We went here on a whim to do the indoor skydiving. Got here and tried to purchase a Groupon for immediate use but apparently they can't honor Groupons unless they are 24 hours old. (Just how the system works.) Went with just having my daughter go, which was pretty pricey but I guess it seemed worth it. They upsold me on the "go higher" package, which I'm sure she enjoyed, but don't get the photo/video package unless you are okay with uncut fisheye video of the session plus another upsell of a photo package. (Photos aren't by a professional photographer... just one of the employees with a dSLR and direct flash.) They do allow you to take photos and video from the outside, though... but the Plexiglass is very smudged and streaky, and the lighting works against you if you view from the outside. The instructor, Alex, was great with everyone, though. Everyone was VERY friendly and accommodating. Despite the price and the stuff I mentioned, I would recommend a visit as long as you have the dough to spend.

I had an amazing time indoor sky diving here. The instructors were positive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire appointment was well organized and we were taken care of well. The only downside is the price. It is quite high per person.

Great intro to sky diving! Would recommend to anyone who has ever thought about taking the plunge out of a plane. They take you in a training room to go over all of the signals and discuss technique then you have turns flying with the instructor.

Very Fun place. the instructors were clear and very helpful. If it wasn't so far from my house I'd become a regular. safest and most fun skydiving experience I can imagine. My 9 year old daughter loved it too.

Surfing was great, we were skeptical about how everyone would do and how fun it might be, but all who participated had a great time and those of us who watched had just as much fun! Nice to get out of the cold winter and pretend we're in the tropics!

Indoor skydiving at the Skyventure NH vertical wind tunnel is a absolute blast! Being able to train with their team of professional instructors has been key in keeping myself current over the cold winter months! I would highly recommend going! Family friendly atmosphere & in house food/tiki bar!

Great place to take teenagers who are usually bored when going anywhere. From skydiving to surfing, all had a blast. Can't say enough good things about the staff here, whether the front desk, surfing, rock climbing, or the skydiving, all completely focused on making sure you have a good time.

I frequent the indoor skydiving tunnel several times a year. Can't get enough of it. So much fun!!! Tunnel safety guys are all great to work with too. Someday I would try the surf pool too. It looks like a blast!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We did the surfing and skydiving. The staff was excellent, especially the ones that were training us on the skydiving and surfing. It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive. The only suggestion I have is the price of the pictures were high especially considering they were just printed on a regular printer there. I had an absolute blast. The instructors were great. I felt safe at all times! I feel the prices were reasonable. You don't think four minutes is alot until your in there lol. If I was to give any constructive criticism, I would suggest they use full face helmets. I took my boyfriend who panicked because he felt like he couldn't breath or catch his breath due to the wind in his face. I will admit it was a bit hard and it hurt my nose a little bit but I could handle it. Not everyone can,I guess. All in all, I will be back and who knows maybe someday have enough guts to really do it out of a plane

I went with some friends to celebrate a birthday in the winter time. The place is great for a quick winter escape. The indoor skydiving and surf are the best attractions. It was worth the trip from Boston to SkyVenture.

We did a combination of the rock wall and fish pipe based on a internet coupon offering I had purchased. My kids loved their experience on the fish pipe and wanted to go again as soon as they came out of the pipe! The facility is very clean and the staff was professional and courteous. My only small complaint is that we did have quite a bit of a wait for wrist bands at the front desk and for a staff member to come to the rock wall area. We would definitely come back for more fun but the prices only allow this to be for special occasions for my family.

Feel the thrill skydiving without ever leaving the ground. Safe for ages 4 to 104. Rob and Lori go out of their way to have the best instructors anywhere in the industry. I've made a lot of really good friends here and met skydivers from around the world. You can really learn how to skydive here and you can really learn to surf here. I don't know of another facility like it anywhere in the world. Thanks Rob and Lori. You run a Class Act I always enjoy coming here even if it's just to watch.

My adult daughter and I did the indoor skydiving and had a great time. Highly recommended for anyone who ever wanted to skydive but didn't want the associated risk.They were very professional and instructive. I felt 100% comfortable falling through 100 MPH air! At the end and with the assistance of the expert flyers (staff), we were each taken on the ride of our lives soaring up and down through the wind tunnel. I still show pics on my cell from our adventure.

