Honestly was disappointed. Last year there were a lot of actors, stories that were being told, and more things added to the haunted hayride/ clown attraction. I did like the decorations, and costumes but none of it was scary because only two actors were trying their best to scare you and every other actors were also just laid back and weren’t trying. Inside all five attractions were honestly a level of 3 scary besides the colony. The colony had potential as well and was the most scariest out of all. But just because I rate that the scariest out of all, doesn’t mean it deserves a 10. In my opinion it was a 5. Not to mention when me and my friends ordered food, our waiter took over 20 minutes until we got our menus then took another hour to just say our food is coming. Constantly we were being told that the food was coming but unfortunately it didn’t. We got a little impatient because of the long wait and left a couple bucks and left with just having drinks in our stomachs. So an hour and 20 mins we wasted, we wasted that time when we could of been going through the attractions and such. But even then there were so many good opportunities for actors to scare us at the right spot and there weren’t. Honestly disappointed with the whole place. I brought my friends there for the first time expecting it to be like last year to show them what a good time I had last year and it turns out I look like the person who chose the worst attractions for them to go through. I demand a refund.

Amanda Tchir

Very Very disappointed. Friends and I go here every year and this is usually our favorite place to go during the Halloween season, however after our experience on Friday night, I can't say we will make the trip next year or again. The sad part is we invited a few new friends telling them how great of a place this was and how much fun it was, definitely disappointing. It was not scary, the actors that were walking around "trying" to scare people were not into it and couldn't really be found. The hayride which is usually our favorite attraction was probably the weakest of all, there were no actors scarring you and so many opportunities that were left wide open. At so many points throughout the night we pointed out to the actors that we did see the people in our group that were scared so they could scare them, and they just ignored it. We had more fun scarring each other than anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTED... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS YEAR

Linda Milozzo

great enjoyed it .even the hayride was good

Keagster The Gamer & Reviewer

Very awesome place the creativity is by far the best i've seen

Danny DeFaria

Spooky world has gone down hill for the worst.

Myra D

Second year in a row. What a blast! Everyone is awesome ! Loved the hayride the best!

Stephanie Garyait

Not enough people working there to scare. Would be much better with better staffing.

tom davila

So much fun.

Fiona O Reilly

One of the best places I've ever been. I was scared out of my wits but thoroughly enjoyed every seco d of it. The actors were fabulous and put on a great show. Not for under 14 or if you are nervous. The spooky hayride was the highlight for me.

Kim Bieniek

The haunts are awesome. I'm giving 4 stars due to having to pay for parking.

Alan sampson

Good price for tickets on groupon not to scary but enough to make you jump the attention to detail is amazing I would recommend this activity for a family night or date night good all around environment

Mysoulkeeper idk

It's awesome and they never disappoint! The only complaint is the house isn't dark and they don't touch you other than the hay ride. If they didn't change this it would've had 5 stars

Xandria V.

I paid for general admission during the buy one get one weekend.. the wait times were not bad. It was the quality. It was quite poor. Nothing was scary. Super underwhelming and I'm easily scared.

William Leach

Went last weekend and had an awesome time! Best haunted house I’ve been to!

Joseph Morin

Had my kids birthday party here. No one knew what was going on! Still had long waits for laser tag. Cake came out 5 minutes after the end time. Most guests had already left. Felt so bad for my children.

Sabrina Guzzi

I went to spooky world for the first time with my family this past weekend. We heard so many great things about it including that it was very scary. However after attending, I was severely disappointed. We did not get scared at all in any of the attractions. You have to be in the front of the group when you go into any of the attractions because the actors will pop out at you. Otherwise, the actors just walk around in the houses saying weird or creepy things which isn’t scary at all. The actors should reset and hide to scare multiple parts of the group or the groups should be limited to no more than 4-6 so that everyone gets the chance to be scared. In addition, there simply was not enough actors in each attraction. Sometimes I would walk through 3 rooms in a row in the haunted houses, not seeing a single actor because they were occupied with the front of the group. After we did the attractions we decided to get some food. All of the food there is carnival food which I don’t dislike but the prices were outrageous and to be completely honest was some of the WORST carnival food I’ve ever eaten. The chicken tenders, the very few that they gave you, were all batter and little chicken and the French fries weren’t even fried; they tasted like boiled potatoes that were cut in fry shape. Overall, so disappointed in this park. I would only recommend this to families who have small children that scare at sight of a friendly clown. I will not be returning.

