The hand sanitizer constantly being pumped into your hand from the Employees. They handled the job respectfully and swiftly.

Ten bucks per kid, adults get in free, you can stay all day (even leave and come back) and byo food or order pizza. It's perfect for the kids. My kids love going. Can't go wrong!

Took my grandbabies and was very not happy to see how easy it is for a child to walk outside or be taken. No security.like chucky cheese. Ordered a pizza was so dry tasteless and discusting. Found out comes from Sals. That says it all. Went to the sals in hoiksett the guy in the kitchen making pizza was not wearing gloves discusting we walked out

This place was a joke and a real disappointment. Only one employee seemed to truly care. The first private party room was fantastic however when we entered the second room it started getting chaotic. When it was time to go the the party room we were told to line up so we lined up 20 something people, waited, was told the party room with the food wasn’t ready, waited more, someone ran in to have the staff member play a game while we again waited. Finally after 15 or 20 minutes we came to the party room and had almost no time left in there at all. Almost was told we couldn’t have cake until my guests stepped in to help, had to do the Piñata in the public room, and almost didn’t have the opportunity to unwrap his presents. This was his 5th birthday and a salutation to graduating from pre k and entering kindergarten. Worse 342 I have ever spent and they still want to charge me for the food they said they “forgot”. My one star is for the employee who actually cared and stood up for me.

My kids would give this 5 stars, they LOVE it here and never want to leave so we do have the monthly membership. However the bounce houses literally smell. I like to play with my kids and while rolling across the bouncy all i smelled was sweat. Gross... the day time staff are tenative they give friendly reminders where to hit with the balls so no one gets hurt. Afternoon especially Fridays usually not too busy..

Great experience and energy outlet for the kids. We had my daughter's 4th birthday party there and the staff was great. Lots of inflatables to bounce on. Good for all ages. Even had an area for little ones. Fun, safe and clean.

We came Tuesday night 4/2/19 and we heard the 2 girls working the counter making fun of our clothes and mimicking us. Very unprofessional and had very bad attitudes. We shouldn't have to feel insulted while there. They looked and acted very young so hopefully they will grow up! But maybe have an adult present to be able to help with the customer service? Other than that, Emma had a blast in the play place and she loves it here

Decent place for kids but there’s either no padding or very little padding outside of the bounce houses. My daughter fell out and smashed her forehead on the cement floor. Krazy Kids in concord is the place to go. Much cleaner and better for kids.

The so called “Nursing/Family Area” is a joke! It’s a small room with nothing but a changing table, NO CHAIR, NO couch, NOT EVEN A DOOR on the entrance to the “nursing” area. A small disgusting bathroom and the only plug outlet was behind the sink. How is ANY one, let another a nursing/pumping mom suppose to use this area? I would LOVE to know how you expect someone to privately pump or feed their baby with no door on the room! It was school vacation week and there were only 5 tables set up in the main area! For a school vacation week? We had to sit in a room where we could barely see our children or the girl up front said we could use to tables by the entrance and although a nice gesture, how are you suppose to watch your kids when you’re in a secluded area? The ONLY positive thing was that the whole place was free range so the kids got to enjoy all the rooms which was appreciated. But not enough to be worth going back. As a place that is intended for children and families I suggest you update your PRIVATE nursing/pumping areas as well as include more tables to accommodate those with infants/strollers. Most of the tables were not even being used and were only holding peoples water bottles and jackets/shoes (when there is an area for that) Overall a bad experience and I probably would not go back, even for a birthday party for someone else.

Good price, can come and go throughout the day and not have to repay. Many areas for kids to play, and looks like they have nice areas for private parties. Seating available so you can bring in food, and they have some snacks for sale. Gets really busy and crazy on the weekends, with not a lot of separation for toddlers and older kids so can be a bit rough. There is one small area for 1-2 year olds. There's 1 changing table so I've had to wait in a line to change my baby, so plan ahead. Be sure to being socks as they are required- no shoes allowed in play area. Games available at an additional cost.

I was skeptical at first because we've never been here before. It turned out to be a great birthday party for my 2 kids. We've had parties like this where they just rush you right out, but I didn't feel rushed at all yesterday. The hosts did amazing setting everything up and breaking it down so I didn't have to. It was quite the stress free experience and my kids loved it.

