Everything was great but the go carts. We were told the lil kids wouldnt be on the track as the adult carts and they lied and my 7 year old end up getting hurt pretty bad...it was her first time and only reason why we allowed her to get on because we thought it was just going to be the lil rookie carts and never did the management say Im sorry that this has happened, didn't even get the first aid kit...had to ask for bandages and etc

My kids had fun but I think the staff need an upgrade. Not all the staff just a few people around the park. More friendly towards the visitors at the least. The kids didn't notice but my wife and I sure did. Overall nice place to bring the family. This was my 3 visit and 2 out of 3 was the same 1 was a little better 5 years ago.

It's a great place to get kids of there electronic devices and be a kid. They have outside activities as well as inside ones. All around my daughter loves this place.

Took my kids here today for a birthday party! Everything was great until we noticed my son's phone was missing! Luckily my husband uses family link app to track the children's phones! The go- kart staff TOOK the phone!! The tracker took us straight to the gold Cadillac parked by the go-karts!! Very disappointed & the manager on duty was NO help!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Fun place! It can be expensive especially with multiple children, but you get a lot especially with the unlimited packages. My kids can spend an entire day here. We also left and ate lunch somewhere else and then came back. If you do eat their food it isn't bad. My only real complaints are the arcade games are kind of expensive and a lot eat coins. But there is so much to do beyond the arcade. Glad Shreveport/Bossier has this place.

It's fun. Not to expensive. But it really only takes an hour at the most to do everything outside. But kids can play inside for a good hour too. I only say that because of the games and it ends up adding up all the money you spend just to get tokens for them.

Over priced...the kids can't even play in the jungle gym or kiddie section without a wristband! And to top it off someone stole my sons IPhone! I will say that the manager did show sincere empathy for that situation.

Party Central is a great place to go if you have kids. Me and my boyfriend went to utilize their batting cages and that was fun as well. The only negative thing was how hot it was and of course they had no control over that. There was typical mini golf, go-karts and arcade games. As well as batting cages and water bumper boats. We didn't have to wait long to get our tokens and paid around 10 dollars for probably somewhere about 80 balls. The helmets didn't fit and did not have a chin strap which may pose a injury but this is just a kids place not a legit batting cage. There weren't any other guests at the batting cages so we had free rein at whatever speeds and end we wanted to be on. They had slow (baseball), slow (softball), medium, and very fast. If you were able to use your own equipment (you may be able to) I can see this being something I would definitely go back to. The only other downside was the concession stand prices, just like any other place you're paying $6-8 for a hot dog, nacho, etc. I would make sure the kids are fueled up before coming here.

We went on a Saturday, 8-19-17, and there was a group of us. It was four, and we played, then went and ate dinner, and one of us lost a wristband. We had the receipt and 3/4 us had our wristbands, but the manager said, "since I, personally, did not sell you the wrist and the receipt doesn't mean anything." So, we had to rebuy tickets even though we had been there that day. It was fun, but the hastle makes us rethink driving back here.

Talk about ruining somebody's birthday. Called at 12:15 pm and asked if we could bring a cake with us for an adult get together. When we arrived at 6:30 pm we were told by a rude person we're not allowed to bring the cake in unless we pay $65 for a party. then wants to hide behind that's just their company policy then says we didn't call when we have proof we did. so let's get this straight they turned away a group of 15 people about to spend well over $300 at their business. Because of their company policies.. Thanks Manger Brandy for ruining our day.

Kids love this location. Go karts, bumper boats, rock walls and so much more. In addition to the outdoor activities, there's a large selection of video games and playground inside as well. Safe and clean as well Would be five stars but the (younger) staff at the outdoor activities are generally inattentive and talk amongst themselves, often with inappropriate language. Still a great place for a weekend afternoon, one of the best in the area.

Way over priced. I took my daughter down the slide,$7 per slide, and stopped in a soaking wet piece of carpet...they had not bothered to change out the landing carpet after the previous nights rain (what customer oriented business wouldn't do that?), then they wanted to charge me $5 for a towel to dry my pants off with... the staff is pituful

Had a lot of fun here. The go karts were a little rough. The spin zone was really fun. Wish the play area was bigger. Basically it's a bumper car but it's controlled like a zero turn lawn mower. There is an inner tube around the base. That's what you bump into. The mega slide was good.

