Friendly customer service, from the office to the people who maintain the place. Good location and parking on premise is convenient as well. Price wise, taking that into consideration it seems fair. The Lorelei room could look a bit nicer though given the price. Can't comment on the other rooms as I didn't use them. Overall, a good experience with them.

Went to the Volksfest had a decent time food was good & music also great desert..

So the lady in the front desk gave me so much attitude and she was so disrespectful. When I went into the hall it was disgusting. The lights weren't working the tables, were beaten up and the toilet did not flush. I did my party in the casino and it was not the best work. Honestly you should take your money elsewhere.
