As you can see it reaches an feddbacks average is very good, and it's based on a large number of opinions, so we can say that the assessment is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they are happy with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park belongs to the category of Amusement center.
Now in the game, better off at Dave and busters. Prizes stink and cost waay too much
Beautiful place for kids .
A nice arcade at it's time. Unfortunately it's since closed, however the food was pretty good and the games were nice, although expensive.
My 8 year old and 2 year old always have a great time. We were there just the other night and they added a few new games, including a laser beam game where you have to reach sensors on the other side without touching the lasers. They have easy to super hard levels & multiple people can play at once. That was really fun. The cost here is pretty low too. They have deals between $15 - $25 that include rides/tickets, drinks or you can just get points on a card to play games only or just pay for the rides. Either way it's super cheap. The food is low cost too and it's actually pretty good. We love the fries! Their pizza is very thin but they make it to order and its tasty. They actually have a large menu to choose from, even kids meals. The weekdays are the best time to go because theres no crowds what so ever and you even get a rake off the price. The weekends are absolutely insane. Overly crowded is an understatement. If you have much smaller children, 3 & under, you should try to go on weekdays/weeknights or else your poor little ones will be trampled and tossed around like rag dolls by all the sugar high unrulely kids. The staff, which consists of teens ages 16-19 are a hit or miss in the friendly department. Theres a few girls who are extremely sweet and help make your experience a good one but then theirs others that look at you like your bothering them just by asking to purchase food. The place is definitely older looking even though they have been updated it over the years here and there but it's not clean to say the least. The huge play area with slides have more layers of dust than the desert and theres a bunch of metal pieces exposed in there that used to be covered completely for obvious safety reasons but I've never seen any accidents over the 10 years I've gone. The rugs are older than God but that's part of its vintage charm. This place is waaaaaaaay better and bigger than Chucky Cheese any day. It's very large and has TONS of seating, mostly bench seating but some circular tables near the few bowling lanes they have. Their bowling lanes are very modern. They also have a prize booth where the kids can cash in their tickets if they played certain games but its really REALLY difficult to win enough tickets to obtain anything good. Their claw machines are great though, you win often and easily without spending a ton of your points. Also many people have birthday parties here for the kiddos, so weekends are even more crazy due to that. I wouldn't really say this is for anyone over the age of 12. My 2 year old loves their toddler/baby specific play ground area though. It really is nice. Overall I do recommend this place. Were going back next week for the 100th time probably lol
My kids love this place, food is ok
Good place to being kids and have some fun!! Plenty to keep the kids happy!
Not the Bonkers of my kids ages ago. Much nicer and cleaner.
My 1 and 3 year olds went to a birthday here and they loved it! Great for birthdays or just a fun family day. Sells great food and there was beers for adults. It's all indoors so it will definitely be a favorite during the cold winter months. The rides were nice and there were a variety of games and prizes. I definitely recommend it.
Great time for my toddler grandsons
Great staff and a fun place for the kids in the winter season! Plenty to keep and us parents entertained for hours!
Food is good, better games than C. C. But sad that it will be moving.
Not to crowded my children had a ball
They're about to tear this one down and build it up right next door. Took my niece here solo and she enjoyed it. She's 8. Got her the $30 package that comes with a slush, unlimited ride and I think $5 gift card.
I cant say how good it was but my kids loved it there so thats why i gave it 5 stars.
My 4yr old loves it here. I love the food and adult beverages. Good price for fun but the birthday prices are through the roof. I cannot wait for the added section to be finished.
My kids love it here it seems to be fairly clean for that type of place lots to do to keep the kids busy on a rainy day
The gsmes are a rip-off @ $1 - $2.50 a game. The ticket redemptions are even worse... imagine 5 tickets for a mini mini tootsie roll.
Lousy unruly too many parties at once. Over priced.
