This place is nice but when we visited during the July heat wave the indoor pool area was so hot we cut our stay short. The food here is good but I wish they were more efficient with the service between waiting on a very long line (it does move fast though) then having to go outside to wait for the food it took 1 hour to get something to eat. If i go back and the place is as crowded as it was I would not get the all you cam drink package since the line would probably prevent me from waiting. All in all this place is good the outside area isn't that big but they have very nice amenities including a great wave pool. If you ate in the area I would recommend checking the place out.

Lily Padua

Came for a birthday party. 2nd time here. Rides were fun, but had to wait in line FOREVER for some. Very crowded, rude city people cut in line. Changing room and lockers were a madhouse. And had to park way far away. Nice that you get a big tote bin to put party goers belongings in while they swim.

Ace Majik

One of the best indoor, outdoor pool experiences I've had. The season pass deals are unbeatable. Kids will be entertained the whole time

Iris Rosado

Really great place to have fun with the family Love the Lazy river the wave pool always having a great time with the family Love this place

Stacy Williams

Good place really nice staff and very clean and sets all over and easy to find one ,food is good and not expensive .

Desmond Hunter

Very a fun time. Lots of water rides. It's awesome time. Short lines and a great place to eat.

Raymond Perez

Awesome time! We visited for a day and enjoyed it.. Many different activities and things to do for all ages. Variety of water slides and rides. I drank a special FishBowl drink which was good. Great environment, friendly staff. Clean establishment

Wanda Vasquez

Love those cabanas

Danielle Mitchell

Me and my son loved the outdoor pool and the water slides and the line's weren't long. I want to get season passes.

kailee woodson

Take your kids, or dont. Have a drink or don't. Either way you'll have a good time.

Freddie Feliciano

Nice but just so over crowded. The lines for food and the bar are so long! They need to make them faster. If u have a season pass u still have to get in the long line when u first come in. They should have a separate line for season pass holders. Also the area where u wait to get in and the arcade need air-conditioning! It was so hot waiting in that long line. Pools are good and water temperatures are good. Just too many big kids in the kiddie pool and it gets a little rough for them. Food is pricey but that's at any park. Arm security too so at least you can feel safe.

Patrick Brennan

Value for a full year pass is incredible. The key is to go at opening and get out before it gets too crowded. This place is far better during the non-summer times. During the hottest part of the summer weekends, it is not only overcrowded, but the dirtiest people come too.

Tracy Richardson

I love the pool only. But my children likes the ride...as long as they're happy I'm happy☺

Kaysea G.

A great place for the whole family. As usual the food is over priced. Save money and pack a lunch. Although you can’t bring it inside the venue, you can go out to your car and have a tailgate style picnic. The slides are a lot of fun and the littles have a blast in the water jungle gym area. The lazy rivers water temperature was way too cold to tolerate though.

zach king

This is a great place to take your family the kids absolutely loved it there. You can get season passes for almost the price of a ticket for one day and then be able to come all year round even in the winter they have an indoor pool and Waterpark so you can literally go there anytime you want.

Melissa Smith

Alot of fun for whole family. Love the wave pool and the bar has really good drinks

Devin Richman

I think this place is alot off fun for both kids and adults. Just wished they take better care of season pass holders..

gia gina

I had a great time here the other day. It was on a Sunday. And it was really nice. Even though they closed down the water slides to clean since someone puked in there

Junaid Shakoor

Awfully crowded but a fun time for you 1-13 year old for the day and they have a nice bar for adults to just hang out if you want. Coutesy soft drinks too.

Rajesh Bhargava

Fun water park with nice rides. Everyone seemed to be having fun. We went on a long weekend and had to stand in line for more than an hour to get the tickets. I would suggest to buy online tickets as they are cheaper and the line for online ticket goes much faster. I would love to go there again!

Vilmarie Ruiz

Overall it was a good experience but the chlorine is overwhelming in the inside. It's in the air and it gets in your eyes and burns. The wave pool is fun! My kids really loved it.

Rabeea Jabbar

This is a fun place for kids but that's about it. As an adult you're going to hate everything about it. I went with my nieces and they enjoyed it. The parking lot was pact. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy and no one was cleaning them. In the few hours I kept going back and forth to the bathroom, literally didn't see any staff in the bathroom cleaning or entering at all. It's wet all over the place. The food is where this place makes most of its money. It's insanely overpriced for not very healthy food. The line to order food has a minimum 30 minute wait time if not longer, and this is just to order your food. Then you have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get your food. I did however order a cauliflower crust pizza which was pretty delicious aside from regular pizza and other foods. The pain regular pizza I got was $25 bucks with just a thick bread and cheese. So it's def overpriced for food and you're not allowed to bring outside food and water. They don't take into account gluten allergies at this establishment and they're not very gluten friendly aside from the cauliflower pizza they offer. The kids enjoyed it and my sister's got season passes for them but it's not a place I would recommend especially not on a busy summer weekend. Please find below photos of the absolutely filthy restroom for your visual pleasure.

hector aponte

Great place for some family fun. Part of the indoor can get very busy and thus the chlorine level might be increased. But beyond that, it's a great place all around. There's two places you could buy food from and they have a bar both indoor and outdoor. The party packages are also a good choice for celebrating a birthday.

Veronica Fraguada

This place had changed over the years. Upgrading more rides but the only problem is the price. We should be able to bring in Food instead of buying expensive food inside. The deals are great w purchasing tickets and season pass. Would recommend since its all year around.

Nichole A.

A lot of chlorine in the water. Burns your eyes a lot. I think that this waterpark is geared particularly for children up to ages 10 maybe 12 at max. Overall good experience. One of the water rides indoor by the indoor pool had extremely warm water. There food service was relatively slow but the staff were kind.

hans sangolqui

The water slides had long lines but were worth the wait, the thrill is amazing and you should totally come here to have fun and enjoy yourself

Grace Johnson

Pretty small for the price and the employees who work the only tube rides they have do not do a good job at managing the rides. Especially the one everyone wants to get on which is the family tube ride. It takes an hour to get through the line. The employees have no sense of fun or urgency as you stand and wait and see the light turn green and there is no one seated in the tubes and ready to go down. Besides that it's over crowded because it's small and just not what we were expecting. Cost wise I'd pay $30 but I think $44 is a little expensive for such a small park with very little rides and no where to sit and relax because there aren't enough chairs.

