This water park wasn't so bad. Food took a while to come, but that is because it was a busy day. We reserved a Cabana to sit in. The water temperatures in the wave pools, lazy river and regular pool were perfect, though I had to push myself down one water slide. There an almost endless amount of things to do at this park. Definitely family friendly, I would recommend.

I really loved this place because it was just really an amazing experience. We had a really great time.It took a while to get there,but it was worth it. I can say to me it is better than Magic Springs. I love the big barrel of water that drops down. I loved and enjoyed this experience it was really fun. I recommend,if you want to plan a fun trip go here!!! I was amazing!!!

It was great fun for a family of four, the youngest being three and the oldest being 32. There was plenty to do for all ages. The life guards work quick if an injury occurs. While nothing happened to any of my family, I witnessed walkies and people running towards a child with a bloody nose. There are locker rentals for $12 so you do not have to risk someone stealing your stuff. The machine takes cash or card. The only negative for us was how long it took to get our food. Even though it took a while, the kitchen was adequately staffed and there were plenty of things to choose from. There iis even dippin' dots ice cream. It was a great day of big slides, a beach like area, a lazy river and wave pool. My husband and I are thinking about turning this trip into a tradition for every Memorial Day.

The park it’s self is great. However, the service is beyond terrible at all the food and beverage stands. You wait a minimum of 10 minutes at any stand even if there is no line. Not a single person seems to know what’s actually going on behind any counter, thus taking silly amounts of time just to get a diet soda. Heaven forbid you order food, it might take 30 to 45 minutes. You definitely spend more time waiting in line then you do in the water or on slide.

Awesome waterpark! My only complaint was that on some of the slides they make you take your sunglasses off and hold them. I wear contacts and the water was splashing in my eyes and I almost lost my contacts. So I just avoided them. My group had a blast though.

Had a tremendous time watching my little boy go nonstop for 4 hours around the Factory. Nearly as much fun for adults as it is for kids. Looking forward to next year when he can enjoy the bigger rides, which there are plenty of. Maybe worth the season pass price. Impressively clean and well kept with plenty of good staff all over.

It was my 1 & 3 year olds first time at a waterpark & they had a blast ! The staff at the splash pad were amazing with them on the slides ! We also had a large cabana & our waitress was amazing ! Absolutely the best time ive ever had the 5 times I've been ! Keep it up Geyser Falls !!

It is a great waterpark, but the wave pool didnt work at all the other day. It seems like instead of them running it for the 30 seconds the waves came on, then getting everyone out on the top hour for them to train employees, they would just shut it down. It was basically a pool for every so often. Why sit there and act like it works when everyone was complaining. Also, in the food area, when u order the food u wait for 20 mins and then ask them about it and then they have to make it, but I think what the issue was the girl taking orders was extremely rude and had a frown. Everyone else in there was very friendly and helpful. That is extremely important when dealing with the public. Otherwise, thank u for all of the fun and its a great park!!

We planned our company family day here. None of us had ever been here so we did not know what to expect. We would have had a much better time if the customer service in group planning did not suck. Then when we got there, the customer service on site was the same. You really need to take some time in the off season and train your employees because your customer service is horrible from the planning process until the end.

The park was awesome. Loved the Wave Pool & the Lazy River! Kids had a blast on the slides! There was a water area for every age. Loved This! Geyser Falls was worth the drive from Memphis! Food places in the area wasn't so great for me personally! There was Mcalister's Restaurant, Krystal's, Huddle House, Popeyes, McDonalds, a Chinese Buffet(4got the name of it. Just a few restaurants the kids wld enjoy. Yet, something to curve your hunger for me!

Super fun! Staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. I would suggest adding more of a longer curve at the top of the wall slide, just so riders feel more safe and comfortable. Bring shoes! The ground is hot in the summer afternoon!

The bathrooms definitely needed updating and fixed. Was fun but super crowded. The south beach needed cleaning badly it was full of trash off trees and the bottom was very slimy and black. They closed the bar area because of people so we never were able to go in there.