We love this place. My son always has a great time. The girl that runs the front desk is always super friendly, she even remembers his name when we come in. I know it's such a small thing to care about but it does make you feel like you are valued as a customer.

It's nice they have changed a lot now so my boys were so excited. They have this new kinda ball pit where you can shoot foam balls at eachother. They have a few bounce houses. My kids only last 2 hours then they are board but it's fun. The price went up an extra $2 so it's $12 now instead of the $10.

Go to Krazy kids in pembroke it’s about 10 extra minutes down the rd and well worth it. This place is filthy, smells, I’m hoping I can post pictures because the amount of visible filth at 11am suggest this place never gets cleaned. I’m talking sludge you can feel and see on the bouncy houses and hair, dust and dirt about one inch thick in the cracks of the jungle gym area. The “shooting” ball guns that the kids love, half don’t work. So dissatisfied. Will not be back. Management has let this place go for sure.

I was there today with my children and I found poop on the floor bear bhe second bounce structure. There was one person working that I saw in the main area. I had to make sure that my kids weren't going to step in it. I left immediately. I have been to the Manchester one and they have staff walking around at all times making sure no one is horsing around and check everything. That did not happen here.

Love love love this place and so do my husband and children. Amazing prices, fun for the whole family, nice staff, clean, did I mention we love it?! Couldn't ask for a better place to have a family day. It's a little bit of a hike from us but worth every second. We could spend the whole day here. Kids will be kids though so watch out for the loud, crazy rambunctious families because they do show up now and then. This place also has rooms to host parties, a pizza place nearby that delivers and tons of refreshments for sale throughout the day at fair prices.

Once again a terrific place to bring the young ones. Lots of different bouncy houses to play on. They have added tables and chairs. Even some couches. Bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks. Free wifi. Minimal $$games. And they don't push the toys. $12/child adults free. Stay for 2 hours and its $6 an hour. Bathrooms are fine and staff is very friendly. I bri g my 5-7& two 10 year old grandsons. Tires them all out? SOO much better then video games!

My children love it here and for 10 dollars and yhe ability to bring your own food is not bad at all the kids get to play and let some energy out and adults also get involved and let of some steam I love bringing my kids because the love the play area they now have. Although most of the pressure ball gun things never work properly or at all but they don't care they more interested in running around jumping up and down and sliding down the slides. They also have birthday party options which is fun.

If you are considering a private birthday party at Cowabunga’s, think again. Since my very active now 2 year old loves to jump and run around, Cowabunga’s was perfect for his birthday celebration, or so I thought. As we expected over 20 people at our party, it was decided to go with the private package. Both private play rooms are very run down, there are two big slides in the first room and two bouncy houses in the other, a couple of couches and tables against the wall. If you have non-walking babies at your party like we did, there will be no place for them to play and crawl on. Their party flyer is a bit misleading. Our “dedicated party pros” (seriously? a bit of a stretch to call them that) did not play with the kids or even tried to get them excited to move to another play room and looked liked they needed to be cheered up themselves. We knew we only had 45 minutes in the party room to eat pizza, cake and unwrap gifts, so we decided not to order a bunch of extra food. After jumping for over an hour, we all go to the party room only to find three (whatever happen to the fourth pepperoni?) completely cold pizzas! (They order pizzas from Sals themselves to ensure its timely arrival) Our veggie platter did not come with a dip and looked nothing like the picture on the flyer. Don’t be fooled by their lower prices, just get your platters from Shaw’s next door, at least you’ll know exactly what you’re getting. At checkout we simply suggested that a party place serving hot items should have means to keep them warm. The girl at the register waves over the party manager passing by and tells her that our pizzas were cold. The manager comes over to the register, rolls her eyes at us and says “I took $3 off” (their mark up for ordering pizza from Sals) and walks away without even looking at us. Horrendous customer service! Cowabunga’s, how about investing in employee training?! I see how you roll, just take my money and roll your eyes at simple customer suggestion to improve business? Cowabunga’s private party is definitely not worth the price they charge for it!