Nicole

My daughter and I love this indoor/outdoor water park. It's so much fun! From the slides, to the outer wave pool, and the large water bucket dumping tons of water on everyone. This place is great!

Roman Gluhov

Great water attraction park with indoor and outdoor pools. It includes artificial waves and surfing areas. Also few spots to buy food and cocktails and gaming area for kids and adults. Great place to spend weekend with family.

Latoya Doub

Had my son and daughters bday there July 20,2019 worse experience ever!!!! Way too many people. The hostess really didn't know what she was doing but she was very nice. Some of my family wasted 45 minutes waiting in a line they didn't have to because it wasn't clear that if you are apart of the birthday party you can just go in. There was no and I mean no parks!!!!! There is no structure people was doing what they wanted, jumping in front of us in line. Simply horrible!! Never again!!!

andrea bess

It was overcrowded. I was by the lockers in this lady was vaping. The tubes that you use to float around in the Lazy River was half way full very bad. I didnt enjoy myself i left after 2 rides. I wasted my money .

S Brown

So far this place is great went to a birthday party here and it was awsome!!! Didnt make it out side but maybe next time my kids really enjoyed themselves! We will definitely come back! Only thing is they are a little pricey, I forgot to bring water shoes and I ended up having to buy them fir me and both my children , basically 15$ a piece what a rip off other than that like I said so far I will come back!

Steve K

I was not impressed. There was so much chlorine in the water your face is on fire. The stairs are rusted and paint is peeling and chipped all over. It needs to be renovated. Also, the park looks huge on the website but it gets old pretty fast after you go down the 5 slides and do the wave ride. We purchased the season passes which was a better value for the money but i dont see myself coming back for a while.

Lou Pajdak

When a day at the beach is out of the question, Sahara Sam's is a great substitute. Also a great activity when you need to keep the kids busy

Vanessa Keegan

This place is a nightmare. They pack in more day camps/summer camps etc than the life guards can ever handle. There is very little my 2 year old can enjoy to begin with and I usually spend most of my time preventing him from being run over by unsupervised children. Today one of the two slides he can go on was closed leaving the other one completely bombarded with zero staff attendance. I thought this would be a fun family outing and instead its really expensive trash.

Mayra Torres

My Kids and I love this place...I have a membership for a whole year to go. In the winter the water is nice and warm and I love how in the summer they open the outside part which is beautiful. And they throw special events on certain holidays. Prices are worth buying

Laura Mathes

Great price on a season pass! We already got our moneys worth. Little crowded once outdoors closed for season and may need to limit birthday parties but staff seems to understand special needs. This weekend we brought 2 who wanted to surf and x'zaveion was so good with them I took a pic of her name tag so I could let management know how good she was

Mary Lane

Great day! Lots to do - food was good and reasonable. My 4 yr old grandson loved it! Renting a cabana was well worth the extra money which came with personal food service

Blanca Beltre

My daughter loves this place! It's fun fur adults and children and it's open all year round.. You can't beat the price of admission either, pay once and you're good for a while year. They also do birthday parties for a reasonable price.

Richie Rich

Good place for family outings and great for kids to have fun , I got my kids seasons passes So they can go anytime they want sweet. Fun place

Selena Pinkney

I love it and so did my family. Cheaper to buy tickets online than at the door. Rented an outdoor cabana and it was well worth the money. I ended up paying the difference for 2 season passes which includes the rest of this year and all of 2020.

Anita Bess

Cassia & Jacob are the best....upon arrival they were very helpful and polite and we didn’t have any issues! I will be bringing my children back! Thanks you guys!

Jesse Abreu

I would recommend this place for any family that’s trying to figure out what to do with the kids during the weekend. A few hours here would have the kids having the time of their life while the parents have a few drinks at the mini bar.

Noevis Mazorra

I'm so happy I didn't listen to the reviews. Today is June 21. The weather isn't good for outside but it's open. The staff is friendly. My kids had a blast. The smell of chlorine is strong but not unbearable. Food is pricey but everything is expensive nowadays. Work hard play hard. Maybe come on a weekday not so crowded. Great experience. Everyone is different judge for yourself

Donamar Lewis

My daughters and I arrived very early, therefore parking was not an issue. The line to get into the facility moved fast. My major problem was the high levels of chlorine. There were small children throwing up. My daughter was coughing nonstop. After about an hour we had to leave. My eyes were really red. When we left our throats were hurting from being in too much chlorine. I returned to tell the manager about the high levels of chlorine for him to tell me that the levels are correct and monitored. I would never return to that unsafe place. Unless you want to waste your money don’t even think about visiting this place.

Edith Thomas

The grandkids really enjoyed this waterpark. They were entertained for hours and did not want to leave. I enjoyed letting them play without sitting in the hot sun. I recommend this waterpark to all grandparents.

Natasha Danielle

Nice place but the women dress like they are on a beach! They need a dress code! Thongs and damn near naked!!

Meloney Sutherland

Friendly staff. They make sure your visit is awesome. We will be coming back many of times frombkie

Michael Redding

I Love this place. Great family fun my kids and grandkids had an awesome time. I highly recommend Sahara Sam's. We're going back soon.

Michael bank

Lots of fun. I did not like the $10 locker rental fee but still lots of fun

Ancyl S

A great place to have some indoor fun with the kids. All rides are very friendly and kid safe. I do like the fact that the water inside is little warm.

Nadeerah dreedrop

We had a great time. The food is super expensive, however we spent the entire day there and the kids as well as adults had a blast.

Joseph Warner

As a retail consultant, there are many things that I observe that needs improvement to make it better for consumers and staff here. Total inefficiencies, long time spent waiting in lines, for food, to redeem tickets in arcade, for changing rooms, etc. And the place could clean up to make it healthier as well as safer. Watch out for rust and biological messes.

Bruno R.

Got seasons passes here and the family loves it. I have a 2 yr old and a 6 yr old. There are things for both of them to do. Awesome place.

Sky D

Best time to go when they are not too busy, which is usually early on the weekends. They offer indoor water park and an outdoor pools. This place is great for kids and adults a like. They have bars which serve alcohol. And stations which serve food, a bit pricey though. Highly recommend to get the season passes if one is planning on coming here more than two times a year. Pros: - offer great family season pass deals and offers - fun park for families. - food and alcohol - diversity in attractions - indoor and outdoor pools Cons: - gets too crowded on summer weekends - there can be unsophisticated personals without code of behavior. - so much chlorine in the water.

