REVIEWS OF Edaville Family Theme Park IN Maine

Brian Aaron

My son is a Thomas fanatic and loves trains in general. The Thomas land part of the park is very well done. We flew from Florida to see it and were not disappointed. There is also a model train city in the big brick building that he was enamored with. If you're child loves Thomas, definitely make the trip.

Stephen Capuccio

excellent place for small children good customer service.

T J

This place is great for families! Staff is amazing and my boys run from open til close. We will travel from PA every summer the boys still want to go!

Michael Peng

Went with the family (3 children, ages 8, 5, and 1) over long July fourth weekend during one of the shorter days. The park was not crowded, the rides were appropriate for my young children, and they even had a few ride for the 1 year old. Definitely recommend.

Bahaa Abdel Latif

Absolutely my wife and my daughter love it .

Aka Tnt

It's fun for all, every time yu go it never gets old

Kim McCloud

Had an amazing time, park perfect size for our 5 year olds.

Melanie Gilbert

We had a blast today. Clean park very good time for the young ones. The one thing that I did not like was there are literally no safety measures entering this park. No bags checked, no metal detectors, people bring in coolers that aren’t even looked through. Essentially someone could bring whatever they wanted inside the park. My husband had a pocket knife clipped to his pants that we made sure to leave in the car, not that anyone would have known that something like that was even brought in!! In today’s world it’s sad to have to worry about those safety measures but unfortunately that’s how it is.

Amy Loreck

My family absolutely loved this place. PLENTY of rides, treats etc. We enjoyed ourselves so much we made a mini vacation of it and stayed in a hotel, then went back the next day! Such a happy memory. My kids still brag that they rode Thomas the train and met Sir Topham hat lol. The dino walk is pretty neat, however my child was sorely disappointed not to meet a real Paleontologist there as was advertised at the time. We hope to return again!

Matt Hanks

Expensive. Half the park is new quality rides and half are old worn out rides. Dinosaur park is cool but dated. Dinosaurs could use some work.

Amanda Rivera

Had a lot of fun, the dinosaurs move but some didn't work. Plenty of rides and entertainment.

Angela Ortiz

Our family had a great time at this park. There is so much to do and see! Our son is a huge Thomas fan and he was so excited to see all of his favorite characters. The show at Tidmouth Sheds was a lot of fun too. The park was clean and there were lots of rides and even an air conditioned play area for the parents to take a break. The dinosaur area is a walking tour with animatronic dinosaurs. Make sure to read the sign with the backstory at the entrance. Our kids are 3 1/2 and 7 and they loved this place!

Amy Delgado

This is a wonderful family park for kids . One price gets you access to the whole park with unlimited rides. I appreciate that they allow outside food in the park.We have children with specific dietary needs so as a parent I grateful for this allowance. There is a room for nursing mothers that is comfortable. The employees are helpful and kind. You will not be disappointed if you choose to visit. The park is so large that even when busy lines for ride are no long at all.

Annette Morales

It was a bit pricey for the limited attractions but my kids loved it.

C Nicole

great place for the kids perfect for toddlers and kids probably up until 10 years old . extremely friendly staff!! first visit and will definitely be going back

Mrs. HughesLee

My 4 & 5 year old sons love this place. We go every year. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. I love on how on hot days they have water spraying fans all over the park and they have ice water available. Great place to bring younger kids.

Ryan Walsh

This place is incredible we will be back

Kate Carnes

Great place to take the kids. Loved it and thank you Make a Wish for making this happen!!!

John Horvath

Great day. Not overly crowded. Short lines. Good time.

Yaffa Ben Harush

Great pass time for family with children! the kids had a lot of fun

Alexis McElroy

Good for the younger kids but some rides they just weren't "big" enough for it

Ocairy Silva

My son love it! Excellent park

Tina Kessler

It is the best time ever ... Been going for 5 years ..

Jenny Andre

The park was fun but the food places needs some improvement.

Carol Preston

Loved the Autism Awareness Weekend. It was the best amusement park experience my son has had since we moved back to New England. Thank you for reaching out and engaging the community to include us!

Julie Kolodji

A wonderful place to enjoy the day with little people... Fishing from the shore was a favorite!

Kelsey L

This park was so cute and amazing for little kids. There was plenty to do more than enough to fill an entire day with activities in my opinion and it was not that crowded. I took my 5 year old nephew and my 2 year old and they both had a good time. I also felt like the park was clean and had a good ammount of rides they were very repetitive but perfect for small children.

Daniel Connolly

A bit expensive compared to other alternatives. But the kids enjoyed it. Their promos aren't great compared to StoryLand up north.

