We recently planned our daughter’s 3rd birthday celebration there last minute and the manager was amazing and very friendly. What can I say, the service was outstanding. The management team was beyond nice and they accommodated us very well. They helped us with serving food that we ordered from a local restaurant. My daughter had an amazing birthday. Thank you so much to the entire staff, We really appreciate your flexibility and we will definitely plan our next event there again!

I felt rushed from the time I walked in, the party was for my grandson and I had to fill waiver. I filled waiver. They spelled my grandson name incorrectly it is Julienn and they spelled Juliann not a big deal but ok, they we were informed the room was ready after they had to change the balloons because they added pink balloons as we specifically stated no pink since it’s a boy birthday party yes it was a Troll theme and it’s colorful but we requested no pinks, the color was changed after my daughter paid additional money for the balloons. As soon as we walked in the room they kept reminding us and rushing us saying I bought sandwiches, bagged ships and a veggie tray, I just ate 1/2 of my sandwich and played 3 troll songs and they were saying we needed to leave all the food and we didn’t even cut the cake and or break the piñata , they brought us down to an extremely small room I’m which we all didn’t fit, I complained to the person in charge and and he said “ well I know you all like to eat due to all the food you bought” I’m not a small person so I felt kinda embarrassed about that, I ached him what about the piñata he said we can break it for you and put in goodie bags I said no absolutely not, he looked irritated, he then offered the Lazer room for the piñata. Which I thanked him for that, however it was such a rushed extremely bad birthday experience, i would not recommend anyone having a birthday party there it is too rushed, they didn’t even give us the cupcakes that came with package when the kids were trying to get them the person handling the party said no put them back it’s for later on so he took them away from them, he put the candle on one of the cupcakes turned it and he had to let them know we bought a cake so they said ooops let me go get the cake we quickly sang happy birthday and was informed the higher ups said Time was up. Worsts experience .

Not impressed. I was there with 8yo and 2yo. Rooms are clean, but they let kids jump in shoes. I saw adults jumping as well, which is kind of dangerous. The main room is small, with, I think, 4 jumping attractions. One was closed. No staff watching kids in the jumping room. Half of the shooting guns were broken. You have to pay additionally for laser maze and unlike other laser mazes I saw kid have to get out as soon as he touched the first beam. Toddler room is nice though. Arcade room is nice too. We got tickets on Groupon, so we didn't pay full price. Overcrowded. I don't think it was worth what we paid for it. 8yo didn't like it. Definitely not the "best kids entertainment center in Boston" how they call themselves.

This place is a disappointment but I'll still bring my kid for the 2 or 3 slides. The place looks dusty, dingy and run down. Barely nowhere to sit and eat even though they sell food which I would never purchase due to the price and the person looked like they had no food safety training. The toddler room...smh, that was sad. The "arcade" of 4 or 5 games....smh. I'll go back cause it didn't cost much on Groupon and my kid had fun. I would never have a birthday party here

Absolutely love the place. Steve, manager is always responsive and running around making sure the party is set up and the guests are greeted. We had Addie as a party host, she was amazing - she played team games with the kids and then brought out the pinatas. After party they cleaned out everything and made sure everything run smoothly. perfect deal, family package - 15 kids, goodie nap, pizza included for everyone for 445$

Kind of clean depends on room. has room for 2-4 years olds 5-7 and teenagers with games. One thing is its really cold in here. Came on 10/21 and it was about 65 outside. I figured my kid would run around and get hot or sweaty so I threw her in shorts and a t-shirt but it was cold and her hands and face were cold and nose was running. Other than a little too cold, place serves hot lunches for sale for.kids, snacks ice cream. $15 bucks for home day is a great price or when available get a Groupon for $7. Either way will be back just with sweatpants and zip up. :) Oh also note the air castles because they are cold and super inflated can feel hard and hurt a little. As any parent knows the jumpy castles can be slippery and because they're cold and hurt I suggest if you've ever been to a trampoline park to where the grippy socks they give you that helps the kids not slip and fall so suddenly and hit their heads and stuff Woman at entrance was very happy and nice. Other woman inside with staff shirt seemed miserable and pout and it was only 1030am with not many kids. Tried to say hi as well as my daughter and got nothing. She just walked by. I understand people have bad mornings by when you're at work you need to put that aside for your job. This pic of the dresses are was like that when they opened. Kind of dirty and smelly with all over the floor with dirt. The alleged feeding rookm for moms and babies was quite dirty and prob a tripping hazard for lights of and hundreds of Lego l3oces allover. For just opening they are not prepared for nursing or breastfeeding mom despite having a designated room.

