As many people that go here you would think they'd expand a bit. There is not enough room to even swim with as many people around you. It is super crowded. The price is not bad to get it. High for concessions.

It could be because its father's day weekend but as soon as we got here it was packed. They shouldn't keep bringing more people in if they dont have places available to sit. The food was awesome though. I'm gonna take the bread sticks home and let my kids draw on the sidewalk with them.

The kids loved it. The lifeguards are a little whistle happy, but I'm sure it's stressful. I did think it was a little weird that every single lifeguard was caucasian. The clientele was very diverse.

Russell Sims was quite an exasperating experience due to there maliciously disgusting bathrooms, intolerable amounts of time spent at the concession stands, and churlish behavior from the exponential amount of people that are in the pool and other areas.

Never a bad experience. We love this water park. Clean clean clean... Even the bathrooms are clean for a water park without the funky smells other have. Lockers are available and clean. The ticket prices are extremely fair, with discounts after 3 i think. The water is very clean and doesnt reek of chemicals. It was cold the other day !! Nice when you get hot from laying out. Plenty of life guards that were attentive. The childrens splash pad area was great. The water does shoot out a little aggressive for tots but still fun. Food was good. Snack food mainly. Breadsticks and pizza. Hot dogs and chips. Some ice cream options and candies oh and nachos. Fair priced. The staff was less than happy to be there this particular day but it isnt always like that. My children had a great time and so did I. Definitely worth the hour drive will return !!

We've been coming for years and like the size of the park. My kids feel free to independently access all areas of the park. However the only employees you see are teenagers that have the attitude that they would prefer not to be bothered by you. My son lost his glasses in the waterside pool and no one ever seemed concerned about finding them, even when i called about it a week later. Needs major work on customer service!!

Great place to take the kids. price is fair but the hours are a bit short. but i guess 5 hours in the pool is enough for anyone. I don't understand the lifeguard breaks though. They would make all the kids from 2-18 get out seemed like every hour for 15 minutes. I don't understand that because the lifeguards were still at their posts? But all and all it was an enjoyable place. The blue water slide was a beast!! No lie. its only about 15 seconds tops but i swear you will hit 3 g's going through the curves and its pitch black. man..

Plenty of water structures to keep the kids busy. Couple of diving boards and a huge pool for just swimming. Slide lines aren't bad when they're not busy but take forever if they're packed. Easy landscape to relax and still keep an eye on your kids. The only issue that they can't control is the 13 year olds who think they're rap stars and use inappropriate language, especially about females, even if there's a 7 year old girl standing right next to them.

It's clean and it's well priced I take a family of 8 and its affordable ! It has enough to do to occupy them! They give you free swimmers for the little ones It also has the playground and the grills and covered picnic area !

The hours posted by Google are incorrect. Typical hours are Monday - Saturday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The season is Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Love the walking path around the park. It's one if the few paved paths in town. It's one mile. Very clean. Safe walking. Most recently...last few weeks, there is never soap in restroom or doggy bags in the boxes on the trail. So take your own in case.

During the summer it is so jammed packed with kids non stop you can never really enjoy yourself. Opinion: a bigger water park or multiple would have been better than a ginormous soccer field.

Park itself is ok but needs separate toilets and changing rooms it is impossible to change in the bath room or even use the toilet because often it is soaking wet.

I can not see why you would not bring your family and friends here it is so fun with diving boards and very fun water slides and a mini slide for toddlers and life guards have a good attitude towards everyone and they will stop at nothing for you to have a safe and fun time

Nice large water park close enough from Nashville for a day trip...lots of open space around the pools and splash pads to relax and very reasonably priced concessions..two large waterslides.. two low dives.a kiddie slide you won't be able to keep the little ones off of..and lots of splash equipment.lots of grass area behind the pool with shade trees inside the fenced off pool area...worth the trip for something different.

My 16 year old niece and 11 year old son had a blast. That is up until my son finally got brave and decided to go down the slide and he hurt his neck/head and we ended up having to leave. He had a headache for several days after that but that was all thank goodness. But the lifeguards were ALL wonderful and helped him get out and said if we needed anything to come and get them.

Safe and clean with daily maintenance crew who are dedicated and timely. Two water slides are monitored by several guards and snack bar is reasonably priced and practical. Large umbrellas and wheelchair accessible along with diving board with swim lane tops out day without mention of beautiful park next door.

We visited Russell Sims Aquatic Center today and our kids had fun. It was fairly nice and clean but I am really concerned with the few people I caught suspiciously recording other people around the pool. That is a sign of sex trafficking and it made us uncomfortable and we will not be returning for the safety of our children/family. This center should consider having security of some sort to better help protect families that are paying to enjoy fun in the sun.

Awesome aquatic center that is affordable and has tons of space for adults and children. There is a normal pool and a kiddie pool, as well as a splash pad. There is also a small concession stand.

Swam with my family, really enjoyed the slides. Someone got sick they cleared the pool cleaned it up and reopened the pool 30 minutes later. The combo plates are really cheap. It's cheaper to get a seasonal pass than to buy our own pool.

I like the park itself, though it could use some updated chairs. But the website needs to be fixed, it has given me wrong info several times. They open at 12 pm on sundays, not the 10:30 am that is listed. Which I only found out by showing up there an hour and a half early along with about 50 other people.

Price is good, yet I've noticed everytime I have came to the park all employees are extremely rude. Especially ones that work with the food. The food is really not worth the price and to make it even worse the employees serving you make the experience worse than what it already is.

I went with some friends to have so fun and cool of and it was fun until we got hungry so the concession stand was very long but we waited FOR 1 HOUR finally we got to order we ordered our drinks with was fine so we asked for a entire cheese pizza and then he said it would be 10-15 minuets so I was a little peeved and we said can we pay now and come back later he said no so we had to leave the line and wait again and 10 minutes later I saw 4 people with a pizza!
