I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN ABSOLUTE. On August 23, we visited that place, a group of 11 people, most of them children and spent more than 300 dollars, and when we bought the tickets they did not inform us of the limitations. When we entered the water park, our children took out and said that they cannot be in this place. We went elsewhere, they also said no, but there were other children around the same age as our children and they said nothing to them. We felt it was a racial act. We were in the park for about an hour and asked to speak with the manager but they told us that he was not there, and we asked for our money back and he told us that they do not give any refund. They are not friendly, it is a very cold place when you get out of the water. It is a very small park, I do not recommend at all especially for small children there are not many options. I recommend GREAT WOLF LODGE there is no limitations, its big and great.!!

Hugo Garcia

Yeah we enjoy at total

Hvtransport LLC

They called us an hour before we got there to tell us that it was closed for the day. Next day water was too cold to go in. Lazy river attraction is always closed. Huge disappointment. Should have went to Great Wolf Lodge.

Horace Lewis

Prices are steep almost as much as water country but half the features

First time awesome place for family

Noe Alejandro

It was enjoyable. However they need to have full time staffing for the lavs both the ladys and mens bathroom had clogged toilets. Also they were not cleaned and proper for the public.

Christon Hill

We frequently go to water parks everywhere we travel as we love them. I gave it 2 stars primarily due to price. Way overpriced for what you get however unfortunately it is price competitive with other water parks in New England. The 2nd issue is air temp. The water temp was perfect however if they are really keeping it at 85 like advertised it surely didn’t feel like it. The 3rd issue is height restrictions. They have a 48” cut off for the big water slides which is fine. However that left the splash playground with some smaller slides and the little kid area. But due to my two little ones being afraid of the big bucket that splashes every 2 min in addition to the air temp being just too cold to be wet but not immersed in the water, we were relegated to just the kiddie area. But the kiddie area has a 48” maximum height (really not sure why) which meant our oldest couldn’t join her siblings. If you have all little ones (like 5 and under) then you will only have the kiddie pool. If you have older kids all over 48” who are not adverse to the cold then there is enough for them to do. However I would recommend going in the twilight time as it is unlikely you would spend more than 2 hrs and it is far cheaper after 4.

G Smith

Not all that, not all attractions were open, for the price they should be better prepared, hot tub was good, that's was about it

William Like II

Long lines for all slides and one person waiting people at the bar? The staff did their best but it looks like management needs the help.

Nicole Jemery

Completely overpriced and unorganized establishment. Bathrooms are disgusting, water park had diapers floating in the lazy river. When intold a teenage attendant they said okay and I watch it float around with the people. If you are attending a birthday party rest assure with a large amount people they will stick you in a small room with nowhere to sit. You will not find your party host anywhere. They will not label your party room. Nothing like having kids scream for 40 minutes waiting on a party host to come back. Ended doing everything myself. The cabana rental is worth having a spot before and after the party. The cabana is larger than the party room. Cabana has a couch, TV and outlets. A fan to help cool you off. 1 large pizza is 23.

Nel M

Nice place but it was cold and the temp didnt feel like 80 like they say. I also reserved room with water park but when I went to water park it wasnt included. The pool area in the hotel sure felt like 80 and I enjoyed that better than the park. I payed for the park but spend most of the the day in the hotel pool so wasted money on the park cus my birthday boy didnt like coco key it was too cold for him. I sure loved the pool in the hotel. I should of asked them for refund!!

Derek Emilian

my kid loves this place for the water park. her grandparents take her several times, when swimming is not in season

Daniel Occena

Great family atmosphere, can get really crowded!!

cheryl watson

I work at the hotel water park opens on October

Ashley Castro

Over crowded, a ton of chlorine to the point you could strongly smell it & my eyes were irritated, & the bathrooms were horrendous! The food was ok but nothing great. For what you pay to get in, I dont think its worth it & will never go again!

Danielle Davis

I spent 2 days here and both days the bathroom was disgusting. I'm not sure why there isn't a custodian staff cleaning the bathrooms every hour, like grocery stores do. Every time I went in there was clogged toilets, poop and blood everywhere. It's disappointing considering the price we had to pay. The food was good, but I also find the water to be a little cold for the baby area. Not sure I will return again unless the bathroom situation gets fixed.

lalala lalala

This needs a serious cleaning front area had trash all over.Bathroom was dirty and overcrowded. Food was overpriced fries were saggy and cold. I was so disappointed not the same coco key from when i was a kid. Place needs to be renovated. Pungent urine smell and there was trash everywhere including soil diapers.

ken armstrong

Filthy and disgusting. There is not enough staff or bathroom space to accommodate the amount of people the park allows for. The people that go there are seriously disgusting. Dirty diapers on the floor, unflushed toilets, its almost like a who can get the most points for gross factor. And quiet honestly I felt like I was in the middle of a family gang party. The clientele that we were visitors with looked like they were straight out of a bad movie. I would not have been surprised if a group came in and shot up the the place. Kind of scary.

Jon C

This place needs some attention everything is expensive for how well its maintained

Santos Cuevas

I love it nice and familiar for the hall family.

Had a fantastic time with my huge family(a group of 15 ranging from 2 to the 40s). The biggest reason for writing this review is to appreciate the life guards. They were all are amazing. You can tell they are all well trained to be very vigilant and they do their jobs so well and they did. They all look like they enjoy what they are doing. Thank you wonderful guards!!! My family is looking forward to another visit.

epic gamer872

The water park was great. They offered plenty of slides. I would have loved more though if they had a separate swimming pool or small wave pool area..

