Price was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean though one toilet was not sealed to the ground so it wobbled. Bounce equipment was clean and kids had a good time. They were understaffed though so it was difficult to get a snack and no one was standing at the exit to check bracelets like they said they do. We also played games and no one was able to come to the prize counter.

It's a really fun place to bring the kids but not much to do for the younger ones that are under 3 they only have two bouncy houses for under 3 so they get bored easily but my 8 yr old loved the place.

Our first visit with our 2 year old was trick or treat night. The staff was friendly and attentive and all the parents and kids were great. The place was clean and all the amusements were in good working order. We will be back.

I brought my 9 year old granddaughter on a Tuesday. We paid around 9.50. She went down the slides about 4 times then she wanted to play the video games instead! So i spent $6.00 more on the games! We were ready to leave after an hour. It would probably be fun for a child's birthday party. The staff members never smiled.

My 7 year old had a great time, Great place to burn off energy, and have some fun. Everything was clean and it wasn't over crowded. My only issue was that most of the employees that walk around the play area seemed to be lazy. The whole 3 hours we spent there, 2 to 4 of them were leaned against the inflatables, one of the employees kept play hitting the other employee. One of them kept walking into the back and coming out, and throwing candy into his mouth. The female employees seemed to find flirting more important than keeping an eye on the kids. They just didn't seem professional at all. Everyone else behind the registers and such were great.

Great place for kids of all ages. During the day is good for younger kids while school is going on. It is very warm in the building, so dress accordingly. It is a good price for the experience.

Never returning. All the bounce houses are falling apart. Wouldnt recommend taking anyone under 4 years old. They arent allowed on 90% of the stuff. Food is way to high priced . We ended up leaving 20 minutes after being there the kids were bored. WASTE OF MONEY!!

Was very disappointed! My daughter is 1 1/2 and likes to slide down the big slides, however after I took her down one of the slides I was told she was not allowed on them. The "referee" was not very nice about it either when he told us we could not be on there. He told me my daughter was only limited to 2 of the small ones. I've been to other Monkey Joes and could take my child on all the jump castles with me by her side. I guess this location is great for older kids, but not younger ones if they like to go on the bigger jump castles. My daughter didn't want to play on the small ones, so we left. Waste of money.

Went there today on the 14th of October. Place was very clean and managed well. I don't remember the guys name but the manager on duty looks like an Italian guy was very nice and helpful. I will bring my daughter back here again

My 3 & 4 year old kids had a blast. We watched them play for about 2 hours and they loved every minute. The only thing I don't like is that some people turn the kids loose and don't pay any attention to them.

This place is very good for kids 2.5+. Good for parties and kids can hangout for longer than 2 hours which is best thing. Only one person is managing the group which becomes unmanageable at times

It's clean. I've read some reviews about some locations being trashed but this one is always clean when we visit. Kids love it. We can sit and relax while kids play. They have Wi-Fi. There's eating and shopping places close-by if you like. It's very easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

My child ended up with a phenomenal party, but NO thanks to the "party planner". She quite literally got most EVERY detail wrong, down to the policies regarding the party. We were repeatedly told inaccurate information about our daughter's party. This was rectified in the sense that the party ended up being discounted, but we were after the EXPERIENCE, not a discount. Luckily my child is easy going or the whole party would have been a disaster. I suggest requesting a manager to set up any event and stay away from so-called "party planner" Sarah. Atmosphere for kids is five star. Everything else here is an utter disaster.

Was disappointed to go there and be told my child was not able to go down all the slides due to his height. Since i have 2 kids of different heights i have to pick which child to play with and which to ignore. Worst part is, everytime i go the rules seem to change on what the rules are. I guess discrimination on height is legal in maryland.

Great place to bring the kids to jump around and burn some energy. They have some inflatables that are suited for toddlers as well. The play area is well kept and clean. The bathrooms have been clean each time I visited. Why only 4 stars? Their food and drink prices are very inflated. My advice would be to give your children a good meal so you don't get gouged by MJ's food prices.

For a child under 36" tall this place is a complete waste. For families with 2 children, one taller than 42" (age 4) and one shorter than 36" (age 2), it passes into the parent hell of only one child playing while the other watches. Complete and total waste of a Saturday and $20. Not to mention the overwhelming nimbnu of additional cost video/vending machines. We will not be back.

The kids had a blast. Was a bit warm inside the place. I noticed a few were sweating a lot. Plus a lot of red faces on the kids. My personal experience was very hurtful. I walked passed my cousin who was watching my son so i could go to the bathroom. When i came back i was told that the two employees that we were standing next to had called me fat and shook their heads. Now i am currently 6 months pregnant with my second child. No i wasnt skinny before i got pregnant either but i have watched my weight very closely since. And honestly I was feeling very good about it and myself till tonight. So we told the management about it and he didnt really care one bit about it. So they need some major work on customer service skills there.