Heather Griffin

I'd give this place a 3 1/2 star tops, only because my 3 year old loved it. Firstly there are no water fountains in this park and each bottle costs $3. Pretty ridiculous for a park catering to kids during the hot summer. We had to spend almost $20 on water just to keep from heat stroke. The park is a bit dated, and I thought a bit overpriced though apparently it's cheaper if you buy tickets online I didn't know that. We were also pretty disappointed that almost 3/4 of the dinosaurs in dinoland were broken down and didn't make noise or move. The staff was friendly but not always informative -- only one person was staffing the indoor rides and it was unclear if we could only ride that one or what. Otherwise though, they have a lot for 3-6 year olds (more for over 36" and 42") and there were no lines on a summer Monday. It was fine to do once, but I doubt we'll come back. If you live closer than an hour or have kids really into Thomas it might be worth it.

Mark Thompson

We can't get enough of this place. It is phenomenal for families with small children. There is ample stroller space and plenty of rides for toddlers! There's even an indoor section with more rides and a very cool museum. The kids get a kick out if the life-sized Thomas the Tank Engine ride that goes around the entire park and you can ride it for free! One thing to be aware of is that the food options are a bit limited but that in no way is a deal breaker. You just may need to bring some extra snacks for the little one if you want healthier options This is such a great park and I can't recommend it enough.

Thomas Sutphin

Let's get the negatives out of the way: Food and drink are a bit pricey. Now, onto the good part: Edaville is an awesome family theme park full of rides that were straight out of my memories since I grew up near Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay, WI. Free parking, very friendly staff, and a lot of things to do for both kids and adults. My kids had an absolute blast when we were there in 2016 and we are hoping to go back again. My only hope is that the park keeps expanding and continues developing their theme. Loved it!

Elisabeth Hall

It was a lot of fun for my kids 7, 5 & 3yr olds. There were age appropriate rides for everyone. I even took my 9month old on a few slow rides.

Donny Chanthavong

Great place to bring your family.

Brian Aaron

My son is a Thomas fanatic and loves trains in general. The Thomas land part of the park is very well done. We flew from Florida to see it and were not disappointed. There is also a model train city in the big brick building that he was enamored with. If you're child loves Thomas, definitely make the trip.

Joseph Couto

Great for the kids a little pricey for adults

agent hotti

Rides are great, all I have to say is if your looking for more of a family day out this is the place to go!

Jessica

Great place to take kids of all ages. Rides are big enough for adults to ride with their children. Thomas was a big hit, and the dinosaur walk is a nice change of pace. Not too crowded and laid back versus theme parks like six flags.

Chris Adolph

Free parking, the food is not expensive, lot of rides closed, would be nice to have shows.

Jason Herb

Edaville family theme park has all amazing friendly staff. The atmosphere at edaville is amazing. This is my first time at this place and from day one i loved this place I'm so glad to be onboard with this edaville crew/family. The food here is amazingly delicious. I highly recommend you bring your entire family. I guarantee you'll leave edaville with great memories and be returning. I truly do love what i do and where i work. Thank you to the edaville staff

Jamie Dieppa

Great family park. Had something for everyone. Wish it stayed open a little later.

Carlos Zambrano

This place is great for kids. The food is a little expensive. If you are going for the while day, I would recommend bringing dinner food.

Matt Barden

Nice park, just keeps getting better the deeper you go.

olivia 999

We had a wonderful day. It's a very peaceful park with friendly and helpful staff. It is for younger children. The kids loved fishing and the indoor play area the most I think.

Lorena Castro

My kids love it Is our 4th time

Marcus Fries

Great time for families with young children.

Krystal Couse

It was the perfect place to bring my toddler. Short ride lines and the food was good!

Brian Kuchmak

Plenty of parking, welcoming staff and fun atmosphere that's obviously hyper aware of children and their needs. This place is amazing and so clean and well kept with friendly staff at every turn. My only complaint is the price of food. Yeah I know I could pack in food and water. Quality of food was overall better than expected. This place really is a gem and shouldn't be missed.

Emily Bruce

We had a great time at Edaville Family Theme Park last week! The staff were very friendly (especially the train conductor!), the park was super clean and the ride times were longer than most theme parks/fairs - more time for the kids to enjoy! Food & drink were pricey, but that's to be expected at these types of attractions. We will definitely be back!

Gaurav Nair

Its a very nice place for the whole family. Specially Younger kids also have many options in rides. Most of the rides are for elders too so the family can sit together and have fun. The splash pad was also nice but was only for kids. The only suggestion I can think of would be adding more shade areas to sit and wait as it was too hot. And also the splash pad could be bigger and allowed for adults also to get some respite from the heat. Overall a funfilled day spent there with the whole family.

Amanda Schiripo

Well worth the trip! We went for Father's day and the park was pretty empty because of the rain but we braved it anyway! The staff was incredible! They all wished my fiance a happy father's day through out the day and were very helpful! We will be going back soon!