Ashley Powers

I enjoyed the day trip. We have previously been to many waterparks, and this one is on the lower end. Lots of children in the hit top, lots of "adults" walking around to enjoy themselves rather than watching their kids. And I felt eye balls …

Gisselle Arias

Loved very nice staff

Stacie Rockhill

Good value for $$ especially compared to other indoor water parks. Clean. Family fun. VERY busy (too busy for us) during winter school break so we only went at opening and after 5. Midday was too loud and "stressful" as my teen put it.

Xolilmama1013

Great place for children ages 2 threw 9 prices for food are pricey but over all my 5 year old loved it !

kaliza gonzalez

There was little bugs in the cabana the key lime cabana

Lori Sabado

Don’t let your child work at this facility they do not treat minors Fairly The managers shack up and have sex and don’t hide that from their employees the minors try to use their sick time and they deny it every single time as a mother I am urging you not to allow your child to work for them. I have contacted the human resource department and the head of human resource department and they do not care about your child I have contacted the labor board and they said they are not allowed to do that and I am filing an investigation against them

Matthew Kodgis

Really fun but got a bit slow after a couple hours

mo annie

Great place for kids and having a fixed site to have them burn off energy and have fun. Site dated but with frequency and popularity of site this is somewhat understandable. They are doing repairs - so hope site is continually remodeled and repaired. Given physical play site area heavily used, dont be too unreasonably picky. Staff overall pretty great. Day visits for local families is very convenient. For overnight guests the hotel stay was comfortable and buffet brunch good. Temperature of site was comfortable although with free flowing water younger kids may need full clothing coverage for comfort. Living in the North East with limited warm months for water fun for kids, do have reasonable expectations and enjoy! Else, for finicky others, do book a flight if you can to Hawaii or the Caribbean and enjoy!!!

angie malin

Bring my great grands there very clean awesome staff very pleasant atmosphere food is excellent

Wildy M

Always a fun time. Just try to buy it on groupon

Us Guzman's

The water should be warmer. However, I think it's a cheap place to take kids to have fun. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Florence Baudemont

The water park is great but restrooms and changing room VERY dirty. It is a shame....

Lucy Santos

I have been to the Danvers facility twice this year and for some reason the temperature of the baby pool is cold. My child did get sick the first time we went. The second time we went we had to leave after half an hour of being there. Reason being my child could not go into the baby pool without her lips start to turn blue. The water was very cold. When I went to state my concern regarding it I was told that the temperature was 79 degrees. I have been going to the facility for a while and this is the first time that the water was too cold for my child. Is there a way someone can please either place a thermometer in the water or have the water checked? The water temperature was the same as the bigger pool.

Stephen Kerner

Easy to find, good parking, and clean. Kids had a blast. Only downside-Iousy pizza.

Zulmaritza Reyes

Horrible experience the many times ive been here and ive never been so disappointed from the moment i walked in to the locker rooms they smelled like urine and had dirty wet towels on the floors. Once we changed into our swim suits and went out into the kiddie pool area we felt cold air the water was cold as well. So we walk over to the lazy river to learn it was closed. We then walk over to the basketball hoop pool where of course theres a bunch of boys playing basketball with only 1 ball 5 minutes in the life guards take the ball away from the boys for playing to rough she was extremly rude to the kids i mean they all want the ball maybe if there was more than just 1 ball it wouldnt be an issue so i asked to speak to a manager because at this point my son cant do anything and we didnt pay $123.19 no to be able to enjoy our selves my daughter cried the entire time because of the cold water and the cold weather and the lazy river being closed my son who is 9 years old was upset he couldnt play basketball when thats all he wanted to do when he got there. The manager was no help said she was the one in charge and noone was above her that i can speak to so i walked away went back into the smelly locker rooms to change and left i was there for maybe an hour. My car ride there and back was longer!! Will never go back !!

Samantha Morales

Discussing, the smell was so gross in the bathrooms, trash bins over flowing. The hot tub over filled not only with under age kids but with bacteria soap bubbles. Will not be taking my kids back ever and will not be recommending it to anyone!!!

Joanna Ramirez

So fun n relaxing love this place

sandra asisoy

Nice place for the whole family. Place for kids birthdays.

Laura Morin

My Grandkids LOVE it here!!

Ariell Prifti

Went there for a birthday party. Place is filthy and very overcrowded. Although my son had fun, two weeks later he developed Molluscum contagisioum. There’s no treatment for this horrible skin infection and could take years to go away. Two hours of play, was not worth dealing with an infection that will last god knows how long. My friends son got warts on his feet, same day. I knew when I walked in, that we would walk out with something. Take your kids elsewhere if you don’t want them to get any infections diseases

cathy washington

It was a lot of fun for the kids and grown ups as well I really enjoyed myself

Christina Riddle

Not bad but a few power crazy life guards made the experience less fun. My daughter is small and wanted to take the slide together and they would not allow it. They yelled when we played with the water table. It was hard to understand why they even have a water table if you aren't allowed to play with it.

Ann-Marie Lefaivre

Super fun time! Great selection for kids

Lydia Fontanez

First time here the water was very cold. The womens restrooms were very nasty. Not a good experience at all...

Bruins In 4

Did not like this place at all... It was very hot inside of this place and the bathrooms for each gender were nasty. I found nasty hairs in the bathroom and you could describe the smell as straight up urine. I don’t recommend this place and very dirty.

Peres Pires

Perfect place to have fun with ur kids

Stephen Audet

Great little indoor water park. Definitely smaller than some local competitors, but being able to do a day pass was perfect for my littler kids (4 and 1). Older kids might get bored quicker. No wave pool and small lazy river only open during select times.

S la

Fun local indoor water park! Clean, well kept facilities. We had a blast!

