Sent out a notice, shutting water off at 8am for 6 hours. Actually shut the water off at 7pm on Valentine's day...

Was told I had to wait for water for 24 hours on a Friday and that it would be on on Saturday, so we moved in thinking it wouldn't be long but they didn't turn it on and we couldn't call them because they were closed. Then on Monday when they were open again we were given another 24 hour wait period and told the water couldn't be turned on until late Tuesday night. So we have to live without water for 5 days because people are too lazy to come flip a d*mn switch, wish there was another company I could use.

Worst water company EVER moved in and had to live without water for over a week and a half because they could not be bothered. we tried everything to get them to come flip a switch. water is kinda something we need to you know LIVE, so if we could have had anyone else we would have. unprofessional, uncaring, and unfriendly. website is bad too.
