I always have my son's birthday partiies at fun world. I had a scheduled birthday party a few weeks ago I ordered balloons. When I got there I checked in and pay for everything my waitress came over and introduced herself. The waitress was not very attentive to us. The balloons came 30 minutes before the party ended I told the waitress I wasn't going to pay for them because we only have 30 minutes left she said ok then she came over and started popping the balloons and took the rest with her she had an attitude after that. She then went and took lunch (how unprofessional the party was not over) I paid for everything!!! I asked for a manager they sent over a guy that said he was the manager I told him all my concerns and all he said was I will have a talk with her. Management is horrible all I wanted was an apology!! I will never have my sons birthday there again.

It's a great place to bring your significant other you spend twenty each on tokens and you get $27 ($7 free) the ticket games are fun some are easy to keep hitting jackpots. This is great for winning your girlfriend a stuffed animal it has more significance than just buying one. Tonight my girlfriend hit a 500 ticket jackpot and won me Stuffed animal too I keep The beanie baby on my dashboard. Guys winning a stuffed animal means more than buying one!!! Anyway the arcade on the second floor could use more diversity. They also have a 3 story play place for children a roller coaster for children a Merry go round and a 3rd floor with various pinball machines air hockey and dance / instrument arcade games!

It's a nice little arcade in Nashua, NH. First floor is coin pushers and most if the other ticket games. Second floor has most of the racing and action games as well as the carousel, kiddie coaster, and himalaya. Third floor has a couple music games, pinball machines, and some retro games.

From the outside, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. I passed by it many times thinking I'd never go in based on the outside. I took the plunge with my nephew and we had a blast. He is 1 1/2 and we found plenty of things to do. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Great place, the kids love it. Parking is fine unless you're driving a bus. It's a little tight but staff will assist you. Show you where to park, guide you, and put up barriers so you don't get parked in.

The worst freaking service I got . They never put balloons on our table until we was almost done and tried to charge us and when I said i wasn’t going to pay for them the manager came and pushed through the kids and grabbed the balloons and popped them. They never cleared the table and just the worst freaking service . Our host went on break during our time here ! The up worst. I am going to contact the owners and get my money back!

Decent arcade and activity center for kids. Reasonable and comparable pricing to other arcades, but old structure in need of many renovations. Best part was the number of arcade games and rides for little ones. Awkward location on the roadway requires u-turn when coming from the north. Parking lot is also challenging for larger vehicles. Did not try the food, but looked like typical frozen and reheated items. No outside food or drink allowed.

Great place for a birthday party as well there's lots of space. There is a small kid section for the really little ones too. A indoor mary go round. This place has some fun for everyone.

Very top level is nothing but old outdated games. My kids enjoyed the first level. The second level with the rides were closed when we came. It appears they need to service their machines because we kept loosing tokens and not being able to play.

Very clean fun place for children of all ages! Staff was friendly and accommodating. My grandson loved it! We were not even out the door and he asked when can we come back. One of the games was not working properly and a staff member quickly came to fix the problem. Pizza was good too! Ice Cream a bit on the expensive side considering the portion size.

I love this place. From small child to adult, everyone can enjoy. You purchase coins to play. With every game, you get some tickets back. In the end, you get toys/gifts for earned tickets. Kids love that. If you think about the cost of coins and cost of toys returned, it seems like the owner is not too profit motived and is having priority on satisfaction of customers. We have been there three times and every time, we enjoyed very very much!!! Thank you Fun World!!

This place is so dirty and grimy. It needs to be updated or demolished. Everything here is filthy like it hasn't been cleaned in over a decade. They keep bringing in new arcade games but how about you tidy up the place so people don't fear getting a staph infection just walking through the front door....

The best place for family fun. Get coins and keep playing , earn tickets and exchange for items. Have become regular at the place. You also get pizzas and drinks! Kids simply live the place. The items are really for kids only. Adults job is to win maximum tickets for the coins they buy. If you have kids you can easily spend 2-3 hours. Kids will be exhausted and will sleep early.

The place is a steal of your trying to have some fun on a budget. With 20 bucks the kid in me always has a good time. They have some nice throwback games. Especially love the racing games they have. Food is decent very regular kid food, pizza icecream soda. Always see alot of birthday parties being thrown here so they must have a great deal. Only thing I would say is they need to keep up with the machines as some of them are older and need more attention than the newer games. Hope this helps.