Bart Krug

After reading the reviews, we were not sure about this place. We were gifted a day to enjoy so we went. What a nice surprise, it was a nice place. Not to bad of a crowd, water temps were good and the cleanliness was not your mothers house but was ok for the amount of people and on a Saturday. We did wear water shoes but was not necessary. Would we go again you ask; YES, yes we will return and bring some friends! Great for a cloudy day or next trip when the snow is flying! Thanks for a great family outing.

Laurie Martinelli

PROS: The older kids have a blast using the water-slides and the lil ones have their own area with a shallow pool and slides. It's nice & warm in the water park. Life Guards posted at lots of places. There's a bar for the mommies & daddies ;) CONS: The food costs wayyyyy too much ($10 for a burger?) and it was terrible (rubber burger). The lines are long at every attraction plus at the food counter (at least a 15-minute wait) which is next to impossible for a toddler. Tickets are too expensive. It's so loud in the water park that I couldn't hear what anyone said all day. Gross bathrooms & showers (not their fault, kids can be pretty gross). FINAL VOTE: Does it really matter? The kids love it!

Mandi Brownfield

It was fun. Lots of stuff to do. However, i was surprised to see that they didn’t have anyone cleaning up the random bandaids and trash that people left behind. Also they should probably clean their swimming area we were there 1 hour after opening and there was so much dead bugs and things floating in the water. I also was surprised that one bacon cheeseburger was almost as expensive as the $16 dollar 16” pizza.

Lynne Guillaume

Cool place but bathroom wasnt so clean.

Zysmom0409

Today is my birthday. I’m just getting home, it’s 10:45 pm. I live in an area that has no fun or safe and clean parks at the very least for my 3 children. So being the mom that I am, my birthday is nothing to me if my children aren’t having fun and enjoying themselves. I haven’t been here in about 2 years and from the second we parked I could notice the change. The parking lot was full of trash, loud music, and Happy Birthday to me, I happen to park right next to a soiled diaper. I have 3 children and would absolutely never do that. I should’ve turned back around and went home, but my children were excited by this point. We go ahead, greeted by a LOVELY staff who got us our towels and on our way after paying our fee. As soon as you walk into the water park, you are hit with urine and feces stench(bathrooms to your left, 85 degree muggy temperatures, it smelled ghastly). I couldn’t believe how much it seemed different! By different I mean dirty and cluttered. Tables were way too close to each other. Besides that, everything was going fine. My son wanted to go down the big red slide, and so we were getting into the line a few times. The first lifeguard who was monitoring the line and when people could or couldn’t go down, he was patient and respectful. The line was a mess, cutting and standing too close, but that’s understandable. Our third time to the line for the slide, there was a different employee by the name if Josh. He was not patient. I saw how he spoke to a boy, because the boy was standing too close to the slide, and if it were my child he spoke to like that, and then shook his head in disgust, there would’ve been a big problem. He told me it was clear for me to go, I reached the bottom of the slide, stood up, and was kicked in the back of the head/neck. I went ahead to tell the employee, Josh, what had occurred, and he opened his eyes wide and made a hand gesture, then asked very rudely, Well, are you ok?, the way he said that, he spoke very slowly and extremely stern, no sympathy at all. I told him well that’s not the point right now, you should be more careful because that could’ve been a child that could’ve been kicked in the head by a grown man. His response was, well I am careful. If he was careful I wouldn’t have been kicked. This employee is MAYBE 18, and that’s the way he’s already acting int he workplace? He did NOT even apologize. He got rude, immediately. What he thought was that I was just some lady who was alone. After that interaction, I would look over, he was looking at me and then would shake his head side to side. Each time he would walk by he would stare at me. I have two daughters and one son, it’s my birthday, and my husband sees me getting visually upset. Josh didn’t know that the 300 pound guy was in fact my husband. My husband asked him what’s going on that he’s giving me a hard time, and that’s when I told him, instead of saying sorry at the very least, you’re treating me as though you want confrontation. He then proceeded to lie, and say that he absolutely apologized to me, and that he was not looking at me. I’m not a child who’s going to make up some nonsense for no reason. His job was to be monitoring the slide so that nobody was injured. The guy who kicked me was not at fault. I went and spoke with the manger, I saw her come out and talk with him, and I’m sure he lied, just like he lied when my husband asked what was happening. So that’s why I’m going further and doing the whole review, calling the hotel manager and all. It’s not fair that we drive so far to stay avoid pure ignorance, to only end up having to PAY for pure ignorance. We actually decided not to check into the hotel because of how disgusted we were with Coco Keys and the almost DRASTIC changes that happened. I hope I’m able to upload the photo I took of the first thing I was greeted with at my birthday outing.

Our kids had a lot of fun. The bathroom was disgusting. My wife said that there were barely any toilet paper. The stalls were very dirty. Something that caught our attention was this high mat near rope course pool. Both of my children tripped on it and my son got a cut. I watched many kids trip over it.

Ashley Rosario

My kids had a great time , I was just a little disappointed I thought the water would be a little warmed considering it as in the cold months. My two year old was shivering the whole time and ended up getting a bad cold. but overall the place was clean and fun.

Kynal Kou

Our first time here. Quickly pushed us out saying sold out. But then keep letting people after us in. Said if we pay using Groupon, we can get it. So we did. Accepted the Groupon and even put the ticket on my hand. Then when she see my wife who she denied earlier, the front desk girl got so mad and quickly take my ticket off. How lame is that? Worst customer service ever.