The last time I went here, the surf area was still being built, so you know it was a few years back. However, this place is so awesome that even after all this time I think about my experience there and am even bothering to write a review. This place is excellent for groups because you get to see your friends going in the wind tube! The instructors are really helpful and make sure you get up in the air well enough to really enjoy yourself and experience it! I highly recommend this place.

First, SkyVenture is a real kick. It looks so easy, but it takes a lot of skill to master it, and it’s wicked fun. All the instructors we’ve had through the years have been awesome. Young guys who know how to fly and who know how to coach and keep you safe in the wind tunnel. When they fly you up and down that thing for the final few seconds of a lesson it’s just intense! Customer service is great. Worth the price for sure!

Indoor skydiving is a lot of fun. Indoor surfing is fun too. Both activities have a high price but the cost is in line with the energy cost to run the attractions. Price of pictures is too high at $12 at the cheapest, which makes even those who are not very price sensitive cringe at the cost of something that takes little to no overhead to produce.

SkyVenture was a blast! Stopped by with my wife on our way to Boston one afternoon. I can explain how much fun the wind tunnel is! Staff was also great. Our instructor was very friendly, knowledgable, and most of all patient because it's not necessarily easy to get the hang of floating right away. Would definitely recommend and plan on visiting again.

I give it a High Five! All kidding aside, I took my daughter, 12, and son, 14 here. Clean, professional, organized. There are waivers you need to complete, so if you have a group, download them before going to save time. The trainers were respectful and clear, and even the very young boy in our group had no difficulties understanding what was required. Even watching the other folks was entertaining, and when it was my turn? Wow, what a rush! The instructor did a great job assessing each flyer's abilities and was able to teach me on the fly in the air chamber additional "tricks" as I was a quick learner. This added to my experience and increased the value of my flight. It also thrilled my kids! If you are not used to regular exercise, you will be sore later, from the tension of the burst of air on your limbs. Bit pricey if you are on a budget to do repeatedly, but definitely worth doing! Never thought I'd write a review saying being upside down is fun, but seriously: The staff at Sky Venture was fantastic. I really enjoyed being sideways (who doesn't these days?) and on top of an amazing experience for my whole team, they even have a cafe on site. You can go to other wind tunnels, but they're just not as friendly as these guys are. Also, they have a crazy fun wave surfing thing...didn't even know this type of a thing exists...

For Christmas we bought our children and cousins (17, 13, 11, 10) a session in the wave pool "Surf's Up." We had first seen the surfing when my son and I went indoor skydiving the previous summer. We had a fantastic time and even paid for extra time on the waves. The staff was great, very patient with good instruction. I think safety was a high priority and everything was well monitored. The water was very warm and felt great when you fell in. Also don't worry about the depth as it is fairly shallow - perhaps 2 ft deep at most. Facilities were super clean. We purchased several pictures that the family loved seeing. I think I have a few more excited customers headed your way!

My daughter and I went in the tunnel and what an adventure it was for both of us! The instructor we had gave great tips when I had trouble breathing due to the air pressure and definitely did not pressure anyone to try something that was out of their comfort zone. Even my peanut of a daughter, who was nervous to give it a go, took the air like a pro, whirled around, held her form and when her first minute was up, exited and said it was great.

My kids also love the fish pipe water ride - and it is great that they can adjust the speed. We have also had their pizza and drinks at the bar and would highly recommend them - especially the smoothies!

Not sure what to expect even though we previewed the videos etc. Plus my children are older, and I was concerned about the "fun factor" No Worries on that end. Great time. Went to NH for a long weekend & booked the skydive experience. Awesome! My boyfriend & I booked 2 minutes each. They broke it into 2 one-minute sessions. Absolutely loved it. My only warning would be for people with longer hair...pull it back into a bun/knot. My hair was beyond tangled after just 2 minutes! Two rounds of conditioner & still needed detangler to brush out my hair. Would do it again.