Stephen Priest

I enjoyed my visit and I think my daughter liked it too. She had a cold so I think that took some of the fun out of it. Twenty eight amusement rides with Thomas the Train being the biggest. Huge (over) two hundred year old ferris wheel. Lots of shoppes and places to eat. Dino Land is the same as Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit but being close to Halloween, spooky exhibits mixed in. Tram ride above Thomas Land was nice. I wished the Flying Elephant ride was slower. We were squished together as we went around. Train ride was very slow, but comfortable. I am curious what the park looks like with all the lights on. I saw a lot of contented kids. Various rides aimed at various age groups. Picnic tables available. Extra commendation to carousel operator who noticed a special needs child and asked ahead of time if the parents wanted the music left off. Nice touch! All of the staff were friendly. I recommend a visit!

Stephanie Birch

Older park but it was a lot of fun, great rides, good food. The staff was the best part, super friendly and always making sure everyone is having fun.

Rich LaFredo

Perfect park for toddlers and young kids!! My 2 and 4 year olds loved it!

D P R

Perfect size park with rides for all ages.

Renee Trafford

We took my son here for his 5th birthday a few weeks ago. We had been before and absolutely loved it, which was why we decided to go back. However, this time we were sadly disappointed for several reasons. First of all, the splash pad was a HUGE letdown. It was played up big on their website, "NEW SPLASH PAD!," as well as advertised on signs at the park entrance. My son was super excited to check it out because he loves splash pads, but when we saw it we couldn't believe it. It was so tiny! And the worst part of all was that there were no changing rooms. How can you have a water attraction with no changing rooms??? We talked to a few other guests there who were also extremely disappointed and angry, including a mother with two older boys who just wanted to cool off, and ended up leaving because they had nowhere to change. An employee recommended my son change in a restroom, but first they were nowhere nearby and second, my son has sensory noise issues and is terrified of public restrooms. It's hard enough getting him to go in to use one, so I really didn't want to make him go into one to change. Instead we had him change behind a towel, which is preposterous that we had to do that. On top of that, It is possibly the worst designed splash pad ever. The splash pad itself is a small, raised platform with stairs leading up and a barrier around it. Picture a boxing ring with water spraying out of it. Off to the side is a strip of Astroturf with sand on both sides where I guess parents are supposed to wait since they are not allowed into the splash pad. In order for kids to get from the splash pad to the Astroturf, they have to walk over a strip of rocks that surrounds the splash pad. My son had me lift him over because he was afraid to hurt his feet. Also, having the sand there is an awful idea because kids go straight for it while they're soaking wet and get filthy! Me and the other parent there were telling our kids to get out of the sand. We've been to public parks with free splash pads that are much, much nicer. You think that with the money you pay for admission they could have done a lot better. My son could spend hours playing in water, but after about 5 minutes he wanted to leave and was very disappointed. On top of that, many of the buttons in Dino Land that you can press to hear information about the dinosaurs didn't work. They either didn't do anything when you pressed them, or were completely detached and laying on the ground. My son was very disappointed by that, too. Again, I feel that with what we pay to get in, they should be on top of these things and making sure the park is maintained. On the plus side, they have some really great rides and the employees are very friendly and attentive. One employee at the ice cream stand gave my son a free slushy because he had taken it upon himself to pick up a ton of straws that people had dropped on the ground, and she wanted to reward his good behavior. She was so sweet and kind, and made my son feel really special. I just hope they resolve the other issues because it's a really great family destination that just fell short of our expectations this last visit. Not sure we'll go back anytime soon.

Pranoti Kadam

We have been goint there for past 2 years.....my kid loves it

James DeWolfe

Christmas lights on the train ride are awesome. Our 12 yr old son, 7 yr old grandson, and 2-1/2 yr old twin granddaughters love the park year round. There are rides for all their ages. They look forward to the climbing structure inside and it is heated, so it's a nice break from the cold.

Keri Donahue

We had an amazing time. Shout out for being food allergy friendly ! We brought our own food, yet we were still able to purchase safe foods for our multi allergy child !!

Travis Buswell

Small but awesome. the kids loved this place. It was very clean and not that busy. Had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Michelle Rose

Excellent for toddlers! My grandson loves it...so many things he can do here

Jeremy Fenner

Great place for a day trip to take your Young's kids . Thomas the train and more .

Alexa DePoyster

Perfect place for kids who love Thomas the Tank Engine. The rides were perfect for young kids and there were no annoying crowds. I just wished they had more options for food.

jennifer cope

We went here on opening day 4-6-19. We had a blast. Took my 5 year old autistic grandson. He had a great time. This park is very well maintained and employees were great. We traveled 3 hours to get there and will do it again!!!!! The train ride around the park and cranberry bogs was my favorite part. My little guy loved everything about Thomas Land. Thank you for such a fun day Thomas!!!!!

Bryden Whiting

Good for little kids. Lots of rides and entertainment.

KAT LadyB

This was a pretty good amusement park I wish the rides were even all the way around because they want an adult to ride on the rides with the kids even though the kids are big enough to ride for themselves but the OnePlus thing is they do have a person to ride with the children if you are not able to ride. You also can bring in your own picnic stuff and eat in the picnic area. As well as the dinosaur park a lot of the dinosaurs that didn't work so that was kind of disappointing when your kid love certain ones

R Houseman

If your child likes Thomas the Train or eants to go on amusement park rodes but is young this is the place to go.

