We love camping here! Even though one lake is drained, it is a beautiful and peaceful place just a stones throw from Tupelo which offers a wide variety of amenities and tourist attractions. Cell phone service is good and the facilities are clean. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful every time we've stayed here.

First time hiking so i walked the Baxter trial which was only 3miles and it was awesome. You can see the path clearly & they had plenty of markers for you to be sure that you were still on the trial.

Really nice park. Super clean bathrooms and showers. No internet reception. Nice laundry only $1 a load.

This is a quiet and beautiful campground. They have access to trails and disc golf on site. The lake is low but that did not detract at all from our enjoyment of the beautiful scenery. One of the best parts has to be that the bathrooms & showers are absolutely immaculate. I’d highly recommend Trace state park for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Came here for two weeks for out of town work with my boyfriend, our two dogs and our camper...absolutely fantastic stay! Beautiful location, especially in the Warrior Trail spots, plenty of well-maintained grass on either side for the dogs to go out. Nice, level, long cement parking for campers and Rvs. Surrounded by acres of trees and trails for hiking, horses and atvs. Clean bathhouses at all three locations. Quiet and peaceful, even for memorial day. Easy check in and check out at front office. Only drawbacks were you had to pay in full up front for your entire stay with no refunds available and the road in was pretty rough with potholes, other than that, I would definitely stay here again on our travels!

Very friendly and safe! No one bothers your stuff outside. Showers and restrooms are clean! Laundry room is awesome! Highly recommended place to get away!
