I Bring my kids a 3 or 4 times year and lately it feels like every time I go, the packages have less to do. Other than that its a fun place for the kids. I have a hard getting my kids to leave the place. They love coming here.

all of my children enjoyed this place (10,8,6,3). We did the mission impossible, play session and played a few games with the 20 credits. We arrived about 6pm and left 8:30 the California Pizza was on the corner and delicious food I preferred to have meals as opposed to the carnival food and prices in Laser Bounce.I can't wait to go back for bowling and laser tag

Last month, this was my 1st time to Laser Bounce where I went for Ryan Hanna's 20th Birthday with my friends including me, Ryan Hanna and Andrew Drobenko. I really love arcade games so much, laser tag was entertaining for me. What an amazing fun place to be, I want to come back to Laser Bounce again with my friend Ryan Hanna. Took my kids today they had a great time...... just what Glendale needed.....they even made a mistake when they were totaling up my daughters ticket card...they told us we had over 24,000 points but they hadn’t cleared the previous customers points....we only had around 150 points...they still let her keep the items she had already selected...which was about 15,000 points....we will be going back for sure

This place is the best thing invented! Since Brooklyn has nothing to do, we travelled to queens and it was definitely worth it! The manager Octavia made our family fun night one to remember! She gave us a tour of the place and the workers were nice and friendly! Mission impossible, 3D virtual reality and laser tag is a must! Will most definitely look into booking my kids next birthday there! This will be our family go to spot from now on! If you really want to enjoy yourself make sure you come ready to spend :-)

Great packages to entertain the kids at fair prices. Laser Tag and video games made for a great time. Plus an 1 hour unlimited game card for only $15!!! Still working out some bugs in their system but sure to come together. Visit before the word gets out. It's still not too busy.

I took my kids today ( queens location) to the open session for 1 hour 30 min each room after 20 min they asking the kids to move the other bounce room and after 20 min there they stopped the kids the wear their shoes we end up playing for 40 min instead 60 min .. I did ask to speak with the manager after getting the bad attitude from the girls that work there . The manager came and no help he said this is the rule kids need time to wear shoes how longs takes to kids to wear shoes??? Anyway it was my first time and my last time been in this place I been in many kids places but never had this bad experience... if u go there just play in the arcades not worst the money for the open session

I was so excited about the new location opening because I live closer to Queens. My nephew LOVES this place. I love bringing him here. The new location is just as fantastic as the first location in Levittown! My nephew and I spent the entire day here and didn't run out of things to do. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the place is immaculate. We can't wait to go again.

This place offers many activities for kids such as laser tag, a big arcade, bowling and an inflatable zone. They have prizes that are worth the game points unlike other arcades. Also, you don't have to worry about people stealing your tickets since they put the points on the cards which is smart.

My kids have been requesting to go here for awhile. I was hoping the experience was going to be amazing unfortunately it was the worst experience compared to another place I've reviewed in the past. I unfortunately had to step out for a bit and leave the kids with my other half. However when I got back they were inside the first bounce room and soon going to go to second room. I'm not even sure why I am calling them rooms; it's basically two playpens divided by fencing and a small space in the middle where you can't get through bc parents are standing there and attempting to push their kids thru the fencing. As soon as I saw the amount of kids coming into the second room I immediately attempted to locate my kids to leave; as I was looking a lil girl unfortunately was so sick she vomited all over herself then sat in her vomit while her mother's whereabouts were unknown... I knew my youngest would get hurt if I left her in second room with that MANY bouncing kids and adults. If your looking to take your kids to a place where you can barely watch over them then this makes makes the top of the list, If your looking for a place where your kid can walk out at anytime then this is the place, It was chaotic.....I don't think I'd ever go again. Also I feel the workers are to leanient and look the other way. Another thing they were well over their capacity and as I was thinking it I heard one of the girls working there answer another parents question with "yes this is well over the maximum capacity". They don't check if people have paid I'm sure this because parents that just got there were taking kids SHOES off that moment to go inside. I didn't see a sign for capacity but I could of sworn I saw over 100+ parents and kids walk in the room....it took them at least 12minutes to get everyone in. NEVER EVER AGAIN..unless policies go into effect. It's a shame that a place would open up co close in proximity and parents/ workers don't obey rules or apply policies.

WOW!! This place is Amazing. The only problem I had was getting my family to leave. The VR was like nothing we have ever experienced , Must Try!! My kids now have a place to go in Queens and Long Island. Highly recommend. You do have to pay to park at the mall but still better than looking for a parking spot! Can"t wait to go back!

Wasn’t too impressed with this place. For one thing, it’s very pricey, but I’m not too surprised by that fact. The arcade games are fun, however it’s a small place so it gets crowded rather quickly. It can get chaotic in there at times. Also, the play area for kids is done all wrong. In order for your kid to enter the play area, you have to wait until a designated time to be allowed to enter. Then, when that designated time finally comes, they swipe your game card for 60 credits only to let you know you don’t have enough credits on your card. (FYI: You get a whopping 80 credits for $20) Your kid subsequently gets very disappointed they can’t enter the play area. The play area really should be FREE to enter and the rest of the place remain ‘pay to play’. My recommendation is to go to ‘Billy Beez’ instead. You pay one flat fee at the door and get unlimited access to everything.