I came here with a couple friends some time ago with a Groupon offer. It was for 4 minutes of "flight time". We all loved it--even my partner enjoyed it and he doesn't even like this kind of stuff. The whole process is, you check-in at the front desk and digitally sign one of their waiver forms (certifying you're not pregnant, over 250 lbs, or have had any dislocations recently). Then, you go upstairs to meet with the instructor who will give you a brief course on what to expect in the wind tunnel, and the hand signals he'll use to communicate with you. Next, you get suited up with their gear and head to the tunnel. Each person goes into the tunnel twice (1 minute each if you bought 2 minutes of flight time; 2 minutes each if you bought 4 minutes of flight time). They'll also take photos of you, which you can purchase at the end. I will say, I initially thought the price was steep for the amount of time you spend, but once you're in the tunnel, the time feels much longer...and it's so fun!

We came here on Father's day and had the best day ever! We didn't even leave enough time to do the skyventure side, we spent several hours doing the surf's up /fish bowl! The kids had a great time in the fish bowl and working in boogie boarding, and my partner, who is already a surfer, absolutely loved the standing wave. We also did a bit of rock climbing. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating too. We absolutely plan to return!

Took our 10 yr old daughter there on the 26th of December and could NOT be more satisfied with the experience we all had. She was nervous about the skydiving but excited at the same time. The instructor that she had was over the top. He was into his job and into the safety of it all and very thorough in his instructions and expectations. Watching her accomplish this overcoming of fear at the hands of this very well trained and enthusiastic staff was an experience none of us will forget. Thank you to the staff and the safety equipment and the amazingly clean and well run facility. It will be highly recommended by myself to many, (and I live within a short disrance) and we will be back for sure!! Thank you skyventure for making such and amazing vacation even more amazing!! This place was very nice. I went there with my two (10 & 13y/o) kids and they had a blast. Actually, we all had a blast. The place is clean, well kept and well managed. The staff are young, friendly and upbeat. My only wish is that the place would be somewhat bigger and that they had a regular swimming pool. Although, it does feel safer not having your kids roaming around a huge area. I certainly recommend Skyventure/Surf's up.

Great experience. Despite using the minimum time or the extended time, the overall experience (sky-diving) is a great time. The trainers do a great job at teaching you the in and outs of sky-diving, and are in the chamber with you to guide you through a wonderful experience.

Had an awesome time surfing. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Being a good surfer in real waves I was surprised at how "different" this felt than really surfing. My reason for 4 stars is that it is pricey at only 15-20 minute surf sessions.

Only question I have is why is there only five stars to choose from??? needs to be 10 at least. I have nothing but good to say for this outfit, there isn't a place that you can have more fun in a afternoon, very good instructors and staff, everyone is there to make sure you have a great time, I am a young 61 and this place makes me feel like a teenager. I have been half a dozen times, haven't tried out the surfing yet due to no real interest in that activity but the skydiving tunnel is the cat's meow for sure.

You’d better be cautious if you are the first time surfers. The indoor surfing pool is very shallow. My friend broke his left pinky and need three pins to hold it in place. When the incident happened, I asked the coach for first aid ice, he said the BAR may have ice! NO FIRST AID STATION! Very scary.

I did indoor skydiving here. It is a great experience. The instructor is friendly and took a class before the activity. They provided all required accessories like glasses, gloves, suite and bands There is a photographer to capture the photos in action which we can buy if we like them. They also allow your family to take pictures and videos while you do the activity. I reccomend this place.

My husband and I took five of our children (ages 8-14) on a Monday to experience the indoor skydiving. The staff was extra friendly, patient, and sincere. Everyone felt very comfortable and had a blast attempting the unknown! Andrew was our flight instructor, and he couldn’t have been easier to work with-the kids are already planning our return trip!

SkyVenture just hosted our company holiday party and it was amazing! Laurie the owner, is beyond great to work with. She was so responsive and organized in helping me set up our corporate event. Our employees participated in both the the skydiving and surfing. Everyone had such a fun time. The party was set up in the tiki bar area and it felt like we were transported to Florida. It's so warm and tropical. Laurie is also a chef so she did a fun themed buffet for our company. I highly recommend this venue for your next corporate event. We can't wait to book another event at SkyVenture, it's truly a hidden gem.