Anthony Roberts

This is a good place to take the family, great atmosphere. Kid friendly, and also adult friendly. Bring your bathing suit and get ready for s good time. Indoor and outdoor water park

Ms. Rochainys

My refund is not a five star because of the chlorine smell in this park. Otherwise, I love this place!

Mike Aj

Awesome and exciting place for the family very safe environment for children. Lifeguards are everywhere, friendly employees nice and very helpful. They have very good food and affordable.

Chaos Is a nub

I went here for a nice family outing but what I got has horrendous. First, the chlorine and other chemicals in the air are way too overpowering. I witnessed May small children coughing and many people’s eyes were red, including my own. Even just standing next to the water burns your eyes and throat. Also, many of the food items are overpriced. For example, it is $9 for a small container of fries. Another issue is that the place is overcrowded. There was nowhere for my group to put our towels and other supplies. The lines were very long, and I waited an hour and a half for a single slide. There were not enough changing rooms or bathrooms to accommodate the amount of people there. I had to wait a good 20 minutes before I could get my clothes on and leave. I certainly will not be returning and I do not reccomend that you go here.

Vanessa Marie

I actually didn't want to give it any stars. We arrived at 10am, there was no lines. But overall this place is dirty. Water looks dirty, and the water is too warm. I wouldn't recommend you take your kids. Plus they dont have a lot of rides.

Deiziane Alcântara Deise

Great family environment, lots of fun, saves lives everywhere ... kind and polite people.

Lil Meach

High Amounts of Chlorine, Workers cleaning the water park in sneakers and boots, Not being Cleaned often, Bad Water Tempertures, And I'm injured still from the rock In the middle of basketball area which is a huge safety hazard. The Water Park has a decent assortment of indoor rides but it's nothing spectacular. Clearly Management is better off being a part of the crew.

Theresa Feenan

Sister had party for daughter, had some fun but had to wait over 1/2 hour to get an area. there were not enough people working to watch the lazy river. Everyone pushing tho get on. Would never go back.

Gigi Hernandez

Celebrated my sons 3rd birthday here on Saturday. Amazing place so much to do for kids. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were good. I will definitely be coming back.

Laura Mathes

Great price on a season pass! We already got our moneys worth. Little crowded once outdoors closed for season and may need to limit birthday parties but staff seems to understand special needs. James Mcbride

I've taken my daughter and fiance twice this week. We have season passes and it's always a great mini vacation. Very enjoyable.

Mr_Cifuentes

We went today August 11th and it was nice place isn’t crazy big but definitely can have some fun. Only thing is***VERY VERY VERY COLD*** it’s like they had the A.C. on blast. If it wasn’t for that we would of stays longer and wasted more money on games and other stuff. It was so cold we had to leave. Not just us either a lot of people were saying it. We are a young couple that does a lot of stuff outdoors and the cold doesn’t both us much but here omg it was ice cold.Other than that it is a good place i doubt I’ll take a chance and go again because of how cold it could be. But again this place is great if they turn the ac I’ll go again it’s fun and have a good amount of stuff to do. Crowd wasn’t bad just the lunch line .

shaquanna Holston

My son loves this play!! However, I feel they are a little outdated with their ticket season passes process. I brought our season passes online, thinking that would save me time when I get there. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! I HAD TO STAND IN A LONG LINE ONLY TO GET OUR BRACELETS TO GET IN. THEN WE HAD TO STAND ANOTHER LINE TO GET THE ACTUAL SEASON PASSES!!.. I wasted about 1.5 hours on the alone. Oh, I think they need to train their employees on customer service!! Some of them are rude!

CAP

Where to start - overall I think it's a great concept. But I don't think I would make this a regular trip - more like a one and done. It's generally VERY overcrowded and given it's a waterpark well I'm sure you can figure out what comes with that. The food is meh at best and really overpriced, mix in the length of time you have to wait for it and you might as well skip eating. Get there early or you won't find parking (we got there when it opened and we left around 2 - no parking spots left they were making the spill over go to some back lot.) I must say that the lifeguards were very attentive (especially for the number of people that were there - so KUDOS to them.) In addition to the indoor water attractions - they have a wave pool outside as well as a regular pool and a splash pad, ankle height splash area for the little ones. Overall, for us - this is a one and done spot. Would rather go to the beach.

walter maldonado

It a nice place for some but for us I give it a 1 star 45 dollars a person for what some pools and a lil splash here and there waist of money my opinion. There’s other place cost the same even less and way more to do.

Tamara Rodney

Went on Memorial weekend so it was extremely crowded indoors and outdoors, but it was expected because the weather was beautiful! Having an outdoor cabana was the best because there is drink and food service so you don't have to worry about standing on the food line or bar line...our server was great! The only problem was lines were extremely long to get wrist bands to get into the waterpark even though we are season pass holders. The gatekeeper should have a scanner to scan season pass holders and give them their wristbands...also there should be a separate register for the cabana rentals. Overall had a fantastic experience!!

World McCrea

I got a season pass before I went. Not horrible but a LOT smaller than I expected. Looks way bigger online. Not a whole lot to do if ur an adult. I was wondering why alot of ppl were leaving early. I see now. After a short while, 2 to 3 hours u did all there is to do. Food options are very limited. There are like 2 places to eat. 2 bars, for adults. That's cool I guess. I just wouldnt wanna be drunk at a water park for some reason. That's just me. The parking lot gets packed quick and it's not that big. So plan to drive around like a shark for a while to get a spot. Other than that it was ok. I will go again since I have the pass, but I also have passes to six flags and Dorney. Those spots are WAY better than this one. In my opinion. This spot has a nice pool, but its outdoors so wont be open year round. The indoor park is open year round. Adults have options indoors for 3 slides, a hot rub, lazy river, and a pool. Thats about it. I forgot what I paid for the season pass. It was worth the price though. I will go at least 5 times I would imagine. I'd probably have more fun after a few visits.

Mary Lane

Great day! Lots to do - food was good and reasonable. My 4 yr old grandson loved it! Renting a cabana was well worth the extra money which came with personal food service

Jennifer Capaldi

Kids always have a blast. Prices for food are way too much but the season pass is the same as a day pass. We are season pass holders.

