Do not book a moon bounce rental with this company. They were scheduled at my home between 8am - 11am to setup. My daughters birthday party was scheduled from 12-3. Then did not arrive and setup the moon bounce until almost 1pm. They would not partially refund the cost of the moon bounce for being late. Jump On It ruined my daughters 2nd birthday party.

We had a birthday party for our son there recently and it was great! The kids had so much fun on the inflatables and toys. The staff handled everything, taking the presents and food to the party room and then serving pizza, cutting and serving the cake. I loved how things were taking of and were moved along smoothly. They all had a great time!

We had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here. The price was awesome, the length of the party was longer than anywhere else, 2 pizzas were included, there were so many bounces to choose from, and the staff was amazing.

Clean, safe and very spacious! The staff members are not often on the floor monitoring, but they do have a clear(ish) view from the front desk. We've been here for fun and birthday parties. Will definitely be back many times as long as it remains well kept!

I have hosted a birthday party for my daughter and have taken her to several others here. It is always a great time. The cost is much more affordable then other places for a birthday party and the staff is accommodating. Just as any other play area you have to keep an eye on your kid(s) and there will always be one unruly child or two. No different then any public play ground in this regard but I have never had any issues when taking my daughter. I highly recommend Jump On It for children's parties.

We had my daughter's birthday party there and we were very happy with the experience. Everyone had a great time and I would recommend this as a party location. The party room had a ton of space for all the kids and grown-ups, unlike some of the other party locations in the area.

Although my baby girl had a lot of fun today, I have lost all respect for Jump On It. Anyone who knows me knows I’m not one to usually complain publicly. I’m a very composed and nice person. BUT...Since they disabled their Facebook review section, I’ll post here and feel free to share. They ordered my pizzas late (an HONEST employee shared this information). We were not taken back to the party room until 3:10 (was supposed to be 2:45). I asked an employee if we still got the full hour and she said “yes, you paid for it so you get it.” I’m then told at 3:15 by another employee were are to be out by the same time. They wanted me to serve pizza and cake and sing happy birthday in 30 mins. To 13 kids and 20 some adults. My father went to the desk and told them we wanted an extra 15 mins, to which they said no. He told them we weren’t leaving until 4 and had an altercation with an employee. The employee proceeded to call him an “ass” and said we were making a big deal out of a “little birthday party.” After hearing that, I went to the front just to overhear her complaining about me and my father to another party parent and employees (she said I felt like I was more important than everyone else and throwing a FIT blah blah blah). I confronted her for cussing at my father, to which she tried to deny (later admitted that the other manager beside her was the one to interact with my father) and be all sweet. Then apologized and said an extra 15 was ok since they next party wasn’t to go into the room until 4:15. Long story short, I had tried to apologize for getting irritated and said I understood they were booked, but I just wanted the extra few minutes that were promised and expected and shocked to hear they spoke to paying customers that way. I told her I would help clean and be out by 4. Which I did. She smiled in my face, Gave me free jump passes and apologized for all the misunderstandings and the inconvenience. I was told by a friend later tonight that she was complaining about me AGAIN, after the fact, in front of patrons and employees. So, so, so unprofessional. Was going to let it slide until I learned she was STILL being extremely unprofessional and rude. Yea, it’s a “little party” to you, but that’s my BABY and I spent over $300 to make those 2.5 hours happen. If it’s just some little party, why do y’all charge so much for them? I am seriously considering never returning. So disappointed and my whole view has changed about that place. Sad, because we have really enjoyed going there. Proves they are all about money and care nothing about children having a good experience. Loved open jumps, but not the experience of hosting a party. Extremely disappointed in the treatment after they made a mistake and I spent a good chunk of money at their establishment.

I went thier for a birthday party. The kids did enjoy the blow up bounce houses. They was little seating for children except for a dilapidated couch and a metal bench. Drinks had to be bought and were pricey.

Attended an "Open Bounce" and hosted a birthday party. It is quite small (only had 4 bounce houses) but that worked well for young children. The overlap between moving one party group to the eating room and letting the new group begin to bounce was chaotic to say the least. The party employees were friendly and accommodating, although they didn't suggest when we should do cake etc. The employee during the Open Bounce was far from enthusiastic or accommodating; I would be much happier if I only worked 3 hrs a day. Overpriced for the size/options. Wouldn't do it again, but had a good experience anyway.

We went on presidents day at noon. They had about 10 large inflated houses/games. A few specificly for very young children. My 11 and 8 year old boys loved the zip line and the volleyball house. They burned tons of energy on a super cold day in Febuary and it only cost me $12. That is a win!

Amazing! We've held our daughter's birthday party at JumpOnIt. The people are very helpful and very accommodating! Everything runs on schedule but with 2 and a half hours of total time there was plenty of playing, jumping and sliding on the inflatables, and they set up the birthday room for you. At the end of the party there s no cleaning or tidying, it's all being taken care of. It's fun and convenient! 5/5, would recommend and we'll do business again!