It is a great water park without the long waiting lines. All the slides move pretty quickly. Worth the money especially if you plan on spending the whole day there. All the life guards seem to be aware of everyone and everything. They accommodated my little sister who has autism as well. I've been there a few times. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Oh and it's best to get the season pass. It pays for itself. ✌

First off we came at 2:30 and everyone was out of the wave pool for a “break I felt like If I am spending 45$ a person I should get that time. Then I had to put a life jacket on my 6months old even just sitting on the zero entry part of the pool. It was too big. Then they closed down everything even though I was told nothing else was effected. Because someone hd an accident. I have been to multiple water parts and this was an expensive lesson learned.

We went on a Saturday, family of 6, First time ever going to Geyser Falls (we usually go to ALABAMA ADVENTURE LAND, free drinks, bigger park, 2 sides, wet n dry, n a much less cost) we were not impressed at all with this park, the price was too expensive for such a small park. Not enough floaters were available for the rides n you either had to wait long periods of time for one or rent one. The wave pool n lazy river were the most enjoyable spots once we got a floater! Food line was ridiculously long for it to be fast food, but the prices were good tho. Overall, I rate this park with 2 stars but sadly we wont be returning!

The park itself is fantastic. What ruined the experience was terrible customer service. No food can be brought in, and when we ordered our lunch at the snack bar, it took half an hour to get a corn dog and two chicken sandwiches. No eye contact, no acknowledgement that anything was amiss. My toddler had a meltdown waiting so long. Later we went to the restaurant for a drink at the bar. It took an hour to order, receive the two beers, and pay. Again, no eye contact with us, and we could have left without paying because we were obviously invisible. After that, I was DONE. Please train your staff. It's too expensive to go there for sub par service.

Park was ok the restroom need someone to work them at all times. The restaurant closes to early they stop taking orders 2hours early before the park does. I had a cabana the service does not come by enough and for 160 more should come with it you dont even get a glass of water. We tried to order food at 4:30 they stop at 4:00 but rhe park close at 6:00. Want revist.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! My boys and I have visited a few waterparks and this one is by far the worst one. This was our first and last visit here (7/27/2019). The admission is too high for this miniature waterpark, with tax the admission for an adult on Saturday is $48.00. They only had 5 maybe 6 rides. They made people get out of the wade pool every 15minutes. I went to a grill to get food at 3:45 they said they were closed. I then went to the nacho stand they had no cheese for the nachos.Their was only one grill open which was Afo's and the wait for that was 45 minutes to an hour and they ran out of buns for the hamburger. They stopped the rides at 5:30 not 6:00. Don't advertise closing at 6 then make everyone cease at 5:30. Horrible experience, everyone one everywhere in the park was complaining. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

It's a very clean and well maintained water park. All of the rides are very fun. On the other hand some of the staff/lifeguards were grouped up making fun of me because I was wearing makeup, which I didn't care but it's Still very very unpersonal and rude. I've been there three times and two of the times we've had to leave within 2 to 4 hours of being there because of the chance it may start to "rain" and they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS regardless of what happens

We took a group of kids and while we were at a Cabana it took forever to get our food. We basically had 2 servers while there and both were terrible slow and looked like they didn’t really want to be there. When I mean slow a turtle walks faster than they do. I had to tell 3 people about a dead bird in a pools. First two were servers. The third time I finally told a life guard to get it out, that’s just gross where kids are trying to swim.

Where do I start.. We go into the store to get bottles of Gatorade as it was 100 degrees outside. There is a big sign on the front of the refrigerator, (that is full of Gatorade and water), OUT OF ORDER. I turn around and ask the 3 workers behind the counter where we can get bottles of Gatorade, and nobody bothers to answer. After asking again, I was told I could walk all the way across to the other side of the park to get Gatorade. So, instead of doing that, we decided to cool off in the Beach Club and eat lunch. Took forever to get our food. That wasn’t so bad. At least it was cool inside. But then, they charged our credit cards with the wrong amounts. I had to call the manager and after discussing with her, we find out that it was the girls first time to run the credit cards. Why didn’t she have help, was my question? There were so many workers standing around not doing anything! Somebody could have helped her. But overall, the workers are RUDE. They are not at all helpful. They have so many staff standing around not doing anything throughout the park. And when you ask somebody for help, they act like you are bothering them! The workers that are standing around could be CLEANING! While we were on the lazy river, there were numerous things that needed to be retrieved from the water.... Clean this mess up!!! That doesn’t make for a relaxing float around the river when you are dodging things..GROSS!!! I hope Geyser Falls management reads this and makes improvements!!!!

