It's raw beauty here, I enjoy my time out here, I love getting lost on the many, MANY, trails and paths out here. It's sad they keep clear cutting, I wish they'd stop, but the areas left to nature are absolutely gorgeous.

I love the ruralness of this forest but pubic access is severely lacking. What the state is actually doing is protecting private property owners by putting this Forest land with no access

Wonderful interesting place to visit for free and it is OK to bring pets. It is on lake Michigan and there is a sugar sand beach and beautiful views in every direction.

There is way to much logging going on. Hard to find any mature trees to take a walk through. Also the logging roads are not blocked so irresponsible people are driving down them and destroying them. People are also dumping garbage down them. NOT VERY PLEASURABLE.