Do your kids like to scream? Jump? Play? Well then this is the place for your kids. They have a schedule that you follow. Plus you can do birthday parties here too. The zip line area was the only disappointment there. There are no employees to help the kids. Literally it's the kids either do it themselves or you have to help them. Because face it. Some kids are really short. And where they have to have it launch at, the zip line doesn't roll back too the starting area. Kids loved it though.

We love Jump on It for their open jumps. Great pricing and there are usually coupons for BOGO in the Val-Pack. Great variety of bounceys and kids get to jump for 90 mins. Hard to beat $6 (can be $3 each if you have a friend and use the coupon) entertainment!

If you have young children stay far away from this place. I brought my two young kids here for an open bounce and there were a lot of older children running around unsupervised. An attendant came out once to tell them to make sure they moved out of the zipline area when they were done, but that's the extent of it These kids were running around knocking my daughter over, not paying attention to anything. We moved to the other side where she was able to play on her own for a while but then another group of kids came in apparently for a party. These are big kids that should know better and the kid came over and took the bat out of my daughter's hand that she was playing with. I then tried to redirect her to another toy where these other children ended up climbing on top of as we were going to it and jumping over to the slide area. Had my daughter been sliding they would have landed on her. So I grab my kids to go to the front and inquire about the supervision policy and I flat out asked if it's normally like this because I don't want my young kids around that sort of thing. This other woman who's standing there coming in for a party she's having is listening in and interrupts as if it's her business. The woman was being completely rude to me, started cussing at me and the employees DID NOTHING. They let this woman berate me in front of my young kids and didn't care. I finally got to the point where I was shaking and started cussing myself because I couldn't take it. All I wanted to do at that point was get my money back and leave and this woman kept going. My husband then called to talk to a manager about what happened and they sat there and said I started it. Really? I guess by reporting kids that are going to seriously injure someone I did start it. I will never return there and all the people that I recommended the place too, will certainly not be going here either. I tried reporting what was going on for the safety of the kids there and in return I got bashed by another mother in front of my young kids and the employees are taking her side. I guess because her birthday party is more profitable they cared more about her than me. Oh on another note the place is filthy and I had to keep pulling stuff out of my daughter's hand. I found a bandaid in one of the jump houses which is extremely unsanitary.

You only get 2 hrs for a party? And when we went to eat, the staff were no help and disappeared when we needed them

I rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party and everything went perfectly! It was a huge hit. I loved not worrying about setting it up or taking it down. We were even able to keep it overnight for no extra charge. I also loved that tax and delivery fees are included in the price. Would definitely rent from them again.

We rented a bounce/water slide combo for my sons party and I couldnt have been happier. They delievered it, set it up, cleaned it and came back the next morning to do it all in reverse. The crews were both polite and professional and it was very easy to reserve and book. Highly recommend.

Picked this place for our sons party based on reviews but wasnt impressed. No one ever monitoring kids, Had to keep looking for our hostess or do it myself. Not much selection, didnt see many that was pictured on website. Every last single couch for sitting was broken...dangerous springs exposed. Really for the price? Not worth the price! Never again! Atleast my son was happy!

My 10 year old has been to the jump on it fun center several times and always has a good time. The only issue we have is sometimes the other people's children during "free play" can be a bit unruly and badly behaved but that isnt the fault of the fun center. However we have run into a few very badly behaved kids there. Other than that our daughter has a great time.

I attended a birthday party at this venue and enjoyed enough to book my sons 8th birthday party here. This past Friday this venue caught FIRE!!! My party was booked and deposit was made 1 and a half weeks ago for this coming Saturday. I have yet been able to get in contact with anyone about my deposit. I understand the deposit is non refundable if I canceled. I believe deposits should be refunded at this time because up coming party's had to be rescheduled at other venues because of the FIRE. I'm extremely annoyed at this point. Ive been trying to contact someone since Saturday. It would be nice and also good business practice if there was a number to contact and speak with someone...

I mean...the concept is cool. But it was gross inside.. it was very sweaty, hard to breathe.. smells like mold and mildew and I really really question the cleanliness of the facility. After the visit which I think had been a little under a week . Me and my wife both have upper respiratory congestion and kids have been a little runny nosed . Air was not on I'm sure because it was cold outside. The fans are helpful but bottom line this place needs a really good cleaning. The birthday attendant is young...maybe needs to pay a bit more attention to hygiene when serving food... honestly I dont know how food is even allowed to be served in this place based on body odor sweat and mold. Like I said..great cool concept but needs to be cleaned asap!

I have been having my girls joint bday party here for about 4 years. The staff is amazing. The inflatables change every year. The size of the actual party room is a huge plus. They are enormous compared to other jump places I have been. And lastly the price- extremely fair for what they offer!