Went on a Friday afternoon. 4 cars in the lot. Went in and purchased tickets to ride the adult go karts. The lady at the register called over the loud speaker to another worker that there were customers for the karts. We asked out to the carts. Waited 15 minutes and no one came out to get us started. I called the number and told them we had been waiting 15 minutes. The lady said someone would be right out. Waited another 10 minutes. No one showed. Walked back in and asked for my money back. Very unprofessional. I have a reunion of 100 + people coming to the area in about 3 weeks. Going to be over 40 kids from 4-16. Would have been some good money spent.

It would of been 5 stars except for the fact that last time we went there was a young black girl short hair that would not talk or touch the kids. it put them in harms way entering and exiting the rides. this time there was a young large white girl long hair that could not be bothered to assist the kids on the slide or in the climbing area. As adults cannot get into climbing area they need to have someone who is observant of the kids and when one starts screaming in the tube they need to react not sit there and ignore it!

Go-cart rides need to go by the height requirement. My son, who is 5'3 at 12 had to ride in a rookie car. He was cramped.... They insisted he had to drive the smaller car because of his age.

Poorly maintained machines, lots of stolen tokens and tickets. Very crowded, loud, and overpriced for jungle gym. Outside attractions are a better deal, especially with the weekend wrist band (all you can ride). Very disappointed.

I've been going here for the batting cages for the last few years. I have never been told not have I ever worn a helmet. In slow pitch softball we do not wear them in our games. We go at least once a week for at least an hour if Not 2. Today we paid for an hour and started batting first round after the second set we were told we had to wear a helmet. Well I put the one they brought me and it was so big that I could not move without it moving and making it so I could not see the ball. We went in and got a smaller but still it didn't fit and I did not feel safe to bat. I went inside and asked for at least part of my money back since I did bat one round. The manager said she could give me a credit to use there. I explained thAt I would never use it since we only go to use the batting cages. I told her if I had been made to wear a helmet any of the many times we had gone then I would not have spent my money I would find another place to practice. I understand rules and safety but if they are in place then it should be consistent. I can provide many receipts and never have worn a helmet. I feel I should have been able to get my money back know and not a credit that I will never use.

We're on a family road trip and planned a day at Party Central based on the website's advertised $29.99 Summer Special wristband. The kids were so excited until we got there and were told the wristband is only valid Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Additionally, we were told many of the attractions don't even open until 4pm, even if we chose to purchase the attractions separately. So disappointed in the misleading advertising on the website. I'm also confused as to why a business would offer a special only for their busiest days, a better business plan would be to attract people on the slow days instead of turning them away with misleading advertising.

They want people to follow the rules but they don't even follow it buy its self there was a guy in a black shirt that let me in the big cart when no one was there, but when the was people they put in small cart my knee was so close i hurt my self because of that. I ask if i can get in a big cart and they said no and if they can fit in it then i could but i bet if they tried to press the gas then they can't. I would rate zero star but i can't.

Party Central ruined my sons FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY. I paid for a party package and didn't have a hostess the entire party. I didn't receive drinks for all kids and when I got a pitcher of juice I WAS CHARGED! Half way through the party I let a manager know what my experience was and NOTHING was done. When leaving another manager(Quanta) was very rude when I tried to inform her of our horrible experience she responded by HUMILIATING me in front of my guest and other visitors. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN PARTY CENTRAL AGAIN!!!!!!!

Last time we went to play putt putt here with my gf and Mexican best friend (secret lover the gf doesn't know I have) we got rained out and got rain checks. Went today and played eith just her using those checks and had a lovely time . I bet her I'd win even after giving her a 5 point handicap (it being our age difference), the bet was to clean the kitchen entirely. Awesome service,friendly staff,fantastic atmosphere

A fun way to spend the afternoon but horribly overpriced. The day package gets you unlimited access to the go carts and the few rides they have but mini golf costs extra. The facilities were clean and the arcade games well kept.

Worst customer service experience ever! My son's birthday and we drove an hour. No one was working front counter so we waited in concession line for 30 minutes just for the girl to be rude and say I was yelling at her. I was not yelling it was loud in there and she couldn't help me. They refused to serve us at that point and turned backs on us. We will never attempt to drive to this place again. Altitude trampoline park has made up for my son's birthday with the best customer service and fun friendly atmosphere.