Tasha Birtha

We had a great time here as a camp! We wished guest services was open at like 9:45a for check in purposes. We had to keep our kids on the buses until they got bands.( We couldn't actually keep our kids on the bus, due to the heat advisory, which caused an issue with staff but safety first!) There is a lot to do both inside and out. The kids spent the most time in the wave pool, but the waves kind of pushed everyone towards the wall, which they keep telling people to stay away from due to the fact that they were rocks. The floors were slippery all inside, so water shoes would have been helpful! They do not say they are recommended, but concrete (I believe) made to look like stones, is very slippery (So we recommend). The arcade floor can get slippery too, but you are not supposed to be in that area while wet. Which is an easy rule to follow, but the only party room is in the back of the arcade so when we went to eat the floor got wet because we had to grab kids out the pools to go eat. Would be nice if there was a separate entrance for the party room, not through the arcade. The slides were entertaining. We wished the lazy river was bigger and incorporated the outdoors (the adults on the trip had this vision, lol) Or maybe 2? Don't know how the connection would work because it is indoor/outdoor aspect. All of our kids were engaged (rising 3rd graders to 12th) for the trip. Easy a to keep an eye on them and the park was very contained! Overall we had a great time and definitely would want to come back!

Patricia Devaux

We enjoy this place, but only think it's worth the price when they run deals.

Shanay Dolché

Terrible!!!! Too many people. My children were not able to enjoy it for all of the adults that were in the water and on the slides like it's for them. I understand parents want to enjoy themselves as well, but my goodness don't fight over the slides and the tubes when it's really not even for you. Let the kids have fun you monsters

215 live

Fun 4 whole family..Drinks for adults so kids wont send you over edge.

miranda hudson

We went on a Sunday afternoon. The place seemed dangerously crowded. There was no where to sit. It was difficult to walk around because of how many people they let in. The chlorine was so high in the baby pool that it made our eyes sting just from standing next to it. There was also a ring of scum around the water level of the baby pool. Gross. I see now why they have a bar. You need to be drunk to tolerate the awful conditions. We definitely will not be going back. It was also a lot smaller than I thought it would be...especially for the price.

Margie Jarek

Really fun! My kids loved it! A bit pricey for food but it's an amusement park they all are!!! Lots of slides and things to do for the little ones!! I found that the earlier you go the better ,gets really crowded after 12..... I went at 10 and it was wonderful.... We had it basically to ourselves!!! I'd give it a try for a fun outing on a rainy day!!!

Brooke Dubowitch

Great idea, poor execution. I would like to speak with the architect of the place. The seating area for food service is grossly inadequate. The good: My kids had fun overall. The bad: Poor management - Even if you already have tickets, you needed to wait in line for 30 minutes to get a wrist band to get in. If I was the manager, I would figure out a better system. Makes no sense - sets a bad tone from time of entry. The gift shop wasn't open at all which seemed odd on a busy Saturday in the summer. Some people waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for food with kids whining that they are hungry and no place for them to sit down while waiting. The line to order food was 35-45 minutes from 11:30 - 4. For a place that doesn't allow outside food this is just silly. Many of the games in the arcade were not working and there was one guy staffed in the area to deal with the arcade and prizes when people were trying to leave at 6pm.

Katie Bowman

My family is here for a week. We bought the season pass while it was on sale. We as a family love this place.. Something to do for the entire family.. Would highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a fun summer/vacation spot.

Andres Rosario

Fun place to go to and many activities that could be done. The prices here, especially for season passes are extremely good, especially for all the value you get with it, it should be a win/ win all around. The only thing that hurts it is how expensive things are, like lockers, gifts and food, but im aware they have to make their money back somehow. The food quality is 2/5 at best and the people they have working in the food court are the rudest there, especially the people at the waiting section to give you your food. Overall, a great place to take the family and young ones. They also let children under 2 in for free which is a big bonus. I would have loved to give this place 5 stars but 4 is perfect where it's at. I would still highly recommend it.

Danielle Muirhead

My kids enjoyed it. They are 5 and 6. We went on a Friday morning from 10 and stayed till 230.we also enjoyed the arcade just enough for them. The only down fall is the camps. I mean a ton of camps there. The life guards were doing their best to watch but the camp leaders where to paying attention at all. Mind you I never let my kids in water with out me being a hands grab away from them, but these camps leaders were letting 5 and 6 yr olds run wild. I was very nervous another incident could happen because of this. There should be rules of how the camps are handled better.other then that the food was decent, we only had fries and a grilled cheese, and ice cream. Typical amusement park prices. We also had a cabana, they are worth the price. We have been to other water parks where the cabanas are twice the price. Yes there is a ton of chlorine but I'm glad bc with all those kids lets.keep the water clean lol.

Blanca Beltre

My daughter loves this place! It's fun fur adults and children and it's open all year round.. You can't beat the price of admission either, pay once and you're good for a while year. They also do birthday parties for a reasonable price.

Diana Molina-Alfaro

The place is great for the whole family, there are slides for toddlers and little kids as well as for older kids and adults. There is also a bar, a hot tub for adults only, and a fair size fast food restaurant, as well as an arcade. The kids loved it. I just wish they kept the water in the main pool cleaner, after swimming in it, my bathing suit and my kid's had a lot of little white stuff on them. Other than that, the place was great.

Tyler Nealis

Sahara Sam's is the best Water Park in New Jersey. They are not only the Largest indoor water park in the state but also offer the most variety of indoor attractions. The best part of the park is the indoor & outdoor Bar. There drinks and bar staff are top notch. I would highly recommend for families, couples, or any individual trying to get out and have an amazing fun filled day.

Hisoneandonly Love

This is a cute place to take the kids but they need to be more organized and have better communication between the employees....it will save a huge headache in the long run....also food prices are just ridiculous. 9 chicken tenders with fries is $35 plus tax... WTF

Vince Vitello

Indoor and outdoor were great. Kids loved it. Ate lunch at water park. Large pizza for $20 fed all 4 of us. Well worth going.

Caroline Torrez

Visited last year roughly around Feburary and had a great time with my daughter. Went back this week (Wednesday) and it was so gross to see restrooms and changing room. There was even poop on the floor. Not sure what happened in a year!