Boyd Law

Like any other theme park, the food is extremely expensive for no reason. I think I paid like $5 for a bottle of water, where normally it will cost $.99. It's to be expected. What I am not all that cool with is, the rides other than the Thomas engine theme rides are somewhat new, everything else seems very very old. Sure, they might be well maintained but they looked like there were from the 70's. The dinosaur theme park was, well, somewhat a rip-off of Jurassic Park, we didn't go in, but the front gates says it all. We were looking forward to the train ride, but the ride just reveals the underbelly and underworkings of the whole place instead. I might sound like I am complaining, but thats from a grown ups perspective, for a 2.5 year old, it's all fun, rides, ice cream, and a train ride, what else can be better? I would recommend Edaville if you have younger children, but older children might find this place a little bit outdated.

Sara Robinson

Great for toddlers, but "Museum/arcade/mothers' room" hot on summer days and cold in winter. Portable ice cream stand left out, but closed on a hot day. Always a hit with toddlers though!

Christine Towle

My 3 year old loved the moving dinosaurs!

justin Credibles

Good time for the younger kids. Not enough shade. Lots of people.

Cape Cod Concierge

We brought our won who was just under a year old. He loved it. He could ride many rides. Even the flying elephant ride. Though it went very fast. This place is great for all ages.

Laura Andrade

Fun family day locally without the crowds and traffic.

Meghan DeRita

We celebrated our baby’s first birthday here yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. He obviously couldn’t enjoy the rides like an older child but there were enough small rides for us to bring him on and he absolutely loved it. The train ride around the grounds was the best part. The park has a laid back feel that allows everyone to go at their own pace no rushing and crazy crowd feeling which was perfect. If you just want to chill in the grass you can. I’m impressed with how clean the park is and how friendly the workers were. We ended up getting lunch there and found the prices to be very reasonable for an amusement park. They also have a nursing mothers room which was an extra touch that I REALLY appreciated! It was nice to have a calm quiet space to take baby. We can’t wait to return for our little guys 2nd birthday!

Sandy Day

Great place for young children. So much to do. Just pack your lunch. Food prices are HIGH.

Caleb Minson

Fun family park (specially kids under 10) that's close by.

Eileen Malames

My sister and I took our grandchildren on Tuesday June 18th. We had six children with us. They range from 7-8-9-10-11-12 We could have done two days. The kids had a wonderful time. From walking in the park the staff and all the employees were fantastic. They could not have done enough for us. Thank you James for your help. Thank you Scott for helping my sister. They loved the train and the guys there were great. They let them ride down in the Kaboose. We did not see the whole park. It is a 2 day trip. I did book at Pilgrim at the sands beach hotel in Plymouth. Great for the kids. We didn’t even get into all the gift shops. The kids were to busy on the rides. I had to make them stop to eat. The food was good. I have a grandson who is gluten free and he said the chicken and desserts were good. All of the employees in Thomas land were really great with the kids. Actually all the employees were great. I never met so many people who loved their jobs.p Thank you again Edaville for a great day.

Kelvin Tsai

Great for kids around age of 2-4. My son is not as tall so most of the stuff he can't play.

Gerri Mello

What a great park for the little ones! Very clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to take the grandkids back at Christmas

kevin cabral

Great place for the family. Food is great but could be a little cheaper. Otherwise, fun day out for the family.

Chris Pereira

Today's visit was nice, the threat of rain and cold was around but for a first outing for us in 2019 it kept the young ones plucking along longer than expected. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we interacted with them. Professional when they had a situation and never saw anything more than the height stick getting used as purpose. The upgrades to Dino land from the 2018 early season are great, still improvements to be made with maintenance on those Dino's but at this point I'm happy they really have an idea for what they want to do with it. Thomas land was awesome. When there was visable disabled cars on Winston they just shut it down. Just a solid day. Good job!

Vanessa Cruz

Nice park to go to great service Really great people working hard

Kim Cyr

The kids had a fantastic time!!! Perfect amount of everything for 3 toddlers!!!

Matthew Remillard

The park is amazing for young kids. However, there was a noticeable lack of restrooms, to the point where I had to cross about 80% of the park to get to one. --Edit in response: I was directed to the restrooms on the other side of the park, so if the restrooms exist, make sure your staff are aware.

Devraj Ram

The theme park has everything for the while day entertainment with kids. It has a big parking lot and is free. The train ride inside takes around the theme park. Food can be bought inside. Rest rooms available at the entrance and inside the theme park. When you buy ticket online you need to visit information center and get the ticket printed. Re-entry allowed. They also have fishing for free. kids of she 6 and below are recommended.

Yasmin Abdelmohsen

Nice amusement park for the little one, but is a little pricey.

