My 3 year old loved this place!! It was her birthday. Staff were super friendly. reasonably priced. Little one bugged Anthony and Scott like 40x on the happy swing and carousel. Clean bathrooms. Food was good. The only thing is no more souvenir cups. wanted one our first time here so was bummed. always get a cup wherever I can. (collector) Great experience will def come back.

Good customer service, lots of fun for adults and kids. Wish they had healthier food options. Large space, plenty to do. For parties there is a staff 1 on 1 with the group to assure everyone got on rides, everyone stayed together and everything goes smoothly. The party room was nice, it came with cupcakes, chicken wings, pizza, soda, juice, water, celery sticks, and fries. Everything went great!!!

Food, rides, and games were amazing! Went there on the boys and girls club summer camp trip today and I had a blast with my friends. Lots of nice staff, very delicious fries, and awesome rides :) My favorite is the mini roller coaster! Just be sure to put unlimited rides on your card because each ride is about 10 credits. Also, the arcade games cost lots of credits too, just save up enough money if you wanna make a trip here :)

Most of the kids loved it. Unfortunately, they didn't allow our 3 year old niece on anything except the carousel because of a height requirement. Yet there were other kids her height allowed on other rides? I think it was more about her being thin and short. She spent the day in the arcade without the other kids.

Great food, and great atmosphere. Wait staff has always been kind and helpful. The drinks are pretty good and they have a nice sized bar. And if you’re bored after dinner, you can just hop over to iplay America and play some games to pass some time. I’ll be back

Been there a few times for both business and pleasure. It's a huge venue. You can easily let the kids run around safely and have a meal or a drink. We went there for the kids club science fair and had a really good time!

My daughter went on a camp trip there and the staff lost her and her friends bags. She had her phone in there and other important belongings. Such as her house key. Then the staff yelled at her because she was trying to find her bag. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She also said that everything was overpriced, games were rigged, the staff were rude, and she also said the rides weren’t that fun. That is my daughter’s honest opinion and I agree.

Seems cool, but it’s just OK. There’s various packages that allow for certain activities another packages that allow others, it’s a little confusing to be honest. The games/attractions aren’t clear what is/isn’t included in your package. While the your card won’t go through if it’s not valid, but it should be made clearer. Machines take multiple swipes/credits and don’t work. While the staff is accommodating if this happens it’s quite annoying. It’s definitely geared towards a younger crowd. Took my 14 year old nephew, while he had fun I think we would have had a better time a Dave and Busters. I also think the multiple groups of camps didn’t help our experience (not their fault) was just very chaotic.

I took a group of teenagers here for a field trip. Alexandra (group sales) and the whole team made the process easy and the day a success. The students had a great time, and they loved the food which I was worried about because I chose the boxed lunch option for them. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and easy going. Favorites included the laser tag and go karts.

But it was good but the sad part is i will never go there again because it was ONLY A SCHOOL TRIP so i least i got my experience

Kids up to 10 years old will enjoy this place. Lots of different activities to do, like arcade games, rope course, mini bowling zone, laser tag, bumper cars, go karts etc. Buy any type of season pass for kids and if you have a kid under 42 inches height, then buy yourself a ride plus pass. Adults have to accompany kids under 42 inches height in roller coaster, go karts and few other activities which takes lots of credits. Moreover, you will get 50% off on your daily pass if you have seasons pass for kid under 42"

The kids always have a great time here. First time there we had our daughters birthday party. We spent HOURS there and the kids were whooped when we left, but had such a great time. Second time, we met some friends there and the kids had just as much fun. It was great to find out you could purchase an adult pass for half price to assist the kids on the rides that require an adult companion rider. Great place, lots of fun.

