This place isn't the worst. And could use improvements. The food wasn't great and little variety. Lines for the consession were long and the teenagers behind the counter could have used an adult manger around. The kid ages should be 10 and younger. Any older than ten the kids lose interest. The tubes for the floating were held hostage for hours! I mean you would go to take an empty one and some kid whose family already had ten would snatched it up. I would suggest more tubes and more family sizes tubes. More adult supervision for the teenage staff. But great wave pool; that interactive water thing; kiddie pool were worth it.

My family and I had a great time. But false advertising on the food. Food was old and dry. Better to bring your own food. Had fun in the wave pool and slides. Also baseball and golf was fun. But the food was old and dry. False advertising on food. Next time were going to subway first.

Great place locally for a water park day. Gets crowded quickly during these summer months but a great outing nonetheless. Because of the larger crowds, they could use a larger changing area. Good that they allow you to bring your own snacks.

We took the kids to mini golf there. Kids had fun, prices are reasonable however, there was a lot of mosquitos and the geese poop everywhere on the mini golf area. I think they need to spray for mosquitos and do some cleaning after the geese

Whatever Dude its gotta creek running through it , Afluence of the Potomac river and it's got a few decent spots but only if you are stuck in the city and that's tha best you can do. I recommend a real river like oooh idk the Shenandoah or something of that NATURE if you really like fishing and the outdoors

Hello. My family and I visit on June 30,2019. We enjoyed ourselves. The only flaw we had was the food station. The counter tops was very sticky and filled with trashed, and our funnel cakes were cold. Also, it was a small dead mice near the kid pool were the slides are located. I informed one of the life guards. She didn’t do anything but move it from the corner of the pool. Kids was still stepping on a dead mice. I had to inform another employee to remove it. Also, the bathrooms need cleaning. Please inform the works to clean the food station and bathrooms more often. Thank you ... I took pictures as well

The water park itself is nice fun and clean my issue was with the cleaningness of the bathroom and food area .. Bathroom ,we came when they first opened blood and feces in two of the women stalls and no tissue or paper towels. Food area numerous flies flying around employees look young and attitudes. I also dont like that they go in the back and get food and bring it out.

I normally enjoy these batting cages, but not tonight. The tokens aren't aways accepted. You have to bang on the machines to get it to accept the tokens. All that work to get the pitching machine to start. When you think you're good to go, you'll be lucky if you get more than two balls to hit per token. So frustrated. The staff has tried to go into the cage to fix it. But nothing works. This place used to be so much better.

This review is based on the batting cages only. We went at the beginning of the season and they were open and operational just like the phone message said they would be. We spent a couple hours there doing batting practice in the cages. They had 3 slow pitch softball (hoped there would be a fast pitch softball) and slow, medium, and fast baseball. One of the fast pitch baseball was out of order. They had plenty of helmets and bats available for use. The attendants were polite and responsive to attending to the cages when problems were reported by customers and got them working again quickly. These cages also had snacks and candy available for purchase which was a very nice additional touch. As this is now the only batting cage I can find in northern Virginia I hope we can keep this up and running!

The park is great. The water park was ok. I was concerned with how the cleaned up the restroom after someone chose to defecate on the floor. First I wish they could identify the guest who did it and not invite them back because their staff should not have to deal with that. I would suggest the team train their staff on how to clean such a mess because the way they cleaned it was spreading bacteria from stall to stall. I am not blaming the staff, I am so disappointed that the guest who did that did not respect the staff or themselves.

These facilities would have a lot potential under better leadership. First upon entry you're most likely asked to give up your bag to be searched which is all well and good until you realize the teen assigned that job would rather have his teeth pulled because they just unzip the backpack, glance at it and ask you to move on. Concerning. Then good luck finding a place to park your stuff that isn't seventh ring of hell hot on a given summer weekend. Crowded and naturally all covered areas are booked. Fun. Hungry? The Scrooge McDuck types amongst us will appreciate $5 hotdogs that look as wrinkled as my fingers after soaking in that wave pool that never seems to work when I visit. Pricey. Need to use the restroom? Do you love unkempt floors with clumps of hairballs and pee on the ground (I mean come on guys, this isn't on Cameron Run, it's a bathroom, not pin the pee on the everywhere)? Then these restrooms are the dogs bullocks. Disgusting. Anyway fun times.

Cook pond is nice except for all of the adults going to fish the stocked trout. I could Ted 16 anglers, none of which had kids, all fishing an taking their creel limits. The thing that really annoys me is that they said they come back every day.