Mike Kennedy

This is a great, walkable park with plenty of rides as well as train themed activities. There's even a neat area with dinosaurs. The Thomas train leaves every hour and goes around the circumference of the park offering views of the area's cranberry bogs. Rides are tall adult friendly as I'm 6'6 and was able to fit safely on almost all of them with my son. Highly recommended, especially if you can go during the school year when the crowds are small.

Maria

I attended with my family containing 3 young grandsons. I have to say I was very impressed. Clean, well maintained, attention to detail, caring staff ..... I could go on and on. The boys didn’t really dent all the rides and activities in the day . No lines at the rides! They repeated many rides as they were a lot of fun for the children. We couldn’t see and experience half of the attraction and rides ...... there are quite a few. Watch out! There is a cow on the tracks!

Regina Paltis

Fair price for the amount of stuff to do. Dino park was a bit disappointing. Wish it had more attractions. Although limited choices, food was good inside. We had roasted chicken from the grill with fresh squeezed lemonade. Even on Memorial Day weekend, lines weren't very long. Some rides are very squeeky and old but I would definitely return here. Something for all ages but I think this place is for kids up to age 8 at most.

Melinda Pierce

I went there on Sunday with my mother, father, son and nephew and were unaware that grandparents were free that day. My father paid the entrance and the attendant charged all of us full price. We were one of the 1st people through the gates and she did not ask if they were grandparents so now Edaville is refusing to refund the entrance fee for my parents due to the attendants mistake. This is poor customer service! I work for a public establishment and we have free and discounted offers and we always ask the customer if he/she qualify for the offers. I have never been fully impressed with the park but my son loves it, so we go. I don't know if we will go back again. So make sure you announce that you are GRANDPARENTS OR HAVE A BIG SIGN/T-SHIRT STATING YOUR THE GRANDPARENT BEFORE YOU PAY!!! The attendants aren't the brightest and the office doesn't care they will just take your money.

Erin DiBenedetto

This place was absolutely perfect for little kids

Cassondra Monfette

I was trying to decide between several places. I picked Edaville for my 3 and 5 year old and was not disappointed. There were so many rides for them, some I had to do with them due to their height. KC's Cafe was our lunch choice as they had the GF chicken tenders and fries (dedicated fryer). The food was good and fairly priced. My girls know very little about Thomas and that worried me at first but it didn't matter since there's dinosaurs and everything else! Overall great day trip kind of day!

Shania Kinne

Giving it two stars only because my three year old had a great time. He absolutely loves dinosaurs, we drove 4 hours for dinosaurs that don’t make sound or move, I was disappointed. Isn’t worth the price for admission. The staff are very rude. Thomas land was pretty nice, definitely the best part of the park.

Carl Bugbee

Fun for all ages but especially for kids ages 3 to 7. Lots of rides to give trills and some to give a nice easy pace for those who aren't looking for fast rides. Great staff and fun to bring the little kids.

Boone

Pleasant place to visit. no lines and very clean. Highly recommend

StoneAge1953

Haven't been back in 10 years. A whole new adventure. The train ride through the bogs is great with kids. Rides galore for all ages. Lots to do and lots of fun. Going again for Christmas.

David Morton

Great fun for the kids. My 3 year old is still talking about it. Reasonably priced, relatively speaking. Everything was included in the ticket price and there were no lines, at least when we visited anyway. I'm sure it gets busy in the summer season.

Elinor Actipis

This is heaven for kids 8 and under. I enjoyed it too! You can tell a lot of love goes into this place. It’s the antithesis of the super corporate Great America-type place. It is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The rides are perfect for Thomas-loving young uns. On hot days, they even have fans blowing cooling mist! My fave rides are the lady bug roller coaster, Troublesome Trucks, the tilt a whirl. Attractions: historical cranberry equipment exhibit, the Thomas train ride across the park, and the new sprinkler play area.

Pauline Wong

My 6-year-old has been a Thomas the Train fan since he was in diapers and lost his mind when we surprised him with a day trip to Thomas Land! We visited the UK Thomas Land last year and both parks and rides are very similar. Most of the rides were operating when we visited over Memorial Long Weekend and since we arrived shortly after parking opening, the queues were 5 minutes or less per ride but got much longer later in the afternoon. Limited choices for a full meal but that is to be expected at an amusement park. The Knapfod Gift Shop was sadly under stocked—mostly clothing apparel that were also limited to a handful of styles.

Jennifer

Fun for smaller kids. At 5, our child seems to be a little old to completely enjoy.

Shayne Barnes

If you have kiddos under like 8, this place is a blast. The little guys can go on just about every ride. Dino land keeps improving. Clean. Friendly. Love this place!

Lisa Biasiucci

Great time very expensive hard for a family of just 4 to afford it but if you pay online you get a small discount but any discount is needed to go here. I have to take my granbaby this year im saving for it now in July lmao! I highly recommend you go at least once it's very Beautiful and the train rides are the best. Kids will not ever forget it

Sheena Hodge

Its was amazing. Great for all ages. A great place to go with the family.