This place has a cool concept and is huge when you consider restaurant and top swing are all part of it. Prices to ride were ok, different tiers for age/height restrictions. Felt 2 tier wrist band for 22.99 could have been a lil cheaper for what was available. Arcade games all decently priced...most 2 credits..(.50 cents a credit) some 4. There is boardwalk games...avg $3 (6 credits) to play. Didnt gdt food, but pricing was not overly priced. Lots to do. Offer season pass which definitely seems like a value if you live near by. Only problem was they were short staffed and gave me lame excuses to why they could rotate ride operators. There was 4 kiddie rides and only 2 had long lines. Asked for a manager (which no one seem to be able to get a hold of one) fonally one showed up and gave me an excuse of 2400 kids being there today from camps. I asked arent the camps pre registered, which they were, i recommended they take thatbinto consideration when scheduling to account for call offs. Definitely cross training opportunity in staff since the games had almost 2 ppl.per station and hardly anyone playing. Look like poor management of staff from my prospective. Would go back, kids had an awesome time

I love this place! Its great to go during the day during the week honestly (i know pretty rough for us working parents) but if you want to be able to have access to everything without any waiting id say that is the best time to go. You can spend literally 4 hrs or longer there because there is so much for the kids to do (depending on age). Its worth the trip for those that live kinda far from freehold.

Great place for kids. Reason for 4 star, it was our grandson's 8th birthday we wanted to have a cake we brought with us after dinner at their restaurant, Gamestop, but was told had to pay $2.00 per plate to do so. Thought this was ridiculous after spending so much $ on entry n dinner.

iPlay America? Pretty good is what I would use to describe this place. It has its ups and downs. Overall, I would come here again in some occasions. This is a pretty good place to go, try to visit this place if you can whether you're passing by or looking for a place to go to.

Excellent place for kids parties. They really love it there. The staff is friendly, lot of fun stuff for kids to do. It's a little steep on the pockets, so it's better IMHO to get packages or bundles that help you save a little. Besides that all good.

IMO this place is a little expensive. For two adults and two kids our meal was almost $100 and that's including tip. (The food was pretty good at the restaurant inside) Plus it was a little over a $100 just for us to play games. The kids loved it of course. The laser tag was extremely fun. They have alot of cool activities for everyone (young and old). More than likely we'll return but this is more like an annual trip.

Go when they aren't busy, you'll thank me later. Laser tag is great. Arcade is fun but pricey. The claw machines are rigged. If you look at the pictures of the claw machines on the walls you'll notice they depict the use of black tips. These tips were not installed when we went. It's pretty sad to see your kids throw away some serious dough for maybe 100-200 tickets per visit.

Iplay was a decent place, I have bad memories from the bumper cars when I got my thigh stuck inside the bar and they had to call security, everything else is good though. The rides are fun, the arcade is pretty bright but still worth. I would like to point out that the spinning rollercoaster is a great ride.

We love this place and go often, but sometimes some of the people that work there are not friendly, and the rule of no drink(water bottle) sucks, because just a water bottle costs $3 bucks..... but we always have a great time there.

Went to a 5 year old birthday party this past Saturday, and let me tell you; what an amazing place to have a party for children. The staff took such great care and showed concern for the children's happiness and well being. They made sure each child rode every ride and played every game. They kept the fun coming. The pizza is much better than other kids birthday locations, and the spread they provided for the adults was out of this world. My daughter was so excited she keep asking my wife and I to have her next party here!

I would say my kids had an okay experience, I took girls ages between 9 and 10 and they kinda went through everything they could do in about 2 hours. There are only about 5 rides and 3 attractions they liked, everything else seemed to be too kiddie for them. They also have a arcade area that's okay the games seem to average about $1 to $2 a game. Please feed your kids before or after you arrive food there is definitely not worth it. All in all I spent around 80 bucks a kid for them to actually enjoy themselves.

Perfect place for my 6 year old!!! Hes at a weird age where he's to old for baby rides and to Young for most rides at six flags but this place has a decent amount of rides for his age plus an awesome arcade obstacle course and go karts!!! Very fun time!!!

Some of the staff are not helpful or pleasant. The staff does not seem to be ethnically diverse. At times it seems as if they are not even paying attention when the rides are going on which makes it seem unsafe. The staff look to be very young and inexperienced.

If you are looking for a small amusement park that is air conditioned this is it. This location is not for teenagers yet more for 11 year old on down. Basically they have a few rides and bunch of games. You have to purchase ride passes if you do not you will have to pay per ride. Whatever you do do not eat the pizza from there. Taste like bread and cheese. It is not a bad place to take the kids yet have a second location as it may become repetitive really quick going on the same rides over and over.

