If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! Not only is this place run by teenagers but they are all very rude. Their piercing rule is the stupidest thing ever, it’s not even for safety it’s so the paint on the slide doesn’t get scratched. In Colorado (where I’m from) they emerge make you take tote piercings out for water parks. I had a belly button piercing and two prissy teenage girls said “ umm you can’t go down the slide with that” and said it in the rudest voice. I even had swimming shorts over the piercing.. there was a guy earlier doing the slide with two nipple piercing. Don’t come here !!!

I honestly loved it, I found it to be a relaxing time to go with my friends and have fun. A good place to put your kids if you want them to get out of the house. The slides are exilerating and fun no matter how many times you go on them. I will definitely be going back!

Had fun except this water park had some ridiculous rules that I have never run into any other water park I’ve been to they made me take out my 3 piercings I had to go on any water slide because apperently a tiny earring can scratch a water slide and they made you take a tube to go on the lazy river and none of the life guards there seemed professional at all you could barley tell who was a life guard because all them were wearing civilian clothes and I also thought it’s greedy of them to make you pay extra to use their flow rider attraction it should just be included in the price for the park I also had an issue with a particular life guard there when I asked her about the piercing policy she didn’t give me any kind of explanation just said it was against the rules I had to go up to the front desk to get more information all in all not worth the money or time and was very disappointed

It was really fun. It has four slides and a play area. The toilet bowl slide is the best one. There is also a lazy river and I really fast purple slide. The lifeguards were good, and the place was great. The only problems are that they don't allow outside drinks, and when I was there, the water fountains were off. Hope this was helpful. --Riley

The toilet slide is fun, but the staff is incredibly rude and nit-picky. We took the tube slide down and were yelled at for staying in the lazy river instead of walking around the entire park to re-enter.

With the new addition with the deep pool, there is now ample space for all ages to swim. The zero entry pool is perfect for parents with their small children to play without being splashed by teens. And to that point, teens have a great area in the back to play and not worry about little kids. Great slides and my favorite, a lazy river. Lots of seating, but could use more umbrellas. A very convenient part are the family bathrooms within 20 feet of the zero entry pool.

1.Woman walked out from behind counter to check my bag ("for food") as I was walking up. Didn't even make it to the counter. Weird. 2.Wasn't enough "shade" mine and myself have a tendency to sunburn. Bring sun screen 3. Would have liked to see a little more for the younger kids, try explaining to. 8 year old that he can't go down the water slides with brother and older friends...you have to stay with your old Aunt in this pool. Not very fun for me at first but we made due. 4. Deck chairs also not very feasible or inclusive to different body types and physical abilities. Saw only 1 "regular" chair 5.When it came to "food" (we had been swimming for 3 hours at this point) the selection was basic snack foods. I was checked at (before) the door for food and you don't even offer a decent menu? Wow Kids had fun. I got sunburned. Live and learn

The Pawnee Plunge Water Park is a wonderful place to spend the day. The first slide we went down was the toilet bowl. My daughter noticed that I was in trouble and yelled for the life guard to help. No help came from the life guard on duty. If it had not been for my husband jumping in and pulling me out it could have been the end. The life guard did nothing to help. ... after coughing up all the water I had breathed in ... it was a fun day.

Horrible experience period. There was 18 of us. 1) We walk in instantly and the front desk staff were rude and picked and chose who's bag to check not once have I ever had a bag checked at a pool! 2) There was absolutely no shade anywhere 3) My cousin and her little daughter who is three wanted to go down the little kiddie slides we were instantly yelled at for being in the kiddie pool even just to help her go down the slides. The life guards were rude. 4) They have so many rules. The no peircing rule is the MOST stupid rule of all time, it's not even for safety it's so the paint doesn't scratch I don't know about you but I don't rub my face all over the slide to scratch it absolutely the most stupid rule of all time. That alone is a reason not to go. 5) A person had a fecal incident and the entirety of the pool was closed, all the slides, the lazy river, and the kiddie section, the only thing open was the diving area, we had young kids ages 2-9 who don't know how to swim we drove 1 1/2 hours to go to this pool and I will drive clear to oceans of fun then ever go here again! I've had better experiences at a hotel pool than I have here! They did not offer any refunds at all! The worst experience I've ever had at a pool! 6) The life guards were rude you can't do ANYTHING don't sit here, no you can't do this, or that! It is beyond STUPID For future people who attend this park DO NOT it's a TOTAL waste of money and time, you get rude service and even more stupid of rules! Go anywhere else!

