This is a really fun place to hang out, but would be a lot more fun if you didn't have to tell them their machines were broken every 5 minutes. We would go much more often if we didn't constantly have this issue.

I really love coming here to Bonkerz. I have been coming since last year in the summer. I go there almost every month with my friend that works at my high school. Its a lot of fun and playing arcade games brings the kid out of me, and especially my friend. Sometimes the games gets jammed and it won't work, but if I mention about it, someone is always happy to fix the problem. All you have to do is speak up and don't get upset about it. I totally recommend this place. I think it's great for all ages. Arcades keeps your heart staying young, no matter how old you are. You don't necessarily ha to go to Bonkerz just for birthday parties, you can go just to play

Very reasonably priced family fun establishment. Laser tag was way better than the golf course. I felt as though the course lacked imagination. It had no moving props and consisted mainly of a fee hills and freestanding obstacles. The laser tag room was a good size with an interesting twist of have bases to defend as well. I wish we had gotten a print out our results though, the screen was a little hard to read. Fun little arcade available as well, it despenses tickets guests can redeem for children's themed prizes.

Bonkerz is a fun outing for the kids. With groupon it was a lot of fun at a great price. The miniature golf was fun but and visually appealing although the barriers could be a little taller. Laser tag was fun and a nice sized space with good working equipment.

It was a great experience to meet up at our company party. We enjoyed great gaming as plus conversation. Laser Tag and Golf were a few of the attractions to enjoy. I can't wait for next year. A big thank you goes out to all that made this happen. Ahold, Interactions, SAS, etc.

We recently had a work related party here and I must say the whole group of adults enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were like a bunch of kids playing with all the games, gathering tickets for prizes and the groups that played laser tag got a workout!! The staff was great, the party rooms had plenty of seating and they accommodated setting up our lunch perfectly. Everything was clean and well maintained and parking was not an issue. I highly recommend booking Bonkerz for parties or to just bring the family for a fun time.

I regularly take my grandson to arcades. I found Bonkerz to be disappointing. I took my grandson on New Year’s Day. I won’t bring him back. The video arcade game selection is not that great, which I would have gotten over— but on top of that 3 games ate my tokens without starting the game. We didn’t do laser tag but after the arcade experience I’m done with this place. The staff is nice, though. I will say that.

If I could do no stars I would. Management is horrible, absolutely rude! I believe that the older woman that was yelling at children and parents is the manager. It's called customer service and the entire staff need a huge lesson in it.

Wow. This place was amazing. We had a birthday party there and they accommodated us and all of our insanity. The kids had a great time. My only downside is that they budget 2 hours for so many activities during a party, there is no way it gets all done in two hours. Maybe just two hours for a host, but three hours for al the activities.

Been for multiple occasions in the past. Arcade is nice and lazer tag covers a massive vicinity. This place has its ups and downs as well. The bathroom is sparkling clean, which is a massive upwards for me because I am a huge germ person. I do not like dirty bathrooms, but it seems that their employees have kept up! props to them!

I went here with some friends. The place overall was very cool. The concept of is awesome. A good place for kids to go and have a good time. The staff was super friendly and accommodating everybody accordingly. The owner drew is a very nice guy and the manager Andrew was also very nice. Will definitely recommend this place. What makes this place even better is the fact that it is family owned and operated.

I was there with my family for a kids birthday party, they got to play 3 rounds of laser tag and got a decent amount of tokens to use in the arcade. The kids loved it and can't wait to go back.

Kids had a great time and so did I. Laser tag was great! Great indoor obstacle course with lots of hiding spots, great for kids and adults as well. The arcade area was a lot more fun than I guessed it would be with games that earn players tickets that can be redeemed for prizes. My only complaint is that they should convert these machines to a paperless digital ticket system to reduce all that needless waste of paper and ink and labor to make garbage. I'm sure that is not easy to do, maybe impossible with the equipment but a good goal to pursue. Great staff, good time, worth the trip.

Arcades tokens machine kept giving us much less of the supposed amount. Some of the machines kept eating tokens. Guy was too bizi to attend to the arcade issues. Not sure about the laser tag though. Not recommended for the arcades.

We had a great time playing laser tag! It was a lot of fun for the children and adults as well. The arcade games were also what you would expect, very fun! The rock climbing wall is a little small, but it is a good choice for the little kids. We didn't get a chance to play tiki golf, but it looked very cool with the lighting. Great staff and great experience at Bonkerz!

