What a wonderfull way to recycle the old railroad tracks. Its a lovely wall in a park in the jungle made of concrete. Its a great way to forget the hussel and bussel of this crazy city we live in and just enjoy a nice walk.

Superb addition to the ‘must do list’ while in New York. It’s about 1.7 miles long and runs parallel and near to the Hudson River. A very pleasant amble along a picturesque walkway high above street level.

It's free and great. Beautiful walk along the old line and it's been planted lovely. Well worth visiting. Dont forget to visit the hive , again free and good views from the top. You can see the swimming pool on the equinox hotel which are around $850 a night per person. Pictures shown are of the hive.