Its a lot of fun you can play different games you can even do VCR. When I went it was my friends birthday so we all did 2 games of laser tag. And we all got pizza and soda and cake and juice. Overall it was fun to see my sister from another mister and her cushion again.✌

Staff was okay. Some were distracted in conversation. Otherwise, everyone was courteous. The bouncy areas and the ball areas are perfect for kids 6 and under. Other parents were civil. Kids too.

I decided to take my daycare “summer camp” kids to laser bounce on Friday for the first time. As soon as we walked in to the front desk the staff treated us nice so respectful and gave us a great package. Patrick took care of everything, gave us our own room for the kids to eat, offered my sister and I beverages and was on top of everything making sure the kids were ok. Kids had an amazing time there We are definitely going back again!

My son goes to this place 1 day after a snow storm, as he leaves his shoes are missing. Staff says they are not responsible for belongings. They will do a full sweep of the place when it closes at midnight. That is the best they can do for him. 30 degrees outside, snow on the ground and my 10 year old has to walk out with no shoes in his feet. There is nothing they will do for this boy. Fun times.

Not too crowded, even on the weekends/school holidays; however, it seems a bit expensive for the amount of playtime during open play. Also, it is advertised as suitable for up to age 12 but besides the arcade, I don't think anyone over 8 would really enjoy this place.

They have parking structure because its in the mall; the indoor parking is cheeper than the outdoor parking.. keep that in mind. Staff was friendly and even played with the kids!! We went on a Sunday evening and was not packed! They charge entry per person and have a snack area with hoy dogs, popcorn and even slushies!!! Will definitely come again and you must try out!

The Laser bounce in itself was fine, but the place was very full, there were about 3-4 middle schools there and not including our school. Meaning it was extremely hot. There were also a group in orange t-shirts, they were incredibly rude and very toxic, they had pushed and kicked kids from my school, my friend that confronted them for skipping basically everyone there and he had talked back and acted very rudely, it took 3 of my friends to confront that kid to get him to back off and apologize, but his apology was very rude, My other friends who also got skipped waited there for about 30-40 minutes to get food, but once it was almost their turn, the kids in the orange t-shirts skipped them these friends of mine also confronted them, and one boy from this group cursed her out, they ended up not even getting the food because the trip had ended, due to my experience here I may come back, but some of the incredibly rude guests there are preventing me from ever coming back to this place.

Clean arcade with a ton of activities for kids of all ages. I've come here with my kids (ages 2, 9, 10) a few times and they have a blast. Ball pit is great for the little one, the older kids love laser tag. Good value for both of those and a few different packages to choose from. My big gripe: we had my son's birthday party here. Do NOT recommend for a birthday. You're shuffled around so fast and there's a lack of order for moving one location to another. Felt like they were trying to cram as many parties in as possible so we didn't really feel like we enjoyed and got to soak it up.

The first time we went i really enjoyed it. My 3 year old wanted to do the bouncy house but it was late so we skipped that just did arcade play. Looks nice and clean. A little pricey but was fun. Today we got to try the ball pit and bouncy house. the ballpit went well as i was with him. But the bouncy area was a disappointment. My poor baby started crying bc i took him out. All of these really big adult size kids were flipping and pushing. I get the no adults allowed however they should really come up with a way to protect smaller children and allow them to also have a good time. Maybe a staff member inside or separate baby and big kid bouncy. No idea. However we all left sad. My boy really looked forward to the bouncy play.

Atlas park just got even better! My 3 kids (5,6,and 10) were able to spend hours playing. My 10 year old would not stop asking to play laser tag, and my 5 and 6 year old enjoyed open play (bounce & ballocity). Make sure to get there on time for the open sessions! Staff is super friendly and management is even better. This family owned business has me as a constant customer. Will be there every weekend (hopefully I can get my shopping done when they're finished playing)

I don’t think this arcade should schedule middle schools here anymore because today most of the kids in my elementary school was beaten up and disrespected. It was the kids in the orange shirts tho. The kids from the middle school pushed kids off the ladder in the ball pit,they started cursing towards the little kids,they also skipped people on line for lazer tag. They kept swinging those swinging balls towards my head. I only gave this a 3 star because the arcade was very entertaining. The middle schoolers should be punished for doing these types of stuff to elementary school students.

The food was extremely horrific and I got food poisoning. The vr guard was extremely disrespectful and wouldnt allow us to go on the vr, they let the white people in orange shirts skip, and when we finally got to go, they said to get the hell off the line cause the card didn't have anything on it, (it was unlimited) but the white kids with orange shirts had the same unlimited card, and he called the manager on us for telling him what happened, and we had been waiting for like a hour but they kept skipping us. Horrible customer service.