Food was expenive & took an hour !!! When we did get the food it went straight in the trash because it was GROSS. Mosquito land . They WILL tear you and your kids up! No shady areas if you didn’t book & the bathrooms ..... just skip them. Hold it !! Change when you get home !! My kids had fun because well they’re kids but I don’t think we will ever come back. The slides are fun for the kids but that’s about it . Wave pool was dirty .

The waterpark was great but the concessions/restaurant had the worse service ever! I was there on 8/20/19 with my family. I even complained to the concessions manager and not sure what he did about it because he told me he was too busy at the time and would address my complaint later with the workers. I saw 2 people get out of the line because they were frustrated with the waiting. I saw at least 8-10 workers behind the registrar but they all look like they were walking in circles. We waited in line at least 20 min before we finally reached the registrar and we were 3rd in line. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 order of fries and they put one sandwich at a time on my tray, at least 10 min. in between 2 of the sandwiches. I had to remind them I was waiting on my fries too. The counter top was filthy, looked like the powder sugar from the funnel cakes were all over the counter, the floor had at least 10-15 fries scattered all over and there were several tomatoes on the floor and ketchup packs that had been stepped on. Both trash cans outside were full to capacity. Finally after about 40 min my TOTAL order was filled. If it wasn’t for my kids, I would have cancelled and asked for my money back! If you want, I can post or send you photos of the counter top, tomatoes and fries all over the floor and smashed ketchup packets on the floor. And the young teenagers working the registrar have no clue on customer service, no greetings, no HI MAY I TAKE your order, etc. my cashier had the nerve to repeatedly drink from her soda can and was checking her text msgs while she was taking my order. Also, the pizza parlor was closed this day for whatever reason and most of the dots ice cream flavors were out! Only 2 flavors of at least 5-6 different flavors were available! I will make sure my family and I eat PRIOR to coming to this waterpark again!

The park is good and has a lot of fun things to do for all ages. The wave pool is awesome. I would suggest wearing water shoes or flip flops when walking around because the cement is very rough on your feet and the turf is hot. Getting food takes a long time especially just to get fries and hot dogs. Would recommend eating before or after you go to the park. You can bring water bottles to the park.

I was there for a family reunion so I can’t tell you anything about the cost to get in or the cost of concessions. What I can say is the wave pool was a lot of fun. My kids had an amazing time on the two different slides that they have going into pools of water. There’s also a splash pad that is great for smaller kids and adults too. I happened to be there on the hottest day of 2019. I think the heat index was around 110. It was really nice to be able to get in the water

Had a blast here. Didn't realize that the park was as big as it is. It's more than a water park. There's a lot of activities on site. We went on a Wednesday, and not crowded at all. It's full price before 4. We were able to receive coupons to arrive at 3 with a discount so that worked perfectly. This is a cool water park and we will return.

Got here right at 10, when the mini golf was supposed to open. Walked to the shack, where a sign said to walk across the parking to the batting cages to pay. That cashier had absolutely no idea how much to charge or even where the golf balls were. We’ve been waiting a half hour

I really don’t understand why people go to this water park. We go to a lot water parks and by far this place needs some serious management! The lifeguards wouldn’t let you swim in the wave pool. There was so much whistle blowing, you couldn’t tell who they were whistling at! My kids wanted some fries and I waited in line for an hour. I’m listening to 10 customers complain because they haven’t received their fries, funnel cake, chicken nuggets and etc.

Wave pool is fun. Guards were diligent. Offered us free passes to come back when park had to be closed due to weather. Food was meh, out of soft serve, fries were cold, cafe was dirty and employees acted like it was a bother to serve you. But kids had fun. Slides were good. Playground was closed off, sandpit is gone.

I grow up in the area and this place has gone down the drain. The employees are young (of course) but with empowerment issues when it comes to talking to guest, they are rude and disrespectful. Due to having kids, they don’t aloud fruit or goldfish snacks in the place cause they don’t consider that as baby food even though 2 and under is consider. They only except gerber food only as stated by a employee, I ask about other products and the employee stated “it’s company policy only in a rude manner and said I don’t feel like arguing. THEY NEED TO HAVE INFANT UMBRELLAS AREA ONLY, could not find a seat for my infant. The wave pool is a joke now and they cut down on inter tubes. The prices are over priced in the morning to mid afternoon.

Tried this place because it's included in my annual pass, highly disappointed compared to the other Nova Waterparks. No toys allowed in pool, no kids (regardless of swimming skills) can go past the flags on wave pool. Food choices were minimal and were getting complaints for uncooked or burned food. Dip'n'dots stand didn't have anything other than birthday cake flavor.

This place has a good wave pool and my kids like it. It gets a bit overcrowded sometimes, and the water slides are not the greatest with water pressure and such. You get stuck on the slides. The food is a little overpriced for the quality but overall a good time