It's pretty ugly. The prizes cost wayyyy too many tickets. The food court area looks like it hasn't been upgraded in the past 20 years. But there's a ton of different machines and the bonus tokens you get is a pretty good deal.

Pizza is actually good here first of all, and there is a solid long-standing tradition in the community for childhood birthdays that connects generations. They have a lot of first person shooters and race car games on the second floor for older "kids". There is a fun indoor playground for kids for $6.00, beautiful old style indoor carousel, indoor roller coaster, and Himalaya to ride on like a mini indoor amusement park. Downstairs is a toddler arcade with lots of token operated rides. Tokens are only about 18 cents if you buy them $20 at a time. There are some very high paying ticket games here and the prizes are cool like full size gumball machine or dj stand. Check out the new Willy Crash game, it's hilarious.

Good value for the money. 3 floors. Haven't been since I was probably 10, took my 10 and 1 yr old and both had a great time. Playground is well worth the 6 bucks a kid. Actually better than I expected. Pizza wasn't bad at all. Games seemed to be working and stocked with tickets. Prizes weren't too crazy either, seemed reasonable. Hard to lose a kid too despite the 3 floors. Went on a Sunday at 1230.. got a little busier by 3pm but still wasn't too packed. Went to Apex recently in Marlborough and it was horribly packed on the weekend. This was a much better alternative for the money in my opinion.

3 floors of fun and a nice big gym area with long slides,ball pit and much more. They have a carousel, roller coaster and more as well as many arcade games. Perfect to enjoy with family and friends of any age. They have a room for toddlers and younger next to the gym to enjoy. They have a dining area (no outside food). Great place to have a birthday party.

Good place to kill some time, however it was a little antiquated. There were many broken machines and parts laying around in open corners, it was dirty, and half the property is neglected and now looks like a safety hazard. I'd like to see the owners really give this place a face lift and bring it back to it's full potential. Overall, not bad, but could be way better.

We happened by this place on our way to Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua so we decided to stop after the mall and aren't we glad we did...... the kids had a fantastic time and it's definitely a place we could bring all of our children to young and old

This place needs lots of work it's so rundown it needs to be updated I was born in 83 and used to go there as a kid in the 90s it is exactly the same and everything is really old as far as the play area etc the rides were great but definitely could use some work and the staff just wasn't friendly or even looked happy to be there and that does not make for a good experience did not meet one staff member today that seemed happy or looked happy if you don't like your job don't be there so needless to say my kid still had some fun but needs to be renovated put some work in I know they make enough money to do that

Although subtle, there have been much needed improvements to this indoor kid venue. Primarily, cleanliness. While attending a weekday birthday party, I was very pleased with how clean the floors, kitchen and bathrooms were. Keep up the good work and continue to provide structural improvements, newer decor, games and cleanliness. It makes a difference to your patrons, and ultimately bottom dollar ☆

Fun old fashioned arcade. Cheaper than most New arcades and still uses tokens. There is a great two story carousel that you won't find anywhere else. There's also an indoor roller coaster and a climbing area that are separate costs. I'm not sure that I would eat the food here, but I haven't tried it. The place is a bit tired, especially on the outside, where a go kart track has been left behind. Overall a throwback arcade that is kept up reasonable well.

This has been our go to location for is in last few years. They have plenty of games like wheel of fortune, deal no deal, transformers video game to name a few. Spread over 2.5 floors they have well assigned sections for different age group. Add to that amusement fun like mini roller coaster, carousel and a big play zone with varying complexities for kids to enjoy

Reasonably priced arcade with lots of classic machines, all in surprisingly good condition! Food is typical of what you'd find at a family arcade but it's actually reasonably priced unlike many others. The facility could stand an elevator or other accessible option for strollers and wheelchairs: the best games are upstairs!

Good place for bringing kids to an indoor amusement center. Some small rides, a ball pit play area, and arcade games. Games for small kids are on the lower level. Shooting and driving arcade games are on the second floor. Pinball is on the third floor. Some games reward you with tickets which purchase prizes in their store of fun stuff. I took off 1 star because they only had one fighting game. I took off another star because the cafe could be better by offering more options such as salad or fruit.

