Was there for a Sunday afternoon birthday party. 25% of games did not work, took tokens or did not give coupons. Ordered 3 orders of nachos with chili. They were LITERALLY cold and it was 130 p.m. when I ordered them. No warning, no apology. Just served cold food because the employees obviously didn't properly prepare in a timely manner, but what else should I expect from a staff of teenagers without Manager/ Owner supervision. This was my first experience here and it was TERRIBLE

Neat little spot to take the kids but it gets expensive quick. Also, many of the games in the arcade take your tokens but don't work or they're out of tickets if they are supposed to dispense tickets. I tried to play a racing game that just froze up after I feed the tokens in. Each of the 3 kids had games that took tokens but didn't give them tickets for prizes. Just bare it in mind when you spend money. Focus on the activities such as go karts and Lazer Tag instead.

My family and I visited Excalibur for the first time today and to say it was crowded is an understatement. My child had fun so there is that plus, but it was wall to wall people. Overall a good experience for the children it's designed for.

We took our middle school kids from school on their end of school field trip to Excalibur today. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff members were all very accommodating. All of the games were working, and compared to other fun centers I have visited, were very reasonable (1 token per game for most). There was also a large play area for smaller children. Laser tag and go carts were a hit! Facilities were very clean! We will definitely be going back!

Fun place, but the staff isn't the friendliest. Stood in line for laser tag for almost 45 minutes. The guy let the people in front of us go multiple times, the game ended 3-4 times while we were just standing there wondering if he was ever going to let us play. They would go to exit the game and he asked if they wanted to go again without taking the cards for payment. He should be fired. I'm guessing they were his friends or family. Food is expensive here and it was pretty crowded. The go karts were fun.

I don't live in that city but decided to have an impromptu bday party for my 4yr old. All part rooms were booked but decided to stay and use the general public area. We were told by staff the only option was for us to eat our cake outside on the picnic bench. Well it began raining. Having cake and cups cakes around a group of kids and having to tell them no... wait till we get home is cruel and unusual punishment in their eyes. We spent more money on food, drinks and coins than the party room was going to cost us anyway. You would think they would have just offered us a room given the money we spent and the fact that the previous parties were over so there were rooms available during the time it was raining.Then they don't offer free refills on 3.00 drinks. You have to buy a new one.

A lot of the games never gave my daughter her tickets after about the 5th tike it started to get old. The prizes are cheap and require a lot of tickets.

It was very fun. The arcaywas fine. It wasn't the biggest arcade but it was alright. The go karts was probably the best thing there and that was great. They even have a good kart section for the young ones. They bumber cars too but that is only for little kids.

Great place for the kids. A couple things that came up the few times weve been there was the machines either not working or taking coins or needs tickets. Also the tickets for the go carts and golf and laser tag is a bit much. 5 tickets = $5 for the go carts and you ride for like 2 minutes.

Pretty fun if you get your mind right before you go, just remember there's little kids there too so standing up screaming in the go carts is heavily frowned upon even if your wife just passed you. Apparently. Oh and if your gun quits firing in laser tag it means you just got hit, not that it's charging. I was told that later. Also they're not real lasers.

First time coming here and this place SUCKS it needs up keep bad and the prices are crazy $20 for 20 tickets and everything takes from 3 to 5 tickes not to mention you have to get token to play anything else. WILL NOT GO BACK

Currently a decent place for a party but worries me to let the kids run around when anyone can walk in off the street and kids are running in every direction and we can't see them all at once. Also, the foam pit is off-limits to my kids - how can this be cleaned? Seeing a kid in there with his diaper off and knowing the diaper was in there made it off-limits from them on out. There are often games not working, and the staff at the counter has a "you are really cutting into my personal time" attitude.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here and it was so much fun... They do all the work so you are able to enjoy the party! But don't forget to tip your party host! They are so awesome!!!!