Christopher Buck

Best Avoided CoCo Key does one thing, and only one thing, well. The lifeguards are everywhere. They're diligent. And based on several interactions, professional and courteous as well. Yes, we're taking about the teenagers. The kids working at the water park for the summer. They're the best part of this particular park. CoCo Key does nothing else well. Nothing that you would expect to be a measure of a good business anyway. Customer Service is non-existent. The staff at the check in desk perpetually has an attitude... Amazingly, that didn't change or get better across shift changes. The food is barely edible at an exorbitant price. The customers are shuffled like cattle from point to point (the check in desk to the lockers, to bathrooms, to lines for the lazy river). And there are always lines. The towels are barely big enough to serve as loin cloths. And the bathrooms are disgusting. It's the last point that I want to focus on. As a family friendly attraction, you have to have clean bathrooms. When I say disgusting, I mean absolutely gag worthy shocking. I was so embarrassed to bring my daughters into the men's room. What, no family bathroom? Not a one in the whole place? And one men's room and women's room for hundreds of people? It's disgraceful. Earlier in the weekend, one of my daughters had to use a bathroom at a gas station. There was a checklist on the wall with all the things that had to be cleaned every 30 minutes, and there were checks next to the items and initials from the employees who did those things. And you know what. The bathroom was clean! When you're a family friendly park that gets shown up by a gas station, you need to rethink some things. I think the lack of attention to anything except lifeguards says it all... About where their priorities lie. If they can get your money, and then send you on your way alive, or not missing a limb, in CoCo Key's mind, they've done a "good job." One can imagine the company has a poster in the break room saying "34 days since a lawsuit." That said, if you must go, there are some things you can do to avoid a disaster: 1. Bring your own food. You can't have it in there, but leave it in the car in a cooler. You'll thank me. 2. Bring plenty of sanitizer for the bathrooms. You'll thank me again. 3. Better yet, just go into the hotel to use a bathroom or change. We eventually did this when we found stall after stall of overflowing feces and I told my daughter we'd find somewhere else to do her business. The hotel bathrooms were impeccable. No feces in sight! Seriously use the hotel bathrooms. You'll thank me. 4. Bring your own towels. 5. Bring your own floaties. I don't know how this place has a rack full of orange life vests from 1972, and only a rack of orange life vests, and thinks it's okay, but it's not. I've been to other water parks, better water parks, which have the zip up vests, and arm floaties and all kinds of things. CoCo Key has orange colored death traps. I swear, I thought one of my daughters was going to get chocked and drown in 2 feet of water. You just can't stand up after your feet come out from under you. Her mouth was maybe an inch from the water and she was terrified. I ran and got her, but common people! Get a clue. We're not going on a 3 hour tour. We want life vests that let our kids move around, swim and enjoy themselves, and keep them safe. If you want to see what all the fuss is about, go find out. Just bring your own stuff, because at CoCo Key, you're on your own. The only reason I'm giving this place even a star is because we all got out alive. And as far as we know so far, didn't contract any diseases.

robert kintzing

Had a great time with my 2 yr old and twin 11 yr old

Crystal Clear

I took my 9yr old for his birthday he has alot of fun however the lifeguards seem alittle too young and the food was horrible I would eat before or bring my own I ordered a meat lovers pizza ughhh the horror it was definitely not worth the $20 the chicken basket wasnt bad or the onion rings but that pizza def. A NO NO other than that it's a great place to bring your kids fyi wear flip flop or water shoes especially in the bathrooms super dirty

Chantale Thomas

I love this place thank you Amanda

Michelle Alperovich

Would never come back again suckiest water park ever

Andrea Machado

The lifeguards are great! I like how they rotate stations and constantly are looking in all the areas of the water park no matter how shallow. I have a child with an allergy sonthe fact that it has no peanuts on the premises is great! I do feel it is very condensed and the locker rooms/bathrooms could be bigger. Ideal ages seem to be 1-12 with things for older kids to do but not as much fun.

Clinton Jackmon

I walked in and I saw a rat the size of a car eating nachos on the side of poolside decks. I went here for fun and now I have herpes from accidentally swallowing the water. I saw a boy being punched and shoved at the bottom of the pool and nothing was done about it. WORST TRIP EVER.

Nancy McManus

They kicked everyone out too early because of a thunderstorm that didn't even occur. Once we left, it was beautiful and sunny out. Great waste of money but at least I had a good time

Shakhari Badgett

Not much to do, gets very boring very quick, arcade was expensive for the quality of games, hotel was very cold, food very generic and overpriced. Hotel doesn’t have water only ice, no available microwave or fridge.

Belinda Gwaliwa

It was great and all but the chemicals burned my daughters eyes and it stung they should use less stronger chemicals and it was crazy how the closed because of a thuder storm money wasted

jennifer lewis

My kids had a wonderful time, food is over priced. However Maggie the bartander had come up with this wonderful drink for adults to enjoy called the Malibu wave perfectly done and she was very sweet.

angela colella

1/2 the park was under construction, no outdoor pool, the lazy River is a joke it's just around and around no outdoor or around the hotel like most , no wave pool . Overpriced for the lack of amenities. Upside the tunnel slides we're cool

Jessica Kane

Bathroom was icky, even my 9 year old noticed the gray gunk accumulating along the top of the stairs at the lazy river... Really needs more regular cleaning.

Kimberley Robertson

Honestly it's a nice idea of a place but the first red flag i got was how dirty and smelly the locker rooms were

Roberto Imbimbo

Very very disappointed!!! They didn’t accepted the Groupon voucher, after 4:10pm they charged me the full price!!, fortunately my wife realized it and i went back to get the money back. The restrooms are disgusting! Very little bench to undress, there is some cabinets to put your stuff and dress inside witch are definitely over priced 7$ they charge to storage your dress inside!!! Dirty everywhere, for the parents they only have some plastic chairs to sit, no deck chairs at all!! Me and my wife bought the regular ticket and the only one we was interested is the lazy river wich is always CLOSED!!!! They only open it from 12:00 to 4:00pm what?????????!!!! For the over price is this water park for what they offer way to much!!!! I think this was out last time in this over priced, dirty, disgusting, and not honest place!