Fun place for children of all ages
Fun time for kids a little pricey do
This is one of my favorite places on earth. So much fun for kiddos and adults alike. They have a free toddler area that's fenced in so you won't lose your kid. The food is amazing for a kiddie place and they now serve beer and wine! Tons and tons of arcade games and the play space is huge! They have a set of slides that goes down two stories! I hear that they're doing construction on a more adult version for next door, maybe more alcohol and more challenging games? Pretty excited to see what comes of that.
Better than before!! Love it for my kids
Great place, lots of fun
Growing up this was my favorite place as a kid , now I get to enjoy it with my own! They added a family bowling area, moved the toddler and infant area. No more ball pit, or big merry-go-round (only a small one). Those old toys/prizes are no longer displayed on the ceiling. I remember because there was a bike I always wanted hanging up. lol the renovations and upgrades are coming along very nice. The kids have an amazing time and make the best memories. (Speaking from experience). Only con is the food could be better, and the place gets too full.
Great place for kids. First time there today, nothing bad to say. Pizza was yummy, the games worked well , fun spot. The maze was pretty cool my kid enjoyed his visit very much. :)
The kids had a great time
Bonkers is fun and they are building new building that’s even better and 2 floors
The kiddos love this place.
This place is amazing. The kids have so much fun that I only see them at the table to grab a quick drink and they are off again. There is a giant maze, a ride, and then tons of games. Pay $20 for bracelet for maze and $5 play card.
Staffing needs improvement. Everyone mopes around. I dont remember seeing not one employee smile or interacting with customers. We were there for a party and the girl helping with the cake and food couldnt have been more unhappy to be there working. The boy at the prize counter couldnt find any toy/candy my son wanted and actually told us we couldnt get certain things because he was unsure where to find them. Non existant customer service. 3 stars is generous.
Fun for kids as long as you have some money to spend.
Great place for kids. They should have better prizes and not charge so many tickets for what they do have.
Chaos! Great place for the kids to work out some energy. They have rides and games. Definitely go for the 30 dollar arm band that includes rides and $17 in games. This was perfect for my 8 year old but it will be one of the last times we go do to his age.
Excellent place for children and family members, a lot of different games and very nice people customer service. Will recommend to friends and family's member thank you.
Great place for kids. Semi clean. Very noisy. Some food options. Bring lots of money to play the arcade game. The massive jungle gym in the middle is free. Plenty of seating. Free WiFi.
Hated it. The games didn't even give any tickets!! Such a ripoff!!! Everything is way to expensive. The maze is dirty. Liked it better before the new ownership. One of the employees was giving my dad a look just because my dad brought quarters!!! Teach you employees some respect!!!! And if they don't learn, teach them again until they learn!! If they have something to say they can say it to my face!!!
Recent renovated with new games. Very clean place, the food is ok, the pizza is good. Plenty parking, stress free and the kids always have fun. The is staff is very friendly. Safety is a top priority and you can clearly see it in them. I highly suggest this place for birthday parties and a day out with the kids.
Cool place to bring the kids. The best deal is definitely the wristbands for the maze and rides. The 5 buck game card goes fast at a dollar per game so plan on 30-50 per kid. Kept all the kids busy for almost 4 hours and were wiped out afterwards.
Great place but bit pricey
Alot of fun for my kids and me also
Haven't been there scince a child. I brought my son there. Brings back memories.perfect place for party's and just to go for fun. Clan place price is right.
Good place to get away from your kids for a few hours!
PACKED! but the kids enjoyed it and it's not too expensive.
Great place. The big maze is worth the bracelet package for $20. Toddler section is mini maze which is super cute
So much fun! My kids had a blast. No tokens everything is in a card and all the tickets you win go directly on the card as well just be careful your money goes really quickly LOL
While children seem to enjoy it for what it offers, parents will find it not only overpriced but sorely lacking. The food items offered are much too expensive for their actual quality and many items taste like poorly produced frozen products. Certainly not worth the expense incurred.