Connie Allie

My grandson had a fantastic day, he was able to go on the rides other than 2, I had a very special day with him, the park is very clean and the staff very friendly, absolutely going back ❤

Rich

Very clean. Nice park. Great for kids. A little pricey. Handicap accessibility is good. The train is wheelchair accessible but the rides are not.

Chris Hall

For the past 4 years my organization has worked along side Edaville Family Theme Park and every year i do a yearly ride on my bike to go and enjoy the first day of their operating season the park has great staff and is very autism friendly and for the fact Thomas The Tank Engine lives here makes me give this place 5 Stars a great place for autism families to enjoy rides and a nice scenic train ride

Jeremy Crosby

We loved our day there. The 2 little ones had a blast! Thomas Land was everything to them and the dinosaurs were pretty cool. The train ride was the highlight of the visit. We’ll be back in the summer and even pack a picnic lunch to enjoy.

Ann

Trains and dinosaurs it's 3 year old hevan! He was sprinting from dinosaur to dinosaur so excited! Little kids can go on almost all the rides, a bunch solo...mininal lines so waiting is easy. ...some good out of the sun spots, been back every year and always love it! Descent food options and pretty affordable!

Aurea Garvin

We came so see Thomas and our son loved it. All the staff was amazing!

Amanda King

Absolutely amazing time as always. 1st time we came in Fall and I love that they made it Halloween themed

S lee

Worse experience will never recommend this place again. 8 people in our group and we all had a bad day. Even kids were complaining!!

Sai Ram Kandarpa

Loved the time we spent there. 4 yr old loved everything that the place had to offer. The grilled cheese sandwich at KCCafe is underrated - very tasty !!!

Sky Nightingale

We had a great time. My son was injured while we were in the park...if I had to make a suggestion to the park, it would be to replace it rock/gravel that is on the path of the Dinosaur walk through exhibit, replace it with shredded tire mulch. My son was injured severely enough to require medical care at the nearest er and got stitches in his face. He tripped and fell on the rocky gravel path and smacked his face on a sharp rock. The park staff was very attentive and quick to get us first aid. I have to say they we're a little ill prepared on having knowledge of the nearest er and getting us directions to er. I think for the future, all upper management should know where the closest hospitals are to the park and have already printed out directions to the hospital if a family needs to go.

Abhishek Kadam

Super fun for kids, must go once. Some of staff behaved rude but other are welcoming. Good for kids from 3-10 years

Lila Peters

This place was just perfect for our family so much to do for all ages. I love how they made adult rides at a carnival or fair into kids rides but still fun for all ages

Shaun K.

Great decent sized amusement park aimed at the younger under 10 crowd. Military discount is pretty good, too. Definitely worth spending an afternoon there, especially if your kids are on the younger side.

Wonderfully restored and revised theme park. Thomas the useful tank engine & friends. Great train ride.

What a wonderful place to visit, we came all the way from Canada to visit this place and we were not disappointed. So much to do and see, we were here 2 days and throughly enjoyed the rides and the activities. The staff were very friendly, park was not overly busy and very enjoyable. It is very nice that they allow outside food, and a large picnic area to enjoy it. There is also plenty of good food options to purchase at reasonable price. If you have a small child this is a must visit and will have lasting memories. We got the chance to chat with sir topham hat and the conductor actors and they were so wonderful and friendly.

This was our first amusement park trip with our 18 month old and we absolutely loved the park!! We spent the majority of our time in Thomas Land ... since our son absolutely loves Thomas! The park was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to make sure our son had an amazing experience! On our sons first ride (ever) the man running the ride let us go through twice!! And he told us how honored he was that this was our sons first ride! Such an enjoyable time and we can’t wait to go back again!!

This place is fantastic. We brought my 8yo daughter and her 2yo cousin. Great rides for both few lines on a terrific day. The food was good. The train ride was good. All the facilities are clean and charming. The landscaping was terrific. I was very impressed with Busch Gardens Water Country this summer. Equally impressed with this park. Employees were all very nice and knowledgeable. I thought we would be spending a few hours but we made an entire day of it.

On advertisement non refundable was not mentioned on a BOGO deal. But it’s okay cause it’s mentioned at very bottom before you checkout. Had family emergencies so we had to cancel our out of state trip. All they offered is a 7 yr gift card for amount I paid. Great. Thanks a lot for your compassion and understanding. Even if we do make it your way we won’t be coming there not with the customer service we’ve received. Customer service is a joke. Shame on you!

A great amusement park for kids 10 and under. It has fantastic rides, is always clean and is rarely crowded.

Penelope Deotte

Great place for kids 3-10.

Lynndel Dion

Great day trip for the family. Pack lots of drinks water is $4 and with 4 children it adds up fast. Don't forget to go on the bumper cars we had a blast.