Our most recent visit was disappointing. Our children always loved going to Monkey Joe's but this time most of the inflatables were not in working order or they had so many patches on them that they weren't staying fully inflated. Hopefully they will invest some money into the inflatables soon.

My daughter loves monkey Joe's, so we go pretty often. One of the complaints I have is that there isn't a lot of supervision. Especially when older kids literally run over the younger kids. It always seems the staff at monkey Joe's is always standing around watching and never says anything. They all look like they would rather be anywhere else. This is a shame as they have a great opportunity to make the experience a special one for the younger kids and teign in the bigger ones. Just always seems like a great idea that is poorly executed.

My 2 1/2 year old enjoyed himself. It was between Christmas and New Year's so it was a bit crowded that day. The prices were reasonable... The inside was INSANELY HOT! I was just standing in a t-shirt and sweating, my kid was bright red. The facility itself was dirty.. very worn in.. smelled of sweat, feet, and wafts of BO. Most kids were respectful and nice.. some were visibly sick (not really MJ'S fault, but worth knowing) .. But some older kids trampled mine a few different times pretty hard with no word from the "refs". Twice is happened from kids that were probably 7-8 years old playing in the toddler area (less than 3 years old). My kid liked it, I was grossed out by the place, I might on a rare chance go back if he begs me.

The workers went watching the kids to closely big kids were knocking little ones over my daughter is 3 and got knocked down smashed and kicked countless times we only stayed an hour and a half because of it. The magic show sucked kids knew the tricks and my was bored with it. Not many eggs being put out either. Will rate on next trip again..

I took my son and daughter here and had an awful experience. I even emailed them and never heard anything back. Not only did the one kid working there start shutting down a bounce house while my son was on it but they were doing it to all the houses with kids on them. It wasn't even closing time yet. It was dirty. The play area for kids that aren't allowed to bounce because of a height restriction (which is ridiculous because my daughter was older than some of the kids bouncing but she wasn't allowed to because she's short and petite) was non existent. The toys that were there were broken and so dirty. The computers didn't work. The keyboard letters had been rearranged. I mean you can't expect much out of it because of where it's located but they should at least try.

My little nephew had a ball at his favorite spot #monkeyjoe's. The prices are fair, $11 for as long as the kid wants to play, lol. Snacks are fair prices as well. The atmosphere is great, they have a small area for adults to watch sports. And most of all customer service was GREAT!

Usually I have a decent time, but today I checked the hours ( which said open 10-7) on Google before traveling with my 1 & 2 yr old for 20 minutes. I get here and a note is posted on door saying they will be closed Mondays during September. I checked the website and fb page to see if this info was on there, but it's not. I've worked in customer service for 15 years, info like this needs to be updated to save people's time.

I always take my son here. We have wayyy too much fun. Today there was an Older Man working there watching the children and was completely rude to the children. Yelling at them, putting his hands on them to stop them, and watching them and blasting rules like a bouncer at a rough club. He may have been enforcing the rules but there is a better route than acting like that kind of a negative adult towards toddlers. I was not the only adult there noticing this behavior. If I return and the other adults return with their children and the episode repeats there may be a repercussion in attendance because if the environment becoming a negative one for children.

t’s not really toddler friendly. They said only two jump houses are for ages 3 and under but the bigger kids kept going in and the little kids were not enjoying that. They have staff that just stand around and won’t say anything if a bigger kid is inside the toddler jump. I had to go inside a few jump houses to get my toddler because the bigger kids just kept knocking her down and she was not enjoying it! they should just divide the toddler side from the bigger kids. Or put staff members that can actually do their job.

Good place for kids, food and drinks are extremely high priced, just go to Pizza Hut after the trip and get waited on. You will save more money there. Very warm in there. Noticed a lot of red faces and sweaty kids.

$8 ea kid. Took my 2 yr old and 6 yr old. They both had a blast, talk about adrenaline rush. I had so much fun watching them and got a few great pictures. The only complaint I have is that the bounce play areas tend to get very crowded. I had to enter twice due to both of my children getting trampled on, some of the older kids can be rowdy and do not take smaller or disabled children in to consideration, but that's not at any fault of Money Joe's, its lack of parenting/ supervision.

Place is quite good, clean and maintained. We attended a birthday party. Arrangement was less resourceful. Only 1 party attendant was there to help all required stuff. Presentation was not much attractive. Party host have to involve with all the requirement of guests and kids.

It was not that great. I had my 6mos old granddaughter in there we jad her sitting on the crab taking pics and we were told thats not allowed or we had to pay ten bucks I was not going to pay 10 bucks for a 6 month old taking a picture on a crab then we brought a cake in all we can do sing Happy Birthday to the little boy and they were rude and said we couldn't bring the cake in the prices are outrageous.

Great to take kids ages 1-10. Good way to burn energy. Everything is in good condition with several staff around for assistance. Been taking my kids here for the last 6 years. I frequently can find coupons or discounts including Groupon. There is no time limit to play, we are generally spend 1hr here. Also great for parties.