Eric Joly

Very expensive but a lot of cool attractions

Linda Hickney

First time going, would recommend to others. Entertaining and yummy sausage with onions and peppers. Lines weren't bad, some haunted houses went right in. Hayride was awesome, scared the hell out of my daughter and her friend. Even got my husband a few times...that's a first, lol. Enjoy all and Happy Halloween ☠

Nancy Boeckeler

First time ever, and I loved it!! So fun!

Best haunt in NH

shoeknowme

Second year in a row I went and both times was awesome Last week was great I had VIP tickets for me and my girlfriend and she agrees with me awesome time It's worth getting VIP for the go-karts batting cages in golf. I would bring a cooler with food as Mel's did not open the food or ice cream till 5 p.m. he lost out in a lot of sales imo maybe he couldn't get someone to work Once inside though there is good food inside steak and cheese with fries and fried dough that was awesome Don't forget the zombie paintball good music attracted me to let my girls shoot some zombies thanks guys you all did a great job

Benjamin Needle

Spooky world was absolutely amazing this year (2015). I had been before when they were located in Foxboro,MA, and also their first year in NH, but not in about 5 years. As a "new-repeat" customer I was pleasantly surprised at the major change and "spooky" feel that Spooky world had this year. I will definitely be coming back for years to come. Out of the many haunted attractions in the Boston area, this is by far the most authentic. Thank you for a great experience spooky world!

Rebecca Heisler

Went last year not impressed at all. One of the actors actually hit me pretty hard in the head. Not worth the money at all.

Rick K

The actors try hard to be scary but they are really limited by the fact they send large groups through. I know they are trying to keep the lines moving, but it pretty much ruins the experience. I would be pissed paying general admission, going through only once, and having it pretty much ruined because your in a group of like 15. The hayride is severely understaffed. Overall it could be so great, the actors try really hard, but its ruined by large groups and understaffed attractions. At least get VIP and ride the go karts and stuff to and go through a few times.

Abby Stymiest

Drove over an hour and a half and paid $70 for two general admission tickets. Total waste of time and money. Then went on to pay $18 for two fried doughs and two drinks. Only cool part was one room in Colony.

Shyanne Pouliot

Loved working here and love attending. They really push to give the best performance they can, even when they are super understaffed.

Tony Digi

Me my boyfriend and his parents went here on Halloween night this year(2018)We had an awesome time and there was lots to do.We bought 4 super VIP tickets online which included unlimited access to all 4 haunted houses, the haunted hayride, batting cages,go carts and mini golf. They also had zombie paintball which we did too but you had to pay separate for that which was $5 a person which wasnt bad at all plus they had an arcade as well. All 4 haunted houses were very fun and all had very different themes. They definatly gave us a good scare which is hard to do when you know it's coming. In one of the haunted houses I actually got chased all the way threw and out of it by one of the guys with the chainsaw my boyfriend was hysterically laughing at me but then he ran after me to get me cause I wouldn't stop running lol. Overall we all had a fantastic time and we will definitely be going back next Halloween!

Sam Ouellette

Not a single person in the houses to scare you Clearly too big for its britches. Go to fright kingdom or haunted overload in lee

melinda lessard

Had a blast! Worth the money. Get a coupon through DD and text the code to save money off a regular priced ticket. Lines are long though to be expected considering it's an attraction type theme park. If you're there late the lines pretty much disappear. Actors and makeup during the wait in line for the haunted house were awesome

misty christiansen

Had a blast! Definitely will go again!

Flynt Coal

Sold my soul here. 10/10 would sell again.

Cole Phelps

Really expensive and they rush you through. Not sure if they're understaffed but we've been three times and seen at most 4 employees per attraction. Pretty weak if you ask me. Won't be going again

Melissa Holub

I came with 3 of my best friends and we had an amazing time. There were two employees that stood out to us....the person playing "thumper" at the colony attraction and Terrance aka chainsaw were absolutely amazing and made sure that a particular person that was being a nuisance did not ruin our experience.....overall incredibly impressed as always! Thank you nightmare of New England for yet another amazing scare...until next time!

Zeny Collier

Attractions are very cool and detailed but unfortunately the lines were long at times and some parts of the attractions were too dark to enjoy. Overall good experience.