Great for children 3 and up. 2 different sections for kids to play ( One room for ages 3 to 5). Arcade games when you walk in. Fun time. Parking is available.

This place has potential. The staff is very friendly and entertain the kids. I'd like to see this place succeed as a business so here's my feedback; 1. Keep it clean. There are areas that look like it has not been cleaned for weeks or months. 2. Get rid of the violent arcades. This is supposed to be a place for young children, but right when you enter the building there are violent shooting games that are aimed more for teenagers. 3. Get more lights. Some areas are very dimly lit. Especially in the back room with the race tracks. 4. Hide or Tape down your wires. When you go from the arcade room to the bouncy house room there are loose ethernet cables going across the floor which kids kept tripping over.

Where do I begin well at first it was over packed , to the point my child got hurt more then 2 times due to the high volume of kids and people besides theres no security or any one watching doors to protect the safty of children and adults . The food was pricey not to mention the order I placed was given away by the so called manager at desk , and told me he does not know how to fix this issue. I told him to give me my money back. Thats just plain out rude...there was no staff on the floor supervising guest or being helpful and there was not much space for a group of 12 kids to sit and eat including 8 adults. The pizza for kids was great. But I believe Chuck E. cheese would have been a better.. place over all. [ now as for the playing equipment and games they're good.they need an update i also think they should Sanitize the areas after each closing shift all areas ,space could be bigger, staff need to be changed or retrained including manager.., a method needs to be in place and a limit as well God for bid if there was a fire or something not good... I rate this place from 1 to 10 a 5 , needs a lot of work ]. I'm very disappointed. And surprised Never again .

Party rooms that I did not visit but they looked nice, there is a bouncy room, under five room with plenty of Toy's for the little one 's to entertain themselves, a Lego room off to the side of the toddler room, an arcade area, as well as a little laser tag room, reasonably priced food, and snacks. There is no charge for adults and no time limit. Fun safe place for children to burn their energy

Good place to waste a few hours, as always, avoid the money trap that is fun card game machine slots. Those things will drain your wallet in seconds. But the slide inside and the other toys are fun for Tots up to 6 years old.

I would like to start off by saying that Steven the manager was very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns that I had. This was my first time coming to this place. I loved it. The arcade room is very small but it Is just the right size if you ask me There are still plenty of cool games and many opportunities to get tickets that you can redeem for prizes later. Then there is the second room with all the blown up slides and bouncy houses which is the highlight of the place. And than a third room for just messing around and plenty of toy cars and stuff for toddlers to play on. Overall this place is awesome for kids that are about 2-10 years old.

Entering the door is the arcade area and the front desk. There is a door on the left to the jumper area. There are 4 large jumpers for various age children. Usually kids can be wiped out in 1.5 hrs. The next area is a huge area for kids under 5 years old. However, some parents allow their older kids to play in there too. Sometimes big kids play rough and use cursing language. Just watch the safety of the young kids. I bought a voucher on Groupon, but I don’t think we will go back. The hours are kind of odd. It is quite small and thus less variety. There are plenty of other similar places in the area.

I arrived internet was down. was not accepting waiver form. i also dont like the fact that filling out the waiver forms peoples information is stored in their tablets for everyone to see. addresses, kids names, emails. what if I were a stalker. 2nd I paid $15 on top of my $26 for entry. 2 toddlers were hungry and I asked for a fresh pizza. they tell me the one they have there had just come out. Well.....that was a LIE. it was cold. I asked them if they could hear the pizza. when I buy food I expect my food to be hot. not only did it take 30 mins for them to "heat up" the pizza, they never communicated the oven was not working bringing my pizza out as if it was burning his hands and was colder than what it was when he took it in. The only alternative they came up with was to give my baby a $5 card as an I'm sorry your mommy paid 15 dollars for a pizza vit go play 5 games since all of the games are $1 and up. parents do not watch their children and when I explained my issues to the manager, it was a total brush off. would love to know where the people skills come from. There is definitely a level of disconnect at Jump d Slide. this was our first experience with them and our last. we will never return. Since the oven wasn't working and I was offered to throw my pizza in an microwave after waiting for so long, I will be contacting the BBB and taking my complaint further. I am not pleased with the way the situation was handled.