That Discarded Vaporeon

Gross. You can’t change in the bathroom stalls because there is poop smeared on it. It is gross and fun for a oblivious child but once you are older and realize it, it’s disgusting

Derick Ferreira

Yrs ago it was much better. Showers smell of urine, water was milky cloudy with stuff floating in it, staff ALL seemed to hate their job and more so to deal with customers. This was apparent upon arrival when we had them redo the children's wristbands because rather than finger space loose they did them circulation cut off tight. Without measurement they assumed my child was under 48" so I had to return once I found out what the yellow wristband indicated. Kids are permitted to run and jump into pool endangering younger children with guards looking on. We will not be returning.

Kareem Syed

Expensive for the price but enjoyable. Restrooms and showers were very bad. Food was very expensive inside.

Sheryl DePrimeo

Great place for the kids but highly upset to purchase tickets and have no place to sit. For $35 x4.....it shouldn't be standing room only. At what point do you sell out? It wasnt very much fun for the adults to have to stand around watching and carrying our belongings. Hard to feed the family standing in walkways

Jeanine Fruci

The hotel was not that good and the water park was not what I expected

Dania Silveira

Was a little worried after seeing some of the reviews, but we had a great time!

BENJAMIN HEWITT

Loved to come here when I was younger because of the water parks variety. There is a lot to do here including a lazy river, a pool with basketball hoops, a hot tub, a kids area, giant water slides, and a water playground area too. I also stayed at the nearby hotel once and it was cool. Something to note is that the hot tub requires you to be 16+ (unless the rule was removed a while ago). I’m not sure whether or not there’s still a season pass because I remember using those to come here all the time.

Owlwolve3d

SOOOO FUN THEN TALLEST RIDE IS AWSOME

Jonathan Gonzalez

I will be brief and honestly maybe this isn't the kind of place I should be going/bringing my kids. I will start off by saying most of the life gaurds there don't seem like they would be capable of saving a life. Probably a little judgey but you have to be with your kids safety. Second they don't have enough of them. They seem to be glorified babysitters. There is smell of sweat and urine in a lot areas. The bathrooms look like they are cleaned once a week if that. Caked on piss just unsanitary. God forbid you had to take a dump in this place forget about it. To add to it the pools certainly had chlorine content issues. The water was foggy white and in some of the pools my eyes were burning being next to it. I guess the two stars that were given we're because the water slides were cool and the front desk was nice. Other than that this place should be shut down by the board of health until they can make it sanitary.

Mark Wood

Very nice and clean but busy

Triana Valente

Love it , is a great place to go with my family the water park , the hotel, the service, the breakfast, we love everything!!

Dipal Patel

Disgusting bathrooms. As soon as you walk in the park, there was strong smell of the urine. I would not go back to this place or recommend to anyone.

P Noon

We had fun but trash was overflowing outside and in the bathrooms. The bathrooms were very, very dirty. I would go again but not for a while. It was packed!

Niveyah Berrios

We went this past Sunday. Nice and early. Not a long wait at all..great. Issues: it was cold in there! The website, I believe says it's 84 degrees in there and it was not! Also, the water in the kiddie section was cold. Like you put your foot in it and go whoa! My son's lips turned blue and he was shivering. He's only three so he didn't care but as his mom, I did and made him get out. For the price, I think they should try to regulate the temperature in the building and the water. The water where the big slides are, were warm though. Maybe it was just an off day. My daughter (11 yrs. old) enjoyed herself so we'll go back and give it another shot and hopefully it'll be more comfortable in there.

Robin Jarvis

It's not too much nor is it too few. It's perfect for adults and kids. Good food. Clean environment and friendly staff. Plenty lifeguards on duty. I'm definitely going back!

Jim Doyle

Loved it. Never felt too crowded. My son said he had the best day if his life... Lol. Friendly staff. The life guards were all business and made us feel well safeguarded.

saurav pradhan

Little over priced but good option if u don't want to worry abt the weather. Good for small kids only

Pamela Byrnes

Good little indoor park have gone several times admission at the door is expensive better to grab tix on Groupon or others Never one time I’ve been has the lazy river been open, great place for younger kids

Ken Dave

I am writing this review sitting in coco key water park.. now you can very well tell how much fun it is to be in this water parking. Temperature of water is so cold, complained about it to three different staff members including manager but no one is responsible enough to something for it. My kids are cold within 15 minutes of being in water park and I will be leaving this "so called fun place" within 1 hour of paying so many $$$. I do not recommend this place at all. It is just waste of money and disappointment..specially for kids. It was day trip for my kids 6th birthday with his favorite uncle and its is all ruin now!

Salam Tesfaye

Really crowded and filled to the brim with swimmers, which is kind of a safety hazard with the amount of lifeguards on duty. No place to sit and when we rented a locker, it got stuck. The water slides were fun and enjoyable tho, and the lazy river was cool but such a long line and food is overpriced, also a long line to wait.

Joshua H

It was an experience, but not one you’d be instagramming about. It was dirty and I regret not turning around immediately, but my kids already seen the slides. #realtalk#saveur$$

Josie P.

Had a wonderful time! I just wished that it wouldn’t smell too much Clorox. The food alright for especially for kids.

Shawn Tardif

Large facility, very accessible. Staff was nice and the price is decent. I would recommend to any family or anyone looking for a great waterpark. Food and drink prices a little high, but you pay for convenience. As far as the bar goes, some of the bar tenders are decent, and others are terrible. Dont expect a drink any time soon. The mens bathroom smells like urine immensly. They could really use a cleaning and maintenance.