Myrandas Pandas

I went there on a nice day with my family it was 2 people’s first time. We pulled it to the parking lot that was overly crowded for the small park inside, the only parking space available was the one with the guy peeing, with his swim trunks all the way down! I guess he could not hold for a few more minutes before he went inside! We chose to ignore that and try to enjoy ourselves inside we told the employees that did nothing. We tried to go in the pool but someone pooped in there not to mention but there is always pools closed for that or people throwing up. Then we had to wait when we realized that they did not clean it they just loaded it back up with chlorine!........DISGUSTING! There is way to much chlorine it burns your eyes, nose, and throat. You walk around and everyone you see has raccoon eyes or look like the terminator. Everyone in there looks ill after just a few minutes and they’re constantly coughing all over the place and throwing up to the point where there’s always bits of scum or throw up around the pool areas...so unbearable!!! Everything there costs way to much money!! The food is disgusting and a bottle of water cost way more than it should. Especially when you can’t bring any outside food or drinks even if they’re sealed. The arcade games cost the amount of money it SHOULD cost to go in the park! when you go to the outside pools you have to go through a food place it is all wet and slippery it has mats on the floor with food stuck in it!!!! It smells like old grilled cheese and smelly feet!!! Last but not least when you first get there or leave there is always police and people fighting. This place is especially not good for kids there is so many adults and people fighting, it is ridiculous to put a bar with alcoholic drinks where kids are supposed to be having fun. This place is awful I do not recommend you EVER coming here. I wish I could rate this a 0. I am never coming back!!!!!!!!

Melissa Guzman

It was a small and fun water park with different attractions for all ages. One unique attraction was the surfing simulator. I have never seen it before. Long line, but worth trying. They even offer a discount for AAA members, which is what I took advantage of. I also liked their locker system. It was easier than locker systems of other water parks I have been to. The only thing that bothered me was the air quality at the end of the line in the top floor of the building while waiting to go down some water slides. Waiting up there made my eyes watery and made me cough sometimes while inhaling the air. I saw it affected other people as well. I don't know what caused it. But other then that, it was a pleasant visit.

Camie Allen

Lots to do but wouldn't suggest for younger kids, maybe 4/5 years old. The arcade was great and there is a huge variety of water based fun

Bill Paris

Nice waterpark that we visited on a cloudy day in August. It was very fun to switch between inside and outside. My only complaint is the food counter seems to be disorganised. We ordered wings mozzarella sticks and a soft pretzel. It took 25 minutes to get order while other people who ordered after us with bigger meals received their meal first.

Curt Marino

Great place to take the kids for inside fun on the clean water parks! Friendly atmosphere and even a snack bar for food.... summer has the outside park open as well!

brianna saunders

Whew , where does one begin. Lets start with the smell of chlorine that literally punches you in the face ! My eyes were burning so bad ! They check your bags at the door which was a little odd to me. The indoor water park staff are literally there as a prop. The manager and cashiers however were kind and attentive. The indoor staff had no control what so ever of the flow of the rides or the adults who were clearly over crowding childs play. There were teenagers taking over a lot of the spaces playing basket ball in the water with no regard to the little ones around them. Didn't seem like safety was a priority as finding life jackets was a task. Two of our kids threw up and on hit her head coming down one of the slides. We'll try Coco Keys instead . for the price per child this was extremely disappointing.

Demeka Davis

It was ok .. but not worth the price. Probably will not go back for any price even if it was free. Food was good

Dracelle Dejesus

The space is very small. It is great for kids but there is not a lot of options (rides/slides).

Randy Wilson

Just got back a few hours ago, took my 2 young kids there for a day trip. Was apprehensive because of many horror reports from other reviews, but it's spring break week, and the hotel waterparks in PA were charging scalper rates for one night. Anyway, we expected massive crowds, as its spring break week. We arrived about an hour or so after opening. Line was out the door, and our hearts sunk. We found that was just for bag check/security checkpoint, which ended up moving along alright. The ticket line was long too, but once we got through that, we found that everyone there moved about pretty well, and we even managed to snag chairs in the indoor patio/general indoor pool area. The place overall was pretty clean, no weird or gross horror stories to report. Even the other people there were pretty chill, no real "me first" attitudes until later in the afternoon. Some of the more popular rides had 20-30 minute waits, but we just got back from Disney a few months ago, so we were used to crowds and lines. Overall, my 4 year old had a great time, and my 1 year old was entertained in the splash park and lazy river. I will say that stories of chlorine in the air are true, but you can't risk unsanitary conditions. The worst of it was the general pool, I went in for a minute and felt like I was being maced, my eyes were tearing up and had to get out. I'm not a person with chlorine sensitivities, but yes, it was that bad. The rest of the park, from the lazy river to slides and splash park were fine though. The one main issue is just the volume of people trying to access the changing rooms. I get that having private booths is very considerate for those that want privacy, but a designated general changing area in the bathrooms with benches moves people along faster. They have a general open shower area instead of individual stalls, so why not have a few benches there too so people can do a quick change instead of having to wait for a private changing booth? Overall, we had a good experience, bracing for the worst based on some of the extreme reviews. We would revisit in the future. A few notes for future travelers: -Some people had goggles that they kept on most of the time, might help you if you are sensitive to chlorine - Keep valuables in a locker, but you can tuck general backpacks with stuff you'll need under a chair, if you can land one -Don't show up expecting to rent a cabana, do it in advance prior to your trip - The lines for food were pretty long. They don't allow food or drink in the park, so eat a big breakfast and head out when you get hungry. They had a quick order stand for seasoned fries and chicken fingers to tide you over -

Ida Zoe Soto

Good indoor water park, the only reason I won’t give a 5 stars is that the chlorine level is always extremely high that you either get a headache o it bother your eyes. I did my daughters birthday party here twice and is also very good but I felt so rushed by the pasty host, other than that everything was very nice.

Abbey Simms

Totally AWESOME! I wanna do this every summer.

Rafael Sierra

I went there as a guest to a birthday party. I must say that as far as staying cool goes you'll get your money's worth. The place seems to wild for a birthday party. The party session is separate from the rides, etc. So the anouncer,(though speaking through the intercom) was nearly muffled by all the noise. I have two toddlers and they really enjoyed themselves.