Elliot Anderson

Was better last year, but still great

Aaron K

Negatives: 1) Annoyingly long lines to get into every attraction: We were there for about 3 hours and only managed to get through 3 of the 5 main attractions: Brigham Manor, Dreamscape and Carnage. 2) Not scary: a) The people who designed this seem to have confused 'scary' with 'loud' -- all the attractions have so much constant loud noise and flashing lights that, instead of feeling scared, you just feel annoyed, like you walked into a crowded, noisy nightclub. b) None of the attractions had enough actors to scare you: Brigham Manor had the most (and still should have had way more IMO), but Dreamscape and especially Carnage felt abandoned -- it was as if the actors all forgot to show up, but they decided to send us through the empty sets anyway, hoping just the decor would be enough to scare us

Shannon B

It was fun but the place is a money grab

rob boyd

Was good could use more staff to make haunt better .

Dana labadini

Wasn't as great as everyone says it is. Didnt think it was scary for me personally.

Ricky Galusha

I was really looking forward to going to Spooky World this year. Unfortunately, it was not worth the time or money. If you end up going get the fast pass to say yourself 3 hours of waiting. They let everyone in the fast pass go before everyone else. They definitely need more actors, we went to Carnage, and there was only 3 actors trying to scare people. Pathetic, my wife scares easy, and she was not scared once. I would definitely recommend Fright Kingdom in Nashua, over Spooky World.

Sarah DaCruz

Not worth the money at all. Waited in long lines for unscary haunted attractions. Not even many people walking around to scare you.Seemed like they didn't even care to put any effort into it this year. I have gone years back and it was one of the best haunted activities to go to. I will not be returning.

mimi hatsune

It wasn't scary, but definitely a load of fun!

erik burns

Great characters! Great haunted hayride!

Kelsey R

We went 2 years ago and it was so much fun! We went back this year for Lights Out and it was horrible. On the website it says all you get is a glow stick to make your way around the attractions but it was 1 glow stick for a group of like 12 people. If you are in the back of the group you're basically just walking in the dark the whole time. You also don't get as scared because you can't see all the props and things that are supposed to be scary.

Ryan Edward

Attractions decent except go karts, they were terrible

steve cerretani

All kinds of expectations, considering the advertising this place does. What a disappointment. First, let me say, I'm a wuss! That being said, I was hoping to get the#$@%% scared out of me. Not the case. I went with my wife, and 3, 20 something children and paid a crazy amount of $$ for VIP tix. I don't mind spending.....at all, however, the only useful thing about VIP passes is that you spend much less time in line to be disappointed. For young kids, this would do the trick, for adults, lame, lame, lame. Don't waste your money.

Debora Rocha

I usually speak highly of this place but this year 2018 was just sad. Don’t waste your $$$. There was a total of maybe 10-20 characters for the whole park and only 1 or 2 were scary. The hayride was sad, I felt I was apple picking. They sure are pocketing a lot of $$$ in return for long lines.

Robert Mcinerney

Long lines. .. But well worth the $25 dollar admissions

Johna O'neil

Great place! Brought all my kids and my oldest's girl friend. Everybody had a good time and the "monsters" were pretty understanding with my younger 2 kids (8 and 10). We'll b back every year!

Katelyn Miller

I have been coming here for 3 years and every year it has been amazing!!! I highly recommend coming here. The actors really care about their job and do a great job at scaring people. The staff is also very friendly.

Nicholas Pennell

Awesome haunted houses and more!

Sherri Cote

This is a great place to go. The characters stay in character. They love to scare people. Liked the beer garden. The gift shop is cute. Zombie paintball was fun! They really get into it.

Amanda Mason

So fun. So well done. The actors really make it special.

Zoe Kapler

What a waste of time. We usually have fun but this year there was no one working and was a waste of money and our time. Don’t go.

Katie Bard

Love just love

Susan St George

There weren't enough actors. Over half the hayride stops were unmanned (literally nothing but props) and the few actors on the trail had to scramble from cart to cart which ruined the element of surprise. Same with the houses. We went through one house that had a total of 5 actors and the same poor guy kept trying to creep thru shortcuts to scare us. But if I watch u leave then it's needless to say I'm already expecting you around the next corner. The port-o-potties were disgusting, like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Food was alright, tho hot cocoa was a little over priced (not terrible at $3 but I guess the size to price is what got me). I won't be going back bc thrill for price is a disappointment. I have yet to find a haunted house that's truly been able to scare me. Oh well, on to the next.