Been coming her since a child and now I bring my two children. Came here on a weekday when they hust openee and we had the entire place to ouraelves till about noon when we left and only another family came in. Love Bonkers!
I went here when I was little and the food was sooooooooo good now when I went there like 2 or 1 month ago the food wasn't really good when I was little. But the games are fun and the have good prizes.
Pretty good, but needs more food varieties.
Nice place to let the kids run around and have fun easy low key family outing
Great place.. my kids love it
I Love This Place. Its A Very Fun And Enjoyable Place To Bring Your Kids. My Daughter & Niece's Had A Blast Here..
Awesome place for the kids, a variety of activities for the children. Food is pretty decent also
Awesome place to bring kids. But is on the expensive side
Great affordable place for kids entertainment
It was better when there was the zip line
First time going there. Had a blast. It was so much fun!
We had my son's 5th birthday party there. He had an amazing time. He was so happy when he left. Our party host Daphne was awesome!! She was so helpful and showed us great customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better host!! Thank you Daphne!!
Had a great time with my 2 year old twins
It was good for 5 years and above... good for parties. Not a good spot for 1 to 4 years kids
Better than Chucky Cheese. A lot cleaner.
Great indoor amusement park. Nice setup for Dads to let the kids run around and watch a game. Very nice people working here but I wish they had more of them. Dining area could use more regular clean ups.
Great way to get kids active on a rainy day
It gets extremely hot in here and the kids want to leave right after paying 30 dollars for each of them. They come to expensive food costs. I also get out of work at 7 meaning I barely have time to let them enjoy. I wish the hours were until 10 just so they can enjoy those last few minutes. Wouldn't give it a one bc they had their days.
This may sound weird, but we love their food! Seriously, it is not microwaved meals. They are flavorful and budget-friendly! This was more of our highlight than the activities. We had a great experience that was typical of these kids arcade - like places. However, several machines didn't work that cost us $2 each. If you want to do the maze...you can't. UNLESS you pay $20 first .... then buy the tickets. Our kids were bummed when we already spent our budget on token cards to learn they couldn't go in the maze. While it seemed rather tidy, I'd like to see a posted sign of what they do to clean everything daily (I hope they clean daily).
Good pizza, great workers, and your kids will have a great time.
Really good place for kids. Staff are great!
The best family fun with fair prices and great food.
This place is so much fun, kids all had a blast
Great place, amazing helpers, I had fun
People working there kid friendly clean
Not bad still low population. High price on games but jungle gym makes it worth while. Foods ok also a little pricey for the average quality.
It's a great place for children to have some fun. Although if you go with a program there's only limited credits on the card they provide for you to play games. Other than thats its an excellent arcade with lots of foods and sweets
Great place for young ones. Durning the day with a 2 year old is nice with not many around. Very clean.
So much fun the kids love it
The place was okay. We got a deal on Groupon $13 for 2 wrist bands for the rides and the maze plus 2 $5 game cards for our kids so essentially we paid $3 for the whole thing. Problem is that the games are super expensive! Plus it was a 30 minute drive. If you live close to Funworld in Nashua NH it's a much better bang for your buck. After leaving bonkers I asked my kids if they like Funworld or bonkers better, they also never went on the rides or maze at Funworld, and they both agreed Funworld was better. Honestly not somewhere I would go again.
Yesss
I enjoy coming here with my son. Usually no problem getting credit back if games are a acting up. Nice maze inside for the kids
Food is good, maze is fun. Games are more expensive than they used to be
good place for kids to spent some time
Fun place for kids. Lots to do. Party staff were very attentitive.
Had a party and our party host(sorry forgot her name) was great. The best host I have had for a party.(this is when it was bonkers and to change since changed)
Great place for kids. The rides and maze are included with the bracelet but the arcade games require an extra card and can go on bonus points. Some time you can get deals on Groupon.