Janet Nevins

This place was awesome for the kids I especially love the lazy river it's just a great event for kids and adults

Ethan Craig

I dislike this park so much because the pool smelled so much I nearly threw up. Second in the pool you can barely see under the water. Also the food there is terrible in my opinion. Lastly I recommend Families with kids should not go there. ( That’s my opinion)

Sparta Dela Vega

They stole my money period..... They cant find my online purchase telling me they cant do anything about it, so I had to purchase 5 more days pass the kid only played for 1 1/2 hour due to the delays of them trying to find my order, then when we finally got indoor the water made my kids eyes puffy and red simply too much chlorine. First experience and it wasnt pleasant.

zhacheli Santiago

This place is ok I just think that they make a lot of money all year long they should really think about expanding the place it's always to crowded my kids love but there should be an adult side and a kids side there a lot of people that go to this kids place just to watch other people it's creepy come on people if your looking for a person or a date don't go to model in a kids place it's just tacky.

James Thompson

Great place only thing I didn't like was the pizza. It wasn't fully cooked and just taste like dough and cheese. The kids had a wonderful time just be careful if you buy the food

Chante Hawkins

Loved it for my first time but waiting in line to order food almost 45minutes then turned around and had to wait for my food outside for another half hour! Food was good but they gotta find a better system for the food ordering. Other then that my family and I had a ball

Rohit Singh

I would say the best indoor/outdoor water park in the area. Lot of kid friendly pools over there. Water slides are good and kids can go in most of them. They have an arcade area as well and the parking is free. I would suggest that kids wear swim goggles as there is lot of chlorine in the water and you can actually smell it in the air. The best thing I liked is the locker system. You can get an all day barcoded band to use your locker any number of times during your visit. Not like other amusement parks where you need to pay for one time use only. The locker charges are high though but convenient. They have indoor and outdoor pools for adults, lazy river, kids pool, a tsunami pool, indoor surfing, lot of water slides for individuals and a big water slide for a family of upto 6 I think. It is a good water park and I plan to visit again with my family.

Kelly Williamson

Lots of fun for all ages! I had my 4yr old, 6yr old, 11yr old and 13yr old with me and we all had a great time!

Adele Semple

So my family and I took a trip today 08/03/2019 to Sahara Sam water park. I learned that all foods that are fried, uses the same oil. I am severely allergic to seafood and there was no signs saying that the same oil is used to fry everything. I found a piece of fried shrimp in my order of fries, so I then went to the window and ask for a new order and then is when I learned of what was being done by one of the employees , I went on to report my findings and was dismissed by one of the employees, I went on to ask for the manager and spoke with him he was very nice and handled the problem very professionally.

laura espinosa

Not the best places i've been too! Sorry to say. Love that they have the 3"+ pools. The water inside looked greasy and a very very strong clorox smell. The place is small not many rides. The locker prices are awesome $15 per the large size. Lots of places to change and there are showers as well. Food wise not very impress. Its two hours away from were i live and for us its not really worth the trip.

Jason Dubowitch

The facility is generally nice and has fun activities for kids and adults. However, this place CANNOT handle large crowds! Take your pick. Size of pools, speed of lines, amount of seating, capacity of food services, etc. Waited an hour+ for one ride. Lunch line took an hour+ as well. Just the line for redeeming tickets at the arcade was 45 minutes+. Incredibly under staffed, although the staff was nice. Maybe if they actually limited the amount people allowed to enter based on the size of the parking lot, instead of letting people park on the grass, or just limited the capacity, period. Probably won't go back. We'll find another water park to try.

Khasim Abdus Salaam

Nothing like being around water on a hot day with out the sun beating down on you. So I recommend this place for family fun or a kids party. They do have pools outside if you a sun person.

Cindy Castro

I went sometime in early October. It was very quite and hardy any people. It was great. However, the water was cold and the food was Ok. Typical food like hotdogs and fries. The place is small. Go when it’s empty.

andrea coleman

I love it we brought season passes and have also been to fantasyisland it was great very kid friendly i love that they have a regular pool and a hot tub for adults only its a lot of chlorine but you'll eyes will adjust buts great and cheaper than paying for the ymca

Shonta Thomas

I recently visited with my family (husband and 3 boys 9, 8 and 6). We were all excited about spending the day at this great park. First, the place was filthy. The locker room area had wet toilet paper all over it. It was so nasty my husband refused to take my boys in which has NEVER happened anywhere. There was spilled food all over the trashcan’s and in general it was just a mess. In addition, the smell of chlorine was so strong that our eyes watered Non-stop. When I first arrived, I had to close my eyes for a few minutes to get adjusted because I was squinting and they were watering so bad that I couldn’t see. I finally adjusted after an hour but they watered off and on the whole time. It was hard to breathe in it. Kids were coughing nonstop and I think it was due to the chlorine. It was so bad that when we left, my clothes hair and skin smelled like chlorine but I never got in the water. Besides that the water was not clear. It was a cloudy bluish gray. I didn’t want my boys to go in but they were so excited and we drove about 45 mins to get there. Lastly, someone threw up on the stairs to the big slides and it stayed that way for about an hour. The attendant at the top of the ride said he’d received many complaints but no one had come to clean it. This place was so nasty I would never recommend it and don’t plan to be back. If I could give it 0 starts I would. I can’t imagine being there again and felt dirty when I left, so did my husband. Also a first. I hope this was just an off day but I doubt it.

Kari Charron-Morales

Great day out with family. Kids had a wonderful time. Friendly and helpful staff. Would be 5 star but food was a bit pricey and the times for lazy Robert were too big for small children which made things difficult.

Deone Figueroa

Fantastic fantastic fantastic!!!!! I just had my granddaughter's birthday there I wish I would have brought my bathing suit oh, it was so much fun Monet was our server and she was awesome nice nice young lady very attentive, we just had a really really nice time and we thank you very much. If anybody wants to go to an indoor swimming place you've got to go to Sahara Sam's....Have fun..:)

Jennifer McCrosson

Clean, nice staff and life guards. I liked that you didnt have to pay extra to use the changing rooms. Electronic lockers were nice..no worries about losing a key! Bracelet gets worn like your entrance one. HUGE parking lot!!! They need to find a solution to long food lines.