Rhonda Larochelle

Over priced. The lines are way to long, not enough entertainment, I definitely wouldnt go again, the food was nasty, the people dressed up were lazy not fun at all.

Marisa P

Super fun ! Worth the money ! Had an amazing time with my boyfriend

Thomas Lazo

Drove from Burlington VT and was totally worth it. Get VIP tickets. Arrive early for unlimited go karts, minigolf and batting cages. VIP lines were significantly shorter than nonVIP lines. I felt bad becauase people without VIP had to wait probably 40 mins or something. With VIP we never waited more than 5-10 minutes and mostly got in almost immediately. The haunted attractions were well made and the actors scary yet nice. They'd come scare you or creep you out then stick around for a minute for pictures. Spend the extra 30$ or whatever for VIP and the value is there for sure. Had a fantastic time with my girlfriend there. So much fun.

Destini Santiago

Honestly, this is the only place I’ve been too that’s worth every single cent. This place has so many different technological effects that are quite the fright. I spent a lot of time screaming. The greatest nightmare I’ve ever been to!

Chris Rackliff

I will never go here again. Not worth the price. I would definitely give 0 stars. No effort from the staff. Horrible attitudes as well. No scare factor at all. Spend your money at Haunted Overload or Fright Kingdom they work for their money.

Jenn Daggett

Love this place!!

Eddy C

Nice place but so cool at night

Jake Marini

Worth the price and the drive. Lines move fast once you're past the ticket booths. Second year I've gone and it was just as good. Definitely would recommend.

Isaac Champagne

We recently moved from NH. There was only a few things I knew I'd miss about NH. This one was one of them. This place is always so much fun. The actors are very talented and funny. The scares and props always top notch. It's just a guaranteed fun time and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Garson Hall

Got here as soon as the park opened because I knew of the long lines at this place but I expected the place to be worth it with all the good reveiws. Got through all the attractions but 1 before they closed and it wasn't worth it. All of the rides barely had people in them to scare you. You wait hours for some of these haunted houses and they have 3-5 people in them and they take 5 minutes to go through because there was no "scare". Will not go back.

Randy Elder

Actors are great, park was cleaner and better organized then it has been in years past. Haunts are great for what they are, park would be better if actors could touch and scary you.

Chad Martel

Lack of staff members in the houses and when you walk around. Or they are just being cheap on the buy one get one half off week not quite sure.

Renee Carney

Very impressive props! Wish there had been more haunts to scare us! Still very fun!

angelo zammit

My family and i had a great time here and the staff was very engaging with my children. Thank you!!!

Monique Eboni

This was my second time going out to NH for this. It wasn't as exciting and scary this time around. I don't know if it's because it's still early in their season. This was only their second weekend open, and there were hardly any actors around. It felt like they only had 10 ppl around the whole area. We went through one attraction and only 2 actors were there and they didn't even try to scary anyone of do anything. It was sooo boring. The last attraction we went through, however; the colony I think it was... hands down the best one. I think that's where all 10 of the actors were... every room had something going on. Each actor had perfect timing with their scares. The length of time it took to go through the entire thing was great. It was soooo fun. That last attraction saved the whole night. We had sooo much fun with that. The lines were so long and it felt very disorganized. Not because it was, because there was very clear signage for everything. The problem was the dental floss they used to form the lines. Ppl broke all of them so folks were cutting in line, no one knew which line was general admission and which one was for VIP. The hayride was whack this year. It felt more like a relaxing stroll than a haunted hayride. Overall, it was a fun experience, with the attractions and go karts, mini golf, batting cages and the attractions, but it wasn't scary at all... except The Colony. The Colony is what gets them the 3 stars.

Frank Oloughlin

Wow. We came here a few years ago and it was great. We came here last week and it was so disappointing. I don't know if they got new people or lost the good ones, but the acting was just sad. Maybe one or two good actors, but other than that my 4 year nephew old could have put on a mask and scared me more than being here. I was expecting a lot better for it being their first night open. I thought people would be more excited to scare people. Definitely not recommending this place. Really disappointing. Not worth the time or money.

William Picken

Had a great time there with my fiance.. We also got there a little late due to traffic and we still managed to see all houses and hayride.. Staff is incredible... Good fair food... All around great time

Jay Riley

Honestly the designs are good and appreciate the hard work but NOT SCARY AT ALL (and I scare easily) Seemed like they cheaped out on actors. If you want something scary this really isnt the place. Actors standing around are not scary. No good jump out at you scares, many missed opportunities. I figured they have been doing it for so long they would have improved but have not. I went last year and the same thing. All for $40. Super not worth it. I will not be going back. Again, it sucks because they put a lot of effort into the design of the haunts but, then scares just are not there.