ReBekha Smith

My recommendation? Head straight to Thomas Land! It's clean, exciting, full of great attractions, and has a great little picnic area. Then you can explore the rest of the park if you have time/ energy, but you can spend the whole day just in that area if you have a little Thomas-lover. The splash area was a big hit, too.

Angela Raymond

Great place for family fun. It’s perfect for kids who are just starting to go on rides. They have a beautiful Christmas display but it’s still a great place to visit in the summer. It can be a bit expensive but you pay one price at the door and the whole place is yours for the day.

Mayra Vaquerano

Lovely place for the whole family, my 3 years old boy love it

Janel Glinski Brown

Very, very clean! The lake was a beautiful backdrop. We enjoyed the train ride and all of the kiddie rides greatly. The dinosaur trail was a little run down and had some technical errors but was still very fun for my 4 year old. Great place for a first roller coaster ride for a little one. Very friendly staff. We brought our own god and were able to eat under a canopy by the lake. Great little place!

This place was awesome. The food on the other hand was absolutely terrible. Pizza, fries, burgers, salad, chicken, etc. all terrible. Served cold and stale. Five in our group and we all had complaints and we are not picky eaters at all. $4 for bottled drinks with no souvenir cup or refill options like most places. Had to get the bottles to throw in our bag to get on rides otherwise I'd have to throw out a fountain drink. This is in July and we were PARCHED. There is no bringing in your own picnic. What we spent on keeping hydrated was absolutely insane.

As my child is on the Spectrum, we would go to their Autism event every April. Sometimes I wish we still lived there because that was one of our favorite places to go.

Super nice theme park for kids 3-7 years. Friendly staff and well laid out

Come here twice a year with the family. Love every moment. Employee's are extremely friendly and kids are happy. Dinoland and thomas land are the favorites of the family. Not to mention the thomas ride through the park. 10/10 always a great experience

Sem Celotto

Nice park for smaller kids.We have visited twice since my son loved it so much the first time. Some of the rides were not working however on both of our visits. Opens around 10 and you can spend 4-6 hours if you try all the rides. The Thomas train ride and the Tidmouth Sheds show are pretty cool and the kids love them. Dinoland is a walk trough the jungle with the occasional dinosaurs...very old models and with limited movements. Just ok to me but fine for a 6 and younger kid.

Eric Ouellette

From the minute we walk in, it was great. Friendly staff, well maintenaid and really clean. All the rides are awsome for young kids. Our 3yr old loved every second there. The food isn't that expensive either. Thomas land and dino land are awesome. Make sure to take the Thomas train ride around the park. Well worth the price of admission.

Allison Scott

Edaville was a great time for myself, my husband, and my 3 year old. The rides are all a perfect fit for the kiddos and the dinosaur park a fun addition. Our favorite part was the Thomas the Engine train that gives you a full view of the entire park as you ride the outskirts, a conductor even comes around to punch your train ticket. I am only giving the park 4 stars because you have to take out a second mortgage to be able to afford a day at the park! It was close to $100 for just the 3 of us($37/person)and that did not include the food and snacks we bought. Great park but make sure you save up to spend the day.

Claire Almeida

Friendly staff, great rides, good food, all fun.

Monique

Cute and well-maintained family theme park with a variety rides for most kids 2+. There were a couple of rides I was able to take my 1-year-old on, but I generally don't think this is the place for a family who only has a 1-year-old, as most everything is really geared toward ages 2/3 and up. That said, my kids absolutely love Thomas Land. It's my favorite place in the whole park as well, and it's the prettiest part (to me). We always enjoy eating in Thomas Land, and then we go to the indoor play place. I wish I were little enough to play there too *sigh*. Then, we visit our friends Thomas and friends and take pictures with them. Dino land is a fun little walk through area. I don't think it's worth of walking through on every visit, but it's fun once in a blue moon. I wish they had more stuff to do there. Also, bring your own water because they charge like $3 for a bottle of water. And other beverages are $4. The most reasonably-priced food items are cheese pizza ($4.50) and the grilled cheese sandwiches ($5). So, I bring water and snacks for the kids and buy them a pizza lunch. It's an enjoyable experience, and we easily spend several hours walking, eating, and going on rides. The train that goes around the park is especially fun to go on at night during the Festival of Lights. I'll be returning again soon. :)

Bobbie Stivers

We came on a rainy day. Park wasn't overcrowded, which was nice. A lot of the attractions were faded and rusted but the kids won't notice and I'm sure they'll catch up on cleanup when it's warmer.

Raymond Tammany

Awesome day! I can't wait for the fall train rides. Kids had a blast!

Nicholas Suggs

Awesome little theme park, my kids had a blast and there were no lines for rides

Anahid Syourapian

Such a great place for younger kids! Took my 3.5 and he was over the moon! Bad side was that it was 90 degrees and most rides had super hot seats to sit on, so eventually the heat prevented us from enjoying the park to the fullest. There are so many things to see and so many rides to ride, you better get the Groupon offer and pay the same rate for 2 days instead of 1 and enjoy fully. So glad we found this beautiful gem!

