My 8 yr old granddaughter loves goin. For anyone wanting to take their children aged 2 to 62, its a fun time. Yet, it is better to have a friend to jump with ya. The kids are all movin so fast, to make a friend there in a short period of time is hard. Go enjoy and take a jumpin partner

We went to the 9:00 a.m. time which is designed for smaller children. My two children had a blast being able to run around and jump while listening to Disney music. It was a great activity for us on the rainy Saturday morning!

Although it is a high probability of getting hurt when at any trampoline park, this high heaven has an employee at most every attraction that gives directions as to what to do to prevent Injury. Staff is nice although seem rather bored throughout the day.

My sons party went smooth! No hiccups. Only thing I had an issue with was we were supposed to have a host and no one stayed in the room to help with passing out the pizza/drinks, etc- which was stated in the description but it was no biggie! Kids had a great time! I would definitely recommend

Great place for kids. There’s a section for dodge ball, a spot for basketball, a large open section, a climbing wall, a jungle gym-style gauntlet, and a couple of foam square pits. One of the pits has a trapeze style launch.

I went with my 8 year old and we both had a blast. I think the only downside is that flights are only 1 hour! The trampolines are very bouncy and all springs are covered safely. Kids and adults were all having a blast in the trampoline section as well as the foam pit. This would be a cool place for a birthday party! I'm from out of town but I visit Jackson a lot; this will be our new thing to do in town! Definitely visit the website and sign your waiver and purchase tickets online. They can only allow a certain number of people in every hour (for good reason!) so buy early and it also saves time.

My grandkids had the best time here! The only thing I would suggest is maybe putting bumper pads on the obstacle course swinging platforms because one of them swung back and hit my grandson in the head leaving a knot on his head :( Of course he’s ok but just a suggestion because it could have been worse. Just a suggestion for parents/grandparents to tell your kids to be careful when in the course to be careful and watch for the swinging platforms to come back and hit them. Of course it won’t stop us from coming back :)

On 3/10/19 my and wife I took our two sons and niece to High Haven for an afternoon of fun , we thought. After being there around 10 minutes my wife and five year old son , that is deaf and autistic were approached by an employee and my wife asked by the employee if "He being my son was going to stand up while on the trampoline. My son senses everything different and usually takes a while to open up around new people and places. One minute we are enjoying watching our son smile then a teenage employee had to ruin it for us. Some people have no idea how hard it is for parents to make things "normal" for special children. Being ten feet from my wife when the situation occurred I asked the employee to not confront my wife again , and explained the situation with my son. Once I located the manager on duty she stated that all violations of the jumping policy are enforced all the time , while talking with the manager people were running , double jumping and diving in the foam pits two at a time , which are all rules of there policy. I stated to the manager we also visited High Haven on 3/10/19 and only 3 employees were present my wife and son jumped the same as today and no one confronted us or corrected there jumping style. So I stated to the manager if we confronted again by the employee we would make our way to the exit and just visit Launch Trampoline Park and Pearl Ms. were my son has always been able to play and enjoy himself as any five year old should , disabled or not.

Been to a few trampoline parks. This was the least expensive in the metro area. My two children 4 & 10 had a blast. They’re are a lot of different stunts, that my oldest loved And even my four year old loved the obstacles course. It wasn’t too crowded or too loud like a lot of trampoline parks we’ve been too. We will definitely return.

It was my son’s birthday and they all had a blast. Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. I was able to bring cake, chips and some drinks but they provided cups, plates, beverages and pizza. Keep up the good work. Oh go a little early because the line can get long if you’re having a special event.

Kids had a great time & staff was very nice BUT it wasn’t a clean environment. Bathrooms were nasty-no toilet paper in ladies room except for in one stall, tissue all over floor, dirty toilets. Sweaty smelly socks everywhere, it stinks, smells like it hasn’t been cleaned or disinfected in a while.

We had to book our party at the last minute due to weather. When we arrived, they had everything set up for us and our party helper was all hands on deck the entire time. We were provided with pizza and drinks and a fun T-shirt for our son! It was so easy and all the kids had the best time. I would highly recommend having a birthday party here!

Great workers, great environment. An age limit needs to be drawn. If the parents aren't watching their children and there is a 1-3 year old running around without a parent there to watch, then someone needs to step up or ask the party to leave. It is not safe. Also everyone else can't have fun, because you are never allowed to redirect or say anything to someone else's child, especially if you don't work there. if no parent is in sight and you don't even know who the child belongs to, All you can do is move and let the babies turn up. It's still a very beautiful moment to see a group of 1-3 year olds look so free.

I'm not satisfied with my visit on today at high heaven in flowood ms. Due to some of the obstacles not open because of malfunction my child wasn't able to enjoy everything and the prices are pretty expensive for everything not to be available for the customers. I wish the company was more reasonable on the visit today or upfront about what wasn't allowed to be played on.

30 mins into our jump session they wanted to harrass us about purchasing high heaven trampoline socks. I thought any kind of trampoline socks was fine. If that was a policy it should've been brought up at the ticket counter Guess they are all about making money. O well. The restrooms we're nasty there wasn't any toliet tissue in two of the stalls. Smh we may come back.

Went here on our date night, it wasn't crowded thank goodness! We had a great time, but I can't imagine coming here when it's busy. You have to buy their socks which is $2 and can be used a few times. If you're a grown adult with size 7 feet or smaller, I suggest getting the juniors socks. Overall we had fun, definitely will be back.

When we arrived, the staff neglected to tell us that we would have to go through the waiver process again until after we had waited in line 10 minutes, meaning that we didn’t get signed in and paid in time to make our hour jump. We have to wait 20 minutes for the next full hour of jump time. The staff could not have been less helpful. Then, the dodgeball court was not open as they were replacing a trampoline. Which isn’t that big of a deal in and of itself, but with the unhelpful staff, it added to the poor experience.

Lots of fun, and lots of things to do here!! We came during the week, when it wasn't super busy. The only negative thing was a few of the staff...blowing their whistle every five seconds at a child...Two small kids playing on the basketball trampoline taking turns shooting the ball, and being yelled at because "only one should be jumping in that area at a time." Did not have to hear whistles and yelling every 5 seconds at the trampoline park in Ridgeland! Overall a good place to visit, but beware of overzealous staff!!!

We visted High Heaven Trampoline Park this week . My grandchildren enjoyed themselves, however my concern is there's no separation of young children from older children or adults. This is a safety problem for younger children. I do think theis issue needs to be addressed. I want to visit again but I have younger g/children and would really be concerned about them getting hurt. I think I'll just wait and hope in the near future this problem will be addressed.

What has happened to the floor workers? Where have they gone? Kids are running amok, laying around the dodgeball pit, just tptally disregarding any safety rules. One girl got hurt and I had to go track down someone to help her. Severely understaffed.