So we drive 3 hours to get to the water park spend in excess of 300 dollars just to get in the park. Not to mention the cost of lovker and tube rentals and food. The trip up there wasnt cheap either. We get there and enjoy it for a little while. Rode 2 slides got in the lazy river and ate. After eating we find out half of the park is shut down due to someone vomiting in the water. I understand that its for our safety but it was a hige waste of time and money for me.

For the price we paid for our tickets, we couldn't ask for much more from a water park. Daily admission is typically $37, but they give a discount to students if you bring a report card showing you made A's which makes admission $21. And yes this still applies for college students. The only thing that made this park lose a star was the hot cement. All of the rides restrict you from wearing any kind of footware. While i do understand the safety reasons for this rule, it would be nice if the cement wasnt so rough and hot. In the Mississippi heat, the hot cement will leave you with blisters (currently icing my feet as I type this review) All in all, great water park at a great value.

Booked a cabana for comfort and amenities. When we got there our cabana was located on a closed beach that was full of trash and floating debris. There was one server for at least 8 cabanas that allow 15 people each. Thats one server for 120 possible guests. Then the entire day they were constantly closing attractions and eateries. They closed the main restaurant attached to our cabana from 12:30 to 1:30 during LUNCH TIME!.

We had a great time. So many different things to do. 3 or 4 different Water slides. A Lazy River, that was my favorite. You float around the river on inter tubes. Cabanas you can rent. A wave pool. A Beachfront type area. Lockers are available for your things. Our grandchildren Loved it!!!

This is an excellent midsize park. Just big enough to keep you busy but not so big you get lost. The beach area known as Clearwater Key is the best part of the park. It's a great place to let your kids play while you relax under a provided umbrella, but get there early - chairs and umbrellas are a hot commodity (no pun intended)! The slides are decent. Not the greatest, but they are fun. The kids play area, Creaky Leaky, is good. There are a few things tha need to be repaired but a solid 4 stars. Not too big that you lose your kids and arranged in a way that they always come out on the same side just in case you do lose them. I let my 6yr old run free in there and wait for them at the bottom in one of the chairs provided. I just wish they could stay open past labor day. Overall, a solid place for family fun at a great price if you buy season passes during the off season.

Cement is burning, blistering hot and there is no allowable shoes for rides. They also do not allow anything that looks like a shirt to include rash guards on water slides. Kids area is nice so was the lagoon. Beers were $5 but we expected that. Wave pool was closed when we tried to get in for lifeguard training. Rules do not seem to be the same across the board for staff. Some will say one thing and the next will say another. Women's bathroom needs some repairs as the doors to some stalls were falling off.

Visited this past weekend a small water park for a family day trip. Wave pool closes every hour for 15mins but everything else remains open. The beach set up is nice, but most of my time was spent in the lazy river. Food prices are not as expensive as most water parks.

Great rides and activities but staff is absurdly incompetent and slow responding. stood in line for an hour for what im sure is salmonella on a bun because the grill didn't tell anyone they ran out of food. wasted 20 min waiting for a drink. don't bother renting cabanas cause you can just walk up and sit in one. No one checks anything. If you can sneak food in do so to avoid irritable little ones

If I could give Geyser Falls 3 1/2 stars, I would. The idea is nice. The slides are great, the park is clean and well maintained, and the lagoon/beach is really nice. Unfortunately, the cabanas are a complete waste of money. Our "attendant " made one brief appearance the entire day. We had to get everything ourselves. That would absolutely fine if we weren't paying an extra $100 for her and the TV that we couldn't even turn on because the cord was cut. Also the wave pool didn't produce any waves the entire day, and they only let people swim in it for 15 minutes at a time. If they just paid some attention to detail, this would be my favorite water park.