My kids love it here. $10 per kid over 1 is great adults are free and we can go on the bounce houses too. My only complaint is that someone stole my son's sweater. I wouldn't have cared but it was the only thing he had in the car and had to walk outside in the freezing cold with just a long sleeve shirt.

Went for a birthday party of a friends children, and the place was amazing. The kids all had a blast and there were 2 private bounce rooms used, which was nice. Then we were brought to another room for cake and presents. Very enjoyable and hoping to bring my own kiddos there again soon!

My daughter loves going here... but ALL of the air powered ball cannons were NOT WORKING and the tube that carries the balls with air up to the shovel was UNDERPOWERED so the balls were just GETTING STUCK... Other than that it is a pretty good place to go

There is something for everyone in the family. There are two dedicated areas for crawlers and toddlers, plenty of things to do for older toddlers and up. The play tends to get hectic leading into rambunctious, but it's the right kind of place for that type of play. It does get loud when it's busy. Price is reasonable for what you get.

Great place for a birthday party! 2 different private rooms with bouncy houses, then the party room for cake and such. Kids who go to the party can stay in the general park afterwatds, too. Older kids will love the goam ball shooting arena and climbing space.

Took my 5 yr old grand daughter today to Manchester cowabungas. She had a blast. Love that you can come and go. Took her to see incredibles 2 right next door at chunkys and we ate lunch there. Then went back for 2 more hours of jumping fun. Only negative is the bathrooms got dirty very fast and should be cleaned more often.

I have frequented the Hooksett location since my daughter was 3 and my daughter has always had a good time. Today we went to the new location which was larger and had more attractions. I had my 15 month old with us and did not expect to have to pay the full price of 12! I was asked if she could walk and I said yes and they said well she is also 12. REALLY!? The girl said well there is a toddler area for 4 and under. I reluctantly paid and we went over to the toddler area, well there were multiple over 4 year olds in it and even with my 6 yr old going in, she did not want to go in, she doesn't even know how to jump yet! I felt like it was a total rippoff. She could only use 2 of the bounce things and the plastic Step 2 slide thing they had. We won't be going back. If they are going to charge a 15 month old baby it should at least be half the price!

Pretty great for a 1 1/2 year old! I had to go on most of the bounce houses with him, but since they are all really good sized that wasn’t an issue. Handful of the bounce houses had duct tape fixes for larger holes- one across from the infant area basically went to the floor when I stood on it-duct tape wasn’t even covering that one anymore- probably need a more professional fix or replace the thing. Rest of the place was clean and well maintained- and a lot of fun!

Love taking the kids here for a day of fun. They price is very reasonable. They only charge per kid and they can play all day. Unlike some other places that charge for the kid and the adult. Theres a bunch of dofferent jump houses so the kids dont get bored. Some have slides. Some have balls you collect and can also shoot from a gun. They even have a house for the smaller kids to play in if they cant quit do the other ones. My daughter is 21/2 and she can do almost everything by herself. She may need help once or twice on one ladder but other than that she runs and chases all the other kids. A def great time for kids and affordable on our wallets. It was 10 a kid for whole day. Now just went up to 12 dollars per kid for whole day and a new one opened in Manchester and u can go back and forth between the 2 for the one admission.

This place is fun for the kids, decorated well and reasonably priced. However, it is DIRTY. The floor of almost all of the inflatables are black and sticky. The tiki structure is the dustiest thing I have ever seen. They have stackable buckets that look like they have mold in them. It’s a shame really.

Fun place to bring the kids, the ball shooter pit in the back is like a warzone and it's a blast (if you don't mind being pelted by foam balls.) definitely a great place to have a birthday. It's a little bit run down but it's understandable with the amount of volume and crazy children running around. Definitely wear your shoes in the boys room.

We always have q great time here. Plenty of bou ce houses for the kids to play on. Wish the side rooms were accessible as they have many unique bounce houses but always closed for parties. Food prices are reasonable. Good times.

Excellent indoor playground and bounce house! Reasonably priced at 12 dollars a kid for all day with adults free, it was a steal for my husband, daughter, and I to make the trip down here. The tiki house was very entertaining and it was fun to have us all able to play together. We're about 90 minutes away and it was worth the trip!