We went as a present from my son to me. We lucked out and had the pool to ourselves! It was a lot of fun, coupled with great staff and a great process (for the waivers, photos). Outstanding experience! I will say, as an experienced boarder, it does take a little to get used to the water coming at you versus you riding over the still water in the ocean. It's a lot of fun - don't get me wrong - but it's not quite the same. But, hey, when there's snow on the ground, you're not going to the beach anyway! (OK, except for my friend who surfs in Alaska... but he's not normal.)

The experience was one that we were excited to try. The staff at this location was prompt and kind. I however was looking for more of a thrill and to go higher up which they informed us that after multiple visits you then can go higher. All in all fun experience just not as much of a big thrill as I thought it would be.

I brought my kids, ages 9, 7 and 5 to indoor skydive. The staff were so great with them. They were patient, attentive and funny. I thought 2 minutes wouldn't be enough, but it absolutely is, especially for a child's first time. I recommend this experience 100%.

Took our 5 kids here, ages ranged from 12-18. They did the package where they skydived, then surfed and then ended with the Fishpipe barreling. All 5 loved it. They thought the skydiving was very fun and something they would normally never get an opportunity to try. They enjoyed every thing and had a great time. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Great memories for the kids. We definitely recommend it and worth every $$ spent.

My family has been several times, for both skydiving and surfing. We love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Additional attractions like the Fish Pipe and the Rock Climbing wall make it easy to spend an entire afternoon there.

I would have given it a 5 star review but the surf boarding session went up 15 to 20 dollars, but its still worth it. The people are very friendly and nice. They teach you new things when you ask and the drink bar is great!!! Also they keep the water very warm which is considerate of them. Also 30 minutes which i thought wasnsnt a very long time ended up feeling like forever

My wife purchased a family package for all of us to surf together. It was one of the best Christmas presents ever. We surfed in March and had one of the best times. WE surfed for a while then boogied boarded so that our youngest could get ion the action. Everyone in our session loved both the surf as well as the boogie board session. Staff was super helpful and we all left with huge smiles. Make great family memories and GO SURF!

I am 68 years old & have been indoor skydiving and indoor boogie boarding at Sky Venture three times since May, 2015, & definitely plan to do it again & again!! Each time it was with a different set of grandkids & with my son & daughter, and we all enjoy it immensely & will do it again for sure. I have videos of my experiences on my cell phone and have shown some of them to many people including my doctor, and many of them have since had wonderful experiences with their families & many have plans to do so. My son & one grandson have also done the indoor surfing & my 2 teen grandsons have climbed the rock wall multiple times & we also enjoyed the fish pipe... some running & some sitting alone or in pairs. I plan to try surfing the next time I go!! My 21 year old granddaughter is TERRIFIED of height & is so thrilled she was able to go up to the highest part of the tunnel!! The ages of my family are from 8 years to 68 years, and all 11 of us loved it!! Update: We plan to go again this weekend & I can hardly wait!!

Traditional surfing is daunting and there are huge barriers to learning as a family. Indoor surfing removes the hardest elements, (choosing the right weather, swimming out, getting balance, timing your entry,) so that everyone can achieve some level of success quickly. Our groups have always consisted of ages from preteens to middle aged adults, and the folks at Surf's Up have always been terrific at making sure we all had a great time. The reality is that we would never have been successful as a group without the controlled atmosphere and patient instructors. This defies Seinfeld's assertion that "there's no such thing as fun for the whole family." This whole family LOVES Surf's Up New Hampshire!

The first time we went to SkyVenture it was to do the indoor skydiving. It was SO much fun! We ended up purchasing more flying time that day because it was so cool. If you want to hear your kids giggle and have the biggest smiles on their faces you have to do their Fish-pipe ride! We just did this last week and my kids haven't stopped talking about it. I'm definitely going to do it with them next time! I was jealous at all the fun they were having. Next month we're going back to do their indoor surfing. We watched other people doing this while we were there and it looks fun. Great place!!

SkyVenture is fantastic in every way. I took my kids there to fly in the wind tunnel. Floating on air is like nothing you have ever experienced. I also did 30 minutes of surfing. By the end of the lesson I was steering back and forth across the whole wave... standing up! The have great food and snacks as well. The staff is wonderful as well.