Allyssa Goebel

CoCo Key Water Park is amazing as big water park inside has little activities you can do inside of it. Every 3 to 5 minutes there would be the big bucket at the top with dump on everybody and they had a little fitness exercise with water and a pool

Alex Gillespie

Overcrowded and FILTHY! I never once saw an employee cleaning. It is worth the extra time to travel to Great Wolf Lodge! This place is a waste of money and a hazard to your health.

Jay Vizcaino

Wow took my family and we had a blast!!!!

Jackie Saggese

This place is so much fun for KIDS AND ADULTS just be really careful... Slides are fast so if you have a back or hart problem I advise that you should not go on it ..❤❤

Jasmin Chazulle

Perfect for little child.

Vinny Espada

This place is soooo NASTY! As soon as u get there put a plate with chips on it turn off light and come back 15min later your going to see lots of roaches!

Christina Steele

They will shut down the water park if there is lightning and thunder.

David Pedersen

Good fun for the kids...The lazy river attraction was closed, which would have been nice to enjoy. I was impressed with the Lifeguards. They were very attentive and constantly moving and looking for issues or rough play. The whole area was well controlled, and enough fun to go around.

Yolanda Mercado

Loved it, I went with my son and brother and his family we paid to get in $36 dollars per person. The food was good but expensive. There are different activities, heated pool too, the big slide pool, kids one.Its great to spend some time with family and friends. Reccomend.

michael morse

Great for kids under 12 ...nice hot tub for adults.

Nadine Nelson

The place was clean and very comfortable. Will go back on a regular basis.

Shannon Luna

The hotel was clean, park was fun. I have no compliantly my kids had so much fun!

Uchenna Ngesina

Nice place to bring the kids

This place needs to be shut down or put under new management. I don't think it's fair that I paid full price to get in, yet only some of the water park was opened. The lazy river was closed and the water slides were also closed. This place looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathrooms stunk really bad and I went last night and again this morning and still the smell was horrible, which clearly means that cleanliness is not a priority here. The trade wind restaurant there has the slowest and worst service America has to offer. The lobster Mac and cheese I ordered was cold I had to get up and go to the bar myself to get a drink because the waitress was nowhere to be found. The appetizer I ordered came with our dinner and not before. The nachos were not edible at all. Then to top it all off they charged me double for our dinner. When I went to the desk to talk to a manager he said he couldn't do anything until Monday and wasn't helpful at all. Overall this place is poorly managed. ...... Here is a picture of the soap in the bathroom left overnight. Yes that's chewed up gum in the hand soap dispenser

Wendy Grose

Rented a private cabana. Well worth it! Soo much fun. Our second visit in 6 months . Food and drinks are delicious!!

Rich

Water park is fun for kids of all ages. Well maintained and plenty of lifeguards. Cons: Bathrooms are gross, park is very noisy, hot and the food is expensive ($12 for a burger)

Jason schuld

Great for the whole family. Inexpensive trip.

Jesu Paulino

That place is fun just people keep pooping in the pool

Vicki Girard-Goren

Horrible place don’t waste your time or your money. My sons put that cut up on in the pool. My husband slept on what appeared to be the gel from the inside of a diaper. Way over crowded. And the place is just not clean it’s frankly disgusting. Big kids are pushing little kids around and putting them in line and the lifeguards are doing nothing. Also the room was so hot you feel like you’re going to pass out.

Linda Barros

It's a fun family place to visit and spend the day or while on vacation. Open year around it's a good get away in the winter. It has also an arcade. Attached hotel is great and has an indoor pool. Personally I only go on weekdays to avoid the crowd and noise, and to better watch the kids. There's a place to grab a quick bite and drink.

Mary DiBella

Was a very spontaneous idea. sper of momment family day trip and we all had a great time.

Darren Katz

Really not sure how the this place hasn’t shut down by the Board of Health! Not only is it absolutely disgusting, but also ridiculously under staffed and horribly managed. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!!

Frank Quintin

I love to come whenever I come to MA to see my family. We have the best times of are lives here.

PsychoDad39

Terrible establishment, bathroom smell horrible........ we went this past weekend (5-26-19) and not going back. That place is great for kids 12 and under, it's very small and overpriced admission. $45 bucks per person, plus food is out of this planet. $16 for just a cheese pizza and up for pepperoni or others. 5 medium sodas $18. 1-cheese pizza, 1-veggi pizza, 5 sodas and 3 fries for $71, I almost got a heart attack when the guy told me the total. Don't forget $6 bucks for just 1 little bag of Dippin' Dots. I don't understand how can some people give good reviews about this terrible place.

Mike Mclaughlin

$80 for an adult and toddler. The little kid side on the right is absolutely freezing cold, in and out of the water yet the other side is warm in and out of the water. Doesn't make sense. For about 2 hours I was taking my 4 yr old daughter down the medium size slides (blue and orange) on my lap since she was nervous. All the lifeguards let us do it and didnt say anything. We took a snack break, (which the snacks are pricey also) and when we went back to ride the slides I was told we can't go together to which she cried about cause we were just doing it. We were all set with going back to the little kid area since it was freezing so now what to do. Wasn't like we were some kids going down the slides together fooling around, it's an adult and kid. With nothing else to do we went to get changed and leave. Which leads to the fact there's only 1 family bathroom so we stood there waiting for 20+ minutes while another family was in there. Dirty towels all over the floor, piss all over the toilet, and more than half the light bulbs were out. We then went to the arcade which is another rip off. $10 got just a few games. Most arcades I get $20 worth and she plays a good amount of games. Everything here is overpriced and the quality isn't there. I have no problem spending money on these things if its worth it but in my opinion its not worth it here.

ryan walshe

Daughter had a great time. Place was clean.