We had our son's 9th birthday party at Bonkerz this past weekend and it was a blast! The staff was super attentive to our needs (esp. Dina) and we were lucky enough to have the party room available from start to finish. This was especially appreciated by the parents, most of whom knew one another and could relax and socialize with appetizers a nice cup of punch. Most importantly though, our son was very happy with the party... we would definitely go here again!

Its unfair that i can only give 5 stars max. We celebrated our son's 10th birthday here and what a fantastic experience it was for all of us. Our awesome experience began from the booking phase itself where Natalie walked us through the whole package in the most courteous, respectful and professional manner. This set the tone for things to come. We then decided to visit the place to ensure it was the right size and boy what a visit THAT was. Andrew at the front desk AND Natalie both answered all our questions and gave a tour of the facility. We even ended up playing a game of lazer tag which my kids absolutely loved and we as parents loved even more. What more, Natalie comped off the game on the house although i was more than happy to pay for it. The day of the birthday, Brittany and Dina stepped in and took over everything from decorating our party room to serving to keeping the kids entertained. We left the place with a feeling that each and every staff member and the owners were a part of our celebration. Our guests had a blast. I cannot thank the staff enough for an extremely professional job well done. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for an awesome day and for wonderful and priceless memories.

I'm giving this a 4 because my daughter really enjoyed the birthday party she went to there. I can tell you their birthday packages are priced pretty well, and it does look like a fun place to go to. They have laser tag, mini golf and an arcade to play in.

For teens maybe but for younger children Chuck-e-Cheese is cheaper. I spent $20 for 86 coins and the kids ran out of coins in less than 15 minutes.

I had a blast at this place. I found a great Groupon deal, and took my two nephews (ages 16 and 13) here (I myself am 25 years old), along with my friend who is 24 years old. We played one round of laser tag and one round of mini tiki golf (indoors). First, the laser tag game lasted much longer than most laser tag games I've ever gone to as a child years ago which was awesome. The arena is much bigger than you expect it to be for the size of the building from the outside. I loved it. The mini tiki golf was so cool. It is under black lights and everything glows neon colors. When you walk in you may think the mini golf seems small since it is all very close together, but trust me it's not. The holes are challenging enough that it takes some time to get them, but you have tons of laughs while doing so. I'm a very tough critic, I've been to many other establishments where I've had unpleasant experiences or didn't like the place. However, Bonkerz is a great time for everyone. I do note I did not use the arcade as I only went for laser tag and mini golf so I cannot comment on that. But, I can assure you I will most definitely be back.

We hosted my son's birthday party here. The children and the adults who accompanied them had a blast. I'd definitely consider hosting a party here again in the future. However, one thing to be aware of is that you will be charged for each playing adult along side their children ($6 per game). Many of the adults jumped in a game to have fun along side their children or to encourage a shy guest to play. The young staff working there and assisting the game didn't mention any extra charge at the time. We were shocked by expense due to adults playing ($18) and being charged an extra $25 for an uninvited sibling who tagged along with their mother. Also edited to note: That upon sharing my surprise about the additional expense, Bonkerz reached out to me to clarify my upset and try to make sure that I was 120% satisfied. They do strive for complete satisfaction from both parent and child.

I went there with my dad and sister and it was pretty good. The laser tag we did was not really fun because it was only me and my sister trying to shoot each other but we also did mini golf that was decent and the arcade was pretty fun. More recently I was invited to a birthday party there that was really fun and we had laser tag against other people also having birthday parties. We also had fun mini golf and played in the arcade. They had pizza in a private party room and ice cream cupcakes, not to mention the birthday boys mom bought a cake from home. Also there was juice and soda.

I like the game selection for the kids and the cost is of good value. The laser tag was a bit on the slow side. Too bad if they had people playing it would have been better. I think they need to advertise and have promotions to get people playing laser tag. No one wants to play 1 on 1,

We had a kid party here and had a great time. They do all of the work and the kids had a great time. It is loud, but adults could retreat to the party room or sitting area. Staff were all great with the kids and the good bags were huge and only $3. This place has a Chucky Cheese feel, only with better activities (laser tag and black light mini golf) and not as many other kids around. They even made sure our party wasn't at the same time as another party of older kids, in order to keep it safe and fun. They were very flexible when we had a lot of missing rsvp's and it was a good value for the price.

Very nice place for kids party. Unlike Chuck E Cheese, this is maintained very neatly, the staff is very friendly and always smiling. Staff who took care of our party were a big hit with the kids. Good to see they making extra effort to make the kids feel special.