The rides are mostly for the kids but the bar is great for adults. The place is very nice and clean. There is plenty of stuff to do and eat like "pizza, burgers, Funnel Cakes, etc" also have a candy store. I was impressed with the variety of stuff there. It's a little pricey but would highly recommend it.

The place was packed with various camp groups today. In the arcade as opposed to having 2 lines: one for kids looking to redeem their prizes and another for those looking to add points on a card, they only had one line which took forever...and I was told arcade points can only be added in the arcade NOT at the front counter...then both my children were in line to ride the roller coaster and because one of them stepped out of the line to tell me something when he went back in line with his brother he was asked to go back to the end of the line...I spoke to the manager and all he said was that was the policy and nothing can be done but there were others skipping the line and nothing was said to them...we did not like how were treated there and will not be returning.

The rides were just right for everyone, not just little kids. Great games, alot to do. Definitely got my money's worth. Thought we would stay for 2 or 3 hours, ended up staying for almost 5. Went the Sunday after Labor day, wasn't crowded at all. Literally got off rides and right back in line multiple times. Did'nt eat there, went to a nearby Chili's. There's a McDonald's across the street. Bathrooms were clean and ride operators were young and friendly.

Great food and a good bar with friendly staff. The arcades arcades are very geared toward children and young teens. The rides are small and would certainly get small kids excited. Some of the arcade machines could use some maintenance as they are broken or not in proper order.

Great date night. Came here on a rainy day. We found a groupon and got two $40.00 game cards for 53.00. We had alot of fun. My husband enjoyed the baseball,football and basketball throwing games. I enjoyed the claw games. We went on a Wednesday night and it was not busy. I found most of the staff to be pleasant and helpful.

iPlay America is a fun and different kind of amusement. It’s like Half amusement park and half arcade... it’s fully enclosed so you can go all year round. There are a bunch of rides that kids can go on along with a go kart track and laser tag. Birthday parties are very popular. Weekends are always busy..

One of the workers asked me if I was taking videos and pictures. I said yes.They told me that they have a policy no photos or videos. So if you want to take pictures. I would not recommended it. Other than that it's nice.

It’s a nice activity for your family on a rainy day which is exactly when we went. Lot of rides for little kids too. The food was surprisingly nice and not too expensive for an indoor amusement park. Overall, we had fun, it’s good for 2-3 hours and my husband sure had some awesome time at the arcade

This is a fun place to take the kids. It was a good idea for something to do on a rainy day. Laser tag was lots of fun. My kids really enjoyed the go-carts. My main complaint is that we went on a day that was very busy and the wait for the rides was a bit long and due to that, the money spent for the amount of rides, I'm not sure it's worth it. Also, I would recommend eating before you go.

This is one of those much-larger-on-the-inside indoor amusement parks that are so much rarer now than they were 20 years ago--and it's a good one. Not only is there a great selection of child and adult-friendly arcade games, but there are also carnival games, a climbing area, a restaurant, a small bowling area, bumper cars and even a roller coaster. Everything works with credits which are put on a card after you buy them, and all tickets earned go on the card as well. It's a familiar setup if you're acquainted with Dave and Busters, though this feels far less corporate. It is a bit on the pricey side, as each credit costs 50 cents and most standard games cost 2 credits, with some of them costing up to 10 with no significant quality jump. Rides are also 6-10 credits. Overall, you won't get much bang for your buck if you spend less than 50 dollars at the minimum. Also, like any indoor amusement park, the area is wide and dimly lit so that the games all flash, glow and blast their music to attract customers. It's a great recipe for a throbbing headache, so maybe pass on this trip if you are prone to these. Otherwise, a very enjoyable experience for children and adults.