Zero Hate

The arcade is probably the best in New Hampshire. So many different games and plenty of different ways to win tickets. They have everything, new and old. The indoor playground is pretty huge as well, featuring a 3 story tall slide. That all being said, the prizes are all dollar store trash, the food is over priced and not very good. Almost every time I go there is see kids climbing up the slides and wearing their shoes inside the enclosure. Overall, though, it is a fun place to go.

It was busy but the facility was clean and entertaining. The staff are all tennagers but they were friendly and responsive when needed. We will be back there for sure, it is a quality spot for families. FYI carousel rides are $3 per ride and kiddie playground is $6 for the day. These are not advertised on the website, which is potentially misleading.

I would have given this 5 stars in 1998. However, the place hasn't changed much (except eliminating one of the best outdoor rides and adding some stuff inside). Someone needs to put a bit of money into it. It's not a bad place to go with kids. Always expect the place to be jamming.

Really sad. We have been coming for years and it's getting really run down in there. Besides regular wear and tear the food area was dirty and sticky. We did'nt know when out food would be done so we had to keep checking which is hard with toddlers in a ball pit. The food prices didn't match what they were charging, $2.50 for ice cream but i paid $3.50. There was no managers or anyone in charge amd the young girls at the front food area were having trouble because the customers couldn't understand them. A number of the games were unplugged or not working, but they wern't marked. I was set up to spend my money without knowing the poor conditions first. All in all my favorite place to go with the kids was disappointing to say the least.

Decent amount of things to do. Beware as more games than expected took coins but didn't work: the old skeeball on the back wall, the second Initial D racer, one of the racers by the new Justice League game, just to name a few. Food is inexpensive and fast. Staff is pleasant. Excellent selection of prizes.

My kids love this place! They said it's better then Chuck e cheese. When you put a 20 dollar bill into the token machine you get 7 dollars worth of free tokens. I was here for 5 hours between the play ground and the games and I only spent $50 between 6 kids

Dating a nerdy girl/guy? Great place for a date. Not even kidding. You get $27 worth of tokens for $20. If you each pop in a $20, you're bound to have hours of fun. The food there is surprisingly good. I wouldn't go there for the pizza, but if I'm there I'm getting the pizza. I'm not sure if I've tried anything other than pizza and fries, but I've never been disappointed. They could offer adult sized cups for adults, though. It has three floors of games. Unless you really want to play a specific game, you'll always find something to play without wait. As the floors go up, the kind of games change. Bottom floor is ticket games, middle is just games, and I believe the top floor is pinball, but I don't venture there often. So if you want a cutesy date or a place to take kids, highly recommended. Just don't go on Tuesday, it's not open for some reason.

The place is good for all ages and the food is ok but the cleanliness is only because customers pick up after themselves while the staff is either flirting with each other or just being lazy. Witness a birthday party and the staff didn't even help serve whatsoever. What are people paying for really!

They are trying to update the place... but they still have games that are broken or don't work 100% correctly.. it is however somewhere to go with the kids especially on a rainy or really cold day and you don't want to see another movie.. not completely inexpensive but it won't break the bank either

Best place to take the kids. The ride wrist bands save money. Very pleasant staff! The amount of tickets games give out is great and they have good prizes. Highly recommend. I even have fun while there

Good place to spend a couple hours with the kids. A great assortment of arcade games for kids and adults. The playground area was good for kids 4 and up.

Quite obviously is a high people volume location. Check business hours and be aware the rides close an hour prior to close. Also I'd advise bringing plenty of hand sanitizer. Doesn't look as though keeping the machines sanitized ranks to high on the list... Has 3 floors of fun; bottom floor has all the ticket yielding machines as well as the younger children's games, middle is the rides and most of the teenager oriented games while the top floor has the games most likely to attract a crowd and would probably be the loudest floor during busier hours. There's money to token machines as soon as you walk in, to the right, as well as a ticket booth for obtaining ride tickets. Continue around the bottom floor and you'll find lunch room look alike that also closes an hour before close. We didn't get there in time to explore the rides but we did see a merry go round and 2 coasters (1 for lil ones and 1 for the big kids). Hope this makes your trip a little less stressful!