First time going here today and it was great! Pretty cheap to get in compared to what your receiving. They provide the tubes for the lazy river and they have 3 large slides for older folks and 2 slides on the pirate ship that are great for those 7 and under. Large shallow depth pool for kids. Can’t wait to go back!

The lifeguards made what was supposed to be a relaxing experience miserable. My family & I were continuously chewed out by the high-school-aged lifeguards for senseless things like not taking our wedding rings off before going on the water slides. Our 4 year old daughter was wearing floaties but the lifeguard yelled at her for not being within arms reach of an adult. So......if we took the floaties off, there would be no infraction? is what we told her. She exclaimed, well, I guess not. Way too many rules and VERY RUDE lifeguards ruined or experience here. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, my boyfriend and I decided to celebrate my birthday by going to Pawnee Plunge Water Park. We figured it'd be relaxing and a good time with all the slides and other things to do while there. Overall I thought the facility was nice and clean. But, I felt like the lifeguards/staff were rude and snotty to patrons. I also find the piercing policy absolutely insane. No other place I have ever been has said that you can't have piercings in order to use the slides. I have my conch pierced that is clearly visible, and the lady that rang us up waited until AFTER we paid our admission to make us aware of the policy which a large sign next to the register stating NO REFUNDS. So to be able to enjoy my birthday and time with my boyfriend, I had to take my conch piercing out. You wouldn't think this is a big deal, but in the process I lost the ball to keep it together, and had to end up going to a piercing parlor and spending more money to get a new earring put in. I believe you should have patrons sign a waiver stating that they're aware they have body piercings and understand if anything happens it is not at the parks fault as they took the risk. I honestly probably won't go back because of the policy. Body piercings aren't the easiest thing to get out sometimes.

Supper hot day made bearable by playing in the plunge. My 2 yr old enjoyed the pirate ship and floating with mom on the kiddy side. My older boys enjoyed the large and fast water slide, one boy said it was like a carnival ride! I enjoyed the separate deeper pool with the diving boards. I do wish there were more chairs. My family had to share 1 chair. Nice workers but a bit pricey for a larger family.

Absolute joke. I wasn't able to do anything but sit in a chair (not by the pool) because of my earrings. They also refused to let my pregnant friend bring in a sealed bottle of water on a scorching hot day. Don't waste your time or money.

They prohibit piercings on slides which they don't specify on their website. We drove two hours just for them to tell me that I couldn't go down the slides with my nose and cartilage piercings. I understand a no jewelry policy but there was absolutely no danger in me wearing my helix piercing down a slide. If they are going to enforce this policy it should be somewhere on their website, especially when piercings are so popular.

Need to change rules couldn't do anything because have gages that are surgently implanted and can not be taking out not even possible for me to remove them so they consider them like ear rings when they are not even close do you have to go into surgery with a doctor to have ear rings taken out no I don't think so. Only water park ever to tell me this. Will never waste my money. Mahoney 100 times better

Today was my son's Golden Birthday! He turned 8 on the 8th. We drove an hour an a half from Lincoln, NE to do something special and different today! First thing right away my bag gets checked, I have never had my bag checked at any pool facility. And the staff picked and choosesd what bags to check. 2nd, the piercing policy is absolutely ridiculous, never experienced a pool adventure anywhere that you had to take out all piercings! Thirdly the staff is rude and way to strict. Was told you couldn't stand by the baby slide while your 2 year old goes down it, that makes no sense, couldnt sit on the ledge , and after all of that the pool shuts down due to someone's feces exploding everywhere after we were only there for an hour an half with no type of refund or no type of pass to come back, as if we would! So from here on out we will stick with our hour an a half drive to Island Of Oasis in Grand Island! I was not impressed!

Great place. Clean, well maintained, and great variety. Our family had a great time. The extra $2 for the FlowRider is well worth the price. Even my 7 year old Smiling Son liked it. The place is well laid out and it is easy for parents to see most of the attractions from one location - which is nice for monitoring kids. I would recommend this place without reservation.
