Went to epic last night for the first time with my three and a half year old daughter and 14 year old son. All of us were completely terrified upon arrival, but after lots of reassurance and encouragement from their amazing staff, my fourteen-year-old and I were trying out almost every attraction. I cannot say enough about the well trained, safety oriented staff; especially Gabby, Joe, Trevor and Justin. Gabby happily volunteered to monitor my little one while I accompanied my teenager on a couple of the big attractions that she was too small for. But don't think they leave out the little ones! There's an incredible area indoors with tons of fun activities for little children with unlimited playtime with the purchase of a bracelet. Only three bucks! We cannot wait to go back!

Visited here a few months ago. It was okay, the kids enjoyed the bungee jumping, slide, and zip lining activities. A lot of the staff were kids who didn’t take their job serious enough. They didn’t really care enough to take the tickets unless it was for the bigger attractions. Some activities had no attendant to collect tickets so our smaller kids were enjoying the fun jumps and mini games all evening while we were there.... we haven’t returned since. Maybe in the future we will return to see the updates that were made/ going to be made inside. I recommend for older kids who like zip lining.

The venue was spacious and the activities were fun yet apptopriate for our 9 year old. The food was delicous and delivered to our area. I knew my child was in a safe air conditioned environment. The staff was very friendly and even took time to explain how to climb various rock walls.

Very unique place to bring kids and have fun the only complaint I have is that on the outside tower it took my youngest son 3 minutes to get to go and climb all the hills and the attendant on top told him ur out of time by 2 minutes lol which i rectified with the attendant at the bottom and he let him go due to the 2 minute out of time guy. Besides that inside everyone was cool as can be

Lot of fun. Big slide was the best. Air bag landing was like landing on air. Takes a couple minutes to fill out waiver. Was really worth the few dollars per ticket. It's a bargain.

$25 for a 2 hour wrist band was totally worth it . The zip line while short in distance was still fun and the big slide is a great little adrenalin rush. Tons of rock wall climbing and VR video games inside.

Fun fun fun. We had the best time ever!!! Every activity is great for the entire family which I just love because I mean how many times have you taken your kids to the Jump Zone or Chucky Cheese and us parents are not allowed to participate on any of the fun stuff. Epic has great service and the staff are very knowledgeable about safety and they are very friendly. They help you out when need and cheer you on when you get scared . What I mean by that is I was so thrilled to climb the rock walls and it had been almost 25 yrs since I rock climbed so I got harnessed up and I started my ascent and not even half way up I started to get shaky when I realized how high up I was. Then when you reach the top or just dont want to climb anymore you just let go and sorta lean back and the harness drops you down gently but the fear was still there. I managed 4 walls then I couldn't open my hands without them aching. Anyway, there are lots of activities like fun jumps, zero gravity trampolines, a spinning chair thing, some other jumping apparatus thing, arcades, laser games, and outside OMG its even better. There is a zip line and a two huge ramps that you fly down on an inter tube and when you are about to pee yourself, the ramp has another incline that throws you and your tube another 15 feet into the air and you land on a huge air mattress. I wouldn't do that but my fearless kids ages 7 and 10 went on this thing first. When they came off they were shaking and freaking out because it was terrifying. They were shook up for 30 mins after .lol. The prices here are awesome as well. It goes by the hours and tickets or armbands. You decide how long you want to stay and they give you the pricing. I think this is my favorite new hangout!! They even serve food and have those new age port o potties that are just like a regular bathroom at your house with mirrors and sinks and air conditioning inside. It is worth the money and even that is well priced.

My son had a birthday party here. Not only did he and his friends have a great time, but the adults as well. No more lame parties that only entertainment the young ones. Here, everyone has a good time.

The reason they didn't receive five stars is because of the constant nit picking drama about the food and how it can't be cut in 16 slices. How I had to cut my cake in the parking lot after spending over 200 plus dollars in the establishment. But besides that my family and I had a great time!

God this place ia fun. I mean I go for the big slide. I can take or leave all the other stuff but man the first time I has launched into the air freefalling that was an experience to remember.
