My bridesmaids and close friends surprised me with an escape room adventure as part of my bachelorette party weekend. It was so much fun! We did the Russian spy room and finished with 6 minutes to spare! We had a blast and the owner was super nice! We will definitely be back in the future!

Our party of 6 was adults and kids, some had escape room experience and some had none. We called just a couple hours prior, on a rainy July day to book. We tried the Area 51 challenge, which was 2 rooms. The difficulty level was medium-high & required that we work well together and keep up a good pace. We all stayed busy hunting for clues and interpreting them. Puzzles were challenging but fair. The finish point was very cool! The owner was great, and explained how he started this business. We were ready to try another room immediately and want to return! 5 big stars!

My family and I have visited Escape Hour House several times, and have escaped all of their rooms. They have a good grasp on design and flow, and have some excellent "Whoa!" moments. They've always been friendly and accommodating, even when we just dropped by without reservations. Thumbs up from team Lock -n- Roll!

We came up one evening near Independence Day and completed one of their three rooms. We ended up coming back about two weeks later to do the other two rooms they offered. The owner is was an excellent host and you could tell how much he appreciates the craft of escape rooms. A good backstory, a convincing scene, and well thought out puzzles that make you say, “Damn it, why didn’t I realize this sooner!” We had a lot of fun and are itching for their next release.

Fantastic experience. We tried the Russian spy room. The puzzles were clever and relevant to the theme with little repetition. The owner has a great sense of humor and is very friendly. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. Highly recommended would definitely go again to try the other rooms.

Went here for my birthday. It's certainly a great time to have with the family. I certainly suggest this for anyone who likes puzzles. Really makes you think and it feels so rewarding afterwards when you get to the end. Of the different ones I've been to this one is top notch.

It was our first time. We were apprehensive. We were nervous. Some of us were just downright scared. At least half of us thought the experience would be an out and out flop. But wait! With help and patience we made it through Area 51!!!!!! It was so much fun! It boosted our self esteem. It was the highlight of our vacation! Would we visit another escape room? Heck no unless it was Escape Hour House!!!!!

What fun! I was up from Georgia visiting my brother. I had done an escape room back home which was awful but though I'd give it another shot. This one was fabulous! Lots of different types of locks, clues hidden everywhere, and for Area 51 there were two rooms to escape from. Although we started finding clues and solving puzzles pretty quickly at first, there were only two of us, so it was no surprise when we ran out of time. Pete, the host, was great though and told us what we missed and answered all of the questions we had. Definitely go see him and check out his rooms. We had such a great time!

First Escape Room I visited and it was very worth it! Three of us did the Russian Connection room and we had a great time... loads of clues, occasional help from the owner via walkie talkie, and great setup (I want the thing in the wardrobe/entertainment center!). The owner was engaging and helpful. Will definately go back to do the other rooms.

My family and I (wife and 4 kids) recently made a narrow escape out of the Hour House in Laconia! We were in town visiting and could miss the chance to try it out! We did the Area 51 room. We have been to 2 other escape houses before and this place blew them both away. Challenging yet fun...the kids were thoroughly entertained (even if they didn't contribute to our escape very much). Highly recommend for a fun activity to pass some time! Looking forward to a return trip to try future rooms owner told us he is developing!!!

We were in Laconia for the weekend and were killing time waiting on friends. My wife really wanted to do an escape room, and the Hour House had availability in our time slot. We were given the Area 51 room, which had a great (somewhat obvious) theme and spanned two actual rooms. There were a LOT of puzzles, many of which were ongoing simultaneously as we had a good idea of what we needed to progress...just not HOW to progress. Ultimately, we solved the room with a good 10 minutes to spare, and were told we had the fastest time in unlocking access to the second room (10 minutes) to date! Go us! Fantastic experience, and the owner was great to talk with afterwards.

My family and I just experienced the Russian Connection room. By far one of if not they best room I have done! The owner was awesome and created the room himself. I 100% recommend this room to anyone who has done escape rooms and new people who want a challenge! I bet the other rooms are just as amazing as the one I did.

I participated in the "Area 51" themed escape room as part of a team building exercise at work. We had a team of 10 people which is typically large number of people for an escape room. The Area 51 challenge was TWO separate rooms we had to escape from, which held our large numbers perfectly. The rules and clues were stated clearly. Our team had a fantastic experience and even signed up for another "training" in a few months. Overall I would definitely recommend this specific Escape house to anyone looking for some challenging fun or a team strengthening activity.

While we've been to a number of escape rooms, this was our first time at Escape Hour house. First impressions were great with the owner, Pete. The rooms that we did were very cleverly setup and we got to see some new to us puzzles and ways to solve the rooms! and as a parent, our 12 and 15 year old daughters also really enjoyed themselves, which is always a plus! we hope to be back and would recommend this place to anyone! -the Russell's

My wife and I played Swan Song. Loved it. I was a bit frustrated at first because I messed up a clue. After we got going, it flowed well. The room is well decorated and the puzzles are fun. Pete, the host, is very personable and accommodating. No one was there when we stopped by without an appointment, but when we called, Pete was there in 10 minutes.

We did both of their rooms today. The Area 51 was so good, we couldn't leave without doing the Russian Connection. Both rooms were amazing. We are escape room enthusiasts logging in over 100 rooms worldwide. The owner was an enthusiast himself and takes great pride in his craft and it shows. We cannot recommend a better way to spend an hour with family or friends. Don't miss out !!!!