Hosting Plush Time Wins is hard enough as it is, in the small space with birthday parties and usual summer weekend crowds, the entire staff did a wonderful job having everyone and ensuring nothing went wrong, as far as I could tell. All the games were working and staff were friendly and seemed excited and full of energy for the new visitors. Great first time trip to Laser Bounce!

Hosted a birthday party here. The venue is great for kids. There was some confusion about length of time allotted in the room, but management was nice enough to work with us and allow us time to get through our party in peace. I would definitely book again with them in the future. We booked the 30 in ball pit/30 in bounce area and one game of laser tag. It was fun. It was a great first time experience for me hosting my kid's bday party. Quite honestly, I am very satisfied with the experience. I just wish management would look into allowing parties for more than 1 hour in the rooms or allow us to pay for extra time, and to let us book the room ahead of time when we plan to use the rooms for longer. Please do speak to the owner about this as I would book again for certain if I can pay for the room for 3 hours for my guests as the elderly did not want to walk around and wanted to hang out in the room due to privacy concerns.

We came here for my DAUGHTER'S birthday party and we had a great time we played laser tag we played inside the kidding bouncing house we played arcade they gave us a free cake and the host was excellent she helped with the kids she served them cake and with the pizza helped clean and pick up and she even took all the gifts to the car even though I insisted on taking them myself a great place to have fun I will definitely go back again.

My school went to Laser Bounce today and it was GREAT! The entire staff was excellent with my school. Patrick was beyond amazing in making everything run smoothly and making our 5th graders have the time of their lives. Every teacher just kept complimenting Patrick on his professionalism and how he just kept making sure everyone was having a great time. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure kids were having a great time and being safe. The kitchen staff attended to so many 10 year olds which is not an easy thing. Also Brendalys was a joy in helping answer questions and getting the word out, she also helped communicate me with Laser Bounce about booking etc. This was by far the best field trip experience I have ever been on!

A really nice entertainment center for kids. There are arcade games galore, laser tag, VR games, etc. There's a snack bar (overpriced, of course) and friendly, helpful staff. Prices are affordable.

Wow. What a great spot! Laser bounce EXCEEDED my expectations. My 5 year old has an absolute blast in the bounce and balocity arena while my 2 ten year old boys killed it in the laser tag arena. We all enjoyed the arcade and the prize counter was a real hit. We will certainly be back very soon.

Attended a birthday party here this past weekend. The place is nice and clean. The kids had a blast. My only complaint is that the kids played in the ball pit area then went to the bounce area. After running around and playing most of the kids were thirsty. They were asking for water. I noticed most of the parents were buying water bottles from the vending machine. I asked one of the workers if there was a way to get cups of water for the kids. He told me no , the only water would be from the vending machine. I honestly thought that was ridiculous. I can't see why there wasn't a pitcher of water that parents could give a cup of water to their kids, especially if they are there for a birthday party. Directly after the bounce house the kids were then taken to play laser tag, so it's not like they were going to the party room and could have had drinks in there. I think that management should definitely look into this.

It’s a bit small and they fill it up with a lot of people . And there was a strong weed smell all around I think if people going to interact with kids should not smoke right before entering it was also dirty with cups all over and paper only thing we like was the Lazer tag

Took my daughter here for her birthday and she and her friends had a blast. The prices are reasonable and if you purchase a walk in package you get your moneys worth. Will definitely go back again!

Laser Bounce was fun for the kids. There are lots of games and bouncy arears. The laser tag room was awesome but the kids under 2 did not enjoy because the gear for the laser tag was too heavy. The pizza served was fresh. The facility was clean and staff were pleasant, attentive to the kids and helpful

went there for a birthday party and had a lot of fun! they offer many different activities such as laser tag, arcade, virtual reality experiences (really realistic!! kind of scary but very fun), crane machines and more. however, the place is always very crowded and loud, and you have to wait in line to get the good activities. also, the credits finish really fast and are pretty expensive to refill. overall though, it’s a gold place for birthday parties and family to get together and have a fun time :)

This place was ok the games were fun but the people who was running some of the games were very racist. People were skipping in line and the people said nothing. The cards were a waist of money cause you couldn’t play all of the games. The games were cheating. The food was nasty. The drinks were ok. Next time I’d rather go somewhere else this place was a waste of money.

Had my son's birthday party there yesterday, what a fun place! Clean as a whistle, all the latest greatest games, awesome laser tag, very attentive and courteous staff, convenient parking right outside the door, we will be back, glad to see there was no booze being served like Dave and Buster's, pure fun only, make sure you do the virtual reality it's a blast!!, thank God they both this nice place in our neighborhood

Service was excellent. I believe Patrick helped me and my kids get settled, so his assistance made the experience all the better. Price is reasonable. I wish we could move about more freely. If you arrive off schedule, you have to wait up to 30 minutes to go into bounce house or ball pit and you have to go to activities in order. Otherwise, good fun!