Fun atmosphere for a family...

Booked a cabana for comfort and amenities. When we got there our cabana was located on a closed beach that was full of trash and floating debris. There was one server for at least 8 cabanas that allow 15 people each. Thats one server for 120 possible guests. Then the entire day they were constantly closing attractions and eateries. They closed the main restaurant attached to our cabana from 12:30 to 1:30 during LUNCH TIME!.

I have been going to this water park since it first opened. My family and I went to this water park today and it was fantastic as always (besides the unfortunate rainout). However, my family’s experience at Afa’s Canyon Creek Cafe today was AWFUL. We waited 25-30 minutes just to have our order taken and it took another 10 minutes just to get our food!!! The employees had TERRIBLE attitudes and could care less about their customers. It is also worth noting my sister was even served an undone chicken sandwich that was cold! OH, and did I mention EVERY single customer in line was complaining and looked angry at the fact that a class water park had a very low class cafe?

My wife and I went here on her birthday and we loved this place. It has a lot to offer. It's not expensive at all, what you pay to get in is worth it. I think it would be cheaper if you bought a season pass but we dont live here. You are able to rent a locker so you can leave your personal belongings.They have a food court, their food is good but not the best. They dont allowed outside food to be brought in.

We had a great time. So many different things to do. 3 or 4 different Water slides. A Lazy River, that was my favorite. You float around the river on inter tubes. Cabanas you can rent. A wave pool. A Beachfront type area. Lockers are available for your things. Our grandchildren Loved it!!!

Extremely packed, 1st day of the month was the reason I guess, some staff rude.. most people rude in general, stood in line over an hour then they open other window, ran out of ice cream by 2pm... not good experience but 4 yo grand daughter didnt see the pain she had a decent time but didnt get to go on lazy river due to not enough floats available, she really wanted to go there

Absolutely the worst customer service! The ladies at the windows don't open up until right when the doors open! We bought season passes online and had to wait to get everything processed. Missing 30-45 of our time in the park. Rude, inconsistent, inconsiderate, and useless employees. Sat and played on their phones until they opened up their windows. If it rains, just go home...they closed the park at 4:30 today when they close at 6:00. It had been raining since 3:30. I'm ok with them temporarily closing the park, but we stayed to wait out the rain. They could have easily left the park open until the end of the day. Best part is, we left all of our belongings at our chairs, thinking we we're going to go back in, they wouldn't let us go get it because that area of the park was already closed.

Loved this place! Brought my six year old and we both had a blast. Life guards are everywhere and life jackets were available. Felt very safe. You won't stay dry, that's for sure! Highly recommend.

First of all its too much to get in with those old rides. Some of the workers had terrible attitude. We the two at the first booth by the lockers for directions they acted as if we were bothering them. The young man stated the directions, the girl rolled her eyes at us the whole time. Terrible service . Longs lines. Bad attitudes

This is an excellent midsize park. Just big enough to keep you busy but not so big you get lost. The beach area known as Clearwater Key is the best part of the park. It's a great place to let your kids play while you relax under a provided umbrella, but get there early - chairs and umbrellas are a hot commodity (no pun intended)! The slides are decent. Not the greatest, but they are fun. The kids play area, Creaky Leaky, is good. There are a few things tha need to be repaired but a solid 4 stars. Not too big that you lose your kids and arranged in a way that they always come out on the same side just in case you do lose them. I let my 6yr old run free in there and wait for them at the bottom in one of the chairs provided. I just wish they could stay open past labor day. Overall, a solid place for family fun at a great price if you buy season passes during the off season.

It wasn't too crowded...however...they need to do a better job with the concession stands. We ended up leaving early because we stood in line 20 minutes and didn't move up in que. Kids are thirsty and hungry and we couldn't even get served. Train those teenagers to move expeditiously and give them back up. Its not their fault...I fault management. One person taking the order and one person fixing orders are NOT going to cut it.