Good for the kids, can't wait till the new bonkers
Great place to take the kiddos weather rain or shine. There is so much for them to do and it’s even great if you have toddlers to teens. There are expanding the building so I can only imagine all the amazing new things they will offer once finished.
Lots of fun for the kids lots of games big slides food drinks everything you need in one place definitely a good place for kids to go you have
Was very clean and very well run kids had a great time
We visit for the first time and i like it, my daughters enjoy a lot...
It's exciting for the kids..... What i like the most.... Is that the toddlers.... Have their own free reaighn... But fenced in,,@"S W/A PARENT.... N AWAY FROM THE BIGGER KIDS.... MAKES ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER...
Great place! My daughter and her friends had so much fun.. I love the girl (young and short) she was very helpful with my birthday party. I don't know her name but she helped me on Sunday, august 13th.
Overall good place. The arcade games are kind of on the more expensive side, so maybe they should add in a 1/2 price games day or start a VIP program. Also some more games like Crossy Roads, Space Invaders and Quick Drop would be cool :)
Good food and good time for kids
I love this place, it’s pricey but kids love and and adults as well.
The place is definitely better looking and decent food since the new ownership taken place. It is incredibly over priced. I understand why considering they are completely dead during the week, but if you want to compete you better lower your game prices! Think of it this way management: if the people come they will come, but if I have to spend $90 for my kids to get brackets and play games litterally for 1 hour then the credits are gone then we have a problem because they got 7 tickets out of the whole $90! Your prices should cost 5 tickets each at that rate! I could not even get them a pencil! Between 5 small kids all under 9 and myself and my friend we spent $260 between food and amusement. And the kids ran out of game plays in under one hour. I'm there spending money then give me a value that I will return for! This is why I go to Dave and Buster's my kids leave with arms full of toys after spending just $140!!!
We love the place. It's fun for the kids and the adults.
Great place to go on bad weather days. Kept the kids entertained
Good mix of games and activities for kids. The maze in the middle can get busy at times but it offers a good distraction from the video games.
Awesome place for the kids I would like to see an update on the food menu
Expensive, overcrowded all the time, dirty. Staff ignores requests and acts as if our presence is an inconvience. I will not be bacK.
My little girl had a blast! Clean place, lots for the kiddos to do.
Just an overpriced Chuck E... It is a ok place, but way too expensive for what it is. For 40 bucks my two kids were able to play bowling once, a couple times table hockey and after that, that was it. About an hour worth of "fun". I don't know if I was doing better before, or it just got more expensive, but is not doable for me anymore.
Friendly staff, but over-priced food and gaming; overall a good indoor option for the cold months; love the (free!) play structure
I've been coming here since my now 21yr old was small. Having her bday parties compared to now with 4yr old bday parties. Huge difference not positively. Its overcrowded too many old children taking over smaller children fun. Staff needs to be more attentive to the care and operations. Can't wait to see the new facility. Smh
Overcrowded and very hectic. No safety sure in place for kids coming and going. UPDATE.. Took the advice of a response from bonkers and reached out the general manager Randy. Had a phone call with him and we discussed my concern of the safety measures. He explained that having a system in place is something they struggle with. When they tried to implement a system it created more complaints than praise and it was impacting people's visits. This is due to the volume of visitors that come. All I can say is this is a standard of customer service that is unheard of to me anyway. When the general manager takes time to have a call with you about a concern at his establishment,. It goes a long way. Thanks for the call Randy.
It was a good experience it was a fun time the bowling the games and the kid maze with slides were fun
Fun. Fun. Fun. Great Staff Good Food.
I love Bonkers, great place for kids. So much to do. Love the maze. My grand kids love Bonkers.
We had a great time there. Thank you Alen B for the 5 star customer service. You are very nice, helpful, and polite.