Front desk people are completely incompetent. You ask them a question and they just sit there with a dumbfounded look on their face. Don’t waste your money. You can go skydiving or buy a wetsuit and surfboard for the price you pay to come here.

I went indoor surfing at Surf's Up with a friend of mine after I had seen an offer on Groupon and decided to try it out. My friend and I ended up having a great time and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to try their surf pool and I'm thinking about going back to try indoor skydiving. This place is great!

LOVE this place!! I have brought my daughter (15) and her friends several times (even though we live 2 hours away!) They have done the indoor skydiving, the fish pipe water ride and surfing. My daughter is now addicted to surfing. It is such an inviting, clean atmosphere with a staff that is nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. This is a fairly old school tunnel. That being said, the air is reasonably smooth and the temperature was fine even though it was warm outside. (No A/C) There are turbulent areas around the doors. Flying space is limited due to 12' Diameter and flat panel walls. The price is fairly reasonable...but you get what you pay for.

This is currently the largest indoor wave pool of its kind in the world. Expert and encouraging instructors find their greatest joys in your success. I was hooked from my first visit, and surfing (a bit shakily) by the third. Advancement from there took a bit, but that is due to my own ineptness. There is a contagious sense of camaraderie among the staff that is quite welcoming. Safety is foremost, but fun is assured. Many times the kids do quite a bit better than the adults :)

This place is phenomenal! I have hosted three birthday parties at SkyVenture and took a group of kids indoor skydiving. It was such a thrill for them. The staff is organized and professional and even made the process of getting outfitted fun. The skydiving experience was wonderful, even for those who got nervous. And for those thrill seekers, the high flying experience was an adrenaline rush. The photos were an incredible bonus and a great way to remember these special events. I only recently learned about all the amazing events hosted by SkyVenture. They do such wonderful things for the local community. I would not hesitate to make the trek up to NH to not only enjoy some awesome entertainment, but also to be a patron of a business with such an amazing social conscience. Go SkyVenture!

I brought both my boys ( ages 9 and 5 ) here to do something fun and different and they loved it! Our plan was to do the indoor sky diving. We arrived early, so we signed in and then went over to the tropical bar by the surfing pool and had some great drinks and awesome pizza. Then they went up to skydive. The instructors were all wonderful and helpful. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring the boys bathing suits, this way they can try out the other activities there.

The skydiving was great but I called and never told I needed a reservation. When I arrived the staff said that I'd have to wait 3 hours and if I really called they definitely would have said that I needed a reservation as if I was making it up but I had the call from that morning still on my phone and was given an earlier time. It's expensive but the 2 15yr old girls loved it.

SkyVentures offers two very different experiences, a surf riding pool where you can safely try out getting up on a board and an indoor skydiving facility. The two are separate, but packages can include both (although I'd recommend only doing one per trip, as they are adrenaline filled). What makes SkyVenture so good is its staff who seem to love what they do and show a strong commitment to the safety and enjoyment of the people they are charged with taking care of. This is a great family activity and it's not all that far away.

Indoor surfing was so much fun! The facility was super clean and laid back. It was like a mini vaca! I couldn't stop laughing. My friend and I were the oldest (25) people out of the group of 7 or 8. We recently spent an afternoon skydiving and surfing with three teens... couldn't have been a nicer, or more enthusiastic bunch of people working both the surf and sky areas. Everyone was super chill - but totally on it. They sought out our group and made sure to let us know the "process" so we could just relax and have fun. It's a really well-oiled machine. Went here last year to experience everything SkyVenture had to offer and we had a blast. I took my 12 year old for her Christmas present and did the indoor sky dive, fishpipe water slide, and surfing. The staff was very laid back yet helpful. The instructors did an A+ job, especially the surf instructors. Before I knew it I was riding back and fourth on the wave. This is a great place to escape a cold New England day in the winter or enjoy some outdoor style fun on a rainy day.

Great place to come and hang with both friends and family. The staff are incredibly patient and talented. The only suggestion I have would be that they should provide towels for those that want to get an impulse surfing session, but that hasn't dampened my experience. Fantastic place to discover how the physics of air movement can be controlled by the human body and to work on control for skydiving. I'd recommend this to anyone, especially those with young children who are having difficulty in school; as a way to develop confidence in their ability to control aspects of their world.
