My daughter is 3 and started to love jumping since she was 1. We’ve been coming here since. Im also a nanny and have 3 under 3 daily, who I also bring. We prefer this park over the other local one. Much more affordable. Staff is always helpful and friendly, even though we have the routine down now! We love toddler time, and as a adult I love not having to worry about the kids mixed in with older ones! My only wish is that toddler time was longer. It used to be 10am-12pm (9-11? Twice a week?) and now its only 9am-10am daily. However it wont stop us from coming back!

I had a horrible experience at Flight Fit N Fun. The staff we're rude and harassed me about my socks, after being in the park for 30 minutes. I was already aggravated through the check-in process. It was unorganized with little to no directions or instructions on how the park worked. I had to inquire about lockers, park procedures and trampoline rules on my own, because none of this was offered to me before or after checking in. There was no real structure and the sections 4 play were limited. I was so aggravated by the experience that I cut my trip short. For the money you spent it is truly not worth it especially if the customer service is going to be as poor as I experienced it today. I would NOT recommend this business to any other family who's looking to enjoy a day out with their kids.

Just had my sons birthday party there. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and laid back. I absolutely loved them! Pizza was way better then expected. Party room up stairs was spacious. Nice they have an area for toddlers to jump. Massage chairs were cool. They set up and clean up. Even hung up everyone's coats and laid out their shoes. I recommend a party there anytime! Also, I found a good deal for 10 jumpers on Groupon. So everything worked out well!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I have been bringing my 2 year old to toddler time every weekend for the past 3 months on the weekend. this allows him time to play with kids his age which is great. This past weekend when we brought him here we noticed a lot of teenagers in the building. We found they were allowing them to jump with kids that were under 5 years old. I find this completely unacceptable as I am paying for my kid to jump/pay with kids his age. My child felt intimidated because there were much older kids there jumping and doing flips etc. If you offer toddler time you need to have an age restoration.

Had higher expectations. It's not a very big place but that's ok. That were quite a few things that I did not like at all. I came with family members along with our small children. There were big kids jumping in the areas for small children. One little girl kept jumping on my toddlers trampoline, trying to knock her down. She kept scaring my daughter and making her cry. There was not a worker stationed in that area when there was supposed to be. I had to keep telling the girl, who seemed like a big 10 or 11 year old to stay away from my daughter bc she also wasn't bring supervised by an adult. There were alot of unsupervised children running around and jumping in areas that they shouldn't have been because it's supposed to be one trampoline per person but none of the workers were enforcing it. There were also kids running to the foam pit and jumping in, even though there were tons of children lined up waiting their turn. The guy staff member seemed afraid to say anything. He told them to wait their turn a few times but the children wouldn't listen and nothing was done about it. It would've been nice if parents or the adults in charge were required to supervise the children. It seems like a huge safety hazard when there's not enough staff to supervise the areas, then they don't stop children from breaking the rules, which puts other children, like mine, in harms way. Why have someone sign a waiver in case they get hurt when the staff can't even uphold the rules on their end? You need to train your staff better as well as add staff or that will be a liability on your end. And then there's the bathrooms...I don't even want to talk about those issues but I must. The toilet paper wasn't stocked, even after I mentioned it to a female staff member. There also was no toilet seat covers, just empty boxes hanging on the walls and the toilet seats were covered in urine and hair. Disgusting. The worst part of the bathroom was the fact that I could not change my infant because the changing station was broken. For the money that people spend to go there, I'm sure that they could fix the baby changing station and keep the proper paper products in the bathroom. My kids did have a great time there but I was seriously worried about safety issues from uncontrollable kids with zero supervision. I can't say that I will go back but I can't say that I won't either. I already had to buy the special socks for everyone so who knows, we might give it another shot and go back one day. I'm hoping that these issues will be addressed because the safety of my children are my number one priority.

Last time I was there with 2 nine year old. There were no employees watching the dodgball area. But there was a mother there telling my boys where theycould go after she left her 5yrold in there. Today I warn you . I paid 15 dollars for an hour . thought I might stay and pay the difffence which I thought would pay the difference of 3 dollars each as they have posted 18 for an hour and a half. No they have special pricing on a piece of paper at the registnow Er charge an xtra five instead of three. I left. Disappoint for the boys. Don't trust the sign. Was surprised in deed.

Attended a kids birthday party, the party "helper" was very little help. A kid spilled their soda, I cleaned the mess up, as she was just standing there. Had to continually ask for plates, napkins, cups over and over again. They only let the kids jump for an hour before calling them to the party area. More jumping time, more organization and better party helpers would improve this venue greatly.

Came on a Holiday "Veterans day" the place was over crowed over sold out!!! They had the one secrion for little ones closed off, very unsafe for little ones they should be able to be seperate, the staff dont enforce any rules , children being crazybabd rude cutting infront of orher children!! I came here for my youngest daughters 14th birthday party. We had a group of 10 or so kids. My oldest daughter (16) was playing basketball and injured herself. None of the staff there even bothered to help her or ask if she was okay. She had to drag herself off the park with the help of some of her friends. She ended up with a torn ACL in her knee and had to have surgery with a year a rehabilitation.

I had a good time with my kids. I give this park for stars because having purchased the tickets through Groupon, it was super affordable and the kids had a great time. However, it is not as flashy as Sky Zone, some of the trampolines seemed to have seen better days, still all in all friendly staff and a good time for the price if you buy with Groupon.