Luke Morenz

Amusing, but nothing extraordinary. Overpriced as well. It was my first time and out of the 5 attractions I only found 1 to be scary "The Colony". Carnage and Festival of Fear were more of a walking tour of Halloween decorations than anything scary. Likely won't return unless priced more reasonably.

Stephen Thibeault

Long lines but if your not in a hurry it's a fun night out. Great costumes make up and effects.

Natacha Goncalves

I was not impressed with spooky world this year. I've been going for years and this year was the worse. There where not enough people to scare you. The lines were boring. The haunted houses had barely no one in it to scare you. Carnage had only like 3 people in the whole thing. I do not think that it was worth the money at all. This is my opinion.

Michelle Centeno

was fun... had some issues with not being told it was closed due to weather and happened to call first (3 1/2 hour drive).. forgot to order an extra ticket on a special price and lady was not accommodating at all for a family of 5...so that was a big issue.... people there did not listen to line areas so I really spent extra money for super vip for nothing... some workers were rude as well and let people cut/skip lines.

Jeffrey Witham

won't go back they lack actors in a vary bad way I drove 2 hours because I got told this place was the best and it was the worse I've ever been to and I thought lost vally in Lewiston was bad this place made lost vally look like a 10 stare hotel if you want a good huanted house go to Pennhurst Asylum in Pennsylvania that place is the best I've seen and another thing we went to that restaurant there and I waited 10 min for a drink and I got up and left my friends stay and said there chicken tasted like sea food what a joke

Samurai Storm

The hayride wasn't what I thought it was going to be. The amount of work that went into decorating was great, the hayride was long which I liked but it seems as though there wasn't enough workers. There are long stretches of the hayride where nobody was jumping out to scare us, nobody was doing anything, it was very boring. A huge disappointment after reading so many reviews about the hayride being one of the best. The haunted houses were decorated and very spooky but again not enough workers long stretches where we were just walking around nobody was jumping out and scaring us it was very boring and very disappointing. I don't go out much so I was really looking forward to going to Spooky World. It was a huge disappointment a lot of money was spent and I didn't really enjoy myself the way that I had expected things to go down. They need more workers especially for the hayride. Hopefully from now until the end of October that can be fixed and people who go and spend money we'll have a good time. I definitely will not be going back next year because it cost almost $80 for three people and it wasn't worth it. The best part of being at spooky world was the apple cider and fried doe!

Taylor Proulx

Haunted houses were very spooky and real. Hay ride was perfect

edward wachenfeld

Excellent place to go to get scared for Halloween but. Aldo Mels Fun Dpit is a great family place for mini golf. Go carts. Batting cases. Lazer maze and tag and much more. And a new Diner. Go check it out same place and same location.

tasha seaver

come back to Minnesota spooky world i miss spooky world

Paul Holmes

Very disappointed! We payed $39 per person to get in. Then payed $5 to park, they gave us nothing to put in our car to even prove that we payed for parking. What a ripoff! They advertise $25 admissions with a student ID then when you get to the ticket booth they charge $39 per person. The haunted hayride was horrible. First of all you sit on plywood. Secondly the lines were ridiculous. We waited nearly an hour to go on the hayride, which was an extreme disappointment. I was not scared once. Nightmare New England was totally understaffed! The property was perfect and the props were great! However, they cheaped out on staffing which made this event a total waste of money. Not to mention 99% of the staffed that we came in contact with were extremely rude. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Olivia Mateus

Definitely scary!! My best friend and I went together around 10:30pm there were no lines making our experience 1000 times scarier. The “monsters” are extremely life like and fast... (don’t run) FYI , don’t lose your tickets because it happened to us and some people in front of us .

sarah lussier

Been going for 9 years and it never fails! Hands down best place for a great night!!

Michelle & Joel TrueTDxxoo

The employees and characters are always friendly and willing to take pictures. The haunts are great, not to mention the amazingly long hayride. The lines have never been very long any time I've been there.

Charlene Garant

Hayride was best attraction. There are 5 total and can be done on a general pass in 3 hours. The lines move quickly, but not necessarily in a good way; I think it'd be better to let smaller groups go through. They do focus more heavily on those easily scared, which is fun if you're in that group, bit slightly neglectful to others. Overall, great fun.

