great place to bring friends and family. I will be back again with the kids.
