Nice place but ridiculously pricey for kids! Clean environment, kids had fun but you'll go broke if you have a few kids and want more than an hour. Personal opinion, find a friend with a back yard trampoline and they'll enjoy it just as much for free.

Great trampoline park, brand new equipment, young, but helpful staff. Only drawback is they don't have food there and no outside food is allowed. they do have ice cream and soda vending machines.

Love this park and all of its employees. Very friendly and engaging! I've taken my nephew twice on slow Monday evenings. The staff does an awesome job interacting and keeping him entertained while the park is so quiet. His favorite trampoline park!

Beware of this place! We bought a summer pass and all they give you is a flimsy piece of paper for your $100. If you happen to lose that flimsy piece of paper, you are out $100 dollars. They don't keep any record that you're a pass holder, so you are screwed. We liked this place but they have lost our business because they can't keep proper records. I recommend Launch trampoline at exit 7, instead. They also have summer passes, but they give you a hard card to put in your wallet instead of a flimsy piece of paper that gets wet, torn and lost, and if you do happen to lose that card, Launch can look up your name to verify that you bought their pass. MUCH better customer service at Launch. Very disappointed at losing our $100 at Altitude and getting absolutely nothing for that money.

My kids really enjoy this place, lots of jumping going on in a clean, controlled environment. I can't get over the fact myself of all the dead space where they could put in video game,ls, claw machines, food areas,... All the lost revenue is all I see? And why am I thinking about and seeing this but the ownership isn't? So much money is being Left in the table here, I don't get it. But for a trampoline park, it is nice and at $9.00 per 1/2 hour, very affordable.

The floor staff played the whole time, the front end staff kicked my niece off the floor because she has a soft cast on (she has been here before and they didn't say anything to her), my son got a slushies and wanted it mixed. They told him he would have to buy a new one if he didn't like it. Fine, understandable, but really to be rude to an 8 year old. I brought 6 kids who will never come back.

Pros: Clean, well kept, nice bathrooms, variety of activities, don't make you buy their socks. Cons: Expensive ($45 for 1 adult and 2 kids today). Employee was unnecessarily rude to me (though nice to my kids). Hard to keep track of kids if you have more than one. They don't have lockers, just cubbies and a big sign stating that they aren't responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Ultimately, I'll stick with Launch (Nashua) because the people who work there are super nice; they have lockers; I can keep better track of my kids by doing one area at a time; and it's not nearly as expensive. This was my experience. Replying to my review defensively or aggressively won't change it.

it has the default fun that comes with any place that has trampolines, with the perfect management staff to ruin that for you. Manager is a joke. Repeated the same speech over and over with zero ability to lead his staff or problem solve when we asked to speak to him about an issue we had. Was dressed like he just showed up from a ska concert while managing a business full of teenagers who don’t care. Staff looks miserable and doesn’t pay attention, except when they want to nitpick. Disappointing, because this one is the closest to our home. But, there are much better places in the area to go than here. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Very friendly staff! Went earlier this week while visiting family up there. Lots of stuff to do. Very clean. These bad reviews seem very exaggerated and blown out of proportion... overall rating does not do this place justice!!

They are friendly but I have to give them a 1 star because the employees were vapeing inside the building next to kids and we went there 2 days in a row and the 3rd day we went in and they would not let my kids go in because my twins were not 13 and they were turning 13 in 8 days and there baby sitter was not over 18 so he could not watch them so pretty much your kids can’t go oh if there under 13 and there Guardian is under 18 And their staff is useless all they do is jump around and do nothing.

We had a birthday party last year at the park in Manchester NH, but Altitude was better organized for the party, the staff went above and beyond what was expected. We were assigned an organizer, which explained, in detail, the party. Altitude also had a staff member watching/maintaining each special attraction, also others were walking around. Very impressive. Definitely recommend.

Was really fun for kids, as we were at a party. You cannot bring in any food or drinks with you. Also, they seem to underestimate the pizza needed for a party. Otherwise, clean and nice. In response to the owners. I am not dinging you on the food and drink people bring in, I understand that. This was just to inform people that this is the case.

For myself the wipe out was my favorite. Also a great place to have some friendly battle. For one you can compete in Dodge ball and you can knock each other off of a balance beam with padded sticks. Overall a great place to have friends or even go alone. I am definitely going again.

They kicked us out for throwing foam block at each other and we weren’t the only ones doing that and they forced us to sit on the ground in the cold for 30 minutes

My little boy absolutely loved trapeze! The girl, hailey, helped him get over his fear of going on and it worked! She was very helpful and we had an amazing conversation after my son asked about her piercings. We’ll definitely be back for toddler time because of her! Keep up the positive attitude

Worsts service ever. Manager was extra rude and ruined my nieces birthday party. Site had issues booking party and manager refused to work with us to fix it. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. I would pay more money at a place with good customer service.

Unprofessional staff members, and rude manager when I reached out to express concerns. Injury is taken as a joke, with staff members either completely ignoring screams, or an ice pack being offered, then the employees walk away offering no more assistance. Injury happened on one of the trampolines that had not been used at all, and the first thing said was that I had to move off the trampoline, ice being offered later. Would not recomend

ON SUNDAY MAY 26TH I TOOK MY 4 KIDS OUT TO ALTITUDE FOR A TREAT AND ONE OF THE YOUNG EMPLOYEES MADE MY DAUGHTER FEEL TERRIBLE. I HAD CONVERSATION ON MONDAY THROUGH EMAIL WITH SOME UNKNOWN PERSON FROM ALTITUDE WHO INFORMED ME THE YOUNG EMPLOYEE DID THE RIGHT THING. I DON'T FEEL AS EITHER THE YOUNG EMPLOYEE OR THE PERSON BEHIND THE EMAIL REALLY UNDERSTANDS THE ISSUE I HAVE WITH OUR SITUATION. AFTER A FEW EMAILS I GAVE UP. SO HERE I AM GIVING 2 STARS FOR THE FUN WE DID HAVE. THIS IS A QUICK SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE.

Best kid fun by far. I have a dad with the kids weekend because mommy was out of town so I brought my daughter and her friend here and I was blown away. I expected it to be small because it’s in Merrimack but I was wrong. Very big with lots of cool features that I don’t see in the other trampoline parks. Kids had a blast. Only thing I would recommend would be a little more food items in the future. 5 stars plus! One other suggestion is add phone charging station for parents.

The Facility is clean and the front end staff are efficient and friendly enough. The owner is pissing away money on his floor staff. They are not working and basically getting paid to put wear and tear on the equipment or socialize. One of the staff almost took out a Three year old boy with his recklessness. I would advise you to watch your Team Lead closer as he displayed zero leadership skills resulting in customers maintaining safety hazards for the children who were jumping.

Looked like nice place however they do not advertise that children under 2 cannot jump. Toddler time for ages 6 and under means older than two. Heads up for anyone who tries to go with younger siblings.

Great place to bring the kids and wonderful selection of activities for the kids . only issue and its pretty big one. Every single staff member here aside of the 2 ladies at the register is very very very rude to the children ..i walked up and caught one staff member basically yelling at my kid .will not come back UNLESS attitudes change ..i will not tolerate anyone speaking to my kids like bullies .situations could torn out far worse .If you don't like your job or kids don't choose this work