The food was good & the staff was friendly. Other than that it was okay. It kept the kids engaged. However, it had a lot more of the claw machines to play than games. Also, if you have a prize you like but just short on tickets. You're out of luck since they can't convert ticket price to money price.
It was really fun and awesome. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The maze and everything is really sturdy, clean and well maintained. Even being a heavy guy, I still felt safe taking my daughter up to the slides at the top. My two and a half year old loved it here, she especially loved the games that gave prizes in eggs as a reward. We won 1,000 tickets basically on pure luck I caught the King Lobster on the fishing game and we were able to get my daughter a Pokemon ball toy she really likes. It is a little on the pricey side, but considering you can spend the day there, $20 for the unlimited maze and ride pass isn't bad. The games could be a little less expensive to play, but my daughter was satsfied after about $10 worth. Mostly she loved the slides. Didn't get to try the food this time but it looked pretty good. I would definitely go back and recommend you check it out with your kids.
Very fun but crowded
The manager Mr. Gilbert made my grandsons Birthday the best I've been going to Bonkers since 1997. Love this place
Absolutely amazing time.
Family fun, affordable- the rates are amazing the pass is totally worth it! Definitely a good family vibe!! :) I'm a adult that climbs through the tubes with the brats!
Me and my fiancé came here for a date night. As everyone knows the teams are selected as random. Me and my fiancé turned out to be on separate teams., which was totally fine to start off. After 6 minutes of playing laser tag and walking out I found out that my fiancé was crying by the door. Turns out a 16 year old (working there) banned my fiancé from jokingly calling me an “asshole” as we were picking teams. I’m not sure if I’m more up set that my fiancé’s night got ruined or the fact that a 16 year old ruined my night out with my friends
Good place for kids to play. They have a small bowling alley which is one of my favorite spots there. My daughter liked the maze. They also have snacks there pizza, icecream, chicken fingers, burgers, french fries
I don’t know why someone posted that Bonkers is closed. We’ve has a few Birthday Parties here! The kids had a great time! The food was good we brought our own cake.My family and friends had an awesome time!My kids always want their Birthday Party at Bonkers!!
Children love it! Salads are ok and if you are not picky the pizza is ok also. Better to go early after 12 it is hard to find a spot to seat.
I like it kids had fun what I dislike was how parents didn't watch their kids some small kids.Like 3 goods ones at the age of 3 but the staff took care of it ...but other then that kids will have fun
Love it. Worker Angelina is amazing. Going to miss this place when it closes
Great fun for the kids! Sports tv and bar for adults. Decent food
Have a great time with the kids
Tons to do for kids of all ages, and I had fun too!
We found a good time to go and that was a rainy day after school. The kids had a blast and that's all that really matters. Staff was helpful and the Groupon worked.
Kids had a great time and the staff was friendly. We did not order food here so I cannot offer a full 5 star rating. Maybe next time....
Great place and great staff. A really good place to spend few hours indoor with the kids
Wild and crazy. Just what you'd expect from a place full of energetic kids.
Great place, but bathrooms need to be updated Asap.
Yasmin is the best. She is helpful and very nice. Love her
Grab machines are big rip off lots of money with no prizes
Just make sure of the costs for the different areas so your child won't be disappointed
My wife brought our son into the bathroom, at this time my wife felt unsure if she should allow them to use this unsanitary, disgusting, rest room that is meant to be an established business that should be sanitary for children especially and adults, unhappy about the cleanliness of this business, the rides and games provided were good.
This place is way nicer, cleaner, and roomier than Chuck E Cheese. Food is significantly better, too. However, I found the staff to be a little more friendly and helpful at Chuck's
The food is good, it is very clean, and it has an extremely large play area for kids along with a lot of games. The staff is awesome and friendly. The credits are kind of expensive, but well worth it for the experience.
Fun place for kids but very old and dirty
I thought they were doing it over its the same dirty place as before. And there claw machines are all rip offs. They literally release the toy as soon as it gets to the top
Great place for the kiddies ....
