They didn't warn us about closing time as we checked in, we were gipped an hour and got an attitude when asked for a future discount. Was also told that they weren't allowed to give out contact information for the "owner/manager" so i could I discuss this. Will not be having a birthday party there anytime EVER .

My kid is 3 for 3 when it comes to getting sick after a visit. I even kept him away from the ball pit.

Not impressed. Looks like an old wearhouse with inflatables dropped in. Three pieces of broken equipment, no trains for the train table, doll houses falling apart. Staff does not walk around and tidy up so if you're there at the end of the day the place is trashed. Save your $

Not as impressed as I was before. Normally I like to bring my kids during the week but we went today and it was a disaster. It wouldn't be as bad if the staff would take a lap once in a while and monitor the play areas. The toddler area has a sign that says it's for kids 4 and under but there were kids that looked about 10 in the ball pit and bouncy bounce the entire time, or kids were throwing huge blocks around so we had to stay away. It's sad that a lot of parents just sit around on their phones while their kids entertain themselves, but that just means other kids have to suffer because no one at all is telling them to stop acting like animals. There really should be an age limit and some more monitoring.

The best indoor playground I've been to and we've been to A LOT. There is a 2 hour limit however I've never seen it enforced. They have multiple blow up slides/ castles as well as a baby area and ball pit. The best is the big 4 story cage with a huge slide and cannons to shoot balls. My son loves this place.

Horrible. There were older kids in the toddler section throwing balls and pushing them out of the bounce houses. Parents were unattentive to the kids doing it and although staff took one kid out, kids kept coming back in and nothing was done. We Will not be going back.

Fun and great until our 3rd visit. My 1 yr old got roseola (sixth disease) and gave it to me and i was pregnant at that time. It was a horrible 2 weeks for us. After that...i wont go back even though my toddler loves bb kids.

Took my 2 year old daughter here and she enjoyed it very much. Lots of bouncy-house type play areas. It was nice that they have an area segregated specifically for younger children. My only gripe was that some of the toys were a little beat up and in need of replacement. Overall though, it was a positive experience and we will most likely return.

BB kids club is a family friendly indoor playground, with bounce houses. Crawling tubes for kids it is extremely fun for kids and even adults enjoy

My kids really enjoy this place. It was a lot bigger than I imagined wit a wide selection of activities from bounce houses to lego building stations, and air hockey to ball pits. There is a tall structure where children can climb and slide and there is an area for younger children to play. No shoes allowed, and very clean. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is because there are some very sexist decals on the walls of the toddler area. This was very off-putting. "Boy: a noise with dirt on it", "Girl: a giggle wrapped in sunshine" and "Happy girls are the prettiest". This is truly disturbing and I hope BB Kidz Klub will reconsider their choice of decorations to something less stereotypical.

Clean facility. The baby changing area was really nice and handy. The birthday format is a little abrupt. One hour playtime followed by pizza and cake in the cramped party room. It is fun for all aged kids, I think. Staff was very friendly. Bring socks!

Nice for letting the little ones around but this place needs work. They had a few very u safe spots that easily a child could of got electrocuted and or hurt from exposed wires/ broken stuff. They also need to figure out a better birthday party setup. It was a hot mess. The party before us was still coming into our private play time 20 minutes after they were reserved. They gave us more time to play after some convincing but it’s way overpriced to only play for an hour.

The smaller babies should be half priced at 6 dollars. They are not able to do as much. The cost is 13. To get in for all ages. A small place for the price. More climbing activities would be safer than bouncing houses.

Great place to let the kiddos run around. It was very clean and I like how they don't allow shoes. The toddler area had good options for younger babies. The large climbing structure with the slides was a blast. We'll definitely be back.

This place is okay if you want to bring your child to play in the winter looks worn down. The mermaid table is broken, the basket ball score does not even work. There are ants infested in the sitting room where you eat and host parties, their prices are very high for only and hour play and 40/30 mins in a party room. Seems very unprofessional. You aren’t allowed to know even know the owners name. Very weird place. I will not be bringing my twins here to play anymore after a few stops in.

We came here for my daughters 5th Birthday. She loved it! More than enough room for all of us and our invites. The place is huge and has plenty of activities. There are private rooms for food and you can order out. It was easy to find parking as well. The staff was very friendly as well. Thank u BB

Had a fabulous time with the grandkids. (20 month and 4 1/2 year old) . There were a few children that were much bigger and a little annoying but there were other bigger kids that were helpful.

I've been bringing my two kids here for years. My oldest has has had two of his birthday parties here, and we still go around twice month. It's usually clean, well stocked with toys, and the staff are attentive. We love that they allow adults to play with their kids on the equipment...a rarity in these kinds of places. Have recommended BB Kidz to many friends and will continue to do so.

Fun. However it is now $13 per child AND charge for 10 months and up, and ONLY give you two hours. The staff was rude when I tried to talk to them. The "manager"of all 3 locations said it's always been this way...which is bunk because I was never asked or told to leave after 2 hours in westford. Also, big kids run rampant in baby area making it unsafe and annoying. Never again.

This is a great place. Clean and lots for the kids to do. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because there was no safeguards in place in terms of check/ in and out with the kids to make sure kids were exiting with the correct families.
