It's a great place for a kids bday party. We used the swimming pool at this party and it was great. It has a lifeguard on duty and the water was clean. Also had a basketball court with the rims lowered and a playground. The kids love running around inside. This place is big enough for kids to have fun and run around but small enough to be able to keep an eye on them. Two downsides... The arcade section had multiple games out of order or not spitting out tickets. The other downside is that you cannot bring your own food and the pizza here is terrible. Other than that it's great. Employees were all very good and helpful.

My son has enjoyed his time here since he was 2/3 years old, he's now 9 and still has fun. My 1 year old also has a great time exploring and playing in the sand area. Admission prices are decent, never eaten here, it's always clean but a few toys need replacing. The little house in the toddler area could use a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up. Very small arcade area in the back. The new toddler size slide near the giant maze is a great addition. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff.

The separate rooms for parties are very small. Some of the games were broken. For such a large space which caters to families, the bathroom situation is awful. There is one single bathroom for women, and one single bathroom for men. So, you have upwards of 100 people in the building and there are only 2 toilets. That makes no sense.

We had a really nice time. It isn't very big and I can't imagine it on a busy day. It had a good amount of toys and zones for my 21 month old daughter and my 11 year old had a blast. Affordable and close to home. Its an option for a cold New England Day

Can be dingy/broken down at times and I wish there weren’t game machines but we love the climb structure and the train table.

Love this place as a playground, but avoid at all costs for organized birthday parties. We go often to play in bad weather and the cold, have been for over a year. We went for a birthday party a few weekends ago and I’m questioning ever going again. The party layout is awkward, especially for young kids. You play first, and only for an hour. With a group of 4-5 year olds, we spend more time trying to convince them to stop playing and come to the party room. The pizza is rubbery, and no one ate much, and then the arcade tokens sat largely unused because the kids just wanted to go play again (do not attempt to let your kids do that, we were screamed at by a young guy barely over 21). They also book parties so close together that between trying to force unhappy kids to stop playing, then food and cake, we had another party staring at us through the window waiting for their turn. 45 or minutes was really about 20 when everything was said and done. It is clear that their parties are only booked by whoever happens to answer the phone that day. I suggest they invest the money into hiring an actual party planner to revamp and book their events if they want to continue with parties. So disappointing because my family loves this place so much and my son wanted his party there as well. After the train wreck we attended it’s going to have to be a hard no however.

Great place, clean, lots of fun things to do. Great for kids up to 8 or 10. Great for babies and toddlers also..we had a blast...downfall is the food..not that great.

This is a fun place. They have giant sandbox room. Coin games are junky and you can't win much. The maze my daughter loved. We had a birthday party here which is set up really cute. I wouldn't drive 35 minutes to visit on our own but it was fun and cute if you live close by to visit.

The Action Playcenter is perfect. I honestly love this place. They have a large jungle gym with slides, a basketball area with 2 hoops, games that give to tickets to win prizes like chuck e cheese, a huge sandbox area, a bouncy house, toy trains + tracks..they have it all. They serve food, drinks and ice cream with a seating area. The staff has always been so nice and friendly. This place is kept clean with multiple hand sanitizer stations.

Great price, clean, amazing sand room. Went with my almost 2 year old and we loved it. Not a lot for babies, but toddlers and up will have a blast! Only negatives: not a large space, if crowded I could see it not being very fun. We went right when it opened on Sunday and it was great.

My granddaughter goes there 3 days a week after school and she loves it. It's difficult to get her out of there some days. Prices on the food is expensive so better eat before you get there.

Nice place to take kids and toddlers out of the house in winter. The positive: many toys , clean place, separate areas for toddlers and bigger kids. Negative: the food (they only have hot dogs, pizza and fries) and it is only kids food. There's nothing to eat for parents or a picky eater toddler. Also, if you are a latino, be ready to have many white people staring at you. That is uncomfortable. Don't forget to wear socks and kids under 2 do pay!

We accidentally found this place while visiting friends nearby. It is so incredibly hard to find good indoor play for toddlers! This place has great items for our almost 2 year old!! Fun for probably up to about 8. Don't come here for the arcade but the rest is awesome!

Great place to bring the kids on a rainy day or during the winter. Cost is low, only $7 for a child, parents and children 2 and under are free. They offer an arcade and places for really young children to play.

Amazing! Plan to eat before you go, not inside the play area, check out their food stand with hodgies ice cream instead or wait till after. Otherwise spectacular.