Saw Si there and thought we would take our kids to see it. Left very disappointed. First the machines have money signs but you have to use tokens. Went to the food counter to ask for change to get tokens, and the woman behind the counter made it out that it was a huge deal to change quarters for us. Some of the machines were not working, and they were in the process of fixing them, but left the parts and drill lying around for the kids to trip over and touch. The foam pit had foam blocks that we well used, and there were bits of foam all over the pit. Ended up taking the youngest child out as she just wanted to eat them all! The climbing toy says that it is for kids less than 4 feet tall, but for them to climb up they needed to be this tall! The pads etc. were dirty and I question when they were last cleaned. Food staff was making pizza without food gloves on, so did not buy any food. However, the chili on the hot dog that the person bought did not look appealing. Overall not many machines etc. and there were all against the outside walls. There is a climbing wall but for the older kids.

Great time for kids of all ages. We've had several birthday parties there and the staff is always helpful and good with their time scheduling. They could add a few staff members to help with the monitoring of smaller children for safety reasons.

Took my grandsons, 10 and 7. We had the best time! The place is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Nice set-up. Loved the go-carts. Was disappointed the bumper cars are only run on the weekends, but hey, made for a good reason to come back.

Pretty good. Some games did not work, but were fixed by staff quickly. They even go out of the way to clean under seats and tables. They even clean the games which is nice. Very nice group of girls that know how to do a good job. Good food and a nice clean place. I recommended this place to anyone wanting to have some fun.

Visited because of Duck Dynasty drive-by tour. Staff were RUDE, acted as if they were totally irritated at our presence. Mini-golf course was okay but they need to invest in a mosquito misting system as many courses do in the south. We didn't do the games, there weren't that many. Our boys (14, 11, 8) did do the go-carts and they loved that. They looked at the laser tag and passed. Won't be back if we are ever in the WM area.

Some of the staff are friendly while others have that "I can't get out of here fast enough" vibe. They have a rock wall, mini golf, laser tag, go karts, batting cage, kids play area, arcade games that give you tickets to trade for prizes, concession stand, and you can even book birthday parties here in one of their birthday rooms. It's definitely worth a visit especially if you have kids.

Their website will give you all the details, hours, specials. Bring alllll your money because the kids with go through cash like a chubby kid with chips.

The games and the enjoyment that my daughter and niece had was super!!! I would easily give this place 5 stars but the ONLY problem I have is when the children are getting ready to check out their tickets for gifts, I feel as if they need to hire more enthusiastic and willing to help the kids employees to work that area. Because if you don't love your job and every color person in the world, especially if we all spend money like everyone else, it's time to move on. Now, there was one young lady and a gentleman working the prize area by the door so unfortunately my kids ended up checking out with the guy. He was rude and non chalant and spoke very rudely so I had to walk up to stand behind them. He then tried to pick up his attitude but he still was however nasty. Now, if they fix employees like these that will be perfectly fine but this type of service will make you feel unwanted especially if you spend over $250 in games,etc. So hats off for the fun of the games but thumbs down to rude employees. I will think about bringing my kids again and hopefully this won't happen again!!

The arcade games are not calibrated or serviced regularly. Other amusements are in good repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great for young children but not much to offer teens or older.

Pretty terrible staff. Go cart staff didn't pay attention at the end of the race, and I ended up getting a concussion from a kid slamming into the back of my car. The guy running the go carts just laughed. Then went to play laser tag. Got given a broken vest, told the employee, and she just shrugged and said "well that sucks". Ended up spending $40 to waste an 2 hours and end up with a concussion.

The staff here is horrible! Unfriendly and unhelpful! We had issues at the batting cages two different times and we had to go hunt for a staff employee!! I should NOT have to go inside to get a employee! Once we came inside I request my Money back for the batting cages and she didn’t even bother to apologize! The owners need to know about the lazy employees! The 3 guys are glued to the hip together!! We are very disappointed in the place and we thought we should take time to post our experience and let people know not to waste their time and money here!!! Please address issues with employees!!!