Landon Bertoncini

We loved it! I Just wish the lazy river was open. It seems to never be open. The Water temperature wasn't too cold. The temperature in the room was nice and warm. The kids had a ball! I definitely recommend for birthday parties. If you book a party the family gets there own room with a flat screen, cable, and couches right next to the water park. They also have an on site hotel. It's the perfect place to get away for a weekend with the kids!

nilmara Cruz

Very nice for kids....except for the bathrooms that needs more attention

NoWay Mindy T.v

Great place to go. The only thing is of it's about to rain they shut down the slides and hot tub. (For safety reasons) Only the pool remains open.

gaming with jj yeah

They should be more clear on the rules for whats allowed to swim in.

Jennifer Fatma

Customer service was very poor. I never seen someone working without greeting and no smiling. I ask for towels, she didn't even listen, she gave me one like she was forced to work.

Michael /Roy/ Sullivan

This review is for birthday/group outings here. Their pricing structure is misleading. Your online quote will be significantly different than final cost. You get nickel & dimed for things like pizza. The party staff, in my visit, looked …

Brittany GamerGirl219

Clean place. The little kids area is adorable and great for a 2yr old. The place is a but packed often because school or summer camp trips. But normally not too many people there. The cost is pricey but worth going even once. Water is warm and there are life guards e everywhere.

Thomas Keohane

Stayed at double tree hotel. They have water packages that are close to or less than face value of ticket prices making the hotel stay virtually free. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The room service was the best, quick (15 min) and food was great. Enjoy

b. best

Took my kuds here to see whats da hype about n believe me its like a neighborhood park with like 3 ,,im lying like 4 activities to do 2 for adults n 2 for children ....1 adult n bigkid slide n 2 toddler slides a hottub thats too hot to wear u can get burned n a small pool the size of a small bedroom........da food ! Omg nasty pizza thst costs 16 bucks n small fries 7 bucks ,,.......i dont like this place maybe u would ..but this is myyyyy opinion

Stacy Patriots

I have been to coco keys all of my life it is amazing my family loves CoCo Keys and so do I it’s kid friendly I could give you a list on why it’s so great!! It is my 11th birthday and this is where I’m going My birthday was 3/25/19. Everyone I hope you enjoy this place its amazing

Gloria Isabel Jaramillo

The only reason I gave 1 start is because the place it self is nice, but it is the worst run kids park I have ever been to. All they care is to sell tickets and overload this place beyond capacity. For the amount of people in the park they needed 4 times the help. You could not even walk , bathrooms had diapers on the floor in the changing rooms. More than one! Over loaded trash cans, gross facilities. The pools were so over crowded that people kept bumping into each other. The help in the restaurant so overworked that you could tell how frustrated they were. No surprise to me, i am right now at the emergency room, I knew it would be a miracle if we did not get sick. My 2 girls have had fever for 3 days now. I never write reviews but I felt it was my obligation to do this one.

Christa Conville

This is a fun place to take the kiddos in the winter. I was disappointed that I had to pay a full adult rate even though I wasn't going to swim. I sat out and my boyfriend did all the water things with his daughter and they had a great time. The food prices are a bit outrageous and there isn't a huge space to sit. We went on a weekend so maybe that's why it's crowded, but that's inconvenient and uncomfortable. The park itself was her favorite thing we did all last winter though.

Jess Trabulsie

Nice little place to spend a few hours. Not big enough to spend the whole day. We used the military discount (no one verified that we were actually a military family though) which made the price about half of the regular price. If we had paid full price we would have been disappointed. The floors are constantly slimy which makes it feel gross and dirty on bare feet so bring swim shoes. The young kids working in the food area don’t really know what they are doing so prepare for a long wait for food. The lazy river has a rule: three times around and you have to give someone else a turn. I sorta get this as everyone should be able to enjoy the lazy river BUT..... I personally only went for the lazy river and it would have been more enjoyable if I didn’t have to keep getting out. We definitely wouldn’t have paid full price for this ‘water park’ (read: water room) but if we were staying at this particular hotel it would be a nice plus.

Edelmira Martinez

The place and the water were cold as ice. We went there trying to do have some fun in the middle of this cold, but it felt like we just went outside our back yard. Will think twice next time.

Jonnathan Jean

Just love it! Nice family time.

Jeanie Gagnon

Too crowded and needs cleaning..bathrooms were filthy.. chlorine and urine smell was gross and overwhelming. Room too hot and so loud we could not even have a conversation. . Kids seem to have fun. There's the one star. .

Lacey McGreevy

The water and air was very very very cold. My feet were actually purple and my child was shivering. The water near the bucket was warm but the kiddie pool was really really cold. There also wasn't any movie or tv shows playing in the kiddie pool like on their website. I might go back but I'd go in summer not winter. I'd give it 5 star if it wasn't freezing.

Derek Angkor

2/24/2019 around after 5PM. staff at high water slide was so mean. I had 2 kids, 10 and 8 were up there waiting for his turn to be told. My kids know the rule for safety that they need to wait to be called or until the previous slider reached out the other end. The staff yelled at them, "What you waiting for? You see anyone in there?" One of my kids was shaking and they decided not to go. They came back down the stairs with tears.

Hannah Martinez

Pretty good place for the family. I saw a review here that stated the water was cold. I went this past weekend. The water was not cold at all. The environment itself was pretty warm. The food was decent, fairly priced. My only suggestion would be to go on a Friday. Cheaper and less crowded. For the space of the indoor park, I didn’t think it was worth $50 per person (weekend price). The bar for alcoholic drinks were pretty fair too. Oh and another thing, bring water shoes.