I will never return to this place. The mangers suck spent over 300 dollars if I remember correctly and the employees suck you have one employee who I saw grab one of the female workers and scared them. This could be seen as sexually harassment. The mangers need to be replaced. Hell a monkey could do their jobs better. The only who was able to step up was a guy who had a black shirt with black hair and glasses, I think his name wasTom. He is the only one that did what he could to make sure me and my family were satisfied.
Large space with lots of games and attractions for kids but it smells musty (even like urine or even dirty diapers) is overwhelming and gave me a headache.smell was bad enough that the kids asked to leave after 30min. It was definitely not well ventilated or cool enough.
Fun, but they need to expand and do some remodeling
Really fun place to bring little ones. Great arcade, maze and bowling. Rides are ok too. Bowling not too popular but still fun. Arcade is really nice and maze is amazing size. Lots of kids running though. Staff are helpful. Will likely plan a birthday party here. Great prizes too!
A little bit hot in there.
It was ok. They say they're moving their location to the Square One Mall. They mentioned that they will be closing this location on the 24th of Feb.
My daughter love it
An accommodating place for children to play have fun and enjoy their friends during their birthday party.
It's a pretty wild place and sometimes anxiety provoking especially if you have multiple little ones running all over the place and one you. However, despite how I feel while being there it is also a very enjoyable place. There's two rides and one gigantic playground maze. Then the rest of the space is pretty much an arcade. The staff has always been wonderful and friendly. The food is pretty good and I appreciate that because the kds are so busy hanging in the playground maze, I can actualy sit down on one of the booths and regroup. We like to go during the weekdays, because it is generally not as busy.
Fun day for the kids. Some games were down, not a lot of other kids to play with But fun
My first time there. I wasn't impressed and was a charged for an extra bracelet for an INFANT that i did not get my money back from after explaining the situation. there was no manager around to resolve this situation. The pizza was burnt. I'm disappointed for a kid friendly "amusement park" the employees didnt seem to be kid friendly and there were older kids stomping all over my 3 yr old in the maze. Unfortunately i will not return to this place of business.
I love it there, it has alot of fun things for the Kids to do like rides similar to carnival rides and of course, a maze and slides etc. These places are packed Friday night to Sunday evening. The best time to go are weekdays and daytime school vacations. Right now it looks like there is some major construction going on which is making the parking lot very crowded and some of the vehicles are parking in spaces that aren't spaces. So plan early and be careful with little ones running out. Overall, besides the new construction it's great. Prices are a little heavy though but we only go 2x a year anyways.
Great for the kids and family... Good place to celebrate birthdays or just have fun...
Nice time for kiddos, look deals on Groupon
Great place for the whole family. Everything looked clean and in good condition, which is something very important to me, especially as a Mother of a 1 year old! I love that they have a separate gated area for babies/little ones too. There's something for everyone here!
Overpriced, game value does not match the cost. The kids had fun, however, they became frustrated when after playing just a few games, were out of credits. Some games were $2+, and not clearly indicated. Kids were upset credits were gone so quickly. We were upset how much we paid for so little. Much more fun at Dave and Buster's, or Chuck E. Cheese's, but we wanted to try before deciding.
Kids loved it didn't ask to play arcade games just loved the rides and tubes
My daughter loves this place. The staff are a really good bunch of kids!
Had a party there today and exactly at the end of our hour after we cut the cake they kicked us out!!! Literally the kids had just got their slices. It was a slow day and there were 10 open group tables available. We spoke to the manager and no pull. We paid, tipped and moved out to the open tables. With balloons, party favors and kids jackets in hand it was quiet the task. Then the party coordinator rudely returned our tip!!! Bathrooms were disgusting and I am sure they do not wipe anything down. Never again will I waste my money here. If you care anything about the experience and cleanliness don't come here!
Fun place for kids!
Great place to bring the kids and let them loose.