Kevin Poirier

Me and my gf and 10 daughter went for the second time in 3 years. The price is about 40 dollars each person for general admission, you can only go through the attractions 1 time. Incredibly long.lines spent an hour and half for one scare theme. VIP is around 60 $ .which is really steap $. U can go as many times as u want to each theme, but.like I said the lines are rediculasly long . There's a good.chance you'll only be able to go through 1 time because it's so long. So I wouldn't even waste ur money on the VIP. The 2 cool things that r acatully really good is the 3d black light clown theme . And the haunted hay ride. Other then that not so great...I didn't have a terrible exspeiexpe with actors or nothing so don't think I'm just giving it a 2 for no reason long lines high price. Don't tell me I didn't tell you so

David Lipps

Decent haunt. Wish they had more creature like scares instead of zombies, clowns and insane characters but still overall a good haunt. Definitely grab tickets when they're on sale

Jennifer Gonzalez

Best was the colony really got me shook

Desmond Miles

This was my first time here and tbh I was not satisfied. The acting was mediocre, the place was not scary, and also it was expensive...Some person in a bear costume harassed me which was not very nice :( and told me I would be kicked out, well okay then. They also kept following me and it got annoying because I couldn't even talk to my friends.

Charles Ferreira

This was actually a fun park day, not Spookyworld

Ben Philbrick

The ice cream was good. Didnt do anything else there this trip.

David Morton

Definitely spring for the vip passes or prepare to spend more time waiting in line

Gaila Fernandez

Spooky world overall was just okay..... I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED with the staff (Nancy) that is handling the admission line. Let's just say the word "racist"

Douglas MacKenzie

Expensive tickets but you won't find anything this elaborate anywhere else in New England. The Haunted Hayride was astounding; 20 minute 1.5 mile ride through the woods with 5-6 different mini haunted towns, pyro-technics, etc. I thought $35 was a bit overpriced for a hayride (included if you buy VIP ticket), but I stand corrected.

Jay Caraballo

Over priced and it looked like they let half the employees go home cause it looked like we was walking thru a ghost town smh

Anastasia Kendall

Great time for adult date. Hay rode is AMAZING about a half hour in length and truly scary. Will visit next year!!

Alex Bartholi

Well i work he best job ever shootout to chase

William Thornhill

Not a lot of actors, not very scary and not worth the Money. I paid for the VIP experience and was sadly disappointed by the quality. Also the food and drinks cost WAY too much money as well. It used to be tradition for my wife and I to go every year at opening weekend but that tradition might be ending this year.

Amy Largess

Over priced lazy & lack of scare actors..did not get scared...not worth it ..food expensive & not good!

Jaryd Palmer

A bit pricy. The hay ride is well worth it. It was amazing. You can not hang your legs over the side of the tractor. That was my only complaint. Overall had a great time. 5 bucks to park

William Reynolds

Excellent place to go to

Brittany Heller

Waste of money. Long lines, for such a quick threw and the acting has gone down hill for sure.

Chris Sweet

I'm not sure how scary they were trying to make it but it's really not something scary. It is fun I'll give em that but scary... They got a lot to work on. Less lighting, don't give away what the customers are expecting. It's the build up that people want. That's all I'm saying. I'm a former haunted attraction employee in New Zealand and it was scarier than anything I've been in. I've got a lot of experience wish I could make it better...

mandy macomber

So pathetic for the price they charge

JoDenny Foster-Rodriguez

I enjoy a good scare.. I take my daughter every year and we love it!

Ashley Holt

It is not as scary as it used to be. Was still fun to go with everyone

eric bonarrigo

Awesome Place!! & a quick note to the guy who complained about the chicken plate... it's a haunted attraction buddy, not a chick-a-fil. Next time, eat elsewhere first. Problem solved!

Wraith Antihero

Best haunt around. Hayride ftw.

purple unicornpee

It's great but it doesn't change. It was the same as it was years ago.

Pure Romance By Rebecca Yearby

Nearly everything was great! The attractions were well done, the creativity, art work, and costumes were awesome, the line waits weren't horrible, and the set up was all around good. We were a bit disappointed with the amount of "scare" workers in the attractions. Everything else was well staffed but 90% of the attractions were decorations and special effects and not scary. The parking situation was horrible. We bought our tickets online and did not know we had to pay for parking. When we told the woman we didn't have cash, she got an attitude. Thanks for a good night out!

courtney Baillie

Would not recommend. I went last year thought it was fun brought family members that had never been we were very disappointed. There was not enough staff at all 1 person in each house overall disappointment.