Unfortunately I routinely see some of the bigger kids in the toddler only space. Also, the air guns in the ball pit rarely work. It's Disappointing that they don't get these fixed because it one of my son's favorites. I've never done a birthday party there, but it's on my short list.

Fun place for little kids to slip, slide and bounce around. The staff was decent and the amount of things for the kids to play on was good. Not well suited for adults or even teens, i guess it would be okay but it is mainly for smaller children. The place seemed pretty clean to me.

Fun. But...no wrist band/hand stamp check. Maybe get rid of the 3 entrance points. How do you know if people are leaving with their own kids? I watch mine but not everyone was. Bigger kids 9+ we're doing somersaults in the bouncy houses and almost kicked my 3yo son in face. I said let's go somewhere else these kids are kind of big and got glares from I'm assuming their parents. Maybe age restrictions or no somersaults. Ball shooting range was fun. But its too easy to lose sight of kids though and adults were in there also. I didn't like that you couldn't see everywhere. Half of the ball shooters had broken hoses so they didnt work. The ground level guns have no protection on them. Saw a little guy run into one. Cried for 2 minutes and no one came to help. I'm sure it hurt. THEY'RE METAL! Plus big kids once again...knocked over my sons and 3 other kids bucket of balls and gave my son a shove and dirty look. Good thing I wasn't up there! Would've yelled whose brat is this? Get off your phone and watch your punks. So many parents on the couches or just stranding around on their phones. And it's a germ factory. Hand sanitizer at every station would be nice.

Organized my Son's Birthday party here and it was fun , staff was very supportive and helpful. They took care of decorating the place and of everything else. Definitely recommended. For food, I'd say get it from Johnny's Pizza (2 mile distance) and you would have great party and best food.

Took my niece last week, very fun place I even had fun because I could join her. Fair price. Only thing I am displeased about is I have a very weak immune system due to having cancer as a child and I woke up very sick the next day. This place is very unsanitary. Bring your own hand sanitizer and do not touch your face. I should have known this place for kids would be a petri dish. I will go back but will be alot more aware of what I touch

We got invited to a birthday party my daughter had a great time it seems very safe I like how we moved from room to room as a group so nobody got lost and that we ate our pizza and cake in a different room pizza was okay cake was really good obviously from an outside vendor the staff was really young and really didn't seem to know what they were doing that much this is why I'm giving it 3 stars

My kids love coming here to run around and bounce, today the place was extremely filthy. The whole place needs to be spruced up, ripped seats, dirty bathrooms, if the floors were that dirty I wonder if they clean the bounce houses.

This is the first time I have been here. My husband has taken our daughter with his friends and their kids many times. I was pleased that only the children are charged to play. It was packed but fun! My only issue is anyone could walk out with anyone's child! That scares me to no end. We all walked out and no staff was watching. I wish they had it more like chucky cheese where you have to be checked before you leave. I saw many parents just staring at their phones while kids went crazy. It could happen in the blink of an eye where something could happen and end up leaving with someone they shouldn't.

Extremely disapointing. Today we had my grandson's birthday party there and I would like to know if the same people that did reviews went to the same place we did. The first room we were in was very cold and the kids were cold. The couches we're ripped. When we went to the second room, which I found to be extremely unsafe. The tables the kids sat at had no back support and not child friemdly. One kid in our party fell off the benches and hit her head on the bar, a second child who happen to be the birthday boy fell forward and hit his face, because the bench is to far away from the table for kids that age. So for the the $400.66 we paid, clearly not worth what we received. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Love Cowabunga's! There's always a couple of really big kids or rough housers in the group but the staff usually helps control it. We love going there! Can't wait for the new location to open!

Awesome during low volume hours, still fun at peak hours but VERY cramped with all the parents standing Around. Add some bench seating in the open play area and I'd have nothing bad to say.

Great place to take my two little boys when they are feeling bored. The membership deal is phenomenal- I got the 59 dollar one for my two boys and it's already paid for itself 3 times over. It features a playing structure in the back with a spiral slide and ball shooting area, a big standard bounce house, a big bounce slide structure, and a large inflatable playground. My kids typically spend an hour a day here.

I'm not quite sure what happened to this place but it keeps going more and more downhill. Every time we go there's less things to enjoy and the prices keep going up tell me how that makes any sense.
