The glow in the dark mini golf was fun, and the laser tag equipment is good. There's also arcade games. The kids had a lot of fun. Although the time on the bumper cars was short, but it keeps moving.

My experience @players fun zone for my son's seventh birthday was truly exceptional. The customer service was great from start to finish the manager Joe was extremely helpful and very polite as well as the two party captain's Brooke&Sophie who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The venue was spacious,clean,kid friendly all that I hoped it would be plus more. This was my first time here and it surely won't be my last!!!!!!

They cheated me out of my money. I spent money for 3 passes and the manager gave an excuse why we couldn’t come back to use them all and they were way over priced. I also attempted to get a prize that there was only the display model because they didn’t have in the back so they made me choose another prize. Even though they didn’t have any in the back I won those tickets so I should get the prize.

Attended a birthday party for 2nd graders. Kids had a blast and loved all the inflatables. Everyone had a great time Playing Lazer tag, adults against kids. Debit card system for all the games. Earn points to redeem for toys.

What a wonderful surprise and experience at the Players Fun Zone...I was greeted with exceptional hospitality. For $25.00, my 7 year old grandson had the best fun playing laser tag, glo golf and bump cars and had $10 voucher for an actual arcade...There is a batting cage and bouncers too. Will consider for a birthday party....We will be back ...

Well, cost $50 for my 2 Nephew's to get in and allowed them to play games. Laser, golfing, bumper car's, and other fun activities-- so heard this is a good price for all they offer! Ordering food--took some time-- only 1 young man to take many orders. Spacious area, we had a nice time!

We have enjoyed many birthdays there. They have those services, sports activities and games like glow golf and laser tag. We went to the baseball tryouts and used the batting practice cages for about 11 years. We no longer go there but they do have many things for the kids to do there.

Absolutely wonderful! My son and I frequent this location every few weeks to play but we just had my sons birthday party there and everything was amazing! The manager Joe is terrific, and staff was very attentive to all of the kids! Wonderful place for all ages!

I went there as I have for the past 10+ years to use the batting cages yesterday afternoon. After I had spent $50, put onto the game card & waited 30 mins for my turn in the batting cage I was then approached by an employee and told I could not use the cage because it was being reserved. When i asked for my money back, I was told that wasn't possible and then was told to leave and return another time when they were not busy to use the money on the card. There are plenty of other places around, I Won't be returning to this place after the way I was treated.

Awesone place for a Kid's Birthday. The staff was not just attentive, they managed the entire event. From keeping track of all the kids as they rotated through several activities, to ensuring everyone was following the safety rules to managing the food and beverage distribution- wow. I highly recommend this place - the kids had a blast!

I recently visited Players a couple of days ago and was VERY unhappy with my experience. My basketball team and I went to celebrate our season. As soon as we got there is was very weird because there was one family there and other than that the place was empty. As a matter of fact only one employee was seen in the entire facility the whole time I was there (which was not very long considering the circumstances). After the team bought out tickets to go laser tagging, we went in and played our 15 minute game. About 5 minutes through the game my friend noticed her laser gun was not working and after the game was over, told the employee. The worker said that it wasn't their fault and that they were sorry. Soon after my friend went and got a refund of her money and we left. All in all, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great place for 7th birthday party. Bumper cars and mini golf are somewhat unique experiences, bouncy equipment is a solid go-to for this age group, staff is proactive. Pizza in pricey. Arcade $$ for the party package would have eased frustrations for some of our guests. I was surprised to be asked to tip our host. She did a good job, but no other party place asks that. I expected market compensation for the staff to be included in the price.

Maryland Construction Network hosted a networking event at Players Fun Zone on November 17th. Our guests had a great time! I was extremely impressed with Derrick Clark's professional skill-set. It was a pleasure to work with him; refreshing. Players Fun Zone is exceptionally clean with all of the amentities for young and older to enjoy. I would absolutely host another event and will certainly tell my friend and family about this unique Carroll County find.

Celebrated our son's 8th Birthday party at Players Funzone Zone! Our personal event leader took care of running the show. It was probably the easiest party we've ever had! They supplied paper supplies, Pizza and sodas. We were free to bring in cake, chips and anything else. Great experience!

This is a great, local to Westminster, "Dave and Buster's" type family fun center. I would even say it's better, more family centered, and they have an indoor laser tag, glo golf, bounce house and bumper car area-definately worth a visit!

Had to wait ten minutes for staff to come to the front desk upon arrival. Seemed understaffed. Staff was very rude and unpleasant. When asked for the manager was told that he was the manager and if I didn’t like the place I should leave, so I did. I will definitely not be going there again, and I don’t recommend anyone else to either.

As soon as you walk in the smell of uncleanliness hits you. The staff are inattentive and I witnessed an incident with one of the few adults on staff getting into it with a parent. He was so gruff and rude that we all decided to leave. This place needs a major renovation not only to the interior of the building but to it's staff. You deal with children, you could be a bit more sensitive and better trained in customer service. We have given this place chance after chance, we will never be patronizing them again.

We held our school's Post Prom event at Players Fun Zone and the staff was top notch starting with the manager Derrick! From the beginning, he went above and beyond to help with the planning and execution of the event. That night his staff was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. All 200+ students had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed all of the attractions and overall it was an amazing experience.

I got a card for 1$ & 50 cents played a claw machine I press the drop button then it doesn't even drop down half way and grabs in the air and comes back up I ask for my money back but one of the employees says No way it's not possible it works fine don't whine to me because you lost

I recently took my nephew to Players for his birthday party. As soon as we walked in, his eyes lit up! The staff was extremely friendly and they know how to work with kids, which is sometimes hard to come by. While the kids were enjoying the awesome attractions that were included in the birthday party package, some of the adults decided to try out the batting cages, and others hit the arcades. Everyone that attended the party had an awesome time, and walked away with some really neat prizes! My nephew is begging me to take him back this weekend!

Considering you have places like Chuck E Cheese and Dave & Buster's that have removed the playground aspect to make everything a transaction, it's refreshing to incorporate both elements. Granted, you pay for mini golf, bounce house, laser tag, etc, but at least it's available so kids can run around and get their exercise along with the games. Plus, they can still win prizes. I'll take it

Not a bad place for a kids party....BUT, games are mostly chance games- its like a kids casino. Awesome lasertag. Moonbounces- there are 3-4. Batting cages.

This is a great place to bring the family. There are plenty of activities including Lasertag and minigolf, with packages to lessen the cost. My only gripe is that they refuse to take my preferred credit card American Express.

I had my son's 7th birthday party here and it was awesome! We came all the way from Baltimore but is was well worth the drive. The staff was great, the facility was clean, they were organized and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. Everyone, parents included, loved it. We had a blast. Don't underestimate the bumper cars, they are extremely fun. Overall this place has good value if you get a package to do everything all at once. I managed to play six games of laser tag during a 3-hour package. The only thing I think this thing needs is more arcade games, not just ticket games. but with their not being a lot to do in Westminster, it's a go to thing