I go every year. It's a tradition. But they need to hire more people. One of the attractions there was no one in it.

Abe Santos

Awsome Fun!!

Cheryl W

Loved it.

Jason DiTommaso

Decoration is absolutely superb. The amount of effort that went into the experience for most of the attractions is amazing, and the actors are all doing their best to make the more squeemish people pee themselves. My only gripe is the large groups that are often sent into the more claustrophobic houses ruin the experience in that you can hear the actors scare the head of the group, and then immediately know where they all are. It's understandable however, considering the sheer number of people here on any given day, and tailoring to smaller groups would hold the lines up to the point that they'd be unbearable.

lewie moote

Love it. Third year in a row going.

Brian Tarr

Good time! This was me and my wife's first time to the place. It won't be my last! They did a great job with all of the attractions but I think the hayride was our favorite.

John Saunders

Being now 32 I have never been to anything like this before. My wife and I really enjoy scary movies so it dawned on me that what could be better than being scared in real life as opposed to through the TV screen? I wasn’t disappointed. The actors/ characters do a very good job; they must love doing what they do. Standing in line you had to keep your eyes open for things creeping up on you and enjoy watching the unsuspecting victims. Each attraction had its own feel and I didn’t make it through a single one without at least getting caught off-guard a few times.. It was like being a kid again I had a smile the whole time. The Hay Ride was longer than expected and very well done.. The actors do get up close and personal at times which really adds to the effect of the performance. My one constructive criticism is when you’re walking through and you see a line of people ahead of you getting scared it takes away from your fear as you know what’s coming.. BUT when your first in line it really gets your adrenaline going.. I would highly recommend for anyone who just enjoys getting spooked.

The Beef

It was alot of fun as usual. They should get rid of carnage though

lisa donahue

Was very disappointed! Nothing scary! Haunted houses were boring ! The hayride was terrible!!! I always go to witches woods , which I love .. I wanted to try something different. Heard a lot of good things from reviews on this place so I went! I thought it was aweful!! I won’t be going there again! Not impressed at all!

Alexa Tompson

I saw some of it when I went to Mel's we'll go karts but I have yet to participate in that never have anyone that wants to join

Casey Avellino

The best haunt in New England. Period.

Tootsie Tickler

Lines weren't too bad, and the haunted houses were decent. The hayride was awesome. However, I recommend going on a night they are doing the buy one ticket get one free deal. Tickets themselves are overpriced. The food was also very overpriced. Other than that it was pretty good. Will keep you busy for a couple hours.

Krystal Lo

Needs more workers and not enough attractions 2 are ok and the other few arnt scarey at all sorry spooky world you used to be better back in the day.

Yahairi Bermudez

I had an amazing time, the attractions were great however it was understaffed for opening night. Still have to say it was a good time.

Marion Martin

Boring as ever this year. Of all the nights, Halloween should be lit... arrived 8:50 and left 8:30. Second and last year.

Daron Silvers

They ran out of water half an hour before the place closes but there's PLENTY of booze to be found. They couldn't even give us tap water or anything. And while I'm here, having characters like a guy who's JUST drunk and someone pretending to be mentally disabled isn't scary it's stupid.

Brian T

Took a date there and had a great time

Edward Rolland-Domenichello

I've always loved spooky world. Enough so that I'll drive 1.5 hours from Rhode Island to come up for the night. Had some friends from out of town and just had to bring them! What a great night!

kyle hamel

Always spooky and fun.

Daniel Amick

Not worth it for general admission. The 2 attractions we went through were great, but we spent 2 hours in lines to see them. Vip and above move through quicker, but General Admission was still 60 bucks with coupon.

Rebecca Mullaly

Great customer service! Had an issue with Living Social vouchers. But Mel's took care of it and honored the vouchers. We come a couple of times every year and always have a blast!

Kelly Nolan

I never write reviews but this was honestly the biggest waste of money. We waited in 2 hour lines to not even be scared. One of the houses only had 3 people working in the entire thing. We actually stood in place and let everyone go around us in order to be by ourselves to we ole be forced to get scared and there was still not enough people working to attempt to scare us. We spend over $80 for 2 people just to get in and I’ve never been more disappointed. I would never go back here. Save your money and go to Canobie.

zahra goode

Got a good deal on groupon $75 unlimited go kart, baseball, mini golf, and haunted hause for 2 persons?? Wasn't bad. Had so much fun.