Very bad experience as a first timer here. BEWARE of ur wallets, as everything is so very expensive, no value for money- highly disappointing. Since we were not sure, if this place is good for toddlers, we called before to check & they told its good for toddlers and told wristbands are $12. Only after coming in we realized we hardly get anything for $12. The lady at the counter at the front desk did not want to explain anything, all she said was buy wristband(expensive one) for your toddler & only 1 parent will get half price wristband to accompany the kid in rides. Wristbands for hardly 6 rides was soo expensive & the worst part, parent without the wristband should throughout just keep standing. Although there were hardly any one in the rides, we asked if both(parents) can sit- all women operators were kind of rude and told only one with the wristband. Men operators were polite and generous enough. Boring rides as no people at all, most of them were at the arcades. That’s wen we realized we were cheated big time. Later decided to play few arcade games, once again had to approach the lady at the counter. We asked her approximately how many credits each game might cost, she never answered. Inturn just asked how many credits we want & asked us to pay. Later we go in to see, even a very basic game costs $3-$4. Again worst part, u hardly win anything much. Waste of money, no fun at all. Went to redeem points, again goodies are so highly priced, not many good choices.. Altogether a very unhappy experience.. Omg, Chucke e Cheese’s is any day much better- fun for both toddlers & parents and so economical comparatively.

Great place! Reminds me of a mini town which is great! The only down side is on the race track a double has to have one person 18 or older so my twins couldn’t ride together! Otherwise, fun place for the winter

I wish I couldve enjoyed the rides but due to my injured back i only got to enjoy games and some of their tasty foods. Honestly the best place to throw a birthday party for kids/adults of all ages! I cannot believe how well organized and structured each party is! My family and I were able to come in, check in with Jess (Party Manager), leave the kids with the party host and grab a drink while the kids played in the park! On top of that, the communication of the party planner was exactly what I needed to relay the message to concerned parents. I cant believe this place was not around when I was a kid!!! Total stress free experience! Food, drinks, decorations all included for a very reasonable price! In my opinion, I would splurge on the VIP ultra package, really gives you way more privileges and options in terms of accommodating all the parents, different age kids, and overall experience; its a little higher in price but a birthday only comes once a year!!!!

This place is very nice & clean. The entertainment is awesome!! The problem I have is with the food and drinks. This needs to be revamped, each time I’ve eaten in the restaurant I was very disappointed. The food is not good neither was the service. You wait forever for anything you order. I really hope they get a new menu, new chefs, & train the wait staff better. If that happens I would attend this place more often.

I hosted my twins birthday party here and we had the best time. I was originally worried because i had 30 kids and I didn't want them getting lost around the park but my party hosts did such a fantastic job keeping them together. All the kids got free ride bands to stay and play after the party too so we didn't feel like we were rushed out when the party was over. My kids had such a great time I highly recommend it and will be back to host more parties in the future.

Was Very Fun while we were there. They Had A Arcade where some of my friends spent all the time their addicted to the coin pusher. Candy Shop was very nice although I wish they put up some of the prices of certain items. Laser Tag was a blast! (P.S shoot the 100 point goals on the enemy team, one of them is quiet so you can hide there with rapid fire and collect tons of points, I racked up 20k.)

I like iplay for their signings. Saw Le'veon Bell recently. My disappointment is they charged $30 extra for VIP and at the least should have allowed selfies if you were VIP. If people did general admission I could understand no selfies. There were not enough people at this event for me to pay $30 more to be literally right in front of a general admission fan. Where and what was the benefit?

Had a party recently for our toddler daughter. Food was excellent, place was very accommodating. Had multiple party planners and all of them were excellent with kids. Our party was great in offering special bracelets and game cards to all the kids and even some family. We had one mishap with a lost present and it was handled wonderfully. Jessica the manager was fantastic in handing that situation and came up very quickly with a solution. I would definitely be interested in doing another party.

Can get busy with long lines, they have a good amount of stuff for the kids, and different ages. The prices are a little expensive but if your there for a long time the bands are a good idea. The food was about the same as an amusement park, could be alot better.

Had a birthday party for our little girl here. It was a little on the pricey side but she had a blast with all of her friends. I probably had just as much fun as they did. The laser tag was GREAT. If you want to give your child a nice birthday memory then throw a birthday party here. Not to mention that they won't be young forever so it's good to make lasting memories.

Great indoor park. Recommend that upon entry into facility, please clarify that adults who do not plan to ride dont need to buy a special pass. Also inconsistent in checking bags for security. While my and another mom's purses were being checked, a group just skipped security.