Kerri-ann Durand

An awesome place for summer fun during winter months, but damn is it crowded! I went to a child's birthday party in May and there were at least 200 people. In the sitting areas, many have entitlement issues where they will spread out their belongings and completely block the walkways. Few available bathroom stalls due to high traffic of people unable to flush after a BM. Granted this all is to be expected at any amusement park, but cold day in heck before I get into a shared water source, with that many people, who may or may not be peeing in it. And all those cute babies with swimmies on just hold back floaters. Too gross for me.

eliezer albino

Most of the time the lazy river is out of service. Food is expensive. For little one is amazing but for older kids 10 years old will get bored

Junior Maldonado

the overall experience was really good but it was hard to find a table to sit in and it was crowed

Christian De La Cruz

Food was overpriced, as you would expect with any amusement park. Plenty to do for kids of different ages. Small pool that was about 2 feet with water slides for kids under 48 inches and a big amusement area with plenty of slides and more for everyone else. Life guards were very attentive and were mobile throughout all the areas, making sure everyone was keeping safe. Only complaint is the hotel didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room, which would have been great since we traveled with toddlers and had milk. Otherwise great experience.

Jesse Azevedo

Didn't really like it. Place seems way under staffed and unorganized. There should be one person at every slide monitoring who goes down them...I went down a slide and a kid jumped in right after me even though I asked him wait and then ended up kneeing me right in the back of the head. Youre generally supposed to wait for someone to exit the run out before the next goes. A lot of people weren't listening to the life guards as well and doing things they shouldn't even though there's posted signs that state what is allowed. Saw a lot of people drinking beer in the water around all the kids...not good. To get onto the large water slides with the rafts was a mission...had to basically fight someone for a raft...with that being the case I opted to skip those with my daughter because I didn't want to anger someone for taking a float. Luckily I didn't pay, I was there for a birthday party...but nevertheless I don't think I'll be heading back. Go to Castaway Island in Canobie Lake Park in Salem, NH. That's how a real water park is run.

Aadit Janu

As I am a thrill seeker I would not recommend this place because of the lack of rides, it is mostly for your new born children.

Thomas Keohane

Stayed at double tree hotel. They have water packages that are close to or less than face value of ticket prices making the hotel stay virtually free. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The room service was the best, quick (15 min) and food was great. Enjoy

Pretty fun place. We drove up from Rhode Island for the day, but we didn't spend the night so I can't comment on the hotel. We spent a total of about 5 hours here which I felt was about the max. There were 4 big slides, 2 with tubes, 2 without which requires a minimum height of 48 inches. There is a pool with a max depth of 4 feet which was pretty packed, a big splash playground with a few slides off that which didn't have a height requirement. And there was a section for little kids. This section had slides that you couldn't go on if you were over 48 inches. There was also a lazy river which was closed for maintenance, and a big hot tub which I didn't go in. We used a Groupon for 3 of us and it cost us 86 bucks plus 10 for my pregnant wife, who couldn't go on anything. The food was underwhelming and expensive, but it always is at these kind of places so you just have to deal with it. Overall, it was a really fun thing to do on a summer weekend.

Flav Throwbackz

The place is small but perfect for children. My 21 month old daughter loved the place (after a little getting use to) they have a bar which is unfortunately only open thurs-sat i believe., I went kn a Monday so it was closed. It wasnt busy at all when we went so that definitely is a factor in my rating although I'm sure it is not as enjoyable when it is busy.

Tee Rose

Best one I've been to so far. Staff are very attentive. Rest rooms are clean, smell a little but that's expected with all the people. The big pool is perfect for older kids, plus all the activities. Smaller pool for little kids. Hot tub for adults. Great all around.

Sarah Rosamond

I went for the first time as a chaperone for my daughter summer camp trip and I cant wait to go again! I love water and the kids had a blast

Mavis Guy

I had to give this place a 3 star because its great and all but their bathrooms, lockers, showers dirty smelled bad (pee) yes was disgusting, i understand the place is busy and all, the more reason they need more help to keep up with the customer, Won't go back

Gary Gosselin

Great place to bring your kids..

Ana Shackelford

So close to home!!!!! Could use a major cleaning/disinfecting and fresh paint. COCO is faded..

Amit Anand

Folks..my kids love the place...and the reason we keep going back is because it has more to do than comparable parks...read Great Wolf Lodge. It helps that there is a bar for the adults; helps pass time. Here is the downside 1. Poor hygiene over all- bathrooms are terrible -surprised local health department has not shut down the place 2. The sitting area is filthy...paper towels, food, boxes other trash litters the place. No cleaning crew in site the first hour and a half or so we were there 3. Terrible food choices - badly prepared, unhealthy and expensive; the bar could use additional help. Don't feel like going again.... but my little ones like it.

Scott Shaffer

Lots of fun for my grandson.

Corey Buckley

Absolutely the worst experience! Being a family entertainment marketing consultant I know what good companies look like and this isn’t one of them. The staff was extremely rude, they never updated their website to say sold out! We drove 2 …

Sterling Hudson

Water was cold and kinda dirty. The hot tub wasn't monitored so allot of younger kids keep going in leaving no room for the adults

Paul Abrahams

I went with one of my friends over April break, and It's exactly what you expect from a public water part. Too many little kids running around and yelling, not enough space to find a seat, and no real space to relax. On top of all this the air felt like a summer day with 100% humidity, at points it was hard to breathe. The one saving grace of this place is that they had a few bigger water sides which were fun but you couldn't spend a whole day going only on the slides.

Andre walker

Awesome my 7year old twin girls loved it,,,was very hard to get them to leave lol we will be back,,, please have lazy river working tho, good times
