I took my kids there and we all enjoyed. The place is very clean and the bouncing castles and slides were a favourite for my kids. The air hockey was so much fun for the adults. My only issue was that the admission fee is not worth it especially if you are going to be there for an hour or so cause you still have to pay to play the arcade games. A little disappointing but not a deal breaker. I'll definitely be back with the kids.

Racism by management; When I got there with my kids I felt him always around me. He came to my kids telling them to stop screaming and when he realized that it wasn’t them it was not apology, just “I dont really care who’s screaming, just stop” I did not say anything. He continued to walked around us. Finally he came to my table and told me “ Im gonna have to leave this place” Im like “what? Why?” He said “one of your kids grabbed this other girl by the neck” when I called my girls to asked they stared crying they didnt know what he was talking about, he kept saying you have to leave this place. When got tire of arguing with him the person taking care of the little girl came and told me “listen I dont know what is he taking about “ I understood there that he wanted me out of that place and that was DISCRIMINATION.

This is a fun place for a rainy day. It was clean and staff were polite and helpful. The food is indoor playground food so either feed them before or bear with it. We had snacks and went for lunch afterward. She was worn out...mission accomplished!

Nice place to take your little one!! Tge best tging is they dont charge the adults to enter the place. I have been to places that they charge adults to go when we just watch our kids play. This place was a fun place for my 3 year old..

Much better than I expected based on Yelp reviews. Clean, lots to do, separate toddler area, friendly staff, exit is guarded by a "referee'. Nice place for my 8 and 5 year olds to burn off steam on a rainy humid day. Nice cool AC too!

My 8yo and 2yo love this place. Reasonably priced. Clean. A lot of staff attendants. However they do not always enforce the rules - let older kids to jump in toddler area. A lot of attractions! Arcade games. We spent 3 hours there and kids didn't want to leave. They have only one bouncy house for toddlers, it would be good if they would have more. I saw a lot of toddlers and big kids jumping together in the smallest "big kids" bouncy house and it looked dangerous for little ones. Overcrowded. My 8yo liked it so much that he wants to have a birthday party there. I'd give it 4.5 stars.

Very nice environment and helping staffs. We did birthday party for my elder son here and again we did for our younger son's yesterday. Every time, kids enjoyed. Very helping staffs, accommodate requests, all safe equipment and properly maintained facility.

Kids there are very aggressive you try to play a game and and they come over and disrupt it tons of kids in a small space. Kids love the place grown ups not so much there isn't much room for sitting a lot of grown-ups had to sit on the floor the pizza is very good the drinks are not good service employees are polite and courteous so for children no complaints grown ups the list goes on and on

Not sanitary my son picked up hand foot and mouth disease from there also had a birthday party there and definitely not worth the money. waste of money the staff was friendly and very accommodating but definitely overpriced for birthday parties do not have a birthday party at Monkey Joe's and do not let your kids play inside the bouncy houses because it is dirty

Great place for bouncy activities for kids of all ages. Mini Monkey Zone for children under 3 and larger slides and obstacle structures for kids 4 and up. Weekends can get VERY busy and hectic. We like to go on no-school or half-day Fridays.

Really good to get kids active without spending high cost. It's great that than can run and play. Exercise starts young you add it to there routine hence they will be more active as they grow older. Also there bodies will withstand more intense activities. Get your kids active because helps there minds to grow. Nice place. Will be coming again.

Love this place!! My kids love it, it's a great price and they can run around and tire themselves out. My only thing is....You do have to watch out for the older rowdy kids, they can get pushy. My little one has gotten trampled before and we had to leave.

My 2.5 year old loved this place. He ran non stop from bouncy house to bouncy house for almost 2 hours!! Definitely a good place to take kids on a rainy day. Though it can get pretty crowded.

My two kids love this place. I have always found the people working behind the counter friendly and chatty. Clean bathrooms. Super fun for kids from 2 years old up. Love to sit back with a coffee and let the kids run off so much energy in a place that never gets boring. We live in VA now and my kids want to move back to Boston because they miss Monkey Joe's!

Horrible service. The people watching the children do not pay attention to them and my child was able to get in and out of the security gate without them noticing. NOT safe at all. The adults cant go on any inflatable to help the kids so if you have younger children avoid this place.

Crowded but over all I was happy that my child had a good time. Place wasn't as cleaned as I would have like. There wasnt many staff members attending to the areas of play or the sit down areas. I think they would benefit from asking ALL guest to remove shoes. Rug really felt gross. There's no way of getting your shoes to go to the bathroom. So kids with no shoes and adults with shoes in the bathrooms! Yuck.

This place was a mad house when I went. Kids were going ballistic and the parents sit on the outside surrounding the bounce areas drinking coffee and talking. My kids aren't big enough for that so they got trampled. Maybe I'll go back in 5 years. Probably not. I wish Cowabunga's was closer.

They do not even allow the parents to touch the inflated castles, it is dangerous for little kids. They only have basically inflated castles, they are not suitable for little kids. They do have some other coin feeding toys, but those are everywhere. If your kids can not play the inflated castles by themselves, you do not need to go there.

Fantastic place, my two kids had a great time. It's very clean, 8 or 9 huge inflatables . the building must be over 15,000 square feet ( big place!) the staff is very polite and I felt very safe. They have a concession stand with pretzels, hot dogs, pizza, natchos and beverages ( very affordable, compared with other places). We stayed for 4 hours and my kids had the best work out / fun ever ! I will be back!!! It was cheaper than going to Mcdonalds or to the movies...

The place was 5 stars until they put in the ticket system. Now it cost 2x as much to play there :( and the prizes are terrible! If you are planning on going. Stay away from everything else. Also eat before you get there. The food is pricy and its all microwavable junk.

I had a good experience kids had a blast I only gave 3 stars because it's kind of disappointing that there are signs posted everywhere about no outside food or drinks allowed (which is understandable) but there over priced pizza is not made fresh on site it is delivered from a pizza shop (OUTSIDE FOOD)

Great place for kids between 3-9 yrs old! I've been a nanny, mom & now Memaw/grandmother - I've been around or working with younger kids all my life (starting out as oldest of 4 Kids in my own family). Take it from my 40+ years of experience... Older kids not so much cuz they're bored easily, and younger kids (anyone under 3)...no way, cuz they're scared of bouncy houses, Monkey Joe himself (purple monkey that walks around). Great place..offers a lot for the correct age range, as I said. The staff is friendly & courteous, and diligent for the children's safety & don't allow the whole party to leave unless together & They check each wristband & cut them off for you & Your whole party on the way out the door!

This place is ridiculous!! I was so excited to bring my 16 month old to play in this place until I found out that I paid for her to play in ONLY ONE jumping house because there is only one jumping house I could go in with her because the other ones Adult are not allowed to go with them. So I asked for my money back and left to go to Jump Timez in Middleton which is WAY better.

My friend was ordering pizza and I asked if they make it here they said no, the owner also owns a pizza shop and we call it in there. I said if I paid extra can they throw in french fries cause that's our only option. She said only of he goes on the outside area where they put shoes. I said so my autistic son cant eat with his brothers and friends rather a corner where everyone puts their shoes?? She said yes. I said that's not outside food it it's from the same place you order your pizza from the same owner as this location. I asked so you can't accommodate an autistic child and expect him to wait a few hours before he can eat while everyone else sits and eats with us and she said yes. LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO HERE IF THEY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES. SHAME ON YOU.