Awesome place for kids 2-12 years old. Loved it. First time we were here with my two boys (3ys and 8ys) on a Birthday Party. Kids loved it. Unlimited time for games, some time to eat pizza and cake, free for parents (that I really like). Since that party we come here just for some fun on weekends. Recommended!

We recently celebrated my son Advik's 5th birthday at jump n slide (Aug 6, 2017) and he and his friends had a blast! This place is superb, with 30+ indoor games and slides, there is a lot to choose from. Esp. shooting ball game and Jumbo slide! Kids were enjoying like anything on these 2 places. Excellent place for active kids of almost all ages to have fun and burn some energy running and jumping for hours. Even I heard comments from my son's friends like "This is best party I ever had!", "Mom, can we celebrate my party here too?". Extremely happy to hear these comments! All surprisingly good and better than expected. Staff was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Esp Steve. He will be there with you throughout time and makes things easier for you. They have very positive attitude towards customers and they will never say no. There are some surprises you can expect here. Especially during cake cutting! :) I like their Photo service. All photos are too good and professional. You can take print of the photos and use it for decorative frames for your home (just like we did). Price is too less for what we get. All attendees appreciated this place.... Will see you again! 100% recommended!

We had our daughter's 3rd here and it was worth every dollar. We ended up doing the customized package and the manager (Steve) was awesome and was able to accommodate us every time. We also had the perfect party host (Johanna), she was very inviting and made sure that everything was taken care of. The place was awesome and there are 3 huge rooms to occupy kids of all ages. One room was an arcade another had some bouncy houses and the last was an open space with some toys and a section with costumes for the kids to play dress up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and make sure to ask for Steve for the best customer service treatment.

One of the worst place to throw a kids birthday party. I had my daughter 2nd birthday today and the room wasn’t even set up or clean. I had to do most of the work. They tell you everting will be done but it’s a lie. And at the end of the night when we all left and just realized no one bought the cake. I called the place to find out of the cake was s there and they threw it out without even calling to ask us if we are still keeping the cake. Very rude and inconsiderate. I would give this place a no star

They honestly don't even deserve a 1 star but anyhow I just had a 1st birthday party for my son there 5-6-2018 and the whole party was a mess. I would not advise anyone to have a birthday party here. Here's why: My husband and I decided to have a customized party because they're literally overcharging everyone to shop at party city where they're receiving a 30% discount off everything. My sister happens to work at Party City and I am able to get the 30% discount ( same discount they're getting but they're charging everyone double the store as well for basic items ). Second because we wanted to bring our OWN FOOD AND DRINKS ( as specified in the customize package). Well when the God mother got to the party Steven Hanley ( the so called manager ) asked her was we ordering pizza and she replied that we were bringing the pizza and he said okay. Well once I got to the party he asked again and I said my husband ordered the pizzas, why can we not bring in outside food and his reply in a low tone not pizza. Nowhere on the website or in the pamphlet does it say NOT PIZZA. So we were forced to buy their nasty rubber tasting pizza which the kids or adults did not even like. Rather than offering a discount as promised we basically paid for a basic package which includes the pizza and other things. I was also told that we set up on our own, and they ended up setting up for us and all of a sudden our items come up missing. The young lady kept asking me where is this/ where is that, things that we paid for such as napkins. When we were told they would bring our stuff downstairs we were missing items that we purchased from party city. On the way out when we picked up his gifts from behind the counter there were cards with money in it missing. Nothing was ever done about that. I would avoid this place at all cost. Nothing for kids under like 5 since they claim the bouncy house popped. All the money that they take from ripping people off should go into purchasing another one or renting one. One of the main reasons I wanted my sons party there was because they had a little bouncy house for his age group. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. We were rushed out of the birthday room before the hour was up. The pictures are nowhere close to what the place looks like now.

There was enough space for parents to accompany kids into bouncy areas which was helpful since my little one didn't want to miss out on the fun but I was worried the bigger kids would be too rough near her. They also let me help her through obstacles so she was able to participate in everything. My older one had fun doing everything with his friends.