I would love to give this establishment a higher rating but since we never were able to go inside it I can't. My sister in law called at 1:45 to High Elevation to see whether tickets should be purchased ahead of time- we were told no- never once told that they would be closing early due to weather. We are from out of town 4 hours away and drove 50 mins from my sister in law's house, in the snow, to see the establishment being closed early. There was another vehicle that came after us along with my sister in law. We were informed that they were closing early and even after informing management that we had called and confirmed they were open. This establishment turned away 15 paying consumers in their parking lot! I understand having to close for weather at times but if you don't inform your patrons ahead when they call- you should honor their trip out.

I love this place. The staff were awesome, and myself only 16, the dunking section was just right for me. I can bring my sister here and she would have a blast at Toddler Time. The only bad thing is on a normal day, you have to wait at least one round for dodgeball, and I am always afraid that I will hurt a six year old with my ball. Great time though!

Fun place for kids and adults! but you know your getting old when your laying in bed that nite as you legs are throbbing!! Ps just a hint i was may 1 of 3 parents actually jumping and playing and all the other parents are sitting at the tables on their phones. Well quite a few their children saw me playing with my daughter and joined in on the action. That should tell you something put down your phone and play with your kids that's all they want is your attention!! PS: you have to buy socks with little grippers on the bottom but if you intend on going back save the socks as we do

I'm very upset I bought tickets to this place through grouping and the time saying they open was 12 noon. Then when I get there they aren't in until 3pm smh and now after I leave the times are fixed. My poor kid is sad and upset that she didn't get to play , now back to atlantic city we go....won't be back the coupons can expire for all I care

My sons class trip was here today. Jump time was from 10am to 1130am. The doors are locked, no one is inside, and no one is answering the phone. I am sitting on a bus full of very disappointed pre-schoolers. A single employee showed up around 11 am to run all of the play areas, the front desk, and the concesssion stand. No sign of the owner. You would think there would be some kind of reaching out to smooth things over...nothing.

I recently had my son's 5th birthday party here. From the start I realized there was not enough parking in the complex. When we arrived it was very chaotic. The party host took my favors/cake/balloons and checked us in. They place was extremely packed. The parties are not separate from free play to the public so this is extremely frustrating and chaotic. The staff members that monitor the courts do not really monitor at all. They let way too many kids in to jump and they mix the big kids with the little kids on the trampoline in the back. The dodge ball was not monitored properly at all. They rules were not being enforced, kids would stay in there for 10-15 minutes before they let another group in. Once again, they mix kids of ALL ages and this creates frustration. Then, it was time for us to go into our party room up stairs. Our party host was so sweet and tried her very best, she seemed very stressed. The room wasn't even cleaned before they called us up for pizza and cake. My favors were still in the box, I had to put them out and my balloons were left in a bunch in the corner. I really hope as time goes by, they become a lot more organized.

Great trampoline park with helpful staff. As with all trampoline parks it is overpriced in my opinion for an hour of play but this is one of the few parks to offer good deals. Toddler Time and two for one Tuesday.

We celebrated my daughters 5th birthday here today, and it was an awesome experience! The pricing is the best in the area, and they were very fair. A few children didn’t show up, so they ended up discounting the package without me even saying anything. Most places wouldn’t even think to do that. I most definitely recommend this business. Will be visiting again.

It's cheaper, but the size of the trampolines are smaller than other trampoline parks I've been to. It's perfect for smaller kids, but not for older or teenagers. The staff was very nice, I celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday and they took care of everything.

One person is $16 then you have to play a supper price for socks which is $2. After-tax that's about $20 per person. Also their rule is if the child can walk you have to pay so far one year-old you have to pay $20. Completely crazy way to high they wanted 115 for 5 people for 60 mins.

Beware of their fake Groupons! I purchased a party package for 10 kids and they would not accept it, saying I had to let them know when I booked the party. However, no where in the fine print does it say that! I use Groupon all the time and this is the only establishment that I ever had a difficult time with. Bad way to start a new business.

My two, boys ages 7 and 10, attended a friends birthday party here at 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. It was quiet and seemed perfect! While waiting for all the guests to arrive, we noticed a few boys watching the large TV screens intently...I assumed it was a Disney show, fast action cartoon...to all of our horror it was a Porn movie that yes, left nothing to the imagination. In a frantic scramble we tried to find the management, the girls at the front desk, without much care, just said they didn't know where the remote was etc etc. When we finally found the mngmt in the eating area, they finally turned the channel off. The damage was done. The management had little regard to the offense of it, had a half hearted apology coupled with a nonchalant excuse of that the channel was leftover from a Men's sports night the night before....It wasn't really their fault. Of course I reminded them that their establishment probably recvs most of its revenue from families and families NEVER expect to have to shield their kids from what might pop up on the High Elevations TV. I suggested that as they probably have parameters on their home tvs & computers, they should also have them on their business TV! It was an awkward day, put a damper on things, what was most disappointing was the lack of regard for the offense and shrug of the shoulder reaction. This sets the tone on their priorities for children, especially that children are their biggest customers.

My daughter absolutely loves this place!! We had her 3rd birthday here April 8th & I was a little disappointed in the way the parties are held as they do not have actual party rooms, & because space is limited you have about 5 minutes to set everything up leaving about 30-40 minutes to eat pizza, do the cake, sing, & she wasn't allowed to open her presents there, it ended up feeling really rushed. The party host was a sweetheart & super helpful!! This is a great place to go during the winter months to get the kids out & have fun!! Word to the wise if you're attending regular open jump or considering a b-day party, I highly recommend using Groupon to cut the cost in half!!
