Pulled up and decided not to go due to false pricing at location. Website says 25 to use waterpark and 10 to spectate. When I went to enter the price was marked 50 in marker with a piece of paper over the original price for everyone not staying at resort even if your not swimming. If I can give no stars I would. I understand mark up for people not staying but double is ridiculous.

Waiting in line for 45 mins to find out when I was 1 person away from entering that we where not allowed to enter the park only hotel guests. Horrible way to treat people and based on the attitude of the employees you can see it's not a welcoming place.

Had my daughters 9th bday party here last night at Kahuna Laguna. We had a blast. The staff was very friendly. They provided enough food and cake for your whole group. They set your party up in a spot that gave you quick access to the water slides also closed off for privacy for your group. Lifegaurds on duty to give parents some ease and time to enjoy the water park as well. Also a huge beautiful hot tub. I would highly reccomend Kahuna Laguna for parties for kids and adults. Also just time out with family or friends! Thanks again!

Day passes start at Noon. They should make that apparent on the website. Kind of a buzzkill to rush our 1 y.o. And 2 y.o. through 12 degree F freezing wind, only to pack them back up and return to swim at the Marriot.

Reckoned to be one of the best indoor water parks in the U.S. It certainly kept the children entertained for hours. It is very well maintained and lifeguards are constantly patrolling and making sure that the rules are being followed. Highly recommended.

Very small indoor waterpark. Not worth the price of day passes. $50 per person for 4 slides and a small wave pool. WAY overpriced!! All 3 kids (ages 12, 10 and 7) wanted to leave within an hour of getting there.

The people at the desk were not honest. Said water park was only open 3-9pm. This is not true, open 8-2 pm as well. Your not a loud to bring food and drink into the park but the concession stand was closed the whole time. Said you had to order room service. The hallways smell like a nursing home. Maybe it is better in the Summer time, I just don't recommend in off season.

I brought both kids to the park, it was middle of the week so quiet compared to a weekend, but we got a tons of rides in as lines were super short. Both boys loved it!

Absolutely horrible. The water park cost 50$ per person for nothing. 4 boring slides and 1 wave pool. And you have to pay 10$ just to watch your kids. Everything was overpriced and there were cockroaches everywhere.

I was disappointed to find out the water park was only open for a chunk of time during the day. A couple of hours in the morning and then they opened back up at 3 which is a pain when you have kids things don’t always go as planned and it’s hard to get out of the door on time especially paying all that money it should absolutely be open all day. The staff was also not very friendly and communication was off but the park itself was fun and entertaining when we finally got to use it.

No longer worth the experience if you're not staying on the property. Requires adults who are not using the facility but there to watch their children essentially also pay full price for use of the park - $80 for my wife and I to sit in a chair and make sure our kids behave. It's more economic to rent one of their rooms to use the park than it is to use the park as a visitor.

I love this water park. As a kid, this is really fun. The one thing I'm not such a fan of is the stairs. I also am not too fond of the fact that my little sister was pulled under in the wave pool, and the life guard didn't even notice. our friends had to pull her out themselves, even though they were screaming "HELP! HELP!", the life guards (notice, there was more than one) were too busy talking to realize it. Over all, I'd give it a 3/5. Of course, this was a few years ago, 2 or 3, and I still return time and time again.

While in Alton Bay, NH for school vacation I took my 10 yr old granddaughter to Kaguna Luguna for an afternoon. I am not sure who had more fun. Myself or my granddaughter. What a great time. And we both slept so good after all the swimming. We'll be back.

Wonderful place to host a birthday party. Private birthday area, good food, fun slides. Arcade was a let down as tokens were eaten fast with high prices ($1.00 per game?) and broken token slots eatti g the coins.

I am going with 3 stars, it is very small indoor water park, Redjacket is okay resort. Very old though. I would rather go to GreatWolf Lodge is MA cost is almost same (may be little more) but much better family vacation place.

We went there for our senior trip and it was a ton of fun. The only complaint is the wave pool's depth. It is only 4ft deep. Bit short for high schoolers.

Nice but it should come with the price of the room you have to pay $20 each separately to use it for one day a little expensive for a family to afford. And if you're older and you don't want to use the slides and you just going to get wet in the pool in the hot tub you still have to pay $20 not nice

A week in Jamaica all inclusive plus flights costs less than taking the family here for a weekend! Lifeguards are very overzealous with their whistles, scaring most kids. Spent 25$ on stale candy in their store. The hotel rooms are expensive enough for their outdated style, they do not need to charge extra for their water park. it's not worth it.

It is not a very big park for $50 but I gave it a 4th star because being indoor with the ability to come any time during the year is a huge perk. It all seems clean, enough to keep young kids entertained for a long time. My only frustration, as I STAND here, is that I don't have anywhere to sit. I don't swim but I brought my daughter who loves to swim. There are not a LOT of chairs but it seems adequate. The problem is I have 30 chairs around the wave pool and only 5 people are sitting in them. The other 25 chairs have towels, sandals and personal effects on them, even though there is a sign on the wall prohibiting reserving seats with personal items. I am not the type to touch someone else's belongings and also not the type to ask one of these teenage workers to do the same. There ought to be better signs/policies to prevent this because I plan on being here 4 hours and my feet already hurt.

Not so good we brought are children to visit and play at the park. As parents we wanted to enjoy sitting in the hot tub. When we got there it was closed and never opened. So the next morning we had breakfast which was good. We went again to the hot tub to use it and it was not opwn again. So as parents we paid for two passes and never got anything out of them. I feel I deserve a refund for the two passes.

Amazing place, rooms, and view where amazing the atmosphere and the activities for kids are top notch we arrived early no wait the water park is one of the best I've been to there's no wait people are not rude everyone is friendly every employee was extremely friendly, the all-you-can-eat breakfast was amazing room service was amazing and fast ,I would recommend this to anyone with kids, and it's dog friendly which is definitely a bonus we will definitely be back

Everyone had a great time at the birthday party! Excellent atmosphere. Deluxe package price was a great deal for a private birthday party for 10 people! The cake, the icecream, pizza and arcade game tokens for all to enjoy was excellent. We even had soda and chips there too which was unexpected. We still had enough food and snacks to let kids take some home with them. A very friendly staff took care of all our needs. The park was incredibly clean and accommodating. Will definately plan another party there in the future.

At first I thought it was going to be lame looking the the pictures. But the kids had a blast. And I had fun too. If you want to sit on a beach chair and watch you can do that too. Definitely recommend it.

My kids are 15 & 12 & really the only thing for them to do was tje watersildes. The wavepool is too small to really have fun. The "basketball" area is more of a TINY lazy river with a basketball pole & people trying to shoot hoops in the middle of it. Hot tub was nice. This would be an AWESOME place for younger kids, but at $150 in tickets for 3 of us it was a ripoff for what we got out of it.
