Needs more longer trampoline pathway for bigger kids doing cartwheels and flips..what's with this limited seating here ,I seen people sitting and eating on the floor sorry look very uncomfortable & u have people leaving their stuff on the chairs that are available, front desk said the floors were redone really still no excuse when have bdays party and no school day kids here ...I will definitely stick with Sky Zone, Reboundz ,urban jump

We held my son's 4th birthday party there. We will go back again because it is clean and a great way to have fun and get a work out in....but I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from booking a party there. Depsite the fact I had all the waivers filled out and turned in ahead of time...Air Trampoline was not prepared for us. My guests had to wait 20 minutes while our party host was running around getting the guests their socks and stickers, after this delay, we were basically told we could go on the equipment, but we had to wait for a staff member to get there! Staff left a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness... There were a few occasions where my guests had to walk in between Lena and Ebrua (staff members wrapped up in their own conversations) just to get on the equipment. Both our party host, Alexis and a manger Christine (who got involved when she knew there was a problem) tried to make things better ... but all in all it left a lot to be desired. I was thankful I brought my own knife to cut the cake, and that all kids had fun in a clean, safe environment.

This place is absolutely the worst. I often take my children to many trampoline places around . Elite trampoline, skyzone and others. We decided to give this place a try and where treated like absolute garbage. I spent over 120 dollars there today to play some dodge ball with my kids. Without going into much detail the manager was the absolute rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. HER NAME IS KIM. I have never in my life wrote a review about any buisness but I can not even begin to express to everyone how rude this woman KIM was. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate to report this woman. Had I not been with my children things could have gotten ugly. Thank god they only saw her ugly side.

This is a great place to throw a kids bday party. Two hours of jumping and other fun stuff. Then retreat to a party room for the rest of the time. Pizza was delicious and our party attendant Kailyn was very attentive and sweet. Would def recommend!

I had my daughter Grace's Birthday Party there yesterday and the place was excellent. We had a young lady named Alexa taking care of us and she was great. She was very careful to make sure my daughter was having a good time but also made sure my 3 year old son, Batman :), was always in a safe space. The rest of the staff was very friendly and overall provided excelent service. The Pizza was average but pretty good for a place that does not do it as a central service. I would highly recommend this place for a party as the kids had a great time and it was a good value for the price. Thank you to the staff for making Grace's Bday very special!

We also had similar experience like other reviewer. The birthday party started after 20 mins. They ask you to enter unnecessary information like driver licence number and date of birth (adult). No one to take care of Birthday party kids. They gave chance to other kids to go first when our kids were in line. Totally unprofessional. Even they don't have vegetables on pizza and the reason was vegetable truck did not come. Finally they forced to close the party when lot of guest did not get Birthday cake. I am really sorry for party host who spent so much money.

I am giving this place 3, instead of 2, stars for the way they handled a poor situation. A month ago I sent my Nanny to take my 6 year old son and his 3 year old playmate to jump off some excessive energy during a rainy afternoon. She called me less than an hour later livid and asking to be picked up. She informed me that two of the employees were extremely rude to her and would not allow her to help the younger child cross a beam, as she did not purchase a jump pass. I called and spoke with the manager. She profusely apologized and stated that she would handle the situation. After a series of phone calls between the two of us and a few confirmation of details, she informed me that one of the employees was let go and the other suspended. She put a half hour free jump for both children and stated that I may jump with them as well. I have yet to revisit this business and will update my review if/when I do.

My daughter had a birthday party here last weekend and I could not be happier with the way it turned out. The staff was so accommodating and kind. I had a lot of crazy kids of all ages and the staff’s patience with everyone really blew me away. We cannot wait to come back next year!!!

I read some of the reviews on this place and they were accurate about not being able to jump simultaneously with children or family. I felt this was a bit absurd since i paid FULL PRICE for a 19 month old and was not allowed to hold his hand and help him jump. Meanwhile, the bigger kids are crashing into him and running him over. I don’t think this is managed well since he was safer just bouncing with his family than on his own. Rather amusing having a 16 year old tell me i can’t jump with my son. Also, there should be a cheaper rate for children 3 years and under since they are not able to access all the functions of the arena. Otherwise, the place was a pretty fun for the family for a couple of hours.