Derek Wilkerson

Love the indoor and outdoor water park leather slides the only thing about this places you always got to wait in a long line to get a refill or your souvenir cup and your popcorn I think the Chickie's and Pete's spot should stay open the whole time is only one other spot to get food from so when Chickie's and Pete's close the line get long everything else is great multiple bars and nice places to lay out to get your 10 wave pool is great kids love the regular pool food is the issue with this spot

Drove over two hours with my family to come to Sahara Sams Oasis and we couldn’t bare to stay any longer than an hour. I was surprised we even lasted that long. They put way too much chlorine in the water. Just by walking around everyone was coughing and choking from inhaling the fumes of the chlorine. It was terrible! My Goddaughter had a terrible cough attack causing her to have asthma and I started getting light headed then my chest started feeling tight. It caused the same affects for the rest of my family along with many other people there. We almost left immediately after arriving, but tried to stick it out to see if it got any better, but we couldn’t take it any longer. It’s very unhealthy and very dangerous. We won’t be visiting this indoor water park ever again. I’m hoping we won’t have to take a trip to the ER.

elizabeth wagner

I like the family oriented theme of Sahara Sam's water park. But I didn't like the way they treat people once it's time to close. Knowing that some people stay until closing, they rush you out,not giving people time to change out of their wet clothing.

Tanayshia R.

Got a season pass & after visit 3 I was regretting it! It’s honestly not much to do here. It’s always extremely crowded & you honestly risk being blinded in the pool. It’s legit bleach in the water & it’s SO strong! My eyes burn for days after leaving. Food & drinks are extremely expensive. Out of the few attractions that they do have, something is ALWAYS closed making it even less things to do while here.

Dawn Jones

Kids loved it because of water although it needs cleaning felt dirty. 2 rides were out for repairs

Ryan Masterson

Not bad, some staff were not so friendly... my biggest problem is they shut down all water slides 30 min before they close..... we went on a Monday, they close at 5, but all water slides closed at 4:30.... why.....

Ravens Fan

Would definitely recommend for a family trip. There's plenty to do for everyone in the family and for all age groups. The lines for the slide are a little long but they move fast. It's definitely worth the cost of admission. Loved how you could upgrade your day ticket to a season pass.

Joseph Maple

Had a great day with the family here! Plenty of things to do both indoors and outdoors. For what they have to offer, the price is great! The wait in lines was not bad at all. My 6 year was able to go on some of the water slides by himself, which made the experience even better for him. Food is always overpriced at these places, and it is moderately good.

Amber Marshall

We love it and go several times a month life guards are always on point & it's perfect for all ages

Diana Castellon

Lady at gate (for season pass entrance) was very pleasant....that's about it. Food service was beyond terrible. I waited 58 mins to order then another 43 mins to get the food. Both ladies at the register looked like they didn't want to be there and the lady serving the food was miserable and rude. Food is over-priced but it was okay (edible). Not many healthy choices available though. They offer a souvenir cup for $14.99 with free refills, but what they don't tell you is that you have to wait on line for almost an hour for a refill. You can not just go to a register and ask for it. To top it off a kid vomited while on line waiting to order. Some people said it was because there was too much chlorine. Personally, I did not have any issues with the chlorine. Kids did enjoy themselves!

Phil Jackson

Fun rides. Indoor and outdoor attractions. The staff was good. I have no complaints

E S

All around fun place to take the kids and thoroughly enjoy your time...

benny cheng

Ample parking. No food or bottled water allowed. Why? Bag check at the entrance. And immediately a line forms as the registers were relocated closer to the door. I could see a long line going outside when there will be a lot of visitors. A small arcade and gift shop in the lobby before entering the water area. It seems this day there is a shortage of lifeguards. Or most are assigned outside as the outside water attraction is open this time for summer. There are water slides with tubes (double or single), water slides on belly on a foam mat with handle, big water tube fit for a maximum of 4, single water body slide, lazy river, 3 feet 6 inches leisure pool inside and outside, toddler pool area inside, kids area water play outside, indoor surfing simulator, wave pool outside, a short obstacle course by crossing "lily pads" on the water while holding on the net, basketball hoops on water and a multi level adventure playland kids water tower with slides in the center of it all. There are reviews that states there is a higher concentration of chlorine in their pool water. Experienced some eye stings since I didn't used any goggles. And the pool smell lasts longer on my skin even after I shampoo and shower properly. Lots of locker to keep your valuables and bag safe, secure and dry. Restrooms outside and inside. Private rooms for parties. Cabanas for rent if one would want their own area of chairs. First come first serve on the chairs available both inside and outside. Food court serves fast foods with higher than normal prices.

rajni acharya

Good water rides. My kid love here. A little wait to get checked in during holidays. Out door pool is big and wave pool is awesome. A little crowded during summer. But once you blend in you will enjoy. Also the showers and change room are crowded. Good place for kids.

A K

The place itself was ok. Very busy, not too many things for smaller kids to do. Some, but very very few. But the thing that stands out the most to me in our experience is the EXTREMELY rude staff at the front entrance. You get checked the same way as when you go to the airport. I was wondering am I entering a prison or kids waterpark? I had water already in my kids water bottles, and the nastiest girl in the front said I cant bring it in. I understand shes just going along with their policy, but she must've thought she was a prison guard. And are they so desperate for more money that they dont let people bring WATER in, so we have to buy theirs??? I find this to be bad business and terrible treatment of their customers. Btw, food options are awful too. I drove 3 hours for this. Never returning there again.

Anita Reed

Love love this indoor outdoor water park its great for kids great for grownups.

Pierre Demassey

It. Gets. Crowded. Lines are bad and place is understaffed but staff that is there are nice. Go early

Elisa Cotto

We were here on Saturday for my daughter birthday. We got the season passes for my family of 4 because it was only about $50 more. The food is extremely expensive and they don't allow you to bring anything in. The smell of the chlorine was horrible inside. I was in the line for one of the slides for like 30 minutes and i thought i was going to pass out that is how strong the chlorine was. We went outside soon after to get some fresh air but due to a storm they kept shutting down the outside so we ended up leaving very early. They really need to do a better job with getting some ventilation or monitoring the chlorine in the inside park.

Ravens Fan

Would definitely recommend for a family trip. There's plenty to do for everyone in the family and for all age groups. The lines for the slide are a little long but they move fast. It's definitely worth the cost of admission. Loved how you could upgrade your day ticket to a season pass.

Liv Phresh

Pretty awesome indoor water park, was expecting a bit more rides and better food selections but the drinks at the bar were on point!

Merlyne Beyda

Kids had fun but the staff was too chatty and we waited on long lines for no reason. This park deserves to be on undercover boss so they can see how much money they’re losing. They were inefficient and could have easily had the place run smoothly with more staff and more motivation to staff.