Environment was friendly. Large inflatables were all nice and clean, aside from the one that appeared to be open but not fully functional (missing steps, handholds etc.). The toddler area is large and open. There's a track that runs along the outside perimeter of the room that the kids can drive the little electric cars on (several weren't operational but could still be pushed by hand). Staff size for facility seemed inadequate for the space. The toddler area was not picked up very frequently so the space became crowded. For the price, I expected a higher standard. Overall, my kids enjoyed themselves, which is the most important thing.

We arrived at 3:30pm and when I came to redeem my Groupon the young man told me that they didn’t accept Groupons after 5pm on Saturdays. After I started deciding on whether or not I wanted to stay, he then tells me that he will take the Groupon this time but they don’t accept Groupons at all on Saturdays. I told him that they need to state that somewhere in the description; Especially since it’s only open Fridays - Sundays (when most parents are looking for something to do with their children). The place is very small and there is hardly any room for parents to sit and watch their child. If there is a birthday party going on, forget it.

Wish I had the experience of the other folks because this place is such a dump. Don't go unless you're invited as part of a party bc otherwise a huge waste of money. The space is an arcade, just 3 large jumpy houses, and a "toddler room" where birthday party groups mill. Impossible for kids to play as everyone acts like its their living room (and despite the under 5 only sign, older kids tore around the little ones). There are two teens working the concession stand; otherwise there's no supervision or staff attendance (like the "shoes off" playspace where adults mill in muddy boots, which one teen told me wasn't really a ride despite the signs). Everything is shabby and frayed. Use Imagination in Cambridge or JamTime in Natick instead.

It was a nice clean play place for kids. The active play area is geared more for younger kids. The toddler area was large. We went with an 8 year old (not part of a party) and she was entertained for a bit but wish there were more inflatables or activities to keep her occupied. One inflatable didn't really seem to have a purpose and the backyard one was definitely for smaller kids. The arcade was alright though if it is geared toward children, the $1.00 games where you get only one try is a bit much. Would've liked to see all games $0.25-$0.75 per play. All in all, not bad. For walk in, if you have a kid under 6 or 7, or old enough to understand arcade games (and you are willing to give them money to play with) then it's a good way to spend a day.

My son was turning 2 and we decided to just make it a family affair- myself, my man and our kids. We came from an hour away and got a really nice suite in the area just to have his party here. I met with the manager the day before who agreed that since we had a small group of six a whole $400 wasn't necessary but we made an arrangement that suited our needs. The day of arrival they double booked my room, gave my cake to another party (we got it back just before they opened it), sent my kids to the wrong party, told me to fight for space, popped my son's center piece and had the worst food ever. We would up getting a few game cards for free and a refund on the center piece as well as the bill for food comped but all in all never again. The manager was sweet but it was unorganized and the play areas were not all that. My kids were not impressed and the arcade was horrible.

Worst inside playground in the area. The “toddler room” is overrun by big kids 5-12 that actually destroy, take apart and render unusable all the little kids toys. They have no respect for the 18 month to 4 year olds in there and take their toys and push them to the sides. The staff don’t enforce any age policies in the room, the parents sit to the side and do nothing unless you ask their kid not to push, to share and don’t take toys from small kids. Then they get in your face. It’s the parents that use this gym that are the issue, not the kids.

I, as a Jump and Slide employee, have never had a job as life changing as the one I have currently as a Jump and Slide party host. I have worked in many departments involving childcare, including babysitting, camp counselor, pre-school teaching assistant, etc.and I must say that though I did enjoy all of these past jobs, being a Jump and Slide party host has definitely been my favorite. My manager Steven is as hard-working as the rest of my co-workers. Steven treats all employees as equals and makes sure that everyone's opinions are heard in the growth and development of Jump and Slide. All employees at Jump and Slide love their jobs, love kids, and are happy knowing that they make a difference and a positive impact on kids' lives. Even if its just one kid's life they've impacted. My favorite part of working at Jump and Slide is being able to throw birthday parties for kids and watch their faces light up because they are having such a great birthday surrounded by family and friends. If you are aware of any high school/college teenagers who are looking for a job, I highly recommend Jump and Slide, even if it is his/her first job or do no have much prior experience.

Great place to take kids; however with time, it became a little run down. Owners don't seem to repair some things, and some parts don't feel clean. Kids still have a lot fun here and prices are reasonable, especially with a Groupon.