Go karts were very disappointing. Even fully pressing the pedal, my son couldn't get above walking speed. Bumper car area was very small and only fit 4-5 cars. Other rides were mixed good and mediocre. Arcade area was pretty good, but ticket games weren't fun and the tickets required to get any reasonable prize could easily cost a hundred dollars. Will not be going back.

If I can put no star I would. Super disappointed. They do not tell you about the policy. They do not not make you feel comfortable. They supervisors are rude with a attitude and there employees are not well trained. Will never be coming here with my family and will not recommend. Please be advise.

Fun time for families, groups or for a fun date. We were there for a conference. Room was large and modern. Food in conference was good. Food on play floor is boardwalk style. Adults and teens, that are kids at heart will have a blast. Super Young ones might be over stimulated with lights and sounds.

Well planned and managed with great service from hosts. We went to attend a kids party, all kids were equally prioritized and allowed to play as many times as they want. Food was good as well.

The 2 ⭐️’s if for the friendly staff on most rides. The disappointment is with guys who sold us the tickets! They should’ve been more clear on the policy of having an 18 yr old adult for most rides. We got the $30 tickets to go on the go cart but we were told the kids can’t go on! I spoke with the same lady who sold us the tickets and her explanation wasn’t reasonable even though I asked her can my 7 yr old son ride! There was an extra small fee that I would’ve paid if we were told before we walked in! I than read reviews of other ppl such as Mike, and I agree that Dave & Busters has a more clear policy! We bought the cheaper ticket for my 5 yr old nephew but it wasn’t worth cuz he only got on a few rides. I think this place is better for teens and not kids.

Recently visited iPlay America for a Birthday party. Party started at 11:30am and Kids had so much fun for about 3 hours. Their service is excellent. I loved how they have set up inside as it look like you walk on a street. Kids did not to leave even after the party and had too much fun in there. Must check awesome place...

1. Good place fir birthday parties. 2. Lots of rides and options for all ages kids. 3. They manage parties very well. 4. The place is big and well organized. 5. The music is too loud in play area, we felt live over crowded not because of people but because of music. 6. The party room was good. 7. The only issue is the rides takes a little while so party may last longer than expected.

Love the atmosphere and layout of the place. All the games I tried were working. Plenty of rides and activities for little ones. Stay away from the candy game as soon as you walk in though. The candy in that machine looks like it's been around for years.

I have been here twice for business conferences. The facility is a great multi use structure. I have not visited the amusement section of the building, but will soon. If it is operated as well as the catering and conference area... I'm sure it is great. Staff here was professional. Restrooms were immaculate. Food was great and the whole place was neat and clean.

Can be good with older kids (9-13) because little ones can get quite impatient! The lines are usually pretty long on a rainy day, but if you catch this place on a good day, you can practically have the park to yourself! Amazing variety of attractions, from bowling to laser tag. If you are looking to host a event there, they have great venue spaces and birthday parties aren't too expensive. Great place for a rainy day.

So what I'm about to say I see as a serious issue as a former employee at iplay. When I worked there we were doing project graduation; what that is the seniors that just graduated high school basically had free range in the park from 11 pm to 5 am. The issue is many of my coworkers were then scheduled in the VERY NEXT DAY at 10 IN THE MORNING after just working an overnight. I'm no genius but that's insanely illegal and I hope someone sees this and realizes how this place treats their employees. Shut it down

Went here for my fist time for a work conference. It was great! The set up for us was comfortable. The food was good however the portions weren't worth the money. Overall the parking was good, conference space was great and the staff was attentive.

I spent the day at this location, and I had a great time! However, there were ups and downs of the trip. +There is a great selection of games to be played, and there are many great titles available. - However, many of the games had things wrong with them that noticeably affected gameplay. Specifically, The Big Buck Hunter World machine was calibrated quite poorly, and the "Player 2" Side of the "World's largest Pac-Man" machine did not function at all. Finally, the "Dark Escape 4D" Machine was missing it's 4D Glasses. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but I would reccomend that maintenance be done on many of the machines in this arcade. Thanks!