Kids bounced for an hr. Bought drinks to cool them off. One child didn't like the drink that was given and tried to exchange it. But they would not exchange it I had to buy a new one . And they are not cheap. That was kind of disappointing.

This was my first visit to the trampoline park with a toddler. The park itself was fun but I was quite displeased with the staff there. The check in process was slow and it was hard to work on a touch screen computer while holding onto a toddler who wanted to run and play. Good ol' paperwork does just fine. I was also very uncomfortable having to input my driver's license number in order for my daughter to play. This is not a number to be shared lightly and I will not be doing that again. The woman who checked me in asked about socks and I told her my daughter had socks with grips which she said was fine, I bought socks for myself. After about 15 minutes of play another staff member told me I had to go buy my daughter different socks since those aren't trampoline socks. I had to drag my daughter away from play which was unfair (she should have brought them to me) and wait in line wasting the time I paid for to buy socks... This was not the best first impression of this establishment.

What a great friendly place. We were greated by "tarra" who was sooo helpful gave us a free tour before we purchased tickets. Free lockers, video games which take tokens, food court. Toddler section, massage chair for parents and guardians while they watch their children jump around having fun. Waiver must be signed before you purchase your tickets. Special $3.00 socks MUST be worn in facility. Lots of parking. Something different than sitting in front the TV only moving your fingers. Great family fun.

I had my sons 6th birthday party there and the service was great. It was on a Saturday at 2pm, and although I thought it would be super crowded at that time, it wasn't. Katie and Gabby were our hosts and they were great. They matched my sons high energy level and I really felt at peace with them taking him away to do games and whatnot while the rest of our guests arrived. I would recommend this place hands down. I had a large party of 26 jumpers and 35 adults- these girls didn't miss a beat!

Had a great experience here yesterday from the easy booking of party with Louise to working with the General Manager Mark at the event. Jenna and Victoria were not only engaged with the kids, but they also coordinated every minute of the event so that I was able to actually enjoy it, talk to parents, watch the kids bounce etc. They provided everything except the cake. You don’t need to pack paper goods or even candles. Definitely worth it!

The employees and manger were harassing us wouldn’t let me, my husband and our 15 month old jump together we were holding his hands so he didn’t fall and face plant and I was also siting with my son bouncing and they kept coming over to us telling us we’re not following the rules but we signed a waiver to do what we want we were actually keeping our son safer by holding his hands and sitting with him for a whole half hour wouldn’t leave us alone so we asked for our money back and we would leave and they said no because we’re not following the rules we will not go back and will not recommend anybody to go the air trampoline in Aberdeen! Came today when the website states that toddler time was canceled. Even called to confirm that toddler time was cancelled. Management stated that that was false. Was charged full price but dodgeball and basketball was not available. Management stated they would accommodate the situation and then took an additional thirty minutes to accomadate after stating she didn't see the kids waiting for her by the basketball. Do not recommend coming here.

Great atmospherre! Kids loved it! Such a different type of way to spend the day and keep kids active and having fun! I don't understand why other reviewers complain about needed drivers license numbers? I felt much safer knowing that the company took its safety waivers seriously and were abiding by strict rules to ensure an accident free environment.

Do not book a party here!! They only care about your money! I had the worst experience from beginning to end. They know they screwed up so many times with me and that's why the kept sending out different managers to apologize. No one really addressed the problems they were causing from a delayed party to booking me into the wrong room- to serving cold catered food that I spent over $250 for -to losing my image cake right down to sweeping the dam room while we were still in the room! They did nothing for me in fact almost over charged me had I not asked for a dam breakdown of the bill! I have a huge blog I'm working on and although I wasn't able to voice my true frustration that day because I was around the children & their parents. I will be heard. Shame on you JUSTIN, KIM, VANESSA, & TJ! And for the record . There are 2 others reviews here on Google that are actually done by TJ ROSSELLI AND JUSTIN STONE. They are both the managers I mentioned and complete imposters when it comes to their five star reviews for their location and the location in Ronkonkoma NY. Caught you in another LIE GUYS!

