This is a very fun place. I haven't had a work out like this in a while. After a few attempts, I got used to jumping and it was really fun. I brought my son and his friend. Me being older, you have to watch out for a lot of younger kids. Which makes sense. There's music to.

Payyed for 2 hours and only used 30 minutes of the time because there was not that Manny things to do recommend not going here out 50 dollers and asked for refund of time not used and was told there could give a gift card definitely not coming back here.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND When you go to the bathrooms or on the trampolines there are kids vaping everywhere and nothing is done about it. STAFF ARE VERY CARELESS!

It was extremely fun, up until the point where I sprained my ankle. I had to be taken out on a stretcher and everything. The staff was completely helpful, but I would be very careful. Escpecially with smaller children. The hospital told me they get injuries coming in from that place ALL the time. So beware!

We had a 6 year olds birthday party 15 kids and 15 adults. We found that this was a great place for a party. As soon as we walked in the people were very acomadating. We got a host for the party and I didn't even know they did that. His name is Aaron and he went out of his way to help us with this big party. It made all the difference in the world trying to manage all the kids. Thank you Aaron you went over and above the call of duty. This was our first time there and we will be back. Our friends that came with us plan on booking party's there too. Thanks

Good fun for everyone. (That just came out) ... Trampolines are great, and dodgeball makes them better. They give you socks, so it's nice and clean, the arcade is small but the games are in great working condition (just don't try the claw machines), with the reloadable gamecards keeping things easy and fair...They even store your tickets on them. Free lockers, clean bathrooms and friendly staff are great bonuses. So, mix all that with a fairly inexpensive ticket, and you get a must visit attraction. I highly recommend it... P.S.- this place will tire even the most energetic child.

Avoid purchasing a membership. This company has given me a run around when trying to cancel my sons membership. First I was told they were too busy to help me on a Friday night. Then I was told a manager wasn't available to help and if they cancelled that night (mud cycle) there would Be no refund for partial month and cancellation is immediate. Was told I had until the 15th to cancel before next bill. Called on 14th but no one answered and left a message. No returned call and found that my account was debited 3 days later on the 17th. Now after calling again I'm told I need to cancel by the 10th in person or by writing. Can't be done over the phone. This company is a scam!

My 10 year old son went there on a night called "teen night" and they asked me for his age Said he was born in 2005 and they let him in. After he got in he waiting in line for 20 minutes then as soon as he got in he didnt touch the ball because the there was only 10 balls for 25 or so kids and he got out in 3.5 seconds them that happend again 3 times after that he weny to the basketball hoops and there was only 4 balls and kids wouldnt take turns.also the trampoline part on the right was packed.SO DONT GOOOOI

Cashier did not explain the membership properly. She also charged us for an hour, when three hours is what we askedfor. When we noticed we paid for an hour, and not three, we went back to cashier. The cashier -- with the manager's help -- explained the membership to us and it was a clear money saver. We wanted to buy the membership, but the manager informed us that we made the decision already and they do not have a refund policy. The facility was never used, as we never left the line. We were forced to pay $30 for the hour, for our two kids, and then purchase the membership. Two errors were made by the cashier -- she did not proper explain the membership fee, and she charged for an hour, instead of 3 hours. Due to poor training and a lack of a refund process, it cost my family $30. This post will also be submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Please ensure that you understand their prices, if not, you will get robbed by this business.

Showed up at little before 630 for jump time with our 6 yr old. We were told she would only be able to jump for a half hour because of teen night...which was fine no big deal.... but the whole place was FILTHY crushed food everywhere the female bathroom hand dryer was filled with some kind of slime toilet paper everywhere. All staff were very preoccupied with their phones and not helpful and kind of rude and definitely werent cleaning up any of the nasty trash or food that were where. There is not much to do at this place and on the ninja courses most of the stuff was out of order or unusable....we definitely will not be back to this place again. It is definitely not worth the money.

** edit 2/16/19: the arcade games and toddler room have been replaced with a fantastic ninja warrior course for all ages, and they’ve added a Saturday morning toddler time. Hooray! My only and continual beef with this wonderful facility is my need for more toddler time. It’s tricky to bring siblings that are of differing heights. The toddler room is fine and a great effort to accommodate the younger kids. They should also have adult or 21+ nights or parent only section of trampolines because what if I DO feel like jumping near my three year old? Fun! Check their website often because once your kid is over 42”, the season pass deals are pretty good!

Workers smoke weed in bathrooms with kids under the age of 18. Under age dealing of vapes. Workers do not care about kids they swear at young kids and don’t set good examples. Workers are all young kids as well. HIGHLY would not recommend going here not a kid friendly place.

The owner was a very nice guy even though I was having a bad day. My daughter was at a birthday party, so I decided to get two tickets for my 3 yr old and I. When we got out on the trampolines Parker got scared and wouldn't jump. I even picked him up and held him and we jumped together. He really wasn't giving in. The place looks great. Everybody looks happy and are having a good time... There's even a few nice leather couches, bleachers and tables for parents and on lookers. In the back there's a toddler room. Which is great for smaller children. Just wanted to 'Shout Out' to the Owner. Your great. Thank you.

The place is a blast but they let too many people in and don't enforce the rules they post. A larger older kid jumped on my son's leg and broke it just below the knee. It was awful and a lesson learned the hard way. At the hospital the ER staff said they practically get a kid a day from Blitz... beware.

Absolutely unorganized needs better workers an more space lil kids running, asked for a refund and they refused. It's was a wasted of money. $60 for 3 people jumping for an hour. We didn't even stay the full hour there more room in a dunks ice coffee then that place. Will never waste my money there again and would advise others to do the same.

This is the best trampoline park ever! I had a lot of fun as well as my kids. I am not at all easily amazed, but blitz air park stunned me. I would recomend this place to anyone and I would definately go back in a heart beat . I am very picky, as well as my kids, but this park knocked our socks off. Safety is no joke though. Wear the trampoline socks provided. Staff was very kind and no germs where found when the employees scoped the place. Best trampline park ever!