Chastity Mascarenas

Great little indoor park! The slides are fun and everyone had fun. The outdoor part was closed and the inside actual swimming pool was freezing cold. Another thing that would make it better is to have a swim area that little ones could play in, instead of just feet-deep water for them to walk in. They may have one outside, but that section was closed.

Danny Scarpati

If I could give a negative Stars I would, ventilation is terrible, the chlorine in the air burns your eyes and the humidity is terrible. The floor for the indoor park is stamped concrete and very slippery. Sure, you could tell kids not to run well good luck with that. I saw two kids go down while I was there. They don't limit the amount of camps. When we pulled up there was about 15 school buses and it only got worse as the afternoon went on. It's not nearly as big as the pictures make it out to be. The arcade is tough to navigate with all the camp kids.. Wear a diving mask when walking around or the chlorie in thet AIR will burn your eyes. If your child has asthma, stay away!!!

Amanda Winnett

Great place for no where to go but thats it. Hair everywhere in pools from filters not maintained. Chlorine smells reeks the entire building to the outside. My swim suit smells like bleach even after a wash.

Diane Noel

This waterpark is nice but the smell of Chlorine is strong in there plus I thought there was more rides. Its a cool place to distract the kids from the heat.

Iva R

Went to this place for niece's birthday party. It's really small and attractions are limited for young children. The toddler area consists of just one slide and its packed with older kids. The staff is nice but disinterested. Prices for food is outrageous. Looking for a quick waterpark then this is the place for you.

georgina faseun

We visited on May 19, 2019 and instantly regretted our decision the minute we stepped inside the enclosed water park. We arrived at noon on a beautiful day, and so I'm sure we chose to visit on one of their busiest days. The lawn chairs were so close together and crowded, it was difficult to access your chair if it wasn't located near the aisle. There was an overwhelming smell of chlorine throughout the entire place. I witnessed 3 separate incidents of children vomiting (there may be a correlation with the chlorine levels). It just seemed like complete chaos as far as people following basic rules of courtesy and waiting your turn in line. The staff was completely disengaged. The idea of an indoor water park seems great but the execution is poor. I may try to visit during off peek hours and when the outdoor area is open.

troy wallace

Music in speakers ismuffled cant understand whats is being played And intercom sounds like a 1980's NYC subway conductor announcement the place is nice thoufg

Lo Mas Duro

Not ideal on holidays. There is no control . They oversell tickets and it become dangerous. There are no chairs to eat, the pool area all all chairs were taken. Lines everywhere. Kids on adult only pool. No control . And they still overselling.

Naser Bajrami

Today was awesome. Some days it bad. The reason is because today the chlorine level was right. My son wasn't coughing and didn't have to leave early. Other day it really bad and we stay for about an hour

Maureen Whitson

We had a great time but I feel they book too many summer camps. We arrived 15 minutes before the park open and they already had 5 buses lined up. We were allowed in prior to the camps. My girls basically had the water park 15 minutes before literally hundreds of kids come running out. The staff at Sahara Sam's are great but the camp employees were not watching the kids and most of them were sitting on chairs talking or in the hot tub. We left after 2 hours. So glad we have season passes. I felt bad for people who paid full price. When we left there we 15 buses in the parking lot. place for families.

Jody Lee

Fun place. they have a good bar too.

Diomaris Acevedo

Few options for water slides , arcade was fun lots of options decent size wave pool not too pricey nice spot to have fun

S Maye-Jones

Food kind of pricey. But families will have a great time

Ari Perez

Had Great time with the family..only thing that i have a complain is they need happy bartenders. On 8/20 the bar by the wave pool.. the morning bartenders had no personality.. we would have bought more drinks but with that grumpy miserable bartender no thanks. They need a smile on there face.Guess they never heard of service with a smile..you might get better tips if you try that.

Bill Jones

Just so so. Crowded. Expensive. Worst was that the hot tub grotto for adults was freezing cold. C'mon the one comfort for parents ...

ddmommy1 Dennis

Nice water park for the family. The only issue was alot of the games in the indoor game room were broke but other than that the kids enjoyed themselves. Personally I think Funplex is better.

Jay Rodriguez

Fun clean place just need to have more people staffing the slides it shouldn’t take a hour to go on a slide, and the food is extremely over priced.

Genesis Frias

The water was clean, employees were nice and fast paced, overall experience eased nice. The kids enjoyed the different areas inside and outdoors.

C Roman

The place looks outdated and did not seem to keep the pool water maintained since it was super cloudy yet the chlorine smell burned your eyes for Memorial Day weekend. The food service is way too slow and needs a better system then waiting twice for one order. This could be a really nice place if it got a modern renovation though. I found the fish bowl drink cute, the facility huge and that the life guards were really on point so I gave them 3 stars.

Yasheaka Oakley

This is a very family oriented water park. It's especially great if you have kids who are 7-12 years old and are comfortable operating semi-independently. I usually get the annual pass pack for my family of 4 which allows us to enjoy the park for 365 days -- unlike other seasonal parks. I HIGHLY recommend that you plan your trip in advance and get there when the park first opens. The parking lot is vast, but it fills up fast on hot days and the park can get crowded. There is always a battle for chairs, so if you are the type of person who likes that, go early. The food selection in the cafe are overpriced but you'll buy it or hop in the car and go down the street to Wendy's. The wristband allows for full day access so do what works best for your budget.

Erica Floyd

We went this past Sunday kids are still coughing today. Although the kids enjoyed themselves the chlorine was so strong that our eyes were burning and it choked us up. I had to keep sitting my son down because he couldn’t breathe. Glad we got. To experience the park but we will not be returning.

Shirley Jamison

This place is great for a one day family get away only a small distance from NYC

sony calcano

The place is great to spend a day with the kids playing and getting them tired of running around . The staff are friendly and helpful when walking in . The place was organized... many things to do for a small place and the great thing I like it could be use for the entired year . Indoor water park... the temperature of the water was find ... all the staff life guard were attentive and friendly .. the line to go on the rides slides were fast . My wife and I Just find that the chlorine smell while coming in to the water playing area is too strong even though we understand that is to kill possible germs from the water .. the food is kind of pricey may need to be adjusted to accommodate the visitors not to be leaving the place for a cash saving . On the plus side you have the option to bring your cooler ready with meal and make a time to eat out in your car or find a place to eat out if the cash saving is a matter to you ... we had a great time ..