Great place for Kids 2 Jump Around and enjoy dodgeball basketball gymnastics and just having a great old time. After an hour-and-a-half session kids are usually pretty tired and ready to go have some food at the concession stand which has pretty decent Pizza.

They advertised open jump for kids under 5 and their parents from 9-10. At 915 we were informed that the manager was late and the employees couldn't get in. We were told he'd be there at 930 and we could jump until 10. At 930 he was still not there and we were told we wouldn't be able to jump anyway because a camp was coming in. My 4yo had at that point waited for 40 minutes on their sidewalk and was heartbroken. They took my number and told me they'd call to make it right. They did not call. Disappointing waste of a morning, poor communication and customer service, and poorly managed facility.

My kids enjoy coming here but after my last experience they will not be going back. I decided to take my boys there on a Tuesday so I checked out and paid $60.00 for 3 boys for an hour luckily one of my coworkers was there with her son to inform me that Tuesday they have a special 10.00 and hour, so I got charged double so when I went to the front to ask both of the young ladies at the front desk looked at each other guessing I wouldn’t find out about there special on Tuesdays. It’s incredible that I had to approach them to get my money back because if I wouldn’t of said anything they basically robbed me for my money. Never again will I put a foot in this place God only knows how many people they have done the same to.

We came here using a Groupon purchase which was $24/60 minutes for two kids total. There are lots of trampolines and a foam pit diving area for kids. The wait times for the climbing poles and the climbing wall can get quite long.

I was at air trampoline, NJ on chol hamoed sukkos. The line to check in was ridiculously long. We waited abt an hour and half till we finally got in. Also, I would love if they would have Jewish music playing on chol hamoed. Since there were only Jewish kids jumping. Other than that, our 2 toddlers had tons of fun. I would definitely recommend.

Arrived at 3 30 no organization needed to renew wavier. Then computers crashed they told people to do on phones can't imagine not having paper back ups. Computers come on then go down money draws locked no back up. You think they would let the kids go jump, they keep sending teenagers out to say sorry so you can't yell at them. 5 o'clock they finally have paper wavers you think they would let everybody jump free for waiting not a chance pay up

We just celebrated our sons 4th birthday party at Air Trampoline. My son, nieces and nephews had a great time. Our party hosts Kailyn and Melissa did a fantastic job! Everything was so organized. We brought our own chosen themed party supplies and they set the room up so nicely for us. They also added there own little touches like setting the cupcakes up in the shape of a four! I thought it was very sweet. Everyone liked it as I saw a few people taking a picture of it. My son, husband and I were very happy. We will be back again soon! I would definitely recommend hosting a party here.

My granddaughters love Air Tramp in Aberdeen, NJ. They usually go on $10 Tuesdays. They do have other specials on other days, which is great for families. There is a new owner and it appears new staff too .Patrons are supposed to view a video before using the trampolines and this was enforced in the past...not sure now. The staff, especially in the trampoline area, do not enforce the rules, and I was a little disappointed. Parents had toddlers on the trampolines by themselves when there were a lot of older children. They also need water fountains upstairs because kids get very thirsty from bouncing and drinks are not allowed upstairs, but most people ignore this.

This is our first time coming here.. although the waiver signing was a bit annoying (because if your child(ren) are coming with friends their parent(s) must complete the online waiver form before they can come in with you) but in a nutshell.. Very clean.. great staff.. awesome deals available on Groupon (I purchased the 4-jump passes for $48).. bathrooms are clean.. a lot of sitting areas for parents.. just an all around great experience!!!

I came with a group of about 150 kids and I have to say that all of my campers had an amazing time!! Such good service!! All staff members had a smile on their face, that added so much to the atmosphere. I was really impressed by the encouragement shown by staff members to all of the jumpers so they should make different acrobatic feats. What a good attitude!! I do not live in the area and was driving home, my toddler wanted to go to the "jumping park" I knew due to traffic we would never make it on time. I googled and came across this lovely establishment. Before going I called and the girl who answered was very nice and informative. The manager and staff were very friendly and attentive to the children playing. Loved that they have a 5 and under area even though my son wanted to play with the big kids. Its more than just trampoline they were other activities as well and the pizza is pretty good. I would stop here again on my home from DTS exit 125!