David Connors

Wack. Not worth the admission unless you want to say it cost you $40 for a night of no chills and even less thrills.

Nick Moraros

Had a blast with my friends Friday Night. Hay ride was long and awesome! The other attractions were good too! Very pricy, but I thought it was great.

Heather Goddu

It was so fun! Definitely not something I would bring young kids to, I think it would be too much. We got the VIP tickets so we didn't have to wait in the crazy long lines, the most we waited was maybe 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this to someone.

Stephanie pinette

So much fun!!! If your kids dont like scary....I would not bring them through the walk throughs

Matt Dever

I would've given this attraction 5 out of 5 starts based solely on the haunted houses and special effects. But we purchased V.I.P tickets with the intention of utilizing ALL of the offerings. There were no signs at the ticket booth which stated that if the go-kart track was wet, that they cannot be used. Additionally, there were two out of the five batting cages that were operational. The mini golf was there, but we didn't have time to play as we work spending all of our time in The Amazing haunted house attractions. If there was such a notice at the time we purchased upgrades, we would've reconsidered upgrading to the V.I.P. Would I return next year? Yes, but I would not purchase the upgraded package; general admission allows for access to all the haunted houses and hayrides.

Joe Bates

For 1 price you get 5 Haunted Houses. They were all great. April and I loved it. I laughed the entire time 1 of the Haunted Houses is 3D so just be aware and ready for that. They have a food court area with a camp fire which is pretty cool as you warm up and proceed to the next haunted house Each haunted house is about 15 minutes depending on how quickly you walk through

Melissa B Winsor

Was fun for all, children 5 & 11. Expencive.

markell caver

I felt like they didnt have enough actors to begin with. The attractions are scary but some actors could have been in spots that couldve made it even more scary. LOONNGG LINES! I believe it shouldve been less than $34

Bruce Headley

This place has gone way down hill it used to be really good but ever since they moved everything out back the place is bad it is completely over run with punk kids all of the actors that made the place worth going to have left and I dont blame them

Giselle Ruiz

Lines weren’t bad but definitely not worth $40. Actors weren’t very scary honestly and there weren’t many actors either. There were the same 3 actors around the whole area which u was no longer scared by 20 minutes into being there and the ones inside didn’t do much. Their costume/makeup wasn’t very convincing. I went because I heard it was really good but I’m guessing that was in previous years.

A M

Awesome place, very well thought inviroment and costumes. Proves you don't need a lot of money to have a great time... just get a VIP pass and enjoy'

Krystal Plourde

Super scaretastic fun!!! Enjoyed every minute of it

Dan O'Neil

Seemed low on staff and attendance. Still fun, but not what they used to be.

Jesse Aiken

The hay ride was the best attraction. It was a good experience to check it out but I feel it's a little too pricey to get in. If there were 3 -4 more attractions then it would be more worth the money.

Mohsen Haidar

It was a fun night with bunch of friends. However pay attention cause they tend to overcharge you at the ticketing booth. I told them that they overcharged me but no one really cared. I emailed them and no one replied back. Do not purchase your ticket online.

Ashleigh Bates

Such a waste of money. NO ACTORS DRESSEDUP NOTHING SCARY AT ALL. SO DISAPPOINTED

matthew deveau

Spooky world is the best place at Halloween time

Dusty Barbarian

Arcade just ok. Lost money but employee was very nice and helpful with everything. We bought the pass. It can be used on different visits. Go carts are Very small short people only. Batting cages are touch many pitches do not make it over the plate and you pay by the pitch!! Go early it gets crazy I ran into many clueless rude parents that don't watch kids properly. So stay on your toes.

Hugh Mackinnon

Awsome time

Lisa Morrell

Overall this was good haunted attraction. I would recommend the VIP tickets so you don't have to wait on the long lines. I also liked that rhis included unlimted entrance to all haunted attractions except the hayride. You can p as y more an get unlimited access to this also but it wasn't that good to be worth it. I also didn't like that they charge for parking. That should be included in admission.

Sharleen Caddell

Not impressed not scary not enough workers, Not worth the money,Sad because they have a great set up! Just not enough people working there.