Danny Roque

Very fun kids loved it food was great its just really expensive

Brian Larkin

Very family oriented. The staff are super friendly and accommodating to all children. If you are a fan or know a fan of Thomas the Train the is the place to be. Thomasland is amazing. Rides are clean and smooth. Great for kids 1-102yrs old!

Charlene LaPointe

Great place to have fun. I work there on the weekends I run Harold come and say hi.

Wayne Gauvin

Lots of fun for the little ones great family atmosphere prices are fair. Very nostalgic for me as I came here often in the 70s now I can share it with my daughter.

Muthu Rajasekaran

Great for kids and adults. Sometimes you might get groupon offers too. Lots of dinibg space for families. Lunch shops, gift shops, ice cream stalls n bakery available inside..

Lynn Powers

One of the best amusement park experiences I've had in a very long time. Not a huge park, but perfect for our 1&3 year olds. Park was clean, staff was all super friendly, plenty of rest space. Lots of rides for the littles, virtually no lines at all when we visited second weekend of September. We brought a wagon and it was perfect. Kids loved all the train themed things, we will go again if we are in the area!

George B

Great place. A lot of different stuff to do. Small to no lines (Thursday) for the rides.

Supraja Dhamodharan

My family and I loved everything! The rides were amazing! We had soooooo much fun! Thank you for building such an amazing theme park!!!!!

Christina Ricci

If your kid loves Thomas the train.. you need to make this trip out to Massachusetts at least once. We spent about 3 hours there and then a few more minutes out we went to Cape Cod.

Dan D

Great place for young kids.

Leia DaSilva

My son(4), and grandchildren(2&3), and even my 14 year old all absolutely love going to "Thomas Land' aka Edaville. The rides are great for all ages, and there's something for everyone, not only those who are Thomas the tank engine fans or fanatics lol

Dustin Walker

This place is great...particularly for younger kids (2-10). Had to post my son just in awe of the dinosaurs he saw. For military there is a great discount on Labor Day...at least when we went. Not a typical discount either. Check out their website for when these discounts are available.

N G

Very fun place with the kids. They loved it

Daniel L

Overall, very good. Grandson (age 2) loves Thomas and was not disappointed. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good variety of rides for all ages. Minor criticisms: Tidmouth Shed show is good but audio was inconsistent, some engines were hard to hear. Splash Pad heavily promoted but quite small & had 5 minute limit, not worth the trouble. Otherwise, a great 3-generation family day.

Laura White

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Edaville. My 6 year old son learned that there was a Thomas Land and we planned our whole vacation over this day. We arrived at the park and were actually let in early! We wanted to rent a stroller and it was FREE! Parking was also free. We packed a lunch and drinks. There were no lines, but it was a hot day. They had fans misting water and buckets of ice water to fill your bottles. I bought an iced coffee and the woman filled my water bottle for me, when they were selling bottled water!! The staff was SO friendly. Staff asked how we were often, the ride operators would tell stories about the park or the area. The bathrooms were immaculate. If you have young Thomas lovers, you NEED to visit this park!!

ava

A wonderland for 3-5 year olds. Such a relaxed, clean, fun theme park. I love that you don’t have to pay for anything aside from your entrance fee. And I loved the beautiful shady places to picnic and let littler kids run around. A real family treasure.

Courtney Fietz

A lot of fun. Brought two toddlers under 3 and they loved it. A lot of the staff was great and understanding about different things. My daughter has sensory processing disorder and when she would freak out on a ride for different reasons they were really nice about letting her off. My party only had 1 major complaint and that was the ride operator for the Bone Shaker ride in Dino Land was clearly racist and hesitated to put the bar down for my best friends cart and it was clearly due to her son and herself being African American. He stopped, turned away from them, and mumbled to himself before turning around and aggressively putting the bar down, almost hitting her son in the head with the bar. After the ride was over, he let everyone else out of their cart and stood on the other side chatting with a woman, whilst we sat in our carts in the beating sun, eventually we let ourselves out of our carts. Very disturbing witnessing that sort of behavior in a family park.

Jennifer Jacobus

Nice staff, clean, Thomas Land section very well done

Nick Saunders

Great place to spend the day if you have young children. Rides are mostly catered to children under 7. Older children may get bored fairly quick. Not a huge place but good enough to kill 5-6 hrs.

Yaazhini Dhamodharan

All the rides were very nice and thrilling. Thomas Land was very nice with many interesting rides and play areas. My family and I enjoyed this place very much and there are many gift shops and cafeterias around. Dino Land wasn't very fun with many out of order things and the walking trail was full mosquitoes. But one good thing was there was good information about all the dinosaurs and they explained how tall the dinos were and provided very nice info about dinasaurs. The staffs are also very kind and pleasant. They help us with everything. Edaville is an amazing theme park for kids starting from age 3 to adults and everyone going there will enjoy it.