Loved Lazer tag, arcade. Kids had great time. I had even better time. Second visit and still really enjoyed myself it's almost like a time machine. Could be a bit cleaner but overall great facility.

Unlike some posts led me to believe, there is zero here for a toddler. I would recommend for children over 5. Little pricey but if you buy an unlimited package, your kids can go wild!!!

Having visited here several times I can say you will never leave disappointed. There is a great selection of arcade games and small rides. They generally have packages to buy ride and arcade tickets. They also have a nice bar area with billiard and shuffleboard tables. It can get very loud when it’s crowded but that’s to be expected at a place like this.

I love bringing the kids here. They always have a ball. There's something here for everyone of all ages. Like an indoor amusement park. Rides, games, arcade games, food, etc. The staff are friendly, it's clean, and they have a wide selection of food to eat. The price isn't to bad either. A place where you can quickly run out and have a lot of fun. Atmosphere is terrific

The most important thing is that the kids love it. It is definitely not a weekly or even monthly spot. Came here for a kid's birthday party and they have it down to a science on how they parade a kindergarten Corp around. They do have a restaurant/bar for adults but I did not visit that area. Overall the place looked very clean and well kept from the food sections to the arcade. I do want to make a mention to the person in charge of the pile of kids in our party. Wish I knew her name but I believe she did go above and beyond to ensure the party was moving and the birthday boy was happy. She even took him to a different station when the kiddy crew was on a ride and the boy of the hour didn't want to go. Maybe it's not protocol but there are plenty of staff and parents. So she wins and that's why it's 4 stars and not 2.

We went for a birthday party on Saturday 3/2 and had a GREAT time. It was moderately crowded for a Saturday, lines were good, and we easily moved through the building. We had a good host/guide (Matthew) that took the kids (about 20) around to all the main rides, they basically had line priority, made sure they rode together as a group. Laser looked fun, we watched from outside. Once we were done, the kids had pizza and juice and (tasty) wings for the adults. Had cake and sang Happy Birthday. Wait there's more, after the party, we got unlimited wristbands for more rides and play cards for the games. The 4D theater is AWESOME, I mean like really INCREDIBLE, I'm certain I had more fun than the kids. We will definitely be returning again. What I didn't care for-the RIDICULOUS cost for coat check ($2) or the tiny lockers ($3). Also the bathroom could of used a little attention. It wasn't gross but it definitely needs hourly cleanups on a busy day like Saturday. Some of the ride operators and prize counter workers could stand to fake a smile while working, especially when adults are around. Kids don't notice or care but their parents do.

We went there to friends daughter birthday party on Friday aug9 . The place is really nice and clean . We've had tons of fun with my two daughters that were in 2 groups of kids and guided by the staff .We especially liked the electric race car track where you can get in 2 seater car with your little one and the older kids can enjoy the single seat cars.We will sure get back again.

Fun place. Kids items aside, there is a lot to do for adults. They have a nice bar with pretty good food, good service. There new Topgolf setup was a ton of fun. Pool tables, big screen TV with fights.

This place to me is a more expensive Dave and Busters with rides. I would recommend for those with smaller kids as there are a bunch of kids rides. Good food options. All in all not bad, but be prepared to spend alot of money beyond a package such as the adventure package.

Terrible. I got a pass with unlimited rides, 1 go kart, and 10 credits. So I went on the go karts. There was a big guy working there. He doesn’t let me go because I had 0 credits. I tell him I have one go kart ride that I can go on without credits. Wanna know what he does? He just points his stick at the credits sign. So I disgustingly walk away, furious at the guy. My friend was right behind me, he had no credits as well, but this fool lets him on! There is only 1 ride I enjoyed. The freedom rider. Otherwise, everything else was horrible

Besides Dave and Busters, this was the one and only indoor amusement park that I have ever enjoyed in Freehold. And it got better when they added in the roller coaster.

I love this place! It’s like Dave and busters, but better in my opinion. It’s huge and there is a lot of space, so even when it gets crowded you don’t feel cramped. Great game selections and cool bars. Also, they have some great Groupon deals for playing cards and these make it so worth it. As an adult, I like going late at night because there aren’t a lot of little kids and it is a fun, different thing to do.
