Pump it up is one of the best in business. They make kids' birthday parties super fun and parents aren't required to do anything at all.

So first off my daughter who just turned 6 had a blast. The child experience was great. However the adult experience was not. There was overbooking so we were held 15 minutes past our time before we could start and then pushed out 15 minutes early so we lost 30 minutes we paid for. We were also told we had ample time to decorate but due to the overbooking we only made it 1/2 way until the kids were brought in. There was also a present for another kid mixed in with our presents. We helped clean, watch the kids, set things up, pass out food and drink and then were expected to tip the helpers. There were 2 young men to lead the kids through the 2 arenas and one young lady to help with the party. My wife booked the full package which was supposed to include the glow experience but when we got to the 2nd arena we were told we were not set up for it. The prices my wife was quoted was not what we ended up being charged so we ended up over 400 dollars for a rushed party that was not fully done to our specifications. The staff is nice, the blow ups are fun, there are some run down items and dollar machines in each room like a hurricane machine, air hockeytable, and massage chair. 400 dollars and we have to pay for air hockey? Just seems like a reach to me. It is nice that the kids have separate parties but we did not appreciate the miscommunication and the rushing at all. We ended up paying over 130 more than we were told and had to pay extra for their mistake in not setting up the glow experience which meant turning on lights and giving out 50 cent glow sticks to 12 kids. We were just very disappointed in how everything was handled and that we paid that much money for time we weren't even given.

Great place for a birthday party. The kids have a blast in both rooms. Loved that it was only our party group that jumped together. The kids loved the pictures! Wish we lived closer so we could go more often!

I love that the inflatables keep changing and it's not the same experience every single time. We had a birthday party here in June and it was stress free and the kids were worn out. We love Pump It Up!

We had a blast!! The only downfall was that although EVERYTHING was done online it still took us at least 15 mins a piece just to check in (That's not including the safety talk). Seemed like the girl was having trouble while at least 2 or 3 people stood around watching!! They did allow us to stay on the floor for an extra 15 mins though to make up for lost time!! 99% of the staff was AWESOME!! There was one guy there (not management - I asked) who takes his job way too seriously and will snatch the fun out of EVERYTHING (this coming from a 35 year old woman)!! We made it our goal to avoid whichever attraction he was attending at the time!!

This was the first time we visited PumpItUp in the last 5 years or so, and it was even better than it was back then! Clean and well maintained play areas, friendly staff that took care of all of the organization and party planning, and some new and exciting inflatables (think WipeOut type obstacle courses).

A bunch of fun for kids and adults. Perfect for birthday parties for toddler through elementary ages. Place is well run and the bounce equipment is awesome. Not cheap, but not overpriced either... definitely worth it.

It's a fun place. There are some nice facilities but I'd like to see it better maintained. Some polish would make it extra special, e.g., keep the air hockey table clean and functioning properly with all working parts available at all times; streamline the check-in process. The staff has always seemed friendly and helpful.

My daughter thinks EVERYONE'S birthday party should be at Pump It Up! She just couldn't understand when it was her grandmother's birthday why she wasn't having her party at Pump It Up-HA!! We always have a blast and the staff are so great with the kids! We love it!!!
