HORRIBLE was rushed, spent 500 for 2 hours literally They only gave us 4 boxes of pizza and 3 sodas Pizza was nasty They rushed us out of the bounce house for another persons party, no WiFi, you don’t ever wanna go there

Hidden in a business complex off of Kuser Road is a great spot for kids parties! We've been going to Pump it Up for years and it never disappoints. The various things to do keeps the kids of all activity levels and ages entertained. Parents can watch or play, too! All the amenities of a great party with the convenience of not having to clean up afterwards.

I was invited for a one year old party. My 3 year old niece had a blast. It was well structured as far as time, it took into consideration that children do have short attention spans so this was perfect. The Staff was pleasant. I would recommend this place to this place for any child's B-day party.

We didn't like it. The parents are rude and teaching there kids to be just as rude and inconsiderate to younger kids. Meant for big kids that can defend themselves during playtime.

My first experience dealing with PumpIt Up was a wonderful experience! They dont give you a final price until your party starts because of the fluctuations of people who may or may not show up. Staff was very tentative. They made sure children participating in jumping were safe. I will definitely want them to host my son's bday party again.

We had our Daughters 5th Birthday here and could not have been happier. Their staff kept an eye on everything, set up everything, and cleaned up everything! Yes it’s costs a bit but the kids loved it and that’s what mattered most. The adults had fun too!(when the kids weren’t looking).

I do agree that it's a place where young and older kids have the same amount of fun. They do move you along to rooms in order but thats only because they will only host private parties so no one else can walk into your area. Good for the party host - it feels like we have the whole place to ourselves but not so good if you just want to walk in an play. I personally would rather have it be private - it really elevates the party when it;s just your invited guests in the play arenas. Thank you Pump It Up!

Went for a birthday party.Like how it is set up, just for birthday child.Only complaint is that there should be a warning for kids to wear long sleeves and long pants that's why three stars my five year old has serious burns on legs and arms from sliding on equipment.

Last weekend we had our little ones 5th birthday party at Pump It UP and we are so glad we did. from start to finish the staff was very hand on and knowledgeable. I emailed them a few times with questions and they got right back to me. Day of the party was seamless. the staff and our personal hostess took care of everything. it was so organized and stress free for my husband and I. We will definitely be hosting more of our kids parties at Pump It Up

Place is good but they have specific time limit for both the rooms. First 45 mons in Room 1 and next 45 mins in Room 2. Basically you can’t shuffle into 2 rooms when ever you want like you can in bounce you.

Cute place with a few rooms of bouncy things, climbing things, slides, obstacles course plus air hockey tables and little cars, etc. to keep kids busy. Price is decent too and you only have to pay for the kids

Being that I have a February baby at times its hard to throw parties because of the weather. My son loves bouncy houses and wished his birthday was in the summer because it. Pump It Up had the solution. Thank you to the staff for being courteous and professional. All the kids as well as the parents enjoyed themselves.

We enjoyed our visit here. Friendly and ample staff and lots of bounce houses. I would like to see more organized doorways and areas to keep the kids a little more contained. It seemed safe enough but was a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids in room b. Overall a fun place and enjoyed the fact that they have music and places for adults to sit too.