OVERPRICED!!!! GO TO URBAN AIR!!! Half the cost at urban air. They dont even reduce cost for kids under 5 or the adult company. FULL PRiCE?!?!?!?!? $52.00 for 2 people and its not fun. 10 mins into an hour and a half and we are bored. UPDATE*****after owner response The website was the first part i checked as i knew i would need to fill out a waiver. Unfortunately those times are not convenient. Considering how nearly empty the venue was i don't see why the age would matter at what time. That seemed to be the only ages that were there at a much more convenient time and not during the designated time per your website. Unfortunately considering your resolution was only to think i should refer to your website (which was rather insulting) for what were only 1 hour time that was not convenient for me or my family. I can get a better rate at the competition that offers the same entertainment, parent discount for children under 5 at ANY TIME!! That is a classy move on Urban Airs part. I cant see any reason to ever go back to Flight.

This place is awesome for kids (and adults too!)!! I held my 5-year-old's birthday party here last weekend and she, and everyone else, had an AMAZING time!! Everyone kept telling me how awesome it was and that they would be taking their kids here again. I highly recommend this place for not only birthday parties but for days when you want to do something with your kid indoors if it's too cold out or you want them to burn off some energy (puts them right to sleep! Haha!)

This place has the potential to be great. It was clean, quiet & organized when I visited. My gripe and the cause of my unsatisfactory quality of service review, was sadly, because of a staff member. In an otherwise less than crowded arena, my family was harassed multiple times by a staff member about my toddler child playing. As any other parent, I am always concerned about safety, and although we were on the *sidelines* of the trampoline, we were constantly told to allow the child to be alone on the trampoline. If my child rolled a ball (which we won), she had an issue with that as well. It is almost impossible not to safe guard your 15 month old child who is curious, but still needs mom & dad to lend a helping hand. Her tone of voice, and constant recommendations, gave us an unwelcome feeling. I applaud employee's following protocol's and safety guidelines, but none were ever broken, and yet, she constantly approached us. We could not enjoy our time.It almost seemed personal. Luckily there is no shortage of trampoline parks in the area, and we will look for more family friendly locations in the future. Bummer.

The staff was exceptional!!! From the minute we walked in and to the minute we left, Katee & Brooke we're super attentive. I paid an extra $25 to have an extra host/Katee keep the kids together in a group-this was genius! Katee made my son's birthday party experience A*M*A*Z*I*N*G!!! She split the kids into 2 competitive groups. She devised a plan for them to follow, keeping the entire 14 kids completely engaged. Katee herself was lively and high spirted making her the perfect party host for this group! During the (2 hour) party I went to check out party room to see decorations and found Brooke going above and beyond with all the decorations I brought. She really made the room extra special, constantly asking if there was anything else I needed and she also took charge of the party. They made me feel like it was my Birthday too bc they took care of it ALL. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back not only bc of their lovely staff but the facility itself is great for parents with multiple kids! The layout easily allows you to keep track of all the kids. You can be stationed in one area to spot all the kids running from spot to the next!

I would definitely not recommend this to any little children! And there is something fishy about that place. Also, you are not allowed to wear any other types of sky socks. You either have to pay for new ones, or trade in your old socks. And the waiver is to make sure you can't sue them because they are protecting themselves! **UPDATE** I changed my review to 4 stars since I like coming there, although they still ask for ID.

The manager at this location, I believe her name was Christie, is very rude to both customers and employees alike. As a former patron of this establishment, yes I said former because I will not be returning, her behavior was both insulting and atrocious. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years in management and there is no need to ever be so mean to your customers because they are the ones making your money, and to berate the employees in front of the customers is beyond unprofessional. That's not going to help the situation because now the employees don't want to support your business if this is how you want it run. This is a person who would never be hired in an establishment of mine, even if she somehow managed to slip through the interviewing process, would never become management. This behavior is completely unforgivable and I hope that this company pays attention to these reviews so they can work to correct any misgivings done at this location to drive away their business, and improve the situation.

This is a great place to bring the family tonget some exercise and to have fun. You can jump on the many trampolines they have, joust and play dodgeball. I highly recommend bringing the kids to enjoy themselves! The only downfall is the staff at points. Sometimes the staff can be very snooty and un-pleasant.
